Me: Yeah, I wrote Bucky into my Werewolf By Night fanfiction, and people enjoyed it, but they REALLY went nuts when I added Alpine.

Me: *explains Werewolf By Night* So I figured, the three main characters still alive at the end all have some mix of trauma, torture, being forced to kill people, and feeling like a monster--why isn't Bucky ALREADY HERE? So I added him. And then I added Alpine.

Artist: If I were to ... let's say ... go looking for this fanfic, would you have an AO3 handle?

Me: I'm onethingconstant. The series is called Monster Mash.

Yes the pose is innacurate to his behavior but note to all who don't know, Narehates usually have a sort of dual personnality disorder, having a persona that only cares about money, business and stuff (it is mostly when they have been in the Iruburu village for a while) but they also have their original personnality from before they got cursed to look like that! Sadao and Sebastian both are Narehates and the rest of the gang would be humans (Delvers) I really wanna write about it too.. hyperfixations are thought

ah yes, it's the very tired, cynical man with an obsession for investigating and caffeine that has some weird paranormal connection with knowledge, and his partner, the lovable, silly little guy who supports him through every war crime and pushes aside his own problems in order to help him and others.

yes, of course, the cynical guy who considers himself a monster and values trust above anything else. and the charismatic, lovable guy who has so many issues he ignores, so much rage he never lets out, and who somehow wins over said trust because, really, how could he not after everything they went through?

the very oblivious cynical guy who doesn't notice the obvious crush the charismatic guy has on him, and that, after a very rocky start, falls head over heels for him and never looks back.

yes, the couple that goes through so much shit and have eachtohers back through it all, that no matter what nightmarish scenario they're stuck in, they are together and will fight for it to stay that way.
