PJSK HAS A WEIRDLY LOW NUMBER OF ACTUALLY WINTERY SETS... like 3. kind of.#i have some thumbnail sketches but im kind of stumped on composition for them. my idea was a nene focus set #(IF HER NEXT FOCUS ISNT PHANTOM OF THE OPERA THEMED INWILL DIE. BADLY. THEYRE GOING TO AN OPER AHOUSE. PLEADBR)#originally my idea was for nene to be biting a medal i was very sold on it bc i love nenes competitive side #however her outfit is so nice i want it to also be part of the art .. its heavily inspired by that one iconic eunsoo lim dress #from her somewhere in time program iirc. im really undatisfied with emus dress tbh my origimal idea was to give it a phoenix look #but a lot of the firebird/phoenix skating programs have very sleek dresses and i want emus to be fluffy. the balance is hard ..#and since i want her program song to be once upon a dream from sleeping beauty i swerved to make it look a bit like auroras ? but again #it definitely feels like the weakest of everybodys ... maybe i just love her too much and want her to look the best. sorry wxs.#tsukasas outfit is supposed to look like a shooting star. easy. program music moonlight sonata 3rd movement like from dazzling light. easy.#actually i like takahashi daisukes moonlight sonata program its a medley of the 1st and 3rd movement.. i think the calm at the beginning #is best. maybe smth like that.. for his card inhad him doing a haircutter spin but again. the outfits good i want the outfit visible. damn.#ruis the one im very set on even now. girl why are you so phantom of the opera.#it has a lot of beautiful programs to reference but the outfit i didnt really have any solid reference i kind of just balled #my main idea was to make it look a bit like both christine and the phantom.... gender Fluid.#my yapfest... i should be SEWING!!!!!!!!#despite my yapping im not that well versed in figure skating i cant really distinguish jumps i just like it . and medalist #i only do normal skating. bc i played hockey for like 7 years LOLLLL inlove skating though Heart.

somehow the "fics need more comments" conversation has swung all the way to like "I'm OWED comments"???? Or maybe that's just what I'm seeing be it fandom based or just who I interact with. but like, it's not the right place to be.

yes readers should comment if they like stuff, it goes a long, long way to help the writer but oh my god they don't have to. certainly not for the writer's ego. if you need comments to thrive, you might need a new hobby. sorry.

martin short is a legend!!! his performance in episode 2 of s4 is an emmy tape!!!!! he was brilliant!!and the script for this season is amazing!!! they separated the suspects into two episodes, which I found very interesting!! cuz they didn't interact at all and we can't exclude anyone who has appeared so far…. (SPOILERS IN THE TAGS)

#jan saying that a killer only hides a body if he doesn't want to alert the real target left me like this 👀👀#I think the target was Charles! cuz the person who killed sazz didn't clean her house so they don't know that it was full of clues #so i think 1) sazz noticed some strange movement 2) she was investigating 3) and then she died instead of charles #thinking about the clues #she lives in L.A. so the strange movement could have been noticed there (the stuff in the movie) but how did it lead to arconia?#are there two mysteries? maybe what Sazz was investigating had nothing to do with the attempted murder and everything to do with the movie?#but I do think hollywood and brazzos have a role in the murder/attempt #maybe someone who worked on brazzos saw that charles could return to Hollywood with the movie so they decided to kill him?#It could be one of brazzos' card-playing buddies that charles mentioned!#and the card game could even be the one that mabel and oliver played with the westies #god this season is really good already #omitb #omitb s4 #mabel mora #charles haden savage #oliver putnam #only murders in the building

I really miss the natural hair community & watching natural hair content generally. That was so good for Black Women; we were thriving at it, too. And as rapidly as it rose to popularity, it’s crazy how dead the whole concept is now. I think it had more to do w all the division created over routines around maintenance than anything else. Everybody was entirely too pushy w trying to make what worked for them personally a staple for taking care of textured hair in general — & that shit walked so that colorism, featurism, texturism & misogynoir could run. Now the same ppl who was riding the wave a few years ago & swearing by all these products, brands, sponsors, wash day & styling methods have put natural hair away as a concept entirely.

Also, why the hell did we waste all that energy prefacing everything w, “Stop doing this and do these things for your hair to grow to tailbone length overnight🤡” — just to go right back to weave and perms? All that researching for what? All the dedication to disproving antiblack/misogynoir notions about Black hair for what? All the redefining of protective styles for what? All the trying to unlearn the belief structures around the colonization of Black hair for what? What did we teach ourselves fr? How did we make things any easier for Black Women and little Black girls? It’s tragic af. The Natural Hair Community/Movement is dead, it seems like. I don’t think we fought hard enough to prevent what happened to it honestly :\
