I’ve got a headcanon that because Palette is dating Goth, he also developed a fatherly like relationship with Reaper. Reaper helps fill the void that Ink leaves. This is dedicated to all you folks out there who wish they knew what it was like to have a father, because the one you’ve got right now doesn’t act like one. a heads up for anyone agonizing over 431 and it’s distinct oddness compared to the rest of the manga/as a last chapter:

tl;dr horikoshi asserts that 429 is mha’s final chapter and 430 is mha’s epilogue. he subtly implies he did not independently write 431 and less subtly implies he does not see it as part of his main storyline. basically up to us if we want to see it as canon or not, but to horikoshi, chapter 430 was the end of bnha.
