Requiem was orphaned that day. And the Autobots DEFINITELY found her.

I’m not sure if she ever encountered them prior to Deadlock, but it’s pretty evident who she’s related to just by looking at her for a few seconds 😭 predominately silver color scheme? A faceplate framed by blade shaped helm bits? The pronged crest and copious amount of purple biolights??

Okay but like,, I have an old rough comic of her searching for Soundwave on the Bridge shortly after Megatron’s death (and then breaking down because she’s pretty much just a terrified little kid) in a notebook somewhere :,)

After that she likely hid away onboard the Bridge somewhere, like behind Soundwave’s computer console as she didn’t know what else to do. Maybe if she stayed put they’d come back?

01 - Loyalty - MegaSound Week 2023

“Pledge your loyalty to me”

If he’d bared no mask, Soundwave would’ve smirked. If his optical receptors were visible, he’d have rolled them in a perfect circle. Instead, in the middle of the open field of hyacinths, as he later learned they were called, where the Earth’s sun was at its highest peak in the blue cloudless sky, he uttered the most unfathomable word his lord and master least expected:

“No”

He wished he could have seen the look of disbelief, pure shock, from the ferocious Megatron as he quickly turned his back to him.

“Pardon me?”

Soundwave playfully crossed his arms, gazing out towards the untamed field as the flowers swayed against the breeze. The petals as blue as the energon running through their war-torn bodies flew from their stems to dance within the gentle current. He could feel Megatron walk closer to him, the heat of the larger body standing ominously, but not quite, just behind him.

Soundwave shrugged, not even bothering to give him a glance as he continued to be interested in the organic debris floating about.

“Are you defying an order?”

The last word came out with the hint of a purr; a rumble of the engine that powered so much strength and brought upon so much authority its what drove an army into submission. And when Soundwave finally bothered to give him a side glance, to hint at what he desired, he felt his spark leap with excitement when those piercing red eyes lit up with matched emotion. 

Before he knew it, they were sparring. Well, more like tumbling. Rolling around like the pair of young sparklings that existed all those millions of years ago. The flowers were either stuck in every crevice of their bodies or flying above them in an explosion of color, their plating smeared with grass stains, crumpled petals, and wet dark mud.

Soon he had Megatron on his back, or so he was made to believe, while interlocking one small hand with his leader’s and placing the other against his broad chest to keep him down. Megatron feigned defeat as his spare hand practically encapsulated Soundwave’s waist before traveling down to stroke and pet at his thigh.

“Do I have your loyalty now?” he laughed aloud.

Soundwave chuckled and let out a fake exasperated sigh, “Yes.”

It was sacrilegious to ever ask the same in return.

Ooh! I thought of something sweet and fluffy (inspired by eating a cinnamon jelly bean) it’s the month of Easter (I think) and I think the megasound bean would like jellybeans (if robos could eat human food/candies) I don’t know if the bean could do a Easter egg hunt on the warship. But i like to think lol family eat goodies together and soundwave gives megs chocolate bunnies and sweet things.

This sounds absolutely adorable!

I think Sound/wave would try and make a little Easter egg hunt on the warship, warning others to no eat or break anything he’s crafted for his child.

He and Megs stayed near to make sure everything was alright.

By the end of it, they went back to their room, sparkling nestled near Mega/tron’s large chest and let them eat some of the chocolate they’d found (hidden by Sound/wave). The simple rule was that they shouldn’t have too much.

While the bean is playing in their room, Sound/wave decides to feed Mega/tron some chocolate he had gotten for him^^

Idk why I wanna throw my Megasound family au in thr invasive species. Just suddenly going outside and there’s some new Milfatrons.

There’s just a territory of Megatrons somewhere, the chicks are adorable but the moms will tear you apart if you hurt one of the babs.

Throwing my Megasound shipkid into I can just imagine her hiding near her mom and wondering if one day she’ll get that many siblings lol

I can imagine a whole bunch of Milfatrons all getting together to preen and relax while keeping an eye on all the sparklings as they play. TFE Megs has Whirlibird and her 5-6 brothers, there's your lil Soundfam baby, and also probably a Megastar kiddo from somewhere across the multiverse. There's just so many little chicks running around, they're so loud, shrieking with laughter as they play, but all the mamas are just glad they're having such a good time

Also, at least one of them walks away with baby fever after this 😂 So many cute bitties, it makes them want another of their own

Ok now I GOT to ask. What was the Incident, that made Starscream so terrified of the baby pit spawn?

A very young Kaon thought Starscream's face was a chewing toy and decided to test it while the SIC was recharging.

Bruh ships with major size differences are my weakness. Whether it be TFP MegaSound, IDW Minimegs, Blitzbee, Cygate, or Swerve with essentially anyone, you know the smaller one is living it up. I’m a tiny person, so the thought of getting treated by a bigger person is just mmmmmmmm. The tiny bot just getting stuffed by the bigger bot, wailing and begging for more is a delicious image. It’s even better to imagine the bigger bot lying back and letting the smaller one have their way with them, whether they’re tied up or not. And I know it’s cliche, but the smaller bot getting knocked up and all heavy with the bigger bot’s sparkling(s) is something I don’t get enough of. Big servos on a big belly are absolutely wonderful.

Bit of a angsty Megasound and Soundrod idea

During the middle of the war Soundwave starts feeling distant towards his Conjunx. Its not that Megatron was cruel towards him or his cassettes quite the opposite but for Soundwave it felt like a certain spark had fizzled out making the blue con feel lonely. Soundwave is torn between breaking his bond with Megatron as the grey mech treats the cassettes like his own sparklings, he doesn't want to break their sparks.

During one stealth mission Hot Rod ends up running into Soundwave when he took a wrong turn down a hallway. They have a short scuffle only to end when Hot Rod knocks Soundwave's visor off with a well aimed punch. Soundwave is impressed by the red speedster and he just stares in awe at Hot Rod as it's been a long time that someone could equally match his fighting skills. Of course thanks to distraction Roddy is able to get away before reinforcements arrive leaving the blue con standing there stunned, Soundwave is standing there in shock for a while he doesn't hear Megatron rushing to his side in order to check on him. Later that night he can't shake away the new burning feeling in his spark...he has to see Hot Rod again he just HAS too.

A few months pass and Ravage notices how happy Soundwave has been lately, curious to see what gotten their adoptive sire so chipper Ravage starts following Soundwave around. Nothing grabs Ravage's interest just a normal boring day at the base that's until it turns into the evening. The cyber cat silently follows Soundwave when the blue con sneaks out of the base heading towards the border. Ravage is just confused and quietly hides in some near by bushes curious to see why their sire needs to be so secretive. A few moments pass and Hot Rod arrives with a wide smile, Ravage's planting bristles when he sees Soundwave pull the Auto-Bot into a hug before kissing him. The cyber cat snarls resisting the urge to pounce and claw out his sire's optics as well as the Auto-bots optics for good measure. The cyber cat sulks away heading back to base with a heavy spark, He needs to report this to Megatron even if it means he won't see his adoptive sire ever again.

Still obsessing over Megs wanting to carry sparklings. I can imagine some bots thinking it's just a weird joke/phase he has and just laughing about it. Meanwhile Megs gets upset and sad when he gets denied any attempt to get knocked up or hear anyone says things about how he'd be a terrible mother. Some bots make comments about how "his body wouldn't be fit to carry" even tho he's got them thick thighs and birthing hips-

Anyway this probably makes no sense fbndnd just really thinking about angsty Megs who rlly wants to be a mommy

I can see this and in this scenario i can see Megatron going on and on about how they shouldn't restrict the right to carry post war, I'm really feeling a "g1ish megop develops post war" thing here as I've seen a fic of that and it was great

MegaSound Week - 2024

Day 6: Alternate Universe

An alternate universe where Megatron and Soundwave decide to start a family...

I couldn't end MegaSound Week without drawing my MegaSound baby, Kaon!

I decided to do something similar to this piece in lineart and shading because I really like how that one turned out lol

I'm officially breaking the first chapter of Kaon's fic in two parts (prologue and chapter one because dEAR PRIMUS THIS THING IS TOO LONG AND IT'S NOT EVEN DONE)

The good thing is that: WE MIGHT FINALLY HAVE AN OFFICIAL TITLE

And the first two chapters are full of MegaSound angst and fluff. Perfectly balanced, as ships should be...
