new idea: After Civil War, Natasha stays in Stark Tower with Tony. After she finds out that Spider-Man is a 15 yo after the homecoming incident, she and Tony kinda Co parent Peter. They kinda act like superhero godparents or something. Nat insists on giving Peter knives and training him, and Tony gives him PR advice and a science internship. After Aunt May finds out Peter is Spider-Man, Nat shamelessly flirts with her.

So I wanted to point out the usual nonsenses coming from Tony Stark antis and luckily enough, one of them made a post quoting pretty much most of their popular "arguments" (if I can refer to them as such), so let's take a look at this user’s main points and see how solid they are.

"Let's talk about the horrible shit Tony has done in the MCU"

Please keep in mind the "horrible shit" term all along during your reading.

"MCU Tony has mortared a city full of civilians"

Okay so first point and it literally never happened. USA's government did that to Wanda and Pietro's town, not Tony so I hope it wasn't too painful to pull this nonsense out of your ass.

"Been a complete dick to all of his teammates"

Oh no... he was mean to Steve and his coworkers during their first movie ? What a complete tragedy, what a heartless monster. Please stop the violins, otherwise I might weep.

"Made multiple misogynistic comments about women mainly Natasha (looking at you prima nocta scene)"

Okay so you gave only one example to back this up and it's when he was obviously joking with his friends. Even if that joke may be in very bad taste, that doesn't make him a horrible person like you tried to demonstrate, you're just nitpicking.

"Manipulated a 16 year old into getting into a war with his former teammates"

A) "a war" please don't make me laugh. For most of the only fight Peter take part in, both sides were joking with the other while fighting and weren't even fighting seriously, they were just trying to incapacitate each other. Things only get messy after Tony ordered Peter to step back.

B) Tony didn't manipulate shit. He hid no vital informations to Peter and while bringing a 16 year old to an arrest was indeed a stupid decision, he knew Steve wouldn't harm him and that Peter was strong, competent and equipped enough to deal with him.

"Thought he was completely justified for trying to kill Bucky for something Bucky did unwillingly cuz he was fucking brainwashed"

Why the fuck are you lying ? At no point Tony justified himself for this. He tried during the whole Civil War plot to ease things with Steve and this even after his best friend got disabled for life because Steve escalated the situation at the airport, only to learn then that his friend lied to him all along about his parents' death.

At this point Tony just didn't care anymore and while he was obviously wrong for trying to kill Bucky, it's not like he had no understandable reasons to go after him. Brainwashed or not, most people would try to obliterate their parents' murderer if he stood right in front of them.

"Repeatedly mocked Bruce Banner who was filled with self loathing and even tried to kill himself because of how much he hated being The Hulk"

Firstly he joked with him, not about him. Secondly, Tony was the only one who respected Bruce from the start and never treated him like some ticking bomb ready to explode.

"Created most of the villains in the MCU (Mysterio and Co., Vulture, Aldrich Killian, The Maximoff Twins, Justin Hammer, The Flag-Smashers etc)"

Okay, where do I even begin on that.

Quentin Beck was a narcissistic asshole who got mad because his boss called his invention "B.A.R.F", that and Tony tossing it aside because this tech was way too expansive for its very limited applications. So not Tony's fault if Beck had an ego more fragile than a soap bubble.

Hammer tried to destroy Tony's image and Stark Industries first, so Tony defended himself by revealing he crippled a man by trying to replicate his tech. Hammer fucked around and found out, not Tony's fault if he's an hypocritical idiot.

Concerning the Flag Smashers, the reason they became terrorists wasn't caused by Tony bringing back half of the universe, it was due to the Global Repatriation Council's disastrous resources management.

About Toomes, Tony had no prior knowledge of the contract he signed with NY and even if he did, leaving dangerous alien tech in the hands of random people is quite a moronic idea, as evidenced by what they did with this tech for years. Not Tony's fault if Toomes is delusional and sucks at his job.

Aldrich Killian ? Be fucking real, he became a super-villain just because Tony ignored him, an archetypal greasy-haired nerd who literally drools as he talks, for a pretty chick on New Year's Eve.

Like obviously, when a serial killer stab someone to death, the most logical reaction is to blame those who assemble knives at the factory rather than the murderer himself, makes perfect sense to me.

The Maximoff Twins, my god this argument again... Yeah let's blame the guy who designed and sold weapons to his government rather than, oh I don't know, the fucking guys who used them against civilians ??

"Which also means he's also had some hand in the deaths caused by all these characters"

Literally none of the characters you quoted became super-villains because of him.

"Created Ultron"

He intended to create a security system against other alien invasions and it resulted in a genocidal robot, which only happened because Wanda mindraped him some hours before. Tony is responsible for Ultron's creation, Wanda for what he became.

And I don't want to see anybody whining in my mentions that he already planned to design Ultron prior to her mindraping him, not when she had this fucking grin after seeing Tony taking the Mind Stone with him.

Let alone when she threw this line, later in the movie : I saw Stark’s fear. I knew it would control him, make him self destruct.

She knew letting him take the Stone would cause something awful that might also kill him and she used her powers to make him even more paranoid. She's responsible for Ultron going from "A suit of armor around the world" to "Genocidal Murder Bot", not Tony.

"Thought it was a good idea to have a newly created AI be exposed to The Mind Stone which caused Ultron to kill JARVIS and go rogue

A) Which again wouldn't have happened if Wanda hadn't mindraped him the same day.

B) He didn't consciously exposed Ultron to it, the Mind Stone corrupted the AI on its own, something Tony and Bruce had no way to predict.

C) Still not his fault anyway. Ultron is sentient, he takes his own decisions. Tony being his "father" doesn't change anything to this state of fact.

"Profited off of war by making weapons of mass destruction and selling them"

Something he's spent over a decade to make amend for, notably by closing his weapons division and dedicating his life and resources to helping people and saving the world.

"Bought illegally obtained vibranium stolen directly from Wakanda by Klaue"

False too. All we know is that they met each other at the time Tony was still designing weapons ; and that Klaue told him he was looking for something new. At no point was it implied Tony illegally bought vibranium from him.

"Technically responsible for more vibranium being stolen from Wakanda by Klaue due to Ultron"

This vibranium was already stolen by Klaue when Ultron met him.

"Being responsible for everyone who died in Sokovia's death because he made Ultron"

So following your reasoning, I guess Jeffrey Dahmer's parents are responsible for every murder their son committed from his own free-will ? Did I get that right ?

Curing Pepper from the Extremis treatment.

Designing Veronica with Bruce.

Fighting Hulk to protect Johannesburg.

Saving the world once again, alongside the Avengers.

Awarding promising students with the funds to develop their own projects and inventions.

Granting his tech to Peter and designing for him two suits that allowed him to save many lives.

Saving Stephen's life from Ebony Maw.

Helping the Avengers to travel in other timelines.

It's always mindboggling to find a person that is anti MCU Wanda but pro Tony Stark

Marvel Characters Gender And Sexuality Headcanons (Part 3).

Characters: Bucky Barnes, Sam Wilson, Pietro Maximoff, Wanda Maximoff, Yelena Belova, Kate Bishop, Peter Parker, The Vision.

Bucky Barnes.

Bucky is cisgender and uses he/him and they/them pronouns. He never thought about their gender in the 1940's because it wasn't even an option at that time. He obviously couldn't explore or experiment with anything as the Winter Soldier. It took a few years of recovery to start thinking of it as something necessary to know about himself. Bucky is also bisexual with a slight preference for men.

Sam Wilson.

Sam is cisgender and uses he/him pronouns. As a teenager, he saw some of the boys he knew messing around with their self-expression but never felt the need to replicate it. Sam is gay. He tried kissing a few girls or maybe even go farther but he just didn't like it, simple as that. He did like the shirtless guys in the school locker room, though, and he knew straight guys didn't think like that. He only told his parents and sister for the longest time but once he got discharged and Riley had died, he refused to hide himself anymore.

Pietro Maximoff.

Pietro is cisgender and uses he/him pronouns. He tested they/them pronouns for a few days but dropped it, deciding it wasn't for him. Like Sam, he's gay. He never tried hiding it. Growing up in a war-torn country, sexuality wasn't that big of a problem. When your apartment is being bombed, getting roughed up for being gay doesn't seem so bad anymore. Those few minutes of kissing in the back alleys with his "friends" were his escape. Flirting with all those women was really just for fun and he made sure they knew that.

Wanda Maximoff.

Wanda is cisgender and uses she/her pronouns. Unlike Pietro, she never tried to experiment with her gender. She knew she/her pronouns were for her. She was more concerned with how she looked at the girls around her. Unlike Pietro, she was worried about her sexuality. She's still unlabeled but she knows she likes everybody. If she emotionally connects with someone, their gender is the last thing on her mind.

Yelena Belova.

Yelena is cisgender and uses she/her and they/them pronouns. The they/them pronouns are a rather new development and she's still a little unsure about it, but they do like it. Yelena is demi-sexual. It takes a strong emotional connection for her to feel any sort of sexual attraction. Romantically, they're unlabeled. Girls, guys, non-binary people, she doesn't care. As long as they're not afraid of her and truly love her, not despite all her flaws but because of them, she's more than happy.

Kate Bishop.

Kate is cisgender and uses she/her pronouns. She tested out they/them and he/him pronouns in college, wanting to fully explore any possibilities before getting too comfortable in her newfound adult life. Kate is proudly bisexual and refuses to talk to someone who tries to ignore it. It's part of who she is, she is not Kate Bishop without her bisexuality. Of course, if she needs to talk to a person who supports bi-erasure, she will, but she won't be any more than polite.

Peter Parker.

Peter is transgender and uses he/him pronouns. He knew he wasn't a girl when he was very little. His parents were confused, of course, but supported it, buying him clothes from the boys' section and cutting his hair short. When they died, Aunt May made sure to keep that up, even introducing him as her nephew to her friends and co-workers. Tony paid for his top surgery, refusing to employ a superhero who was binding while fighting, especially as a teenager. With his accelerated healing, there aren't any scars. Peter doesn't plan on getting bottom surgery, ever. He packs during the day and while in his suit and uses toys during sex. He's fine with this arrangement, not seeing the need to put himself through more surgeries- He's a bit squeamish when it comes to surgery. Peter is bisexual but prefers women.

The Vision.

Vision is non-binary, using they/them pronouns. Maybe it's because they're a synthetic person, but they've never identified as a male or a female. They're pansexual, too. Intellect is more important to them than gender or appearance. It'd be exhausting to be in love with someone who can't even recite the first twenty numbers of pie, after all.

✦ kam's notes: My favoritest SMDP fic. It’s a soulmate au and it has one of the best characterizations of Peter and Wade. It burns so slow and so good. My favorite thing about this fic is how unique but somehow familiar this universe is. Peter is bad at being an adult and Wade is larger than life. I love the transition from strangers to friends to best friends to partners to roommates to soulmates/heartmates to lovers. I could not recommend this enough. 

Peter Parker's Home for the Wayward Villain by BeanieBaby [T, 90K]

A really long redemption story.

✦ kam's notes: The mother of all SMDP fics, in my opinion. It’s spideypool + a lot of fun side couples and cameos. Peter is Tony’s adopted son and he has no powers. He adopts a bunch of villains like Loki and Magneto. So fun and one of the first SMDP fics I’ve ever read!

But Peter figures it isn’t all bad, especially when Miles loses that dullness in his eyes whenever Wade slips on the banana peels he ‘strategically’ places all over the apartment for Peter as a joke.

When Peter B Parker enters the collider again to return to his own dimension, he’s dumped out a week into the future, but still in Miles’ universe. Repeated attempts to return home only speed up the damage done to his body by the glitches, and leave him stranded 2 years in the future. Enter Deadpool, who’s seen a lot of versions of Spider-Man, but never one so in need of a friend. He vows to save Peter’s life, whether he likes it or not. Along with Miles and Gwen, they work to repair the damage, and find out what’s keeping Peter from being able to return home. And maybe Peter finds he has more in common with the strange Merc than he could have anticipated.

✦ kam's notes: Another Peter B./Wade fic. Wade is very helpful and charming, how could Peter not fall for him? The other Spideys also make a cameo. Some Liv/May crumbs in here, too.

Peter likes Wade. A lot. Like-likes him. But this is a problem, see? Because Wade has no idea who is behind the Spiderman mask. And then they go to a New Years Eve Party hosted by Tony Stark, get completely wasted, and suddenly this does not seem to be nearly as much of a problem as Peter originally thought. Because Peter always makes the best decisions while drunk, don't you know? Especially when his decision involves getting into Deadpool's pants.

Hello I’m sorry to bother you but I’m looking for a fic that I had a tab to it and then lost it without ever reading it but I think I remember the summary.

It went a bit like the Starks and Parker’s were good co workers or family friends and when Peter’s parents died in a plane crash I think, Tony decided that he would take care of Peter in their stead. I think people disagree with his decision and Tony is like I’ll prove you wrong.

Suddenly, the new search terms didn’t feel all that far off and he thought to himself, ‘Eh. Close enough.’

“Mr. Stark?” Peter hesitantly questioned from the edge of the kitchen.

Mr. Stark, hummed, brought his second cup of coffee for the morning up to his lips, and turned toward his name. “Yeah, kiddo?”

“I was just wondering,” Peter began, his body language screaming anxiety. “Do you think I could stay home from school today? I just- I don’t feel good.”

Mr. Stark raised an eyebrow and set his coffee aside. “Trying to skip school, are we?" he teased. "That doesn’t sound like you.”

“No seriously. Mr. Stark!” Peter rapidly replied. “I legitimately don’t feel good, and I already spoke to May. She said that if you confirmed I was actually sick, she’d call me out.”

Tony was mildly surprised. “You spoke to May?” The kid’s aunt had taken off for a grueling conference just a few days prior; which was why Peter was there on a Tuesday morning, to begin with. Of course, he and May both knew the kid was more than old enough to handle himself. They just didn’t particularly like the idea of him sitting alone in the apartment for a week. Turns out that was a good call because once he was actually looking, he realized Peter definitely looked sick. His eyes were glassy, and his face was thoroughly flushed.

“Yeah. I got off the phone with her a few minutes ago, actually,” Peter said, pulling Tony from his thoughts. “I just- I woke up and my throat kind of hurt and my nose was pretty stuffy. It’s probably just a cold or whatever but I’m tired and really don’t feel good. So I called her.”

Tony watched Peter fidget with the hem of his shirt and quirked a half-smile. “So I'm supposed to do what? Take your temperature?”

 It was a joke, of course. But taking care of a sick kid wasn’t something he actually had any experience with. It simply wasn’t a part of the unspoken co-parenting arrangement he and May had stumbled into. She had her territory and he had his. Though he supposed there was probably a little gray area in between. And maybe that’s where taking care of Peter while he was sick fell.

anyways, here's a bunch of headcanons and notes that i have for what i have developed with MEL MY BELOVED BESTIE; and if it's chill, i will probably default to this verse being my main / primary. so if you're groovy, i'd like to write in this verse.

💜💙 freefall happens a little differently, in that linda and clint never dated, but they are friends mostly because linda is dating @thefleetsfinest and leonard adopted a stray alcoholic (clint) that is how that is going

💜💙 linda and clint still attend the gala together, or more linda runs into clint at the f.e.a.s.t. charity thing (leonard is probably in attendance too / linda still calls tony small dick energy and then kisses her doctor boyfriend) and both are squinty eyes at him the entire time

💜💙 Clint is actually injured going to Linda's clinic when Spiderman and Captain America confront him, and Linda still goes to defend him; partly because she will not have that happening right outside of her clinic. it definitely one of the leading causes where she wants some space from clint

💜💙 Clint still brings Bryce to Linda's apartment, and Bryce dies, and that's why Clint gets banned from her apartment. Linda calls Leonard to help with clean up, and Leonard helps Clint in the direct aftermath

💜 He goes to Leonard all injured after The Hood, and than he decides to go sober with the help of Leonard

💜💙 clint is still currently banned from linda's apartment, but she has mostly forgiven him for covering his ass and the whole dying kid in her house; it's fine he is leonard's friend, she can forgive him over time

💜 leonard mccoy is clint's aa sponsor, across all open verses, when post freefall happens; clint's living on leonard's couch as he gets sober and starts to put his life back together, there may have been some snuggling involved, because when you are sad and pitiful, sometimes being held is nice and lenny is a good friend.

💙 Clint and Leonard tend to go to aa meetings in Brooklyn, but if ever needed they have popped into the usual place that Tony and Carol end up. The first time that happened was so awkward for Clint.

💜 The first four people, on Clint's long list of amends and apologies, is to Kate, Bucky, Natasha, and Peter Parker.

💜 Now let's get on to talking Peter Parker ( @crisispider ). After apologizing to Peter, the two had always been friends over the years, but they become closer friend again. Clint is surprisingly there as Peter is going through the details of a divorce, or co-parenting, and being a single dad.

💜 Clint is roughly one year sober, and only doing small investigative, vigilante/hero work, not always directly in NYC (legal troubles), and that is when Luke has become Mayor (tbh i do not know the timeline between 2020 to 2022/23 comics well) when he gets the offer about the Thunderbolts, he is not at all sure about it and still has major issues with this

💜 Clint and Peter have been becoming closer friends, since Clint apologized, and it's once Clint has joined the Thunderbolts, that is when Clint and Peter start to flirt a little more, and one thing leads to another, that leads to feelings and a relationship. Clint's been a Thunderbolt for the city for some time now, in a relationship with Peter for some time. About a year probably.

💜 Peter and part-time Mayday move in with Clint at some point down the line, making the Spiderman and little Bug mainstays in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. The neighbors at Bed-Stuy absolutely love Peter B. Parker, and he's a big help at fixing things and making thee apartment labeling make sense

💜 Clint and MJ are buds, pals, friends; he loves her. The Barton-Parker-Watson family is so good and wholesome. Kate Bishop is also a part of that, DUH, Peter gets Kate in Clint's will. Kate and Peter have such a funny friendship.

💜 Eventually, Clint does get back in good graces with the Avengers, and even returns to the Avengers in the time of emergencies. He can be both a TB and an Avenger sometimes as a treat.

💜 Clint's even visited Spider-society once, because Peter vouched really had for a bring-your-boyfriend to work day.

💜 Clint's best friend, outside of his other best friends. His non-superhero friend if he has to be specific is Leonard, he loves harassing his doctor, needs him as his sponsor. has become more of brother to him than barney is, and is his best friend. they just get each other. and he swears if leonard gets hurt.

💜 Leonard makes Clint cry more than he'd care to admit to, like when Leonard and the Mccoy family adopt Clint as their own, and treat him like family. It makes him cry and stop he knows it's okay to cry Peter, he's till crying though and its ugly. He also just loves Leonard a lot.

💙 Linda and Leonard start dating before Freefall takes place exact timeline uncertain. this happens after Leonard wises up. She cares a lot about him, and was just giving him space to adjust to moving to New York and involving himself in superhero lives. They are so close with each other, and really it was a matter of time.

💙 The Night Nurse Network is a thing, with Linda's clinic being a whole location, and she's got her rolodex of associates. She's got help now, she's not the only doctor/physician acting as more than half of NYC's hero population's pcp and emergency doctor. She has @thefleetsfinest and @hopeburns (when she's not in space) who both can be ran into and seen around the clinic, as well most importantly, everyone's favorite waiting room buddy, Leonard's corgi Luna. there's three doctors/nurses are the night nurse clinic now.

💙 As Clint would put it, the crush era between Linda and Leonard was unbearable (and since clint was drinking at the time / he drank to that) as Leonard would deny any time he got jealous that Linda was trying to date and get out there. Linda absolutely hated that time, as most dates were just not interesting or went poorly, and she did not really want to be "getting out there", plus Leonard was right there and really they were both unbearable and oblivious to each other's interest in the other!

💙 Linda always ends up back at the clinic after her dates (the one time with the lizard girl), and most of that she ends up hanging out with Leonard after all her dates, cause he's more interesting (and the ideal guy)

💙 Linda's friends include Jessica Drew (and Carol by extension), Stephen Strange (they get coffee, he's a pest once he knows about leonard too absolutely awful), Laelynn (by extension her girlfriend Luce), and Leonard (by extension clint and peter are around a too), and than there is Danny and Luke as well.

💙 Speaking of Jessica Drew, Linda absolutely adores babysitting Gerry when given the chance. To add to that, she starts watching Mayday Parker as well which she really doesn't mind, because of Leonard doing a favor for @crisispider and Clint.

💜🧡 Clint and Peter watch Greer's kid William sometimes, which naturally Clint is like "Oh my pal leonard can watch him too" which sorry Leonard you didn't like those curtains did you anyways. So Greer has Clint or lets Clint's friend Leonard watch William.

💙💜 So Linda and Leonard babysit, just as Clint and Peter will baby sit all the super kids they know.

💙 Linda was more nervous about Leonard meeting her mother, than about meeting the Mccoys or Leonard meeting the rest of her family. This is mostly because of the fact that her mother was unpredictable in how her opinion could be swayed. It wouldn't change anything, but it'd be preferrable if she was Leonard-favorable.

💛 Wasps and spiders may be natural enemies (which may not be true), but Nadia has said she has arguably warmed up to @crisispider but like Miles is still the cooler Spiderman

❤️ Luce (i know i need to add her) is absolute buds with @crisispider it happens mostly because she quips back to at least half of Spiderman's jokes with quotes in specific voice, and they usually grab a bite after a tough day of heroing. That and they get the whole secret identity.

❤️ Luce is Newark's vigilante, but she'll end up wherever a lead will take her which is more often than not over the water to NYC. She tries to avoid being in Manhattan, minus the Night Nurse clinic which is currently in Manhattan, because every superhero and his mom defends Manhattan. She'll go defend Staten Island if she has to over Manhattan (that's a joke she'll kick names and take ass anywhere, wait a minute)

❤️ LUCE ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT PROVE LEGAL ADVICE ! She knows why are asking @crisispider so go pester a lawyer! She is just a paralegal, and it's in her opinion that like hawkeye should not.

FUTURE PLANS AND EVENTS

💜 THE WURM -> don't worry about :) -> it's not a cosmic threat :) -> all in your minds :) -> it's my blog, so of course, this would happen in a meddium length hawkeye run :)

💜 A few relapses for Clint, superhero shit is tough but he always gets back on and it never lasts long. his sobriety lasts longer.

💜 Oh about that Wurm ;) The avengers are clint's team :) oh and Clint plus the team save the day :) so you think :) and things are fine until the Wurm comes back to eat Clint I mean what :)

💙 Linda has to relocate the clinic, which actually ends up being more upsetting than she'll care to admit. It happen, it's happened before, she's always moved when needed. This time it's more because Danny Rand had bought the last building to remove rent as an issue for her. She knows it was a give back thank you gift, these things happen, it is still absolutely a stressful and massive plan when she moves her clinic out of the Lower East Side. She tries to find a place near the same area and still in Manhattan, but rent is a bitch. She manages to find a place in Turtle Bay, between 2nd and 3rd.

💜 Clint and Peter get married ! There is going to be a wedding. The proposal? Has not been worked out. But there is, of course it's gonna end up a big thing, spiderman and hawkey are big heroes!

💜 Clint's best man is . . . complicated. It ends up being co-best man Kate and Leonard. He had to narrow down groomspeople to a limit number of four. Figuring out who is. . . . still tough.

💙 The meeting of the Carters and Mccoys was something, which to date may be the most stressed that Linda has ever been to date. It goes well, mostly.

💙 Linda and Leonard will get married too, and Linda wants it family and friends, and keep it small and quiet. As much as it can be when there are already a few superheroes who have to be on the list ( stephen plus clint and peter)

💜 Clint is Leonard's best man for his wedding with Linda. IT IS VERY EMOTIONAL. and Clint's speech is great (awful)

💙 linda's dress is a little decade inspired, just below the knee in leg, with some umpf to the skirt, off the shoulders or at least neck bare, good for dancing, very simple. the more exciting part of this is really the lace she is wearing underneath.

💜 Peter is gonna have a second kid with Clint. They are gonna be girl dads time two.

Summary: When Tony Stark finally opens his eyes after being rescued from Siberia, he isn't the same man anymore. What happened in that abandoned Hydra base has broken him in ways that even Afghanistan hadn't.

But Tony is famous for his innate ability to fix things, even himself. Slowly, with the help of friends old and new, he learns to deal with his new status quo, picks up the pieces of his destroyed existence and rebuilds it from the ground up.

Ok, I'm finally gonna do it. I'm gonna ramble about Happy and Peter and why I'm so weird about them gfyihwudas

So, I love whump. I especially love whump involving noncon or dubcon. And Far From Home, with Quentin and Peter's interactions, hits so many right notes and it's very easy to see it going down much darker routes. Spiderio is 100% a fucked up and toxic ship that is often at least some level of non-consensual in my thoughts and that's why I love it.

So take those dark undertones and keep them in mind while watching the scene where Happy comes to pick Peter up after his defeat by Quentin. Happy gets a call from Peter, this teenager he's been looking after, Peter doesn't know where he is, he's asking to be picked up. Happy gets there and Peter is in distress. He's teary-eyed and limping, covered in wounds, paranoid, wearing someone else's clothes (which is innocent in-context but imagine how that looks with no context). Peter doesn't even trust it's really Happy at first, but once he's sure it's really Happy he limps over and just collapses into him, holding/hugging him, he's probably never done that before. (Shout-out to @skimbly-shanks for making me fully realize all of this and creating this monster gyfeifeh)

Basically, there's a version of the jet scene in every FFH whump scenario I have. Quentin hurts Peter. Sometimes he's been keeping Peter captive for some amount of time. Whatever the case, once Peter's free and away from Quentin, he calls Happy, who comes and gets him. And it just creates this complex in Peter. Happy means safety. Happy means comfort. Happy sees him at his absolute worst and takes care of him. (And if Peter's been being held captive, Happy has tried figuring out what happened/finding him, but he's not very tech literate and can't take advantage of all the resources he has access to. But he was trying and that's all that matters to Peter.)

And the attachment is two-way. Happy's been looking after Peter and he considers it his responsibility to keep him safe. First for Tony, but he's grown to care for Peter on his own too. He feels like he's failed even though there was nothing he really could have done. He hates seeing Peter hurt or scared and is determined to help Peter feel safe and comfortable.

Peter deals a lot with the aftereffects of Quentin's intense illusions, especially in verses where he's been captive and has really had his perceptions of reality just completely fucked over. It's easiest to ground himself when he's with Happy. Easier to trust that it's really Happy. There's still a lot of touching. It's how Peter reassures himself that it's not Quentin in front of him. It's a lucky coincidence of the universe that Happy and Quentin have such different builds. It'd be impossible for Quentin to maintain a Happy disguise if Peter gets too close and touches him too much. So it's a comfort to Peter, touching and hugging Happy.

The status of Happy and May's relationship is kinda up in the air in my head. But whether they actually start a serious romantic relationship or not, they're still basically co-parenting Peter now. No matter their relationship status, May starts referring to Peter as "our boy" to Happy. And he is.

If I could reliably write stories, it'd all be over for you greyfhidwu I've got so much going on in my head but fuck if I can actually write it down prettily.

Okay okay.... but what if when Tony visits Peter for the first time. He really freaked out. Got paranoid. He doesn't know what Mr. Stark wants and sure he would love to help his idol. But without being told why he needs help, what he is gonna be facing, the sneaky way he got in. It worries him. He has heard of people experimenting on mutants. And he is only 14!

I kinda like the idea of him going on the run. Right there, before the fight in Germany. He gets his GED. Finally has this heart to heart talk with Aunt May. Tells her he is a mutant.

Tells her his concerns and they go on the run. With May working at the shelter she KNOWS people. Has connections.[ I can't remember if Ben was military or not but for the sake of this imma say he was] old army buddies of Ben's.

And funnily enough it's this mysterious James that used to come to the shelter that responds first. Gets them new identifications, gets them to take all there cash out. Have bus tickets waiting for them. James even joins them.

All it took was for her to say " My nephew didn't ask for these powers. But he is just a kid, and he has no part of being in a war. That he could get kidnapped and experimented on... we can't take that risk"

So James helps them get out of New York. They go to California, still lots of people, don't stand out as much. And later on Peter and May finding out James is going out with Captain America. With May working, Bucky and Steve help raise Peter, training him and basicly co parenting.

I HAVE A FIC IDEA vol. 1

• May and Tony are finally done jumping into each other's throats. In fact, they have actually gotten pretty close to each other doing the whole co-parenting thing 

• Everything is well until Peter notices that Happy is picking up fancily dressed up May more and more often in his fancy leased Audi.   

• He draws conclusions and thinks that Tony has a thing for his aunt. It's even worse considering that his mentor is engaged to Pepper. 

• Meanwhile Tony finds out Happy is dating someone, but for obvious reasons Happy won't tell Tony about the identity of his mysterious girlfriend. 

 �� Peter confronts Tony, demanding an explanation. A small argument erupts. They clear up the misunderstanding quick enough though, and what follows, realize what is actually happening

Bonus: Tony could mention a "scary aunt hottie" somewhere in the conversation with Happy. Whether he did it on purpose or not is up to you!
