Hi Nonny! Absolutely, I do! There are a ton of amazing writers, both here and on AO3, especially for Star Trek since it's such a long-standing fandom. I will absolutely list some of my favorites, but please do not be afraid to explore the tags both on AO3 and here on tumblr, because there are a ton of amazing writers that I haven't encountered yet, and I'm probably leaving some out unintentionally. (I'm so sorry! My memory is like that of a gnat at times!)

1. Three Ships: Most of my ships are crackship, but anyway. Naomie Nagata/Camina Drummer (the chemistry killed me between the two actresses), Logan/Veronica (Veronica Mars), yes I shipped them so much but I still didn't watch the movie. Samantha/Martouf/Lantash in Stargate, It has much more potential than O'Neil/Sam and was less bland.

I thought I could write another chapter of all the WIPs I have during my (3 week long!!!) winter break from school and work, given that it's been since August since I've updated anything. To be honest, I have very little motivation to write anything creative. All my stories are written wholly chronologically and planned far in advance, so it's just a matter of allocating the time to sit down and write stuff out. I also have a lot of new fandoms I've really gotten into (namely, Nosferatu and Longlegs), and I have fic ideas... just no motivation to write things out or develop any story ideas.

Furthermore, personal concerns and worldly affairs have complicated my relationship with Tumblr, fandom, and fan communities over the past year. I've previously alluded to issues related to bullying and problematic behavior within a specific corner of fandom (hey, what's new, really, eh?), which has also really made me feel genuinely uncomfortable using this account or writing any new material, especially related to anything Vulcan-Romulan, that kind of stuff (which is all I used to write, lol).

I've been going through it in terms of identity and life as well. I am living totally alone and supporting myself all on my own for the first time in my life as a 24-year-old. No roommates or family, just me and my cats and my dreadfully low bi-weekly income. I'm pretty grateful for it, but I do feel sort of lonely. My parents and I don't have a great relationship, and now that they're over 2,000 miles away, everything between us is awkward and strained. That would be fine, but I feel that I'm a very sentimental, emotional person, so it's just plain depressing.

I also am questioning if I am a lesbian, which is crazyyyy! And also makes relationships with my family and my community excruciatingly difficult :) But, let us first consult the AM I A LESBIAN MASTERDOC...

Anyway, I hope you all are doing well. I'll try to write. Eventually.

The story of the Human stowaway had long since traveled throughout the ship, with many of the crew claiming they’d heard rattling sounds in the walls on multiple occasions, and had even caught the scent of a Human female drifting through vents. Whether these stories were accurate, or simply a byproduct of the intriguing situation, one could not be sure. What was certain, was that news of Captain Solok’s unsuccessful encounter with the woman had spread throughout every deck, rank, and department within a few hours, offering plenty of time for hushed discussion. The general consensus was that the stowaway seemed to be exceptionally clever and determined. How she’d managed to escape, while physically in the grip of their captain, was of much debate. Captain Solok’s odd behavior now only added more to the mystery.
