Raffaela Travisano, regina della musica disco

Raffaela Travisano è stata una delle prime e più importanti producer e discografiche di musica dance in Europa.

Nata il 29 luglio 1968 a Marburg, in Germania, da genitori italiani, è cresciuta a Bad Nauheim, una piccola città vicino a Francoforte dove la famiglia aveva un ristorante. Da sempre amante della musica di ogni genere e soprattutto talent scout, riusciva misteriosamente, quando ancora non esistevano internet e MTV, ad ascoltare per prima cantanti e band diventate famose al grande pubblico soltanto anni dopo.

Ha iniziato a lavorare nella discografia a Francoforte, nel 1992 presso l’ex CBS/Sony Germania, nella casa di distribuzione Discomania. Nel 1996 è diventata label manager della Drizzly Records, la più importante etichetta di musica trance tedesca. L’anno successivo si è trasferita a Milano dove ha aperto la sede italiana della More Music che ha prodotto artisti come Paul Van Dyk, ATB, Blank & Jones, George Morel, solo per citarne qualcuno.

Nel 2000 si è messa in proprio emancipandosi dalla casa madre tedesca e ha fondato la Wild!Entertainment.

È poi passata al mondo digitale di mTunes/Deeep a Amburgo, del 2009 di proprietà di Believe e ha gestito l’ufficio di Roma come direttrice internazionale di A&R fino al 2013.

Da sempre attaccata all’Italia, pur riconoscendone tutti i limiti in materia di produzione di musica disco, dopo un breve periodo a Riccione, ha fondato Surya Music, etichetta che ha prodotto artisti di Los Angeles come Jutty Ranx con un progetto che ha vinto due volte il Disco di Platino, e i tedeschi Milky Chance che di platino ne hanno vinti addirittura tre.

La nuova società si poneva l’obiettivo di fornire servizi a 360 gradi a artisti, etichette e aziende, soprattutto cercando di lanciare artisti esordienti e promuovendo progetti speciali come con Jan Blomqvist, LUI HILL, Fye & Fennek.

Una delle pochissime donne al mondo a fare questo lavoro a così grandi livelli, è stata nominata in importanti programmi e associazioni internazionali che favoriscono l’empowerment femminile contro ogni forma di discriminazione come Keychange e SheSaidSo.

L’ultima tappa del suo continuo peregrinare alla ricerca di energie positive e luoghi ideali dove vivere e lavorare è stata Ibiza, dove si è trasferita nel 2018 e dove, accanto all’attività di discografica e talent scout, promuoveva anche eventi.

Dal 2019 scriveva per la rivista Billboard.

Una donna per le donne, ha prodotto varie dj internazionali e stava lavorando a un disco per Marjorie Biondo, cantautrice e sua compagna di fede, quando il 15 novembre 2021 è tragicamente scomparsa in un incidente automobilistico a Ibiza.

Raffaela Travisano è stata una donna che ha sempre osato, una donna scomoda, difficile, di quelle che decidono con la propria testa anche quando il buonsenso e tutto il resto del mondo sembrano prendere un’altra direzione. Sempre con lo sguardo volto al futuro, al cuore, amava le sfide e correre. È  caduta e si è rialzata molte volte nella sua altalenante esistenza vissuta come un giro sulle montagne russe.

Raffaela era una mia amica, ci siamo riconosciute subito molti anni fa. È stata una donna che volava alto, con una mente aperta e tanta voglia di cercare una serenità che arrancava a trovare, forse per le sue scelte, forse per la sua personalità, forse per l’anelito a  planare sempre più in alto. Aveva un’energia incredibile, starle accanto e vivere una delle sue tante avventure ti faceva sentire la coprotagonista di un film. Aveva un mondo interiore controverso e inafferrabile nonostante non avesse paura a mostrarsi fragile e questo la rendeva potente e, talvolta, un’outsider. Una donna unica, coraggiosa che non conosceva ostacoli insormontabili. Non aveva il senso il denaro e spesso neppure del quotidiano, la sua vita era glitterata e insieme hippy, minuta ma gigantesca, camminava su tacchi vertiginosi con un’inconfondibile sorriso che nascondeva sempre un ghigno, una promessa mancata di qualcosa di irraggiungibile. Ha osato, sempre. Ha danzato, sempre. Si è buttata dal dirupo della vita e delle emozioni senza paracadute e giubbotto di salvataggio e, ironia della sorte, proprio così si è conclusa la sua esistenza terrena.

Una donna indimenticabile per chi ha avuto il privilegio di incontrarla.

La sua vita è stata una grande avventura in cui non si è risparmiata nulla, il bene e il male, le stelle e l’abisso.

Die Deutsche ökologische zeitung / Le journal écolo (SPME 2018)

Nous vous invitons à découvrir « Die Deutsche ökologische zeitung / Le journal écolo », un journal bilingue sur le thème du développement durable, réalisé par les élèves germanistes inscrits en Seconde

Ce journal a été réalisé sous l’égide de Mme Zert, enseignante d’Allemand et Mme Deuker, assistante d’Allemand. Toutes deux ont reçu l’aide technique précieuse de Mme Grangeot, professeure-documentaliste.

Pendant plusieurs mois, les élèves germanistes ont travaillé sur le thème du développement durable, en comparant notamment l’écologie en Allemagne et en France. L’équipe de journalistes a effectué de nombreuses recherches et analyses de documents. Les rédacteurs ont pu également interviewer une jeune lycéenne allemande, venue faire un échange au lycée Georges Colomb. Ce projet a permis aux élèves de travailler collectivement mais aussi de porter un regard critique et avisé sur l’information. Par ailleurs, des compétences en matière de compréhension et d’expression écrite seront évaluées par Mme Zert

Le résultat de ce travail est remarquable : un journal de douze pages, complet, riche et attractif

Cette production s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une participation au concours « BFC Reporter », proposé à tous les lycéens par la région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Cette action d’éducation aux médias et à l’information invite les élèves à réaliser un journal en choisissant un des thèmes imposés. Le choix des rédacteurs du lycée Georges Colomb s’est porté sur le développement durable. Prochainement, un comité de pilotage sélectionnera des journaux papier et des journaux en ligne. Les journaux présélectionnés seront ensuite présentés à un jury composé de professionnels de la presse et ceci, durant la Semaine de la Presse qui se déroule du 20 au 25 mars.

Les enseignants tiennent à remercier tous les élèves rédacteurs pour leur implication et leur enthousiasme dans la réalisation de ce projet. Seuls dix élèves ont pu être inscrits dans le cadre du concours « BFC Reporter », mais tous ont pleinement participé. De cette manière, il faut féliciter vivement :

Self Insert Birthday Countdown Day 5!

ft. Marjorie Morell from Mr. Peabody & Sherman (Modern) and her beloved plush Ankylosaurus, Bumpy!

This film was one of the last things I’d expect to insert myself into, but I rewatched it a couple years ago on Netflix and like the film is lowk underrated. It got me to watch the og Rocky & Bullwinkle shorts, which are savage asf sometimes like DAMN, and the adaptation series Dreamworks made for the movie, which isn’t as good tbh. Like the art style and some of the scenes were good, I like how they did sort of a homage by having a segment that was in the style of the older shorts, but like it’s so dated and cringy at times I could only sit through a few episodes before quitting.

ANYWAYS MARJORIE FUCK! So like her deal is that she is BIG on Dinosaurs, it’s her major special interest. They’re away from their family in their own apartment complex right across from Mr. Peabody and Sherman’s penthouse, and it isn’t always easy. Whenever she has more harder days than others, she has no one to comfort her other than Bumpy. One morning while on his way home from taking Sherman to school, Mr. Peabody comes across Marjorie who was going through a panic attack. He helps them through it and they soon befriend one another. Mr. Peabody takes notice to Marjorie’s love for dinosaurs and offers to take her to the Cretaceous period via the WABAC. From then on, Marjorie would visit frequently and Peabody even takes it upon himself to be Marjorie’s licensed therapist, and they have sessions two days a week. Psychology was one of the things Mr. Peabody studied after adopting Sherman so he was finally able to put his knowledge of it to use. I love their mentor/student dynamic that I gave them sm!
