I'm thinking of the fnaf3 days. I'm thinking of back when we only had 10 whole ass purple pixels of sprite to represent the main man William fucking Afton. How we didn't even know his name. How he always appeared in secrets that we had to claw and dig out of the game like scavengers. I'm thinking of the satisfaction and catharsis and karma when we saw those 10 pixels bleed on the floor, abandoned and alone.

And now those pixels have a face.

The fact that a little indie franchise became worldwide known and loved was already a marvel on its own and, being quite possibly The game that spawned the new generation of mascor horror games, I think a movie is well deserved.

Weird thought! The Science Group: Brainstorm and Perceptor taking over a college.

Brainstorm is thrilled to see this and Petceptor approves of the labs so they've invaded like an old abandonned science building that's meant to be torn down but instead they take and upgrade it. And the students return after the summer to find they have been invaded by aliens.

The college just adopts them as mascots and the Science Majors, as all college students get superstitious, leave tributes outside the robot lab for luck. They decorate with them.

Brainstorm is very excited to see loud science projects and constantly checking out the engineering and chemistry lab. Maybe its one of those course programs where their graduation test is to make some ridiculous racing drone or make a egg parachute or car. Just Brainstorm happily enjoying the freshman experiments

Perceptor is a lot more polite and quiet about it, observing them and qaiting for them to finish before taking their stuff. He notices them signing things out so leaves a small mark for himself when he takes them because he can't read it.

Everyone knows not to touch the blue and red microscope.

Percy and Brainstorm being new university mascors. Brainstorm always peering through the windows during classes because he's curious about what they're doing. He wanders around campus at seemingly random times and always waves hello to the students. He also probably does it at 3 a.m. like the gremlin he is, and at those times he stops by the 24 hour coffee shop on campus to check on the poor STEM students who are studying for their midterms and crying

The students love these 2, and the first time someone snaps a picture of them kissing it ends up on the front page of the campus newspaper with the title ALIEN ROBOTS SAID GAY RIGHTS. The next day, their lab/hab is absolutely bombarded with gifts: stuffed animals, old science equipment, boxes of chocolate, potted plants, interesting coins, anything and everything. Brainstorm gleefully sorts through all the gifts and even if he doesn't know what half of it is he atill keeps it for "his collection"

Perceptor is more shy and reclusive when it comes to the humans. He doesn't like to wander around campus as much, tho occasionally he'll join Brianstorm for a 3 a.m. stroll when the insomnia hits and they both can't sleep

ALSO Percy being so polite about using the library or borrowing things 🥺 leaving a little mark behind so they know, that's so cute. He's such a doll

And yes, everyone knows not to touch the big blue and red microscope. It's easy to remember cuz, well... he's the only 6-8-10 foot tall microscope on campus XD he's a huge ass alien robot, there's no way he compacts down into one that people could use

The art students make sculpts of them all the time. The first time Brainstorm brought Percy a mini-him sculpture they both lost their minds over how cute it was (that was probably also the thing that made them realize how absolutely adorable it would be for them to have a baby that also turns into a microscope)

As he usually did on Wednesday’s, Eli had a club meeting after school. 

“Do you wanna come today?” He asked you during lunch. 

“To your meeting?” You asked, clarifying. Eli nodded in response. “Yeah, sure, sounds like fun.” Eli smiled at your agreement, eager to show you his little world. 

After your final period ended, you stepped outside the classroom and waited for Eli to meet you in the hallway. Sure enough, he came running down the hallway to your left. He only slowed slightly to grab your hand and then kept running towards his club room. You yelped slightly as he pulled you, but hurried to keep pace. You laughed a little at his hurry. Eli pulled you to a door at the end of the hallway and stopped to open the handle. The combination of his and your momentum pulled you a little past him. 

“You always in this big of a rush,” you smiled, turning to face him. 

“Always,” he said, matching your cheerful tone. 

When Eli opened the door to enter the room, you saw his demeanor visible change. He changed from your normal happy boyfriend, to an intense man. 

“Alright minions! Chop chop, we got an agenda today!” He yelled into the room, enunciating his words with claps. The other people in the room stiffened as he entered and halted their movement. They all gathered into a group and waited for further directions from Eli. He turned back to you and his face softened again. 

“You wanna go find somewhere to sit while I get things started?” He said with a light tone, nodding his head towards a few chairs in the corner of the room. It was entertaining to see the way he shifted. 

You wandered over and sat in a chair, not being picky about which one. Eli watched you as you walked and when he was sure you were situated, turned back to the others and shifted again. 

“Alright! We only got a couple hours, so I better see you hurrying!” Eli said loudly to the others in the room. He called out more specific instructions to certain people. The person in the mascot suit had to run their lines a final time and start shooting. There were two camera operators. There was one person on lights. Three people were on board to edit when shooting was done. When he finished issuing instructions, he wandered over to a director-style chair positioned maybe six feet away from where the cameras stood. You saw there had been a similar chair propped up next to it. He turned towards you and waved to invite you to sit next to him. 

You got up from the chair you had chosen and walked over to Eli. You jumped up into the chair and rest you elbows on your knees as you watched everyone work. Eli looked at you with an entertained expression.

“Look at you,” he chuckled. “Co-director.”You smiled at the thought.

“Clearly I’m the most qualified option,” you responded, leaning on the arm of the chair to look at him. As Eli looked at you, his cheeks wore a pink tint as he soaked you in. 

“Action,” you heard another person say loudly near the cameras. Eli looked over to the shooting area and watched intensely. You followed his gaze and watched, interested, as the four people began to shoot the video. 

The mascot spoke their lines in front of the green screen while lights and camera made sure everything stayed steady. The scene that they had to shoot was only around two minutes long. From the lines, you could tell it was a piece about the upcoming dance. When the mascor had finished with their lines, the camera crew stopped the recording and the light operator turned off the shooting lights. One of the camera operators grabbed the tapes from both cameras and gave a thumbs up to Eli. 

“Give it to editing,” Eli said with a stern voice. “Stick around in case we need more footage. The camera and light people nodded. The mascot took off the head of his costume and went to go sit on a chair on the side. 

“So intense,” you remarked to Eli with an impressed look on your face. He turned to you and smiled gleefully. You leaned over and held one of Eli’s hands as you complimented him. He blushed at the contact and your remarks. 

“It’s so awesome to see you working, you look so professional. Better than some Hollywood directors, I bet,” you smiled. 

“Shut up,” he responded, a blushing mess. 

You looked over to the people at the computers, working hard to edit the footage they had been given. 

“You got your crew workin’ so hard, they must reall like you,” you commented, watching the editors. 

“I don’t need ‘em to like me. I just need ‘em to respect me,” Eli responded, leaning back in his chair and looking out at his crew. 

“Tomato, tomahto,” you said, mimicking his posture. 

“Whatever you say, baby,” he smiled. You smiled back and pressed a kiss to his cheek.

A/N: Hope you enjoyed! I just spent the last half hour (plus ten extra minutes) in-depth explaining the plot of The Black Phone which created the seamless transition of writing for Eli Brooks when I got home.
