like the little that we get in canon about him liking chocolate is that it helps after you've been hurt, and fanon is a completely different beast, but I think it's widely excepted idea that he eats chocolate the day after a full moon because it helps

speaking as someone who was regularly sick for years, it's very hard to enjoy the foods that make you feel better because they are so heavily associated with the feeling of being sick and the recovery (like literally the thought of orange juice makes me want to cry)

so I think he always has chocolate, but I don't think he enjoys it because of how closely associated it is with recovering after a full moon
