I feel like we as a community dont talk enough about how each time boothill speaks there is a signal that the ipc can track. This is the 3rd time in this event this has been mentioned. He literally has no autonomy his words are already censored and he cant type the common language/ cant type period cus he has metal hands. And now each time he speaks there is a chance the ipc can find what he is saying or find where he is

This also applied this for literally everyone which is again very fucked up but he is actively on the run and he is also probably the character with the lease amount of autonomy (we are NOT getting into a convo about who struggle the most thats useless all these fuckers are fucked im just saying bro is screwed in terms of autonomy this is a whole nother discussion though)

Bro only really has his head and hair as the human parts of him

He cant cry

He doesnt have much from his home world

He has a robot body that requires upkeep but not very human upkeep

He is constantly censored and the only good thing is that it was said what happener to him in 2.6 can only happen in a dream, even then that whole thing was fucked

I'm so mad frustrated right now!

I can't find a fic I used to read and I'm 1000% sure it was deleted. (A mistake on my part for not downloading it when I had the chance) I can't even remember if it was on ao3 or ff.net, but I couldn't find it anywhere, so it doesn't really matter anymore.

It was Entrapdak, it wasn't even some masterpiece or anything like that, but it was sweet and special to me.

For a little bit of context and basic summary, Entrapta broke one of the "failed" experiment tubs in Hordak's lab, but the mini-clone in there (baby, infant, premature etc etc) was still clinging to life (bit Hordak's finger too). And she decided she's gonna help the little guy live, even tho Hordak was firm in his resolve that it will inevitably die like all the others (yes, he called the baby "it"; and "failure").

Needless to say, he got attached by the end.

And I'm forever doomed to never find that fic ever again! ☹️😠😡

Watched and read TGCF, watched and have yet to start the MDZS novel (I did start the series on yt but I'm only on the episode 8, still) and after I finish reading mdzs novels I'm going to read SVSSS but the tags on that one are making me bit reluctant to start bcs it has few tw that I person try to avoid by any means so but still! I was recommended it and I heard lots of nice reviews about it-

I have had a thought

I have a new ending for twilight

So everything exactly as it does in the original, until Bella gets turned, at which point she realises she doesn’t actually love Edward anymore

All this time his throwaway line about how everything about him is meant to attract her (I don’t remember if this was ever explained or not, it’s also midnight so I’m not gonna check, just roll with me here I promise I’m going somewhere) was true

It really was just a chemical reaction and, somewhat accidental, manipulation from him, once she’s a vampire that disappears, his charms aren’t charms anymore cause he’s not trying to attract her, at least subconsciously, cause she’s not prey anymore, everything that makes him alluring when she’s human can range from unimportant to blatantly creepy/disgusting now

The juicy part is, that everything that’s happened in the og has happened still, they still have a kid together

Bella is trying to sort through becoming a mom in about three months (once again next to zero memory of watching this so this is all a guess) and being a vampire now, which while it’s something she’s wanted for a long time, it’s also a huge life altering change, and now on top of all of it she has to deal with not finding the man she did it all for attractive anymore

She’s trying to sort through these feelings, trying to decide if she still loves him, was her love just a chemical by product of her attraction, can those things exist separately for her?

And as she’s trying to figure it out, bam giant threat to her new family and daughters safety, so all of her feelings are going back burner to deal with this, and by some miracle they made it out alive, so she still has to deal with this, and her old crush who she has also realised she feels literally nothing for now has imprinted on her daughter, whatever the fuck that means

Then Bella decides she needs some time to sort this all out, her and Edward aren’t going to be romantically or sexually involved for awhile, after renesme ( you know in this au im also changing her awful awful name, idk what it should be, but not that, I’ve seen Carlie tossed around, that’s cute, let’s go with that) is all grown up, Bella is gonna take a long vacation to visit people, see the world and find her place in it, without Edward, then come back and see if they feel anything or if they just remain co parents and friends

She’s still apart of the family no matter what though and they will fight you on it

They had a meeting of who they would take in the divorce (it was mostly a joke, emmet maintains that he picks Bella, Rosalee agrees)

Edward was not happy about this arrangement, Alice and Rosalee yelled at him for a long while about it, Carlisle tried to talk to him, Esme too, even Jacob through his hat in as the other boy who Bella ditched (made things so much worse) but it was emmet and jasper taking him to the woods and beating him up for an hour while yelling “respect women” that convinced him

It can end however you want, them together or not, i don’t think that part matters as much as her getting to grow as a person outside of their relationship and making sure after all of this that it’s what she wants, she could obviously do that with out this au, but I enjoy it, so have my rambles and let me know what you think

A little nightmares rant

The canceled comics are largely considered non-canon, but they do carry some relevant implications about the Nowhere. The largest of them is that the Nowhere has a set hierarchy.

This is supported by the games themselves; of the three regions we explore in-game (The Nest, The Maw and The Pale City) all have a major, more powerful entity that rules over it, and all of them, despite being vastly different, have one common factor.

The implication of Wealth.

The Pretender rules over the Nest; a giant mansion, her butler and her crafter working to attend to her every whim, powerful in their own right, but still bound by hierarchy.

The Thin Man rules over the Pale City, it’s citizens kept pliable by the Signal Tower whilst the Doctor and Teacher work to keep things moving in the dream-like logic of the nowhere.

The Lady runs what seems like a cannibalistic vacation destination, her cooks and the Janitor working to put food on her clients mouths (and clients on her clients mouths).

And the comics give us even more characters, namely the North Wind and the Ferryman.

Those “rulers” each seem to have a role, watching over the cogs that make this nightmarish world spin, lubricated by the blood of countless children, but they want more. In the canceled comics, it’s implied those overlords are competing in some way, their goals long blurred, but their ambitions ever burning.

Hierarchy is an essential part of capitalist mentality; those who hold the means to make money are the ones who call the shots. Those who don’t, obey orders.

And the thing about those hierarchies is that the ones who hold the power will do anything to hold on to it.

Through the eyes of children, this is all pointless.

Children have a unique non-role in capitalistic society. For the smooth functioning, they are best silent and unseen; quietly getting ready to fulfill their future jobs; educated enough to be efficient, but not enough to rebel.

This is what Six and Mono did during their games. You can almost call it a horror coming-of-age story. 

It's more clear with Six, because her journey in the Maw is the one that is most clearly an ascension to power. She literally climbs up on it, passing through every area until she takes what once belonged to The Lady. But Mono is also climbing up a hierarchy, and his setting is more urban and explores the role that media holds in conformity. In the real world, most TV and media companies are owned by the 1% when it comes down to it. Anyways, by the end of Mono's journey he has, quite literally, grown up. There is also themes of conformity in TSON, where Otto constantly expects and forces conformity onto Noone. Otto represents the mentality that children don't know any better, which eventually Noone herself starts to believe it as she relents and enters the Nowhere definitely when someone she trusts more beckons her to, probably to enter a cycle of her own. Also. Dolls! There are dolls or doll-like objects in all the games, and I think its's a commentary on how our society endorses the idea of children and needs them to survive, but can't actually make the world good enough for those children to grow. The Lady collects dolls sings them lullabies, caresses them, but when seeing actual children she attacks (or, yk, uses their meat to feed her clients.) Unfortunately I don't think that the next game will carry those themes with as much care due to the changes in company, but alas, hope is the last thing to die.

the random urge i got now at 1am to write about having an intense dream and meeting BEN because your consciousness is all wrapped up in the game (like how jadusable had nightmares of the mask and the game sounds) and making it all yandere and freaky

Regarding the whole mamamax debacle, one thing I haven't seen mentioned is what vainglorious braindead bullshit the whole "Leviathans are coming" signoff is.

So in the lore of this alleged cult, leviathans are members of a murderous anti-otherkin organization used to scare cult members and make them afraid of leaving. WHY ON EARTH would you try to reach out to and deprogram people inside said cult by referring to yourself and your following that way??? If the cult is real he would be playing right into the leader's hands by aligning himself with a fictional band of bigoted gangstalkers! If he really believes that there is a legitimate cult then he is a whole new level of incompetent.

Osmanverse rant!

I wish the other books were referenced in Heartstopper, aspecially Solitaire and Radio Silence. A lot of huge things happened in Solitaire, like the school kinda burning down, or solitaire in general and it was never brought up at all. As the story continues it gets more and more obvious that Radio Silence won't be referenced at all. In RS, Aled has no friends besides one friend who is never brought up in Heartstopper. What happened to the Paris group? RS takes place around a year after the current point is Heartstopper, I think. I could be off because I don't understand the British school system that much. Aled was never that large of a part of the group, but I feel like they would still notice his absence. Solitaire gets referenced in RS when the main character talks to her friend at the time about the school being burned down. There is a possibility they are alternate realities or universes from Heartstopper. I haven't read Nick & Charlie but isn't that coming up in the timeline too? I think Heartstopper is ending pretty soon, so I wonder if it will end right before that book picks up. I guess we will have to wait and see.

Random headcannon but i think the tweels parents def own like a casino rave type deal. Like las nevadas type shit, Vegas strip in the sea, that one shark place from omori. Idk i have strong hcs for the undersea merfolk life and how things work down there and i like to imagine that the twilight zone has bunch if different people in charge of different areas (like the mafia or even just gangs) and the leeches own one of if not the largest portion which they mainly make full of “fantasies and desires”

Idk i think the leech twins being so focused on their own pleasures and what they find fun can relate to growing up in this setting. That chalked up with the fish mafia and how suspicious they make the family business sound i feel it makes sense to me. It also fits alot into my own lore for my character since they are a shark and often get hired for jobs by the leech family to handle those who havent payed their loans

If your curious about azuls parents obviously his mom runs the restaurant but i feel the restaurant is right in the heart of the twilight zone and anyone looking for “sanctuary” goes there. They have to work for their spot but his mom is compassionate and accept everyone and anyone as long as they put in the effort (of course his grandma is right there if someones wants to speed up th process at a cost) she has alot of ties to each of the main factions of the twilight zone and even some in main city atlantica (idr its name). his father is a lawyer shark that can handle any case but his main cases are murder and violence cases (he took on azuls moms case cus he wanter to help her out but he doesnt normally do divorce cases).

I have more but im in the car heading to the dentist so my thoughts are abit to scrambled and idk know if what im saying makes sense. Might edit later

it's nearly midnight but I just had a thought after reading a headcanon about how father figure!Ego acts by the lovely @maochira (truly love your works darling MWAH<3) and how he never thought about/had a chance to start a family{the headcanon? where he slowly starts seeing his assistant as his child is so cute}

however...!

what if on the day of the u-20 match as Ego is giving his speech, aloud shout of 'PAPA'! reverberates around the stadium that becomes dead silent. an identical girl and boy run up to the stage giggling and squealing, chanting 'papa, papa, papa we missed you!' as they attempt to climb the stage before both give up and make grabby hands at Ego who looks just as surprised as both teams.

as if the crowd and teams couldn't get more surprised, here comes you -a complete and total baddie- scooping the children into your arms and climbing the stage, flashing your husband a smile.

"surprise...?"came your feeble attempt at salvaging the situation. by now Ego had regained composure and freed you of the squirming children, warning sloppy kisses on both cheeks courtesy of his twins. blinking owlishly at the quietness of the field he spoke into the microphone, " oh right, this is my wife-" you wave to the crowd-" and these are my kids. " both kids reach for the microphone giggling and yelling an excited 'Hi!!' making the whole crowd 'awwww' at the cuteness. Ego frowned before turning to you, "where's the youngest?" you smiled and placed a small peck on his lips, "he's with my parents don't worry."

then everyone properly processed what Ego said and your blatant display of affection.
