mario and luigi: a rhythm to remember

a drawing of mario and luigi with the tangotronic and his dance partner (who i call rosaline, some rh fans may know this but for mario fans they might need an explanation) from rhythm heaven megamix.

wanted to make a mock up render based on the cover art for the 3ds mario and luigi games.

anyways it looks cool, tried to implement the alphadream style into this

Bowser’s inside story is obvious, Dream Team focuses on Luigi more than anyone, Paper Jam is for Paper Mario…

I can’t wait for the next games in the lineup yo.

The Legend of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom

I knew the princess of Legend was just as impressive as her hero but now she gets her own little game! And I love that they're giving Zelda a completely different gameplay experience than Link.

I love seeing the different characters and monsters in this art style. Did you see that little Lizalfos!?! Did you see the 2 Zora designs! Everything looks so cute!!!

That little fairy Tri is obviously referencing the Triforce in some way but I find the Green tint on it suspicious… (never overlook the companion characters in Zelda)

Bowser's Inside Story is so much fun to play i understand now-

also i do find the cut scenes interesting, how the minions call Bowser by just his name, not "Lord Bowser" or "King Bowser" or "Your Highness" or "Your Nastiness" as Kamek calls him

i mean sometimes they call him "sir" or "boss" but Bowser is really just a casual dude.

He takes pride on his physical strength more than his status as The Ruler of the Darklands.

Even before this like with the carrots, he doesn't go "don't you who i am" but instead goes "oh you wanna fckin go?? challenge accepted! SHOWTIME!!" 👹

and with the caged Goombas, he knows they're weak, even said something like "no wonder Mario stomps on you all the time" and yet he rescues them. No wonder King Koopa's army is a variety of species, he's chill like that.

I do enjoy how the Paper Mario/Mario & Luigi games consistently go out of their way to imply that Mario is a volcano of raw sexual magnetism, but I simply cannot imagine how that would play out in a mainline Super Mario game. I don't think Nintendo's in-house writing team has it in them.
