i thought i had cooled off about the dance story but im heated about it. literally everyone is going to be reading that story and seeing cannon and saber for the first time. they wont even know that theyre gay lovers. they wont even know that they have full names. they probably wont realize that they named themselves after each other’s gimmick. they wont know that they took down the boss of the mob that the other one worked for so that they could be together like some sort of gift of the magi situation. they wont know that when saber was taken out by the second vigilante cannon scooped him up in his arms and fled the scene with him because he cares more about saber’s well being than money or revenge. they wont know
