Reality is like a big lucid dream, and guess what?
You're the dreamer
You know how in dreams, you can shape your surroundings, change the outcome, or even fly just by deciding it? It's the same thing here in your waking life. The key is shifting your focus and attention to what you desire, and everything else will align.
The key here is YOU!
Think of it like this: In a lucid dream, when you realize you're dreaming, you stop reacting to the randomness and start creating intentionally. You can suddenly decide you're at the beach or in the middle of your desired city, all it takes is a shift in thought. Your awareness in the dream dictates what happens next.
Now apply that to reality
When you focus on what you want, whether it's love, success, or confidence, and make it your inner truth, your outer world will start to reflect it
Imagine a big projector.
Your mind doesn't know the difference between what’s real and imagined, it just follows your inner script.
So, if you believe you're thriving, loved, and successful, your reality will mirror that back to you. It's all about controlling your inner world.

Imagine you want to manifest more confidence. Instead of waiting for a situation to give you confidence, start by feeling and acting as though you're already the most confident version of yourself. In a dream, if you suddenly decided you had superpowers, you'd just go with it, right? Do the same here, walk, talk, and make decisions like someone who knows their worth. Soon enough, you'll notice how people respond differently to you, how opportunities seem to align, and how your reality changes to fit this new confident self.

How you might unknowingly be holding yourself back from shifting
I’m reading “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind” by Joseph Murphy and wanted to share this quote - it really relates to limiting beliefs, and I even added an example based on my own experiences.

“X” could be a failed shifting attempt.
If I believe everything happens for a good reason, then I must believe my failed shifting attempt occurred for a good reason.
I have always believed in the concept of divine timing, but I believe it to be malleable, rather than fixed.
If you have been stagnant in your shifting journey for a long time, it is possible you’re manifesting your own failure, as your mind accepts failure as a necessary event the universe is testing you with. That you may only shift when deemed “worthy” or “ready”.
I am quite guilty of this myself.
Of course the antidote is to affirm that there is nothing in your way, and that there is no requirement to fulfill before shifting.
Always be gentle with yourself. But remain firm in the fact that you are just as capable as anyone else. If a 13 year old can shift after learning about it from DracoTok and trying it on a whim, then you absolutely can as well.

Anybody else like the idea of being a sizeshifter because it gives you more control over yourself or a situation?
Like, I love being small and held and comforted as much as the next guy, but there's a number of reasons you'd eventually want to say "Okay, I need to be normal-size again." It could be for a smaller reason, like if your big friend/partner is smothering you a little too much and you need a break, or you just need to go do something else that requires you to be able to reach things and get around easier.
Or it could be for a much more serious reason, like if someone big isn't paying attention and you need them to notice you fast before they accidentally hurt you. Or maybe the big isn't a good person, and definitely does NOT have good intentions with you, but you're able to shift back to normal, or even giant size to fight back or get out of there.
I don't know, there's just something about that sense of control that comes from voluntary sizeshifting that I find comforting. I want to be tiny, just... not all the time. Especially not if things get dangerous.

the knowledge and act of reality shifting has really been like this warm hug in a sense that when i'm in the depths of any negative feeling, thought, or situation, merely remembering this knowledge brings comfort to me.
as a person who deals with anxiety on a daily basis, everyday activities that any "normal" person can do could be a struggle for me half of the time. simply ordering food in a restaurant or having to go up to the cashier brings me into a mode of stress and anxiety. but remembering that there are multiple universes/realities out there that i exist in simultaneously to this one comforts me. it makes me realize that the things i'm feeling anxious or stressed about are small.
thinking thoughts like, "i'm in the middle of slaying a dragon in another reality somewhere. i'm pretty sure ordering food isn't that scary", "shifting to other realities will have it's own obligations. having to do a presentation for this class just so happened to be my current realties obligation", or "if i can do it in every other reality, i can do it here. i'm limitless".
these reminders tend to help me a lot, especially in the darkest of times. it also helps me to be in tuned with my dr self depending on the situation and dr i can connect it to. for example, driving. to make it short, it has personally be an anxiety-filled experience. but saying to myself, "i literally drive in my vampire diaries or twilight dr all the time [any said dr]. if i can do it there, i'm sure i can do it here". a sense of relief washes over me and i begin to feel calm again.
as for situations like dealing with family drama or any issues in general. it's comforting to know that i can use reality shifting as a form of escapism. merely thinking of the fact that, "i'm not dealing with this in [said dr]" can be relieving as well. maybe even asking yourself, "what would my dr self do in this situation?" or "how would my dr self cope with/handle this situation".
in hopes that you would choose to healthily cope with/handle the situation, maybe your dr self would go to one of your greatest friends to vent or seek advice? maybe you aren't ready to talk about it? what i'd do if i were in my hogwarts dr, i'd go down to the black lake to just put my feet in the water or skip rocks. being close to water helps me to be calm and think clearly while also processing my emotions. just thinking about what i'd do as my dr self helps me to face what i'm feeling/thinking about in a better way. a way that doesn't lead to self destruction but growth.

i just wanted to share this in case anyone else wanted to give it a try, but last night i tried out this unknowing meditation and when i got into the groove of it well enough my heart rate sped up and i stopped feeling almost all of my body. and i just sort of felt weightless. i also felt a tingly sensation over my body that was definitely noticeable. it was barely a guided meditation either, and all of this just happened in the silence.
i think i got too convinced on going to the void all of a sudden (not that it would stop me necessarily) and my thoughts started spiralling, but i'm definitely giving it another try!
but if anyone has shifted or gone to the void i am curious if they've felt similar??

saying „i can‘t shift“ „i didn’t shift tonight because i …“ „i have blockages“ won‘t help in any way for you to shift. This is your sign to stop your negative thoughts.
in simple words, imagine your conscious mind as a captain and your subconscious mind as the engineers of the ship. The captain gives the orders and the engineers work, without seeing where they‘re going = your conscious mind gives your subconscious mind the orders that they‘ll fulfill.
this means simply by thinking positively and saying positive affirmations daily, your subconscious mind takes it as a order and makes it work. It can take hours, days or even weeks but it WILL happen.
