Lmaoooo. The never ending debate on stepladder. As much as I'd like to side with Maya, if we base Phoenix as partial asian mix, I will side with Phoenix as me projecting. Language where I come from doesn't have words to differentiate step ladder to ladder and staircase. Being bilingual, it's easier for us to call it step ladder. Though I'm sure there might be a deep word in our language to use step ladder but most wouldn't know of it.

Now my brain hurts thinking of ladders.

So much Maya shenanigans with the professor. Maya is so peak as she is so shameless in testing the professor. Literally. They work so great. I wish I could see the professor's inner thoughts that would probably be funny as heck. Layton is such a dad or uncle here trying to wrangle Maya.

Since I’m terrible at taking care of myself and don’t drink enough because I REGULARLY FORGET IT, a week or so ago I started to set a timer each day so I remember to drink every half hour.

Obviously I’ve done this at work too and my co-workers noticed (which might be cause half the time the alarm vibrates I’m like “oh, time to drink!”) and yesterday my boss joked like “maybe you could set a timer for me to drink too”, so for the rest of the day whenever my timer went I was like “[my boss’s name] it’s time to drink.” And she did!

long story short I found it incredibly funny somehow and I could imagine Maya doing this too and slowly roping all her friends each by each in her habit too.

I'm sorry, I know bird calls are not as common knowledge as I once believed, but I die inside a little whenever I'm watching a RWBY reaction (or reading an analysis) and see people mistake or argue about if a bird is Qrow or Raven. It basically sounds like this:

bird: *makes a crow sound* reactor: "IT'S RAVEN!!!1!"

or

reactor: (sees a black bird) "I wonder if that's Qrow or Raven." bird: *makes a raven sound* reactor: "Sadly there is no possible way to know for sure."
