Request: Can you right a MG fix where we are a vampire in another state and Alaric, Hope, and MG have to come to get us because we turned off our humanity and started going on a blood lust rampage but when when they try to convince us to come to the school MG is the one to talk us into it and we turn our humanity back on and we have a break down by our overwhelming emotions and we regret everything we did?

News of your killing spree reached the school in no time. Alaric recognised the signs of a vampire from the first report. He hoped that it was a slip but when Jeremy reported back that it was a teen and they seemed to have turned their emotions off he knew that he needed to step in. He had originally planned on going with MG, a vampire that he could trust to help him but they were caught by Hope on the way out and with to time to argue with her she ended up coming with them.

It took about half a day to get to where Jeremy had tracked you down to, they met with him in a hotel a little ways from the house that you had holed up in. “She’s no older than these two.” Jeremy said. “She’s clearly not been a vampire for very long, even the ones with their emotions are a little more careful, they don’t want to get caught but she just seems so careless.” “Anyone in the house that they are staying in?” Alaric asked. “No, there’s no one else there, it’s the old family house, it was attacked about 1 week ago, 3 nights before she started her attacks.” Jeremy answered. “So why don’t we just go to her?” Hope asked. “I couldn’t do that on my own, if I did it would have been unlikely to stop her without killing her, you two on the other hand, are more than capable of pinning her down.” Jeremy explained as he pointed at the two teens. “So now we are going to face her.” “Wait right now?” MG asked. “Don’t worry we’ll be fine.” Hope promised.

You heard them as they opened the front door of the house that you had hidden in, the sun was your only thing that kept you here. “Hey we know you're here!” The girl yelled. “I wasn’t aware that I was supposed to be hiding, do you want to start again, I’ll hide this time.” You teased leaning back on your hands at the top of the stairs, legs crossed in front of you. “Why did you choose this place to stay in?” the boy asked, you looked at him for a second before looking around the house. “I’ve always lived here, I was killed here, I woke up here, why not stay here?” You asked. “Killed here?” He asked. “Don’t pretend, you literally don’t have a heart beat and I can smell the magic rolling off you in waves.” You pointed at the two of them “not to mention your human friend that had been following me around.” “You knew he was following you?” The girl asked. “Of course I did.” You sighed. “He wasn’t really trying to hide, he thinks I’m an idiot.” “He thinks you're a newbie.” She corrected and you rolled your eyes. “Can we hurry this talk along, I’m hungry.” You mumbled picking at your fingernails, eyes still trained on them. “You can’t keep killing all these people.” The boy stepped forward. “Why do you care about them, if they knew you existed they’d just be afraid of you.” You argued “half of them are already out to kill us anyway.” “They only hunt the ones that try to hurt people.” The girl said. “I’m sure they do.” You nodded. “If that were the case I wouldn’t exist in this form.” “What are you talking about?” The boy asked. “I’m sure you already know how this works, how you end up like this, I don’t know why he chose me to stay alive but he did, force me to watch as he killed everyone else then force me to drink his blood before snapping my neck.” You explained. “He had been here for months picking people off, there were reports and yet none of you hunters came here and the rest of the town definitely heard and no one helped, no one checked on us the next morning as I know because I was stuck in the house until sun down.” “So what do you think killing them all will make you feel better?” The girl asked. “Honestly no, I haven’t felt anything since the day I realised that no one was looking for me.” You shrugged “now I’m just hungry.” “This isn’t how it’s supposed to feel, it can be different if you let us show you, there’s a school for kids like us, a place where there will always be someone looking out for you.” The boy pleaded as he stepped forward. “Have you ever thought that there might be something wrong with me? That’s the reason that I’m different from you.” You appeared at the bottom of the stairs. “Your not, what happened to you, it can happen to any one of us when we are under emotional stress, vampires can turn off their emotions so they don’t have to deal with them but essentially you’ll feel hungry because that’s the only thing that you can’t turn off.” The girl explained.

“All you have to do is turn it back on.” The boy said. “You're wasting your time because I don’t know how to do that.” You mumbled a tear falling down your cheek. “I think you just did.” The boy said softly as he stepped forward to catch you as your knees buckled under you. “All those people…” You breathed. “I killed them… I can’t-” “Hey, you’ve done the hardest part, now we can help you with the rest.” The boy said softly. “My name is MG and this is Hope, Mr Saltzman runs the school we were talking about and if you come back we can help you.” “I’m allowed to come back with you?” You asked. “We came to offer you a place there.” Hope nodded. “Really?” You asked “I thought that I would be alone forever.” “Come back with us, I promise you won't be alone there.” MG smiled, encouraging you to follow him. “I can’t… The sun.” You reminded him and his eyes widened as he looked at the door. “Wait here.” He ordered, before long he came back in with a ring. “This will help you walk in the sun.” “A ring?” You asked, he slid the ring onto your finger before pulling your hand out into sun shining through the open door. “Come on, start a new life.” He said softly.

Every so often, when I resurge from hiatus, I’ll get these questions. I’m going to be real so I can link this whenever someone asks.

Are the works abandoned? No, not really. But do understand that my Might Guy works are some of my least popular. He’s an underrated secondary character, and it comes with the territory.

But do understand my surprise when I do update these works, and they get 20 notes or less, and then I have multiple people coming into my inbox asking for an update. 

I put out Cabaret over 2 years ago now, and the first chapter has less than 50 notes, as does the “last” chapter. I perceive this to mean that there is no audience for this content, so it’s confusing when multiple people tell me that the story's reader base is so large. If so many people enjoy a story, I would encourage those people to interact with the post(s).

Chapters to series take me a long time to write, especially considering that I’m a creator who has been posting daily. It’s hard to justify the schedule when these long stories get, what I perceive to be, few reads.

nick struggles to call the ambulance as he's shaking, matt helps him as chris looks at the orange bottle, with nothing in it now.

the paramedics rush in, taking you away, all three of them quickly follow.

you were rushed in as the doctors hook up the machines, chris couldn't even bare to see his girl like this, thinking of the worst.

the doctors don't know if you're going to make it, by all the pills you've took.

chris cries as the doctors try to console him, he doesn't want to lose his girlfriend, he really doesn't.

the doctors say that they can do life shock to see if you'd wake up.

chris nods, his vision blurry from his tears.

the doctor preforms life shock as chris holds your hand

- Offal and All (Kakashi's relationship with food throughout the years, mostly told through the eyes of others) I'm activley focusing on this one rn and hoping to post it like, this week actually. It's a mash up of a lot of different tiny Kakashi hc's I've posted about and should be very fun (and depressing, but that's kind of my brand, so.)

- One Step Three Steps chapter 10, it's going well so far actually I just keep writing it at work then being forced to stop bc like. Work. Might go up this week, hopefully

- Chasing Shadows chapter 4, it's like 20% done? Ish? I just need to find the head space to get back to writing it, will go up within the next 2 weeks for sure but idk when exactly. It'll be great tho ur gonna get Hikaku, Fugaku, Shisui, Mikoto, just all the cool Uchiha. Lots of politics, lots of drama, the works

- Itama and the secret senju weed empire fic,,,, it will be long and it will be beautiful which means it'll take me forever to do, sorry

- Magical Girl Izuna AU (my beloved) I got distracted by other projects midway through writing chapter 1 but I'll get there eventually

- Little lab mystery where kid edo-tensei reincarnations of Madara and Tobirama wake up with no memories and immediately stage a jail break

- Nin burger!!!!! Yes this is a real thing yes I meant to post it like the same week I started making it but then I got distracted and didn't. But I swear to fucking GOD I will see it complete. Nin Burger is my favorite real naruto restaurant that is real

- That one oneshot where Madara and Tobirama spend a festival night in the capital together as children, and Madara develops his very first crush on the fox masked boy, but seems to be doomed never to meet him again— till Konoha's first festival is held and he sees a man wearing the very same mask, waiting for him in the crowds. Might not actually finish this one tbh but also maybe I'll save it for tbmd week?? Idk

Considering / Planning;

- Hikaku as the Uchiha clan head after Madara's betrayal comic,,, not an actual fic but I wanna make this so bad. I've written notes for it I just need to get along to drawing it

- Izuna in Wonderland comic, honestly I'll probably end up doing the entire thing in one go one night when I get hit in the face w a brick w motivation. So it'll be a surprise for both u guys and me when I post that! I always do my comics in one go bc I physically can't bring myself to return to art projects if interrupted, which means I tend to do longer ones on my days off where I have literally nothing else to do or distract me, but I haven't had one of those in like. 2 months now. So. But I will soon!! Umm. Maybe.

- Here Before and After Me chapter 2, I'll probably make one eventually but who tf knows when. I have a very specific vision of Kakashi following Tobirama onto the battlefield and scaring the shit out of a very alarmed and confused Izuna

- Tobirama and Izuna's field trip through time and space, I don't think I want to commit to a full fic bc it'd be seriously long and I'm already commiting to Chasing Shadows and One Step Three Steps as my regular update long fics, then the MG Izuna au and Itama fic as my "write it all behind the scenes then post" long fics. One shots only for me, sorry. But I do wanna write a silly one shot of the boys crash landing face first into a konoha council meeting during their field trip

*Part 2*

Since your last conversation things were different, the protection squad was still around but now it seemed they were just doing it because you were pregnant and were there to make sure that all the rowdy kids didn’t crash into you in the hallway. Before long your daughter was born, she was named Rosa and she was a beautiful girl who took after her father in many ways, you still had yet to find out whether she was going to be human or vampire and if it was going to affect her growth at all.

One day you had made plans with Lizzie, Hope and Josie. You wanted to go shopping for some more clothes for Rosa, she was growing out of her clothes fast and you needed some new outfits and they were more than happy to help.

You leaned over the MG pressing a kiss to his forehead, he groaned as he looked up at you “where are you going so early?” He asked. “We’re going clothes shopping, remember I told you yesterday.” You smiled and leaned up wrapping an arm around your waist. “You didn’t say it would be this early.” He grumbled and you giggled. “I don’t think that 9am is early.” You dismissed him and he made a noise of disapproval. “It is when you have a child and it’s Saturday.” He argued and you looked at him and shook your head. You gave him one last kiss before standing up and detaching yourself from him to pick up your little girl and head out.

MG was up about 3 hours later and with both you and Rosa gone he found himself bored but that didn’t last long before he walked called on by Alaric who informed him that Rafael had been hit by a spell, they weren’t sure what it would do but he had disappeared and they needed to find him before something bad happened, MG went back to the room to try and call you and let you know what happened, but before he grabbed his phone a piece of paper on the bed that you both shared. He walked over and unfolded it, his face scrunching up as he read what was written there, it was a letter from Raphael declaring his love and his plan to take you for himself. MG quickly dialled your number “Hey-” “Stay away from Raphael!” He ordered. “Mil-” “No there’s a spell, I don’t know what the effect is but he left a letter for you, just stay away from him if he approaches you I’ll be there soon I promise.” He said as you confirmed that you had understood what he said. He didn’t waste time telling people what was going on, he just told them to meet him in Mystic Falls.

When he got to Mystic Falls he made his way to your favourite shop for clothes shopping, he scanned the shop catching sight of you and moving towards you, his eyes catching sight of Raphael who Hope was trying to hold back. “(Y/N) stay back.” He ordered as he moved forward to help Hope, with two of them it was easy to subdue him, MG wrestled him to the floor and the three girls used a sleep spell so that they could get him back to the academy. MG turned and walked back over to you taking your face in his hand “Are you okay?” “Yeah I’m okay.” You nodded and he looked down at Rosa. “She slept through the whole thing.” You said softly. “Good I don’t want her to remember it.” He said “come on, let's get home, you need rest.” “Thanks.” You breathe “Is there somewhere else that we can stay for a little while.” “I’ll talk to Alaric.” He promised “but we still have to go back to get some clothes and stuff.”

Alaric found somewhere for you both to stay for as long as you needed “How are you feeling?” MG asked as you cleaned up after eating and putting Rosa to bed. “I’m okay.” You answered. “Are you sure?” He asked. “I’ll be okay, I promise.” You corrected yourself. “You let me know if there is anything that I can do.” He said, wrapping his arms around you. “This is all I need.” You said, wrapping your arms around him as he buried his face in your neck.

Reverse Robins: Joker Junior series by miyaji_08 (complete)

Tim Drake centered. Basically he's joker junior, shenanigans occur, especially in the second one.I LOVE THESE. I am not kidding when I say I have read these two fics multiple times over. The writing style is incredible. The batman family feels very unified, which is at odds of canon but I'm a sucker of family <33. And it is reverse robin, but such an interesting take. Tim isn't Red Hood (joker junior as it says in the title), but he does kill people I believe. Idk it's been a while. Anyways, If you find the concept of reverse robins interesting, this one is definitely a must-read!! The second one also features the core-fore mildly so there's that to look forward to.

This is a masterfully written one shot. It's gorgeous and painful in the best ways possible. Tim drake centric (wow seeing a theme here eh) with brother Jason Todd. This is a sort of drakes were neglectful type fic but that's not the main focus. I think it was more about Tim and Jason's relationship. This was BEAUTIFULLY written. The author is terrific at what they do and my eyes were blessed.

Oneshot! This is the first one shot I read with trans Tim and it was brilliant. I love the interactions in this fic and I'm glad it introduced me to this head canon! I think Jack Drake is an alright parent? very mediocre in this but not abusive I don't think from what I can recall. Great writing <3

Running Rings 'Round by justapoorboy (incomplete 2/4)

This is a crack-ish fic, but I enjoyed it immensely. It really spoke to my soul in critiquing the status of the healthcare system through its ability to favor the rich and really leave the poor to fend for themselves. Basically Tim and morally-grayness occurs through his entrance to the black market (?? Sort of??). I'm not describing it very well, you'll just have to read it and see ig.

Can't Stay Down (a documentary) by SonoSvegliato (complete)

Tim gets his tonsils out (wow he's down a lot of organs lmao). The amount of effort the author put in is clearly visible. I don't recall much other than good dad bruce and so much comfort. It was great!!

BILLY BATSON. Aren't you guys glad its something other than batman (I know I am, wow I had a phase). One shot of Billy revealing his age to the justice league and shenanigans occur. This is hilarious and I remember mentally giggling so much during it. It's so fun and if I ever have a bad day, I would want to end it off with this, just to make things better.

The Time Lost in Between by Magical_Devil_Alex (complete)

ANOTHER BILLY BATSON. Oh captain marvel, here to save us from the excess batman. Oh never mind, this is centered around batman and captain marvel. I vaguely remember this fic and Billy is trying so hard to outmaneuver the world's greatest detective and it is brilliant. It's a great concept and executed very well! Terrific!!!

Settle Our Bones series (Idk if it's complete but there are 8 works)

Okay I'll be honest I don't really remember anything about this and it's too long to reread. (wow am I secretly dory) Here's what I do remember tho: The characterization Is magnificent. Everyone has their flaws, especially because of past traumas/events and their actions make sense and I don't ever see them as irrational. It's a fix it of Jason never dies but Tim is still there for the ride. I believe there's bad parents Jack and Janet, but I'm not 100% sure. It's a great (and long) series so definitely read it if you can <3

Just A Kid by sardonic_sprite (incomplete 3/?)

Jason Todd and his goons and ig the bats added to the mix. That's it. It's hilarious and the humor is *chefs kiss*.

I was locked into the idea of social media AUs in the DC universe, and that's where this came in. It's one of the best social media AUs that I've seen from whatI can remember. It's great, IT basically talks about the debate of in-universe outsiders talking about child soldiers and just robin. Great take on internet discourse that would undoubtedly occur within the DC universe!

OH MY GOSH. I VIVIDLY RECALL THIS ONE SHOT. This was a gorgeous fic dedicated to Damian and Duke's relationship, especially as people of color. It talks about their different cultures and Damian's experience with his culture. This is especially important to me because the amount of times I have seen people white-wash characters within fandom spaces is insane. BUT THIS ONE. This one, you can tell the author has done their research or knows their stuff, because the feelings that Damian emits, I can feel. I feel seen with this fic. With complex undertones and how do you find your place in a world that is so different from your culture. It talks about food and. Im just, it's gorgeous and PLEASE READ IT AND COMMENT ON IT I BEG.

The other works in the series are terrific as well!! This is just the one that struck me right in the heart and I will forever yell about it.

oh wow. complex mother Janet, oh how I love complex female characters. The exploration of the mother/son relationship that Janet and Tim possess. This is beautiful and intricate and it touches my heart. Everyone's just trying and sometimes that's not enough and its just *sigh*. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous writing. But then again, anything by this author is beautiful. It's a sign for all of you to binge everything this author has written RIGHT NOW.

alternate universe!! This was my first damijon (Damian Wayne and Jonathan Kent) fic that I've read and it is the reason I like the pairing. It's such a cute little coffee shop AU, where Jon is a barista bc poor guy just wants a car and Damian is a regular. It's great!! I'm so glad this was my introduction into the damijon ship.

OKay,, THIS IS THE KON EL AUTHOR AND THE KON FIC. This Is what got me to read earlier comics and really superman comics as a while. The author is spectacular and really knows what they are doing. I could rave on and on about this fic. Kon and his relationship with growing up and adult hood and what was his adolescence ( did he even really have one ).

There is timkon, but that is definitely not the full focus of this fic and do not focus on the bats when the supers have such a complex relationship with each other. KonEl is spectacular and this fic really shows his chracterization and his relationships with other characters like Clark and his father/brother/uncle who even knows type relationship with him, And then the core four too!!. PLEAE PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS I BEG OF YOU ON MY KNEES AND UNDERSTAND HOW BEAUTIFUL TH ESUPERS ARE AND OMG

...alright, briefly traversed my bookmarks for fics i remembered being hilarious, and ironically, this is not at all indicative of the fandoms i spend the most time reading in, especially like, currently, but it's a small variety and they were all memorably hilarious so:

So, Julie's got a possessed teddy bear. “It was just a flash of light, like a lava lamp exploded, and then, whoomph —“ Reggie mimes what, presumably, is a person getting sucked into a stuffed animal’s body. It involves a lot of flailing, a weird mermaid wiggle, and a moonwalk. “Alex was a bear.” CAN WE PLEASE STOP SAYING THAT, sings Alex — or Bearlex — into his plush microphone, with his tiny robotic voice. The sound box inside of the bear isn’t designed for speaking, only warbling… so every time Alex has something to say, he sounds like robot Freddie Mercury attempting karaoke. ALEX IS NOT A BEAR. ALEX IS INSIDE A BEAR. IT’S DIFFERENT. “Yeah, man, it sounds worse.”

Rec Notes: This one makes me cry laughing. Every single time. It's so funny. I believe after I watched JATP and binged a bunch of fics I read every single one of this person's works and they were all great. God, I need to rewatch that show, it's been a hot second.

Shivers– Miles away, a young teenager takes his first ever hit of a joint. He inhales too deeply, and spit flies from his lips as he falls into a coughing fit. Pitifully, his friend pats him on the back, an embarrassed grimace on his face. Just as far away, a woman is locked to her couch, paralyzed by the 10 mg edible she took an hour and a half ago. The recommended dosage was half of a gummy, and yet, the chemicals overpower her, merging her into the cushions. Time passes as a dripping faucet, inconsistent, and runny. And here, in Martinese, a police officer has rolled the worst blunt known to all mankind. 

Rec Notes: Great grasp of game's format/feel, incredibly funny. I just love how it's worded. The summary is a great example--the pacing and punchline is just. chef's kiss.

No Speak, Only Batman by hitthedeck

Batman doesn't use words, those prehistoric, plebian things. Instead, he stares deeply into your eyes, waits for you to absorb his meaning, and leaves. Either that or he fights it out like a normal person. Or, in which Batman's unique communication style is spectacularly unhelpful.

Rec Notes: I don't even go here, but Batman produces so many excellent, excellent crack fics. This is one of the best. Honestly, this whole series is completely iconic. Please read them all.

Stomach sinking, Chat remembers one of the first things he learned about the Fox Miraculous: that if Rena Rouge isn’t focused, her illusions go haywire. Oh, no.

Rec List: cannot emphasize enough this one makes me cry laughing every time. I don't know what it is, man. It's just so fucking funny. I haven't watched this show in years and still I go back and reread this when I remember it exists.

Great characterization, deeply hilarious and so so funny, always worth rereading over and over. The best, ♾️/10 stars

In the Shire, hobbits say, "What lovely weather we've having." They also stir their teacups for four and a half clockwise rotations, place their left elbow seven-eighths down the way of the arm rest, and sniffled pointedly, which roughly translates to: "This tea is over-steeped and bland, your furniture is both uncomfortable and horrifically tasteless, and you're a twit of a host." And I think that's beautiful. ~ Hobbitish is a language of manners and etiquette, the dwarves don't even know that Hobbitish is a thing, and Bilbo is trying to keep a straight face and his peace of mind while the Company unintentionally keeps sexually propositioning him and challenging him to pie-eating contests to the death. ~ Actions speak so much louder than words.

Rec Notes: Truly a stunning fic. An absolute masterpiece. Hilarious, touching, perfectly paced. Incredibly long and well-thought out, great characterization, and again, I cannot stress this enough, hilarious. I once recommended this to a person out loud irl in real life on purpose. A person who had never heard of fanfiction. Admittedly I was a high-schooler at the time, so it's not like I had much sense (not that I have any now), but I still didn't normally do that. He thought it was hilarious, by the way. Read some excerpts out loud at lunch and had them howling. Wonderful fic, cannot recommend enough; so fucking funny and the premise is just. so good.

There were a lot of answers he could give to this. No, who in the world told you that, we're twins, being the main one, or perhaps he could just turn to his brother and say, did you seriously fucking tell people you cloned yourself instead of owning up to not being an only child?! But looking at his brother, who was keeping his face utterly blank, Nicholas made a split second decision. "No," he said, looking his brother directly in the eyes, "Actually, he's my clone."

Author Note: I had a harder time choosing between my MBS crack fics because I think they're all hilarious. No false modesty here, if there's one thing I am occasionally good at it is being funny as fuck. Not reliably, but, you know. Anyway, I asked my friends to choose between three random ones I think are the funniest and this was the unanimous (of the two people that responded on incredibly short notice) vote!
