This question is kinda tricky to explain, but I'll try my best!

Most times, if somebody tried to tell her, a strike of phantom thunder would take it back to the start of her mind, causing her to only remember fractions of information (hence why Athena only knows she's not human, instead of knowing she's a straight up goddess).

The gods are a bit different. If someone like Zeus or Ares gave her the information, it'd stay in her mind. If it was a brief moment, it'll feel more like a fever dream to Athena.

Unless Apollo healed all of her wounds and gave her the information while not leaving her side for a long period of time, she basically won't remember anything of this.

Zeus really fucked up Athena, is what I'm saying.

So short answer: it kinda depends who or when.
