A couple of mods are returning to this account after a breathtaking 3 years of inactivity. It seems life caught up to us fast... yeowch!

While all mods are now wrestling with the metaphorical dragon that is full-time college classes and part-time jobs, we still hope to try to sprinkle a bit of our work here and there.

Unfortunately I have no new fusions to share- but I hope to change that soon. I give you buneary and clodsire!

Any and all hot takes you submit to us must be about PHIGHTING. So long as it involves Phighting in a relevant enough way, it will be accepted.

Must be a hot take, (or a take in general), not just you rambling about how hot you think your favorite Phighter is or something. That means no confessions. Gotta emphasize this one because y’all keep sending confessions and not hot takes.

No spamming a hot take in hopes that we see it sooner, we’ll get to you when we get to you.

You can’t slip your headcanons into hot takes. You think a character should go by they/them? Cool. Submit it as a headcanon, but please don’t use it in a hot take. (Having a hot take ABOUT a headcanon doesn’t violate this rule).

You can make a hot take about a hot take, but please don’t go after people or be disrespectful when doing so, unless the person in question is horrendous enough to be called out for their actions.

No copypastas. If you suspect a hot take is a copypasta, please tell me and share the original copypasta so I can confirm that it is, in fact, a copypasta.

No ai-related submissions. That includes C.ai.

It's always jarring watching source because, in my canon, the few days/week shown were stretched out over several years. I can't even be specific because of the dilation of time.

Being a dragon generally makes it hard to tell time. I looked young in Spirited Away; it had something to do with being essentially reborn after my river was destroyed. Before, I was as old as the river. By the time Chihiro met me, I was about eleven or twelve with a lifetime of magical knowledge and limited memory.

Chihiro and I grew up with each other. Years passed by the time they left the Spirit World. They were in their late teens when they crossed the gates back into the mortal world. They had created a life at the bathhouse... Fighting for years to maintain their memory. I'm still incredibly proud of them for hanging on for so long.

It might be selfish of me but... We made a lot of memories together and I... Couldn't be more grateful that we had that time.
