idk she sends royal guards out to snatch up horror in the middle of the day (nightmare told her to make it dramatic and tense :3) (all of snowdin would probably follow in concern because OMG WHERE IS SANS GOING????) and then yeah. just like that horrors gone! nightmare probably didn't even give him a chance to say bye to paps. undyne never ends up getting the food nightmare promised because hes a bitchass like that (and papyrus probably ends up taking up the full leader role of food provider for snowdin (if undyne even lets snowdin stay out of her control) good luck for him!)

Tomarry AU with fake dating but not because of a rebound, no. It's because of the money. Yes, an au with Tom and Harry having a YouTube channel together. A couple YouTube channel. Yep. It's not like they like each other — oh no. It's strictly business. After all, it is a lucrative business deal — and that is true because they do take the dating world of YouTube by storm. (That was the plan anyway; pesky feelings are below me anyways. — Tom Riddle, in the mirror, at 3 am.)

An AU where both of them are roommates and due to shortage of funds decide to open a YouTube channel together. Especially after seeing how Abraxas' beauty blog was so successful, and so was Ron's gaming channel. An AU where they start a prank channel that end up becoming a dating channel because everyone thinks they are dating. And because Tom and Harry don't do anything in half's; they decide to milk it as much as they can. To them it was their best idea to date. Or a decision they would both come to regret. (Like Tom? No way, he is my business partner and Tom would kill him before he ever dated him. — Harry Potter, to himself, monologuing the same thing, for the hundredth time that day.)

Basically an AU where they both end up falling for each other and being in denial while doing YouTube videos as a COUPLE, and freaking out everytime they have to do couple-y stuff.

i’m plotting out how the egghead arc is gonna go in my emotionless sanji au, and that + recent manga chapters have got me thinking about sanji and kuma potentially being parallels (or foils? idfk)

sanji, who is slowly having his emotions stripped away from him, for no reason other than the fact that terrible things were done to him before birth by an uncaring father.

and then there’s kuma. everything kuma did, every act of kindness disguised as cruelty, every choice he made—it was all for a hope in a better future, for a liberation he would not get to see. for a child he loved and was loved by.

both of them, meant to be weapons. neither of them wanted to be.

but at the end of the day, kuma is a father who sacrificed his humanity to save his daughter.

and sanji…well, sanji is a son whose humanity was sacrificed to serve his father.

Rie and L have really different personalities and worldviews and fears and hopes and yet they are at the same time similar. A lot is said and a lot is unsaid between them.

Rie stumbles into the room and for a moment L thinks she's going to drop on the floor for another impromptu nap but she raises her head and points at him.

That is the first thing L notices. Soon after he notices a second thing, Rie's red face, and a third, her tears, and when she begins speaking he notices a fourth, her slurring of each word, and by then he's quite sure the woman is drunk.

"Oi, L!" she declares, still pointing at him.

"Ah. Yes, Rie?" the man enquires, finger stuck between his lips as he peers forward at her from his perch.

She sniffles and wipes her face with her sleeve, gestures wildly with bottle in hand. "L, you gotta promise me something. Hey? You gotta promise, right?" Between her tears and inebriated state, Rie sounds oddly like she has a cold – her words are quite difficult to make out, and perhaps she realises this, because she really is repeating herself a lot, L notes in something akin to alarm.

"Promise what, Miss Rie-san?"

"If you die," she tells him through snot and alcohol, "if you die you gotta wait for me, okay? You gotta promise me, L, you gotta -" she hiccups and drags her sleeve over her face again, misery pulling her lips into a pout. Rie sobs loudly, speaks through it. "'F you die and I don't you'll wait for me, right? You won't – follow no cats into the woods or – open the gates or whatever, you'll wait for me, right? You gotta promise, L!"

And she is crying so much and her drink is spilling on the carpet and L is a man equally hungry and thirsty, paralysed between food and water, between telling her he won't wait, he will, he doesn't know, he doesn't believe in the afterlife, what is wrong with you, Rie, shut up and go to bed, when Rie really does collapse, limbs akimbo on the floor.

Dead asleep.

L scoots his chair over and stares at her red, tear stained cheeks, then pulls a blanket from the couch to fall over her.

The man stares at Rie for a moment longer, then swivels his chair back to his computer.

He would not keep a promise.

Imagine. All the Sandro!Raphs meet up in like. A multiversal event (OG! Sandro’s Raph will be referred to as OGS! Raph).

OGS! Raph asks everyone about their relationships with their Sandros, because there’s a few— one of them must have a close relationship with Sandro, right? Maybe CF! Raph, since Sandro developed his own personality w/o imitating Leo. But no. None of them are. BS! Raph died before he and Sandro could truly become closer, CF! Raph is extremely frustrated with Sandro’s continuous defiance, and S! Raph is close with him but not nearly as close as OGS! Raph wishes.

OGS! Raph goes home afterward, his head spinning, upset and very sad, wondering if it doesn’t matter, if he’ll be distant from Sandro no matter what, if they were never supposed to be close like he wants them to be.

i love characters with barely elaborated on personalities and traits and all that. dust sans??? absolute perfection i can do whatever the fuck i want with him. headcanon anything i want as long as it fits the framework that askdusttale has given me. nightmare??? his one main trait is that he's bad do you know how amazingly vague that is. i have even MORE freedom with him than anyone else. there are various different types of bad guy and i can make nightmare all of them and none simultaneously because he's simply not all that elaborated on. once i lose that creative freedom i lose all will to do anything with characters

yeah, underfell used to be my favorite! i think it was smth about being really edgy as a kid, or maybe it was because red was my favorite color. idk man, even now i gotta admit those designs slap really hard.

i'm not really sure if i have a favorite au now though. i do have some ideas for underfell that i like, but i think i see the appeal of most aus bc i just like making new scenarios.

i like the big three a lot (classic, fell, swap). sans is my favorite in classic (predictable i know) if you're not counting gaster, since he isn't technically a canon character. i like both fell paps and fell sans equally, and swap paps is cool. i'd be buddies with that guy.

(i also really like asgore in undertale. the tragedy of the grief-stricken ruler who kills even though it's against his nature for the freedom of his people but also because he's long past convinced he's in too deep is really compelling to me, and by proxy i'm interested in the theoretical stories of all the fallen humans including frisk. also the whole thing with their broken family and chara and—

Surprisingly not that into the "uncanny Vash" trend. Bc like while I am an unrepentant monsterfucker & I LOVE when he gets super inhuman in appearance. A lot of these "uncanny vash" things just... don't feel like him. It feels like knock-off horror portrayals slapped onto his face.

For the ones that actually work with what he is, I LOVE it. But the ones that r just trying to make him some unrelated horror caricature... I'm just not into it.

One would think that being much higher up and therefore closer to the storm would have the opposite affect, but to Randall, somehow, it became almost soothing to hear at night: The tapping of the rain on the roof and the glass of the window, the rumble of thunder overhead, the occasional illumination of lightning...it was like a performance, like an opera of nature-the rain became the chorus, the thunder the orchestra...and the lightning the dancers. And that, to Randall, was soothing.

“I’ve spent many a sleepless night up with a storm...i-it sort of keeps me company, in a way, while I work on my libretto. It’s...nice, actually.”
