peter knew you were attracted to him. he just did. it wasn’t exactly like you were good at hiding it, either. you blushed whenever you had your elevator small talk, he knew even in the early days that he moved in. but then he started to get closer, and had his hunch confirmed. the way you’d giggle nervously every time he invited you in, how you’d fidget your hands and play with your hair when you talked to him. it’s not like he was good at this thing, you certainly had that in common, so it took a long time for him to confront you about it. 

one night he couldn’t take it anymore. you guys were hanging out in his apartment, talking as usual.

“and i swear to god, i was so hard.” he shook his head immediately. “no,no — wow, i-i meant it, not…” and you were laughing at him, but you were also bright red. if he focused his senses enough, he could hear your heartbeat hammering in your chest. he just said it.

“are you attracted to me?” he asked, the words flying out of his mouth faster than he can catch them.

“is…is it that obvious?” you looked embarrassed, fully red and eyes trained on the ground. he let his urge to comfort you carry him, sitting next to you on the couch.

“a…a little?” he winced a bit as he told her the truth. “but it’s okay, because…” he put a hand on her shoulder with a small smile and took a deep breath. “i feel the same way about you.”

that’s how you ended up in his bed, well, after practically falling on it with him on top of you, unable to stop kissing him.

“that’s it, bunny.” he rasped, pumping his long, delicate fingers into you, reaching that spot you never could. “why…why bunny?” you asked breathlessly, your brain almost completely forgetting how to form sentences. he rubbed firm circles on your clit and made you whine, squirming under his hold. he leaned in over your face.

“well, you’re shy, and you’re cute…but now you’re whining for me like a little puppy.” his voice was like velvet to you in this moment, your hand gripping his wrist, keeping him in place as you bucked your hips against him. he giggled. “i’m not goin’ anywhere…now that i have you, i might have a hard time letting you go.” he looked into your eyes, and you felt that you losing yourself to the edge, spilling all over his fingers. and when you did, he had the audacity to say “atta girl.”

Love learning new things just like the other day someone said that, apparently, in order to lean on Miles' shoulder Gwen had to use extra strength and concentration cuz it's already hard to sit upside down and she made it even more difficult by balancing her weight enough to lean her upper body towards another person and it made me think of how she didn't hold hands with him which was way easier to do in that position but she felt so bad that she rejected him that she said "fuck gravity he needs to know that I care. I already fell for him I might as well fall down too"
