So it turns out there's a big craft guild organization thing only a few hours from where I live (I saw an ad for their craft fair), and I got like half my holiday shopping done on their website, and the box arrived today! The thing I was most excited to see in person is fragile, though, and it's really well wrapped in bubble wrap and I don't want it to break when I mail it to the friend it's for, so I am not unwrapping it, but oh man the temptation is there lol I also got myself a little metal bug made of a bottle cap and some wire. It lives on my little corkboard where I put postcards and thank you cards now

there was no way i'd finish his actual clothes today, so i fashioned some simple (poorly constructed LMAO) pjs for him that will be replaced asap KJNDKJND ;; i just wanted him ready for tomorrow / today (monday), but i also don't want to be white-knuckle gripping a tiny naked doll. also he'd get cold :( don't want that :(((

learned a lot doing this that i can carry into a bigger one, tho. like cutting the front hair bits longer to account for the curve of the head pulling them upward. and maybe just glue clothes together for a doll this size instead of trying to sew it nkjsfnskjfn ;;

hennywaise. after my Thing tuesday i'll try to go digging through my pile of un-donatable clothes (holes, stains) to see if i have on-hand what i'd need to make either his doc or grocer outfit. teehee.

you resume your inspection, gloves slick with his saliva as the metal detector goes off again. this time it's on his abdominal region.

you clear your throat, bending down to remove the percing on his belly button. damn, he had a lot of piercings, huh? you sure as hell hope that he doesn't have anymore! haha! that would be really awkward-
