Buenos Lunes Senoras y Senoritas! Today I’d like to share this sketch I’ve been working on called #ScubaInstructed.

I felt this huge gap in knowledge, experience and understanding in my life. Listening to the cliche’ “#DeepDive” in daily meetings and presentations day and night by people who pretend to know what they’re talking about, triggered me quite a bit. Especially, when I myself started using the word and had this feeling that I didn’t know what I was talking about. (#Impostersyndrome?). It helped me realize I didn’t really know much about the world. So I decided to become a #scubadiver to actually perform a deepdive, study the greatest part, the largest chasm on the planet, a world of fantasy in reality, the great gap in my human experience that I’d long ignored.

From fearing this awesome overwhelming creation called Ocean, I’ve now learned to appreciate, experience, enjoy, and protect it!

Some key personal lessons:

1. There’s much I still don’t know about this world I’ve inhabited for about 4 decades now, but I can always make an attempt to learn. #DontStopBelievin’

2. There are many unfounded and debilitating fears within me that I can overcome with patience, proper guidance, persistence, and practice. #Overcomefear

3. There’s a lot I can do to bring change even by doing what I do. I don’t need to move mountains, influence a million, #AGrainofSand is all it takes. Change within. #Beyourself

As my #illustration skills, my sense of #humor, and #awareness evolve through this #passionproject, I’m also talking about #keyissues that affect me and those around.

I don’t have to master this dynamic awe-inspiring creation that’s the source and #sustainer of most life on this planet. I only need to #respect, #appreciate, #coexist.

Now that I’ve learned to appreciate and analyze to a reasonable extent the #weather, #oceancurrents, #Hazards, #Threats, #Vulnerabilities, #Exposures; #assumptions and #limitations of myself and the surrounding.

I’m better equipped to perform a proper #deepdive on any task and initiative including a #GapAnalysis, #RiskAssessment, #Project or #Audit to a level that I’m content with.

Lastly, the ocean has the natural ability to #equalize base energies within us. That’s probably why we take vacations at the beach and feel refreshed and energized. 2. U.S. overdose deaths plummet, saving thousands of lives

Haven’t heard from Bode in a while. How is it doing?

BODE was once a ubiquitous sight on nearly every dashboard. The lush and abundant resource of pictures of fat cats provided ample habitat for the memes. But now, BODE populations are in decline, and conservationists are struggling to understand why.

Habitat loss is a common source of population decline in memes, but fat cat photos remain as common as ever. A more likely explanation is that aging memes often lose sustenance from loss of context. Does the average tumblr user know that someone once had a dream where the new meme was to caption photos of fat cats with BODE and then the dream became reality? Or are they simply tired of it, moving on to newer memes?

Dream memes like BODE often struggle to find a sustainable existence after the initial population boom driven by their absurdity, but others such as There Are Many Benefits To Being A Marine Biologist have continued to find homes, such as in posts about marine biology. Why hasn't BODE become a mainstay of posts about fat cats? Is it the irrelevance of the word to the photo subject? Is it the existence of a character called Bode who dominates tags and search results that would once have been rife with chubby feline photography?

Researchers have not reached a conclusion. But without conservation efforts, the future for BODE does not bode well.

The government of the South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands (SGSSI), which operates as a British overseas territory, recently announced that it had established new no-fishing zones over 166,000 km² (64,100 mi²) of its existing marine protected area, and prohibited krill fishing in an additional 17,000 km² (6,600 mi²) of the MPA.

These new no-fishing zones were established to protect krill-dependent marine wildlife, including baleen whales and penguins, while also considering the fisheries operating in the area, which target krill and other species.

While conservationists initially pushed for further protections, they ultimately accepted the decision, with one calling it a “positive and good outcome.”

However, Argentina, which claims the South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands as part of its Tierra del Fuego province, has expressed its dissatisfaction with the SGSSI government’s decision.

So I came up with this new sims legacy challenge, i call it Wild apple tree. It consists of 10 generation and each gen has specifics to complete before moving forward. I haven't come up with the storyline between each generation just yet but other then that I think it's done. I feel i might have gotten a bit carried away and if i add more to each generation it might be a little to much but at the same time I feel it has room for improvement and new ideas so if anyone have any input please feel free to comment and let me know what you think.

Wild apple tree sims legacy challenge

Basic Rules

- Each generation must have an apple tree. It may be the founders tree and gets carried thru each generation or it can be a new tree but the new tree must grow from an apple off the last generations tree.

- Heir for each generation can be either gender unless stated other wise

- No money Cheats (optional)

- Color for each generation is optional

- May live where ever you choose unless location is specified.

- Each generation needs to complete their aspiration(all aspirations are whatever you choose)

- Must have the Career that is listed for each generation

1.Blended family - Golden Orange

*Founder can be any gender

*Your founder must be a single parent

*He/she must marry another single parent

*Both single parents must have one or more kids from their previous relationships prior to meeting.

* After Marriage have at least one more child using science

*Next heir must be Science baby

*Next heir must have ambitious trait and do well in school

2. Science baby - Jonagold yellow

*Attend a university(which ever path you choose)

*Have only one child while In university

*Don't have another baby till you are an adult and ,half way through the Science Branch

*Master Robotics Skill (Optional)

*Master Rocket science

*Visit Sixam At least once

*Always join Next heir to high-school(Must meet future spouse)

Career- Scientist but of course

3.High school sweethearts - Pink Lady

*Heir must marry their High school sweetheart of course

*Try for baby every time you woohoo(optional)

*Have relationship fail but never divorce

*Heir alway attend the romantic festival

*Have a child from someone other then spouse after marriage(preferably a co-star)

*Try for baby with more then one sim in the same day/week

*One Sim must have a bad relationship with their children.

Career- Acting for both Heir and spouse (Must Join when ever they get a gig)

4.We're Adopting- Empire Purple

*First child must be from adoption (preferably as an infant)

* Must have at least one boy and one girl

* Next heir must be male ( can be the adopted sim)

*Live/ Move to sulani

*Master fishing

*Own at least 2 fish tanks

*Have your teens work as lifeguards

*Only leave the island to dig for bottles in Tartosa

*Best friend a mermaid

*Go diving at least once a week(Bonus finding mermaid kelp)

Career- Conservationist, the Marine Biologist Branch

5.Single dad - Cosmic Blue

*Live in an apartment

* Meet your girlfriend at a party or bar

*Must have a baby girl

*Have your girlfriend leave you after you have a girl.

*Must never marry or date again but Can woo-hoo around

*Must live with and have close relationship to adopted sibling. ( preferably both heir and next heir)

* Must Leave your daughter to be raised by your sibling before she becomes a teen.(you can choose to do this however you like.)

* you may have more then one child but your daughter must be next heir*

6.Raised by my aunt/uncle - Multi-colored Ambrosia

*Have a great relationship with your aunt/uncle

*Marry someone successful ( go dig for gold with this one)

*Must have at least 5 kids

*Travel at least once a week with all the kids for a fun day out ( just has to be somewhere outside of the house)

*Heir Can only make money from trendi (Other sims in the home can work however you choose including the children )

*Must help with any school project brought home and try to help with homework often

9.Raised in a nursing home - Granny smith Grey

* Heir Must have more then one child

*Heir Must become Elder before last child becomes a teen

*All kids must be moved out once they hit young adults except the last child ( The Next Heir )

*When Heir is an elder they must rent rooms to at least 4 other Elders

*Have a game night ever Wednesday with the elders ( this includes bowling)

*Have dance night every Thursday with elders

*Master dancing

*Have Movie night every Friday (can be at home)

*Never have a real career( May make money any other way)

*Next heir can't move till they have at least 3 kids

Career- Job hop part time jobs. Call out of work at least once for each job. Quit/retire once you are an elder

*Must have at least 6 or more sims living together during the entire generation( 2 sims preferably Aunts/Uncles)

However, the African penguin has become the first of 18 global penguin species to be classified as “Critically Endangered.” We cannot overlook the gravity of this situation. SANCCOB, BirdLife South Africa, and Blue Marine are raising their voices, appealing to the government and the global community to act now to save the endangered African penguin. For conservationists worldwide, the IUCN Red List is the gold-standard tool for assessing extinction risk. It’s like a medical chart for biodiversity, indicating which species are at risk and which are critically close to extinction. To date, the IUCN Red List includes 163,040 species. Overall, 45,321 of these species are threatened with extinction. The uplisting of the African penguin to “Critically Endangered” is a red flag, signaling the urgent need for collaborative action.

The largest threat to the African penguins seems to be competition with commercial fishermen as well as environmental change and pollution. SANCCOB started a petition to increase the no-take fisheries zones needed for African penguins to survive.

I was fooling around with MCCC's deaths for some fun storytelling for the end of the gen, but I ended up deleting Marin immediately. No urn, no ghost, no nothing. Uh... I failed this gen, I guess? I'm keeping this legal, not gonna lie.

A Sims 4 completionist legacy challenge that plays through all the careers while aiming to complete all collections, rewards, aspirations, degrees, skills, using all traits and worlds in-game.

Basic Rules

Since there are 26 generations in all, heirs could be named alphabetically

Spouses must complete the other career track, unless there’s only one career branch

Spouses may complete the side quests, second aspiration, and/or after-school activity

University is optional except when an organization or an after-school activity is specified

The family museum should contain the collections, career rewards, and other memorabilia of the family. It can be a closed retail lot that is passed throughout the generations.
