Badass 3D printed IronMan suit by #Repost @frankly_built • • • • • So I put everything on (except the shoe covers because a strap broke half way 🤣) And I’m pleasantly surprised with a few things. Mostly, it wasn’t as hot as I was expecting; even with this stupid unbreathable chrome morph suit. It was much more comfortable than I was expecting. The morph suit completely eliminated a few pinch points on my arms. And it really didn’t feel like I had any weight on me. I think I did a good job with the straps and weight distribution. This test run also revealed a few small issues. I need to fix the elbow velcro; it stops the biceps from sliding up my arm comfortably. And the waist buckle came loose while wearing it. So small adjustments still to be made for sure. But over all this was a 9.5/10 success for me. I think I did a good job avoiding the very common “Iron Bobble Head” or the really poorly proportioned suits with small arms and big heads. I also need to re-work how the front and back of the waist/abs connect. The gaps when I lift my arms is just too much. I’m very very excited to start painting this thing. Years went by and eventually, I felt it was time to try my hand at a Cosplay after watching Avengers Endgame and being blown away with the MK85 Armor! It was time to make my first Cosplay. It was my biggest project so far and it took around 9 months with some short breaks to complete it.”

Crafted by Daniella Lo Presti (@ksfabricartist​) “I created this costume in order to bring to life this character in a realistic way. To replicate the skirt embroidery I deconstructed and pieced back together with different types of lace and I used several layers of cloth so that, when twirling, the gown would open up like a flower. Indeed, in Fate Zero, Arturia is described as being the flower of the battlefields.”

Jennifer Yi (@kaiweevil​) Keesha's Hungry, from Star Wars “Her eyes are made from dyed round plastic and her mouth, nose, and teeth from painted sculpy. Ears are cut sheets of foam and everything is covered with fur. Cowl is pigskin laced with leather and I used some bones, feathers, and teeth I had lying around for decoration. Hands and feet are modified Yoda hands.”
