So… long story short on how Sing could have been…

Rose-Chan: My boss wants me to wear this skimpy outfit I don’t feel comfortable in and he makes me fetch drinks for him.

Mike: I’m takin’ Porky [Rosita] to the Land of Stink. (To be honest, I have NO clue what Michael was trying to achieve with all of this!)

Ash: I’m sad because my boyfriend ditched me and Moon keeps yelling at me to get over it.

Meena: I’m really shy about performing, but Mr. Moon’s best friend really wants to help me out.

Johnny: Mr. Moon is a hypocrite. Wanting me to play songs from an openly gay performer but won’t let me do ballet.

Gunter: …I get to perform with new friends, I guess? Same as the final film.

My story internship at Illumination Mac Guff is over now, so I thought I could share some of the work I did there! These are beatboards I worked on in the beginning, with the Sing characters.
