when you're not doing well at all but growing up by jason schmidt is such a comforting song so maybe i'll be okay
it hits me where it really hurts but like in a comforting hug kinda way
I miss home so bad (it's thousands of miles away and I have no clue when i'll go back but it's been 6 years so maybe I should stop hoping)

Moving sucks
One thing I rarely see people talk about is how hard it can be to unpack your stuff after a move. In the beginning, you're really excited. You've been living without most of your clothing and other positions for who knows how long, and now you finally get to have them back. You open one box after another until you find it. A broken or damaged item. A precious memory of the life you've just left reduced to tiny fragments or bent out of shape. It crushes your spirit, but you move on until you find another and then another. The joy you felt finally getting you're stuff back is completely gone, and instead, before you sits a physical reminder of your sorrow over leaving your previous home and your anxiety about your new one.
As a military brat, I went through this proses every two to three years, and it never got any easier. One day you leave the house you've worked so hard to make a home fully intact, and when you get back, the movers have completely gutted it. Despite only living in the house for a couple years, its emptiness is so overwhelming. Now all your stuff is in the hands of people you barely know, and you have to trust it will reach its destination safely, but you know some of it won't.
I just got my stuff back, and I started unpacking, but I gave up. My room is littered with boxes, but I have no energy to finish. Some people might think that military families have it easy because people do most of the work for us, but moving is still a major struggle for us. When you move constantly, the only permanent thing in your life is your possessions, so to see them broken and damaged is heartbreaking.

Netflix is so stupid. Like yeah the whole password sharing thing is stupid, but wanna know what’s more stupid? They don’t do anything for military. The American company. Oh you got deployed? No Netflix!!! Source: my family is dropping Netflix because my dad won’t be able to watch it and he’s getting deployed soon.
In case you’re not from America: the military is a huge fucking thing. America glorifies the troops + the military heavily. If more people knew about this the rednecks would be pissed.
TLDR: Fuck Netflix!!

Can Milkids Cope With Future Uncertainty?
“So, Anna, what are your resolutions for 2023?” I asked my 24-year-old daughter while driving her back to New York City after her visit home.  “I didn’t really make resolutions,” she replied curtly. I knew this wasn’t true. Anna was impishly making me work for conversation. She’d likely made several very specific and elaborate resolutions for 2023. She’d always been a future planner. As a child,

Even CNN is reporting the truth more now. But if you are held without being charged, you aren’t a prisoner, you’ve been kidnapped and are a HOSTAGE. And human rights organizations have said that the other 50%, who were charged, were mainly charged with throwing rocks, and that even most of that was made up.
For all the pro israel who came to my posts of Palestinian children celebrating their freedom, calling them terrorists and criminals. Israel is an occupation state, they don't need a reason to arrest you as long as you're Palestinian.

Supporting Our Little Heroes: The Benefits of Military Kids Study Groups
Military kids are the children of active-duty service members, reservists, or veterans. Military kids face many unique challenges and opportunities in their lives, such as frequent moves, deployments, separations, reunions, and transitions. Military kids also have to cope with different educational systems, standards, and expectations, as they have to change schools, teachers, and peers often. Military kids are resilient, adaptable, and courageous, but they also need support, guidance, and encouragement from their families, communities, and educators. One of the ways to support military kids is to help them join or form military kids study groups. Military kids study groups are groups of students who meet regularly to study together for a common course or subject. Military kids study groups can offer many benefits for military kids, such as improving their academic performance, social skills, motivation, and self-confidence. In this article, we will explore some of the benefits of military kids study groups, and how you can use Explain Learning to join or create a military kids study circle online.

1. Military Kids Study Groups Enhance Learning Outcomes
One of the benefits of military kids study groups is that they can enhance the learning outcomes of military kids. When military kids study in groups, they can share their knowledge, skills, and perspectives with each other, which can help them understand the material better and retain it longer. Military kids study groups can also expose military kids to different learning styles and strategies, which can help them adapt to different situations and challenges. Military kids study groups can also foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills, military kids have to analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information from various sources and viewpoints.
2. Military Kids Study Groups Increase Motivation and Engagement
Another benefit of military kids study groups is that they can increase the motivation and engagement of military kids. When military kids study in groups, they can feel more interested and involved in the learning process, as they have to interact with their peers and contribute to the group’s success. Military kids study groups can also create a sense of accountability and responsibility, as military kids have to meet the expectations and deadlines of their group members. Military kids study groups can also provide positive feedback and reinforcement, as military kids can receive praise, recognition, and support from their peers.
3. Military Kids Study Groups Improve Social Skills and Relationships
A third benefit of military kids study groups is that they can improve the social skills and relationships of military kids. When military kids study in groups, they can develop their communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, as they have to listen, speak, negotiate, and coordinate with their peers. Military kids study groups can also foster empathy, respect, and trust, as military kids have to understand, appreciate, and accept the differences and similarities among their group members.

In my mind timmy is employed by the fairy legal department in the same building as Jorgen and he uses his powers for good (bending rules that are dumb and make kids miserable)
