I caved I’m giving in to the voices and making a skyblings fanblog /silly

hi I’m just a silly little guy who is very extremely normal about Grian Pearl and Jimmy as a trio. they are my sun my moon my stars <3

since, however, other people are somehow even MORE normal about them (which is crazy because I am so normal. The most normal one may argue) and there is not as much art of them all together I will be reblogging both things about them as a trio and things with the duos inside of the group whenever I decide to be active :P

for uh. fairly obvious reasons I will not be reblogging any art that ships those three in any way shape or form. as this entire blog is based around them being like siblings. no hate to anyone who ships them it just won’t be on this blog lmao

I’ve only just finished Turnabout Trump but I think the difference between Edgeworth and Kristoph is that while they’re both gay and homophobic, Edgeworth’s homophobia is internalized and Kristoph’s is externalized. Edgeworth is fine with gay people but cannot accept the fact that he might be gay, whereas Kristoph hates gay people but thinks it’s fine when he does it

MARAUDER LOCKDOWN

... Tbh he is more of a "vagrant" but that sounds too low for his reputation IMEAN--

I'm both excited and nervous to show at last a proper reference for my own interpretation of this character 💚 I think it's not a surprise anyway for the ones that know me and my love for him ksdjhfjdsfh

I wanted to do it too so I can work comfortably on my HCs that edge in very OOC territory from the canon (and even some fanon)... and because I admit I have been enjoying sharing short stories and RPs with people again ✨ and activity I missed a lot!

And of course, this interpretation got its own whole backstory that differs from the canon and follows my HCs and concepts around his species, but I'll talk about that in another post (or if someone is curious enough to ask for it coff).

For now! Have more initial sketches from when I was developing him (this is since... 2022 gosh).

First: a time ago I used him for an old (discontinued) post-apocalyptic AU with designs inspired by hunting-scavenging clothing. A friend said he looked like Robin Hood x'D

... I almost didn't change the way I sketch digitally. Anyways. To not let this rot, you can notice I used many design cues from this one!

Then during half of the past year, I did studies of his ROTF toy because I liked how that one kept the weird silhouette of the TFA but aligned to the IDW design too!

And from there I chipped away traits and straightened others until it felt right to me.

BONUS one of the first and fastest sketches I did for him during a conversation with @goobygnarp x'D Thanks to this I not only got the courage to finish the reference but to understand WHAT design cues I wanted to keep and didn't give me too of a headache.

Anytime a character comes out as trans they get a mystery Blahaj. Ichika, Saki, Minori, Airi, Tsukasa, Rui and Akito all got one. The "mystery Blahaj dealer" often will customise/add special gifts to whoever receives it.

Mizuki thought she was slick, until a package with 7 blahajs, all customized and given special little outifts, with a card saying "thanks for the Blahaj". Turns out Rui and Ichika did detective work to solve who it was. They all then worked to do the same thing/have a celebration for anyone else who came out (Toya, Shiho)

Basically everyone is trans, Mizuki is a dealer of sharks, and I need to write a fic for this

this is the headcanon ever, actually. I own two blahajes and I am SUPER ULTRA trans so this checks out
