Last night I had a crazy revelation about the mcu snap.

Let me bring you down my thought process.

Ant-Man read The Fault In Our Stars, meaning John Green exists in the mcu.

If John Green exists, Hank Green probably also exists.

If the Green brothers exist, their podcast Dear Hank & John probably exists.

There's an episode of Dear Hank & John where Hank claims that the human body has about 8 pounds of bacteria.

This is not quite true (source).

John believed this true be true so it was discussed at length over many episodes (source).

It is reasonable to believe that fans of the podcast did not fact check this and therefore believe that the human body contains 8 pounds of bacteria.

It is confirmed by Marvel writers that half of all life vanishing during the snap includes half of all bacteria inside human bodies (source).

It is likely that the people in the mcu are aware of this.

Conclusion: Nerdfighters absolutely weighed themselves and obsessed over how much bacteria they lost.

Hank and John, assuming they both survived, definitely discussed this on the podcast. Perhaps even replaced part of the news section with status on our bodies' bacteria?

Tony stared at the kid Infront of him, bloody and soaked, fighting in a war he never wanted to be part of.

Thanos stood proudly with his gauntlet, the mass murderer was going to kill Peter. *His* fucking Peter.

All of his loved ones.

Would be gone.

With. one. Snap.

"I am inevitable"

Those were the words he thought he'd hear last as Thanos snapped his fingers.

The outcome was much worse.

There laid Peter, on his knees his arm hovering, his fingers ready to snap.

The determined look in his face as he stared at Thanos..

Tony wasn't fast enough

"And I..am Spiderman." Peters voice strained out.

The faint sound of a snap made Tony want to cry.

His boy laid on the rubble, dying, his face, arm and stomach destroyed as the boy sniffled

"I-i did good right-right- Mr stark?" He sniffled out his smile weak and unconvincing

"Yeah-yes ofcourse..Pete." Tony struggled out, he could feel the tears running down his dirty ridden face

The other had gathered around watching the last interaction Peter and tony would have.

No more father and son.

No more them.

"Thats-thats..good man." Peter tried to hide the pain, he smiled

"Can-can you..agh..hold my hand, dad?.." the boys voice came out more of a sob then a question

"Yes. Yeah yeah I've got you bud-im right here baby I'm not going anywhere." He assured as he gripped the young boys hand

Only 16.

"Tell-tell may i-i love her okay?" Peter strangled out between a few tears

"And-and Ned and MJ..oh god-christ" Peter panted his head fell, leaning against some rubble.

"I'm-im.."

"I know, kid." Tony struggled out in a small whisper.

"I'm sorry."

Peters heart stopped.

He couldn't hear the kids heart.

"No no no.." Tony wept his eyes blurry, he wanted to tell Peter to get up.

To hug him.

To tell him he was stupid.

But he couldn't.

"Peter Benjamin parker stark. hero, protector, son, nephew. Forever 16."

Snap

TW: Characters die (but not really), A lot of angst TFRB x AEMH Crossover +MCU Event

Charlie took a sip of his coffee but something felt off. Something was telling him that something bad was going to happen. Trying to get his mind off of it, he grabbed the newspaper and began to read it.

"Alien Invasion In New York! Avengers Fight Leads Them To Wakanda!"

He wondered if Steve and the rest were doing well in the fight. After the Avengers leaving the island after doing who knows what, whenever Steve have the chance, he would visit him and Cody. Sometimes Tony would be with him, other times it was Bruce.

All he knew is that they were fighting aliens.

He took another sip of coffee and heard a scream. It came from downstairs. He dropped his coffee cup and rushed down the steps

He looked at the scene as his son, Graham, was disintegrating right in front of them. He couldn't speak, he couldn't scream. He didn't know what to think. Then, his friend, Boulder.

"DAD WHAT'S GOING ON?" Cody cried, tears streaming down his face. All Charlie could muster was, "I don't know son..." "I don't know..."

"It's not just us, Dad," Dani said pointing the TV, "It's everyone..." She weakly fell in Blades' hand as she disintegrated. Blades started to hyperventilate as Chase attempted to calm him down. Blades hugged him, begging for him to not disappear, "PLEASE DON'T LEAVE TOO!" Not realizing he was slowly disintegrating himself.

Chase didn't know how to respond to all of this, two of his closest friends are dead and their companions. He didn't know the fate of Heatwave, Kade, Blur, Salvage, Hightide, Doc Greene, his daughter, and Dr. Baranova. He looked at Charlie and Cody. 'Please...Please don't be next. Let it be me if it has to be.' He thought.

Charlie slowly sat down on the floor. Ideas running through his mind on what is going on. He called Ezra, hoping for a response, to get on but only hears Anna's voice. "Anna, where's Ezra?" He asked expecting the worst. "He disappeared," She sobbed, "I don't know how but he did and Frankie has been in her room ever since."

Charlie deeply exhaled as he talked to Anna, "Check on her, alright." Anna hung up the phone. That feeling in his gut gotten bigger. He knew that he was going to die. He was going, just like his children. He hugged Cody, just to soften the blow of the inevitable.

"Dad... are you gonna die?"

"I know it's bad but please," Charlie said, "stay strong Cody." He gently patted Cody's head. Charlie looked at Chase.

"Chase, please take care of Cody."

That was the last thing Charlie said at he faded away.

The kiss was soft at first, hesitant, a test of boundaries. But when Natasha responded, her hand rising to Wanda’s waist, the kiss deepened, all the tension between them breaking like a dam.

Natasha’s lips moved against hers with an intensity, a fire long suppressed finally let loose. When they pulled away, Wanda’s cheeks were flushed, her breaths shallow. Natasha’s hand lingered on Wanda’s hip, her gaze locked onto hers with a mix of amusement and something deeper.

Wanda’s other hand was in Natasha’s neck, caressing lightly and the message was clear when she looked toward Carol. “Now kiss her.”

Natasha blinked, her gaze shifting to Carol, who had been watching them with an unreadable expression. For a moment, the room was silent, the air heavy with anticipation. Carol’s smirk had faded, replaced by something quieter, more vulnerable.

Natasha’s chest tightened, uncertainty flickering in her eyes. The tension between them had been building for weeks, growing ever more intense; in the training room, on nights when the three of them would cuddle up to watch movies together, when they were cooking, but until that moment none of them had dared to take a step towards something more. And this was SO MUCH MORE.

Carol raised an eyebrow, leaning slightly toward Natasha. “Well?” she asked, her voice low, almost teasing but also nervous.

Not that she'd never done anything like that, but she'd never done anything like that with anyone she cared about. And Wanda and Carol mattered a lot, and Natasha was afraid of ruining everything.

Her eyes met Wanda's for a moment, and then Carol's, and she could see the vulnerability and insecurity in their eyes. That clear doubt, starting to feel like they'd crossed a line, so, before either of them could say anything, she leaned in.

Their lips met with a soft, tentative pressure, as if both were testing the waters. But the kiss quickly deepened, the hesitation giving way to something raw and unrestrained. Natasha’s hand cupped Carol’s jaw, her thumb brushing against her cheek as her tongue slipped inside Carol’s mouth. They both moaned, and Natasha felt dizzy as Wanda’s hand scraped her neck lightly.

Carol sighed softly against Natasha’s lips, her hand moving to Natasha’s thigh as the kiss grew hungrier, the weight of weeks of unresolved tension finally breaking. The heat between them was undeniable, and Natasha found herself pulling Carol closer, their bodies moving instinctively.
