Glenn’s canon hair length after the super max is waaaaaayyyyy longer than people think (I have done the math) and I NEED the fanartists to know about it. Hi, welcome to my TEDtalk. SPOILERS AHEAD FOR SEASON ONE.

Glenn was in the Meth Bay Supermax for around twenty years- he did actually live out twenty years there was no “oh he only thought it was twenty years-” no- it was twenty years, his body and mind aged. And I am going on the assumption that there were no barbers in prison for him in solitary confinement. Now: here’s the maths.

According to Google, human hair grows “half an inch per month, or six inches per year” on average. In centimeters this is around 15cm per year.

Times 15 by twenty years= 300cm or 3 meters of hair

For Americans: this is 9 feet 10 inches of hair.

NOT FORGETTING HE ALREADY HAS LONG ISH HAIR.- also that grew out in the months they’d been in Faerun up until that point. So let’s add another meter- 4 meters.

Glenn close has four meters or 12 feet of hair by the end of the prison arc.

Headcanon that Glenn Close is the touchiest person you'll ever meet. He's standing next to you? Arm around you. He's Sitting next to you? No sir his legs or head are in your lap. He has to be the one to initiate contact but he does constantly. Hugs, Hand holding, Forehead kisses ect. He has no concept of personal space. How the rest of the dads feel about this is up to you.
