The grand continuation of the Island reimagining.
I wanted to go all out and extend the cast to a solid 24, but there are only 45 or so other contestants (and Blaineley, but her specific case is kinda hard to replicate). There is one character I could put in a supporting role and add back in later but…
Anywho, Revenge, Pahkitew, and the reboot have their casts split between them across two seasons. Revenge stays together alongside two OCs and nine PI and I2 contestants, all undetermined. With that out of the way:
Tumblr media
The Friendship Finale F’trio. Aside from Cameron’s bead eyes it’s all a matter of stylization instead of an outright redesign, although Zoey’s sporting a neat tattoo.
Most of Mikey’s alters are a little more down to earth in their characterization, seeing as they all would’ve had to manifest in several very different parts of the world to exist as they do. Mal instead goes from relatively normal to halfway between Izzy and Scary on the energy scale. Mike himself dials up his awkwardness.
Zoey and Cam are more or less the same, although their mutual lack of social skills are played up.
Tumblr media
These three don’t really need changing either, although between Heather’s alliance growing from three to five in the Island concept and the canon reboot having three full time antagonists, I’m looking into Jo being a more active villain.
Tumblr media
Aaaand this is the point I kinda got experimental with the redesigns. Lightning’s bead eyes, B’s neck, and whatever I did with Scott’s face are all one thing, it’s mostly Dawn and how I did to her what I did to Cody.
Tumblr media
It’s funny how the eyes that canon Staci has make her look high all the time. Remember, TDRI’s getting a full length so Staci gets fleshed out a bit more before she inevitably gets Zeked. Again, Dakota and Sam need relatively little changing, but Dakota at least won’t be mutated this time.
Too much.

If we get another season of the Total Drama with the reboot cast (be it an All-Stars-esque season or another season where just the the reboot cast plus some newcomers compete with TD alums acting as guest judges in certain episodes), I want there to be a running gag where Damien (who famously knew nothing about Total Drama going in) recognizes the various TD alums from stuff other than TD. For example-
"Wait, is that Professor Alejandro Burromuerto, the paleontologist?"
"Cameron Wilkins?! Your inventions are amazing!
"Ms. Hayward? Fancy seeing you outside of school. I didn't know you and sister competed on Total Drama."
"Lindsay Beaumont, Mike Portelli, and Dakota Milton?! I loved you guys on (insert name of TD universe's equivalent of Once Upon a Time here). The special effects were also great. If I didn't know any better, I'd think Dakota was actually capable of turning into a giant monster."

Top 5 NFL Teams Most Likely to Regress in 2024
As the 2024 NFL season approaches, fans and analysts alike are buzzing with predictions and expectations. While some teams are poised to build on last year's successes, others might find it challenging to replicate their performances. Today, we're diving into the top five teams most likely to take a step back this season. Are your favorite teams on the list? Let's break it down.
1. Dallas Cowboys
Key Concerns:
- Lost Too Many Key Players: The Cowboys lost several crucial players and haven't adequately replaced them. Key departures include Tony Pollard, Tyron Smith, Tyler Biadasz, and Stephon Gilmore.
- Big Contracts Looming: The Cowboys have three significant contracts coming up. CeeDee Lamb is reportedly unhappy and has not shown up to camp while, Dak Prescott is on the final year of his contract, and Micah Parsons' contract extension is on the horizon.
- Decision Time: Decisions need to be made on veterans like Demarcus Lawrence and Zack Martin.
- Lame Duck Contracts: Both Mike McCarthy and Dak Prescott are on lame-duck contracts, adding pressure and uncertainty to the team’s future.
- Playoff Performances: The past four years have been marked by playoff flameouts, questioning the team's ability to perform under pressure.
2. Miami Dolphins
Key Concerns:
- Defensive Issues: The Dolphins' defense has been lacking. They've let some key pieces walk and need a stronger edge. Granted they have Jalen Ramsey and Xavien Howard, but they let Christian Wilkins walk.
- Offensive Line Problems: The offensive line has issues, which could hinder their offensive performance. The last thing a team with an injury-prone QB needs.
- Fitness and Power Balance: There is a concern that the team has too much finesse and not enough power, which could become a problem as the season progresses.
- Depth and Health: Depth and health have been problematic, and adjustments in these areas are essential for success. It's almost time to start looking at Mike McDaniel funny because there are times when he makes himself look a little silly by trying to be the biggest brain in football.
3. Buffalo Bills
Key Concerns:
- Roster Turnover: The Bills experienced significant roster turnover due to cap reasons and other factors. Key players like Stefon Diggs, Gabe Davis, Jordan Poyer, Tre'Davious White, Micah Hyde, and Leonard Floyd are all critical to their success.
- Wide Receiver Room: The wide receiver room is young and unproven, which could lead to inconsistency in the passing game.
- Offensive Line: The offensive line remains a question mark, needing improvement to protect Josh Allen and establish a running game.
4. Minnesota Vikings
Key Concerns:
- Quarterback Situation: The Vikings face uncertainty with Kirk Cousins and Danielle Hunter both leaving. Trusting Sam Darnold and A Rookie JJ McCarthy isn't the best idea.
- Defense Overhaul: They are overhauling a defense that still gave up significant yardage, and the new lineup might not gel immediately.
- Running Game: The running game is questionable, and the offensive line needs help to establish a balanced attack.
- One-Score Games: The Vikings won a lot of one-score games last season, a trend that's hard to sustain. With questions at quarterback.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars
Key Concerns:
- Protecting Trevor Lawrence: Protecting their star quarterback has not been a strong suit, risking his health and effectiveness.
- Wide Receiver Consistency: Keeping a solid wide receiver group together has been inconsistent, impacting the passing game.
- Secondary and Pass Rush: The secondary still needs help, and the pass rush could use improvement.
- Roster Turnover: Key players such as Calvin Ridley, DJ Chark, Jamal Agnew, Zay Jones, K'Lavon Chaisson, Tre Herndon, and Rayshawn Jenkins are all factors in the team's changing dynamics.
As we gear up for the new NFL season, it's essential to recognize the challenges and changes each team faces. While these five teams showed promise last year, various factors could lead to a regression in their performance. Whether it's due to roster changes, contract uncertainties, or defensive and offensive challenges, these teams will need to address their weaknesses to maintain their competitive edge. Want to dive deeper into these predictions and hear more insights? Check out the corresponding video on Jori’s Sports Stories YouTube channel for an in-depth analysis and fan discussion!

Master List:
Hi, i’m ace. I got really bored and i need an excuse to procrastinate on my personal writing projects so i decided to start an account dedicated to just writing. So like, you can request almost anything (limits below) like if you want like a platonic fic just ask! If you want the reader to be the kid or sibling of the character, i’ll do it! You can be as specific or as vague as you want, eventually i’ll get some prompts for help but for now, you gotta wing it. Also I’ll write for like any fandom even if i dont know it, i’ll try my hardest but i’d prefer if you stuck to the list below. Anyways yeah.  (also pfp is nyurei on picrew)
So basic rules,
If youre an nsfw account dni, also i will not write smut regardless of age given i’m a minor
No incest
I’m currently only doing x readers, that might change in the future but for now no ocs or ships
I’d prefer if you didn’t request x reader with an actual person, (ex. Instead of asking for a Maya Hawke x reader, ask for a Robin Buckley x reader)
If you know a character’s sexuality and you dont fit, dont ask (ex. Nico is gay, I will not write Nico x fem! reader)
Please specify pronouns when requesting
Please keep in mind i’m not a professional writer
Please use common sense and dont do something that makes me have to update the rules
Anyways, so fandoms i’ll write for
It 2017/2019: Richie Tozier, Eddie Kaspbrak, Stanley Uris, Bill Denbrough, Beverly Marsh, Ben Hanscom, Mike Hanlon (specify if you want 2017 or 2019)
Percy Jackson: Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, Grover Underwood, Piper McLean, Jason Grace, Leo Valdez, Hazel Levesque, Frank Zhang, Connor Stoll, Travis Stoll, Nico Di Angelo, Will Solace
Supernatural: Dean Winchester, Sam Winchester, Castiel, Gabriel, Kevin Tran, Crowley, Charlie Bradbury, Rowena (does girly have a last name 💀), Jack Kline (platonic only)
South park (platonic only for everyone, they’re children): Kyle Broflovski, Stan Marsh, Eric Cartman, Kenny McCormick, Butters Scotch, Tolkien Black (or is it Token? I swear its always spelled different), Timmy, Craig Tucker, Tweek Tweak, Jimmy Valmer, Wendy Testaburger
Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous/Chaos Theory: Darius Bowman (i’d prefer if we kept it platonic with him but romance is ok i guess), Kenji Kon, Brooklyn, Yasmina Fadoula, Sammy Guiterrez, Ben Pincus,
Marvel: Tony Stark (platonic only, so sorry) Steve Rodger, Bucky Barnes, Natasha Romanoff, Wanda Maximoff, Peter Peter, Ned Leeds, M.J, Harley Keener, Thor Odinson, Loki Odinson, Shuri, T'Challa, Okoye
The Owl House: Luz Noceda, Willow Park, Amity Blight, Edric Blight, Emira Blight, Gus Porter, Eda Clawthorne, Lilith Clawthorn, Hooty (platonic preferred, but if you freaky like that go ahead and ask for romance, see what happens), Raine Whispers
The Umbrella Academy: Luther, Diego, Alison, Klaus, Five (would he date a kid or an adult cause-), Ben (he can be alive or yall could be ghosts), Vanya
Dear Evan Hansen: Connor Murphy (my beloved), Evan Hansen, Jared Kleinman, Zoe Murphy, Alana Beck
Heather: Heather Chandler, Heather McNamara, Heather Duke, Veronica Sawyer, Jason Dean, Martha Dunnstock
Invincible: Mark Grayson, Debbie Grayson, Eve Wilkins, Rex Splode, Amber Bennet, William Clockwell
Idk how any of this works but uh have fun

American Gods’ incomplete bibliography (1)
On his website, Neil Gaiman left, in his own words, an “incomplete bibliography” tied to America Gods, listing various books he used during his research and writing process. He does point out that the bibliography is incomplete, put together from memory, and that the books in it range being extremely important to the creation of American Gods to just a way for him to check one or two things while writing, so with each book he lists he adds some commentaries to precise their use.
1) The Richard M. Dorson books
Neil Gaiman explains that the work of Dorson was one of the reasons “American Gods” was even created. The opening quote comes from Dorson’s texts, and Neil Gaiman got the idea (and desire) to put John Chapman/Johnny Appleseed in his novel upon reading Dorson’s account of the figure. Neil Gaiman describe these books as “vigorous, sensible and informative”, and he explains that they greatly helped him understand folklore and learn a lot about it. Neil Gaiman lists four Dorson books:
Tumblr media
Bloodstoppers and Bearwalkers: Folk Traditions of the Upper Peninsula
Tumblr media
American Folklore
Tumblr media
American Folklore and the Historian
Tumblr media
Buying the Wind: Regional Folklore in the United States
2) America by the road
Here is a handful of books talking about... let’s say “America by the road”.
Tumblr media
Roadside America (1986, Jack Barth, Dough Kirby, Ken Smith and Mike Wilkins)
Tumblr media
The New Roadside America (1992, Mike Wilkins, Ken Smith, Doug Kirby)
About these books, Neil Gaiman precises that there is more content in the revised edition, but that the essays of the first edition are longer and it feels less crammed. The second edition has 80 more pages to its account, while the first edition rather presents color photos. He also insists that the books are less fun than the website corresponding to them, (www.roadsideamerica.com) which holds a lot more surprises and wonders. (I haven’t checked if the website is still up)
Tumblr media
America Bizarro ; in Neil Gaiman’s own words “strange festivals, state by state”
3) General mythology books
In Neil Gaiman’s own words, “some handy books that may be of use to the casual reader”
Tumblr media
Who’s Who in Non-Classical Mythology
Neil Gaiman thought of this book as “genuinely useful”, and it is where he discovered the Slavonic myths (and where his fascination for it started out)
Tumblr media
A Dictionary of World Mythology
According to Neil Gaiman, “not unuseful even though it has nothing on the Slavonic myths”.
Tumblr media
Encyclopedia of Gods
Neil Gaiman barely used it, says it basically recycles a lot of things you can find elsewhere, and it has some glaring mistakes, such as describing Sleipnir as “winged”. But, he still included it in the bibliography because it has entries on some deities that other books tend to skip over, such as Coatlicue.
Tumblr media
Myths and Legends of All Nations
According to Neil Gaiman, “a fine potted history of about 22 cultures and their gods”. He especially points out that pages 190 and 191 contain info about kobolds that might be extremely interesting to whoever finished reading the novel. Overall, Neil Gaiman judges it “readable and interesting”, even though he points out he only used the book to “check stuff”, not as a main source.
