The unbearable weight of being known is crushing me right now. In my absence of being able to feel social, I had a plethora of unanswered asks in my inbox. I started to reply, but I couldn’t answer them all. Suddenly the guilt sank in for taking so long to reply, and honestly the pressure of trying to find happy things and things I love and music I’m listening to, all these simple things broke me. I am okay. I’m not well, but I’m okay. The realization of deleting my account is weighing heavy on me, yet I know I have to do this for my health. Trying to live two different lives, it’s really getting to me. I’m nothing like my tumblr persona and it kills me to know that in real life, I’m even less relevant. Leaving tumblr is something I have to do, and I want to, but it’s gonna hurt me when I finally deactivate for good.
