As a toddler, bully would often be caught wearing the clothes of the people he loves. His father’s hat falling over his eyes and his tie tangled to the point where tehy have to cut it off of his neck.

His mother’s makeup smeared scores his face as he tries to walk around in her too-big heels.

His twin sisters favourite sweater and accessories.

After tehy died he didn’t have access to any of their clothes anymore since his uncle inherited and stole everything. He went a long time in only his clothes and forgot about that habit of his.

When he joins the JL he thinks it’s fine and he won’t get attached. He does. After a few years when he really feels comfortable around them he’ll sneak their extra costume bits away and try them on. Eventually it becomes a common and expected sight to see him wearing supermans cape over his own, or a green quiver on his back, or one of wonder woman’s bracers.

It’s strange but endearing. They think it’s just a normal thing for his species to show affection though borrowing and wearing others clothes and don’t dare to stop him, not that they’d want to anyway.

Here are some colored doodles of the fun little DHMIS bodyswap idea thought up by the very fun, very smart @escargon! I did them way back when and wanted to finish them up to add to the fun lol.

It was sooo much fun to draw and I hope I made it clear whos who by the body language/dialogue but if not! I put a helpful little diagram in there. Also,as well, I think if Duck had access to a relatively-normal sized body like Reds’ that duckman is dressing up and NO ONE can stop him. So that’s the last two.
