You have to become your number one cheerleader in order to win in this life, there can’t be any room for that toxic voice in your mind. You might not even realise that you’re your very own number one hater. Think of all those times you try to step it up, wake up early, start a new business, take on a new exercise? And guess who’s whispering loudly in your ear holding you back? Persuading you that waking up early is BS, that going to the gym and doing exercise is stupid and you’ll do it another day, that why even start a new business? It’s going to fail anyway? That voice there in your mind is keeping you stuck and the only way to overcome your inner sabotage is to firstly start noticing this voice. Notice is as often as possible. As you’re in the shower and it’s creating an argument with that person, as you’re looking in the mirror and it’s pointing out how bad your skin is. Once you have this awareness and you can start to see how toxic your inner voice has become, you can now decide… do I listen to this self-hate that puts me down day in day out? Or do I replace that voice with something that empowers me? Because you truly have that power. Slowly but surely you’ll start overcoming all that negativity in your mind and watch how quickly this changes your life.

so ever since I started reading ur posts and applying i manifested the following ~ a puppy , manifesting instantly and limitlessly , a apartment , changing my reality in a snap of a finger , revising my past grades , moving schools and revising that I was in the school for the past 5 months , immense popularity and pretty privilege, it girl stuff , out of abusive parental relationships .. made them accepting , non - overprotective & very supportive of whatever I want to pursue weather it be a dancer or youtuber to a doctor , all the riches for me and my family , getting an elite fashion sense etc .
thank you SO MUCH sophie words can’t express … this would’ve never been poss without ur posts and advice I owe you a huge one .. hoping you the best on your journey .

I've hit my three year anniversary with my partner and I'd like to talk about how we did it.
1) Work on yourself. Learn that you will be equally content in a relationship as you are by yourself. This is the hardest part.
2) meet someone, fall in love, start dating.
3) maintain that work you did on yourself. Be open and honest with your partner. Communication really is key. Your partner is not competitive with others they are competing with your alone time. Mutual respect is of the utmost importance.
In between steps 1 and 2 manifest meeting someone with the qualities in a partner you want. This can be visualization, repetition, whatever method you like. However, be open to people who don't necessarily have all the qualities you want. You never know if what you want is really what you want until you try.
Just what worked for me! I feel incredibly lucky to have met someone I love so much.

End Of 2024 Update
I haven’t really been on here for a long while, but here’s what happened:
-Dropped the religious friends because they were in a cult, I’m doing online church with other churches instead
-PUBLISHED MY SHORT STORY WHOOO
- started laser hair removal treatment so I won’t have to shave
-had an interview for a position at one of the schools but didn’t get the job
-I’m slowly growing my bank account
-I’ve made a new work friend
-started relearning to drive with my dad’s friend
-I wanted to go to a certain college football game because it was against a specific school but tickets were too expensive, and it turned out my dad’s cousin had tickets that he wasn’t going to use that also came with VIP access to food before the game so I did end up going (manifesting win!)
-I am the Philanthropy Advisor to my sorority but I haven’t really had any instruction so I haven’t done anything yet. I reached out to the contact to figure out what I’m supposed to do, as I wasn’t told anything about what I’m supposed to do, and was told she’ll get back to me after the holidays. I hope that I’ll actually get things figured out and I can get on top of the duties because I haven’t been doing anything for it and I’m bored out of my mind
-One of my celebrity crushes I’ve met before is in my city and my friends friend has met him twice. I really want to meet him too but haven’t had the chance to get up to the places he’d be
So yeah, there’s an update on my life. I’ve been kind of feeling negative and hopeless and angry, and have been trying to get into doing things for myself but it’s hard. It’s hard to feel like I’m deserving of the things I want when I try so hard and just can’t get them. I’ve also been experiencing jealousy over seeing other people’s lives be so much better than mine. I stopped therapy because my therapist isn’t understanding of my sexuality or gender identity and I don’t want to be a client for someone I can’t be myself around. I haven’t gotten to finding a new one yet.
I’ve been trying to force myself to get the hell off my phone, and do productive things, but it’s been difficult. I try. I have good days and then I fall back into the old habits. But I’m going to try. I’m going to try to be my ideal self and remind myself I deserve what I want and I can get it. I try to get things done right away (laundry, chores) and stuff and not wait around. I’m still working on forming good habits.

💖 3 STEPS FOR 2025 TRANSFORMATION - 1 WEEK UNTIL 2025 [GLOW UP SERIES] 💖
It's been a moment! This time next week we will officially be in 2025!! It’s so crazy to think that our new year glow-up started in September and I for one have seen HUGE shifts in starting my pre-2025 glow-up. If you’re late to the game, and only now having time to reflect on what you want achieve in 2025 here 3 simple focus points:
You absolutely need a vision. What are you working towards? What is your goal? This needs to be centred around how you want to feel. Every time I’ve skipped this step, I’ve just plodded along with life, sure some things have changed but not on a DRASTIC level. If you want that unrecognisable-collapsing-timelines shift to take place in your life you need to get familiar with your next level, this is so when it arrives, when you are presented with stepping stones it feels natural. It doesn’t feel scary. When I was sharing a room with my mom a year ago looking at ocean view apartments that were way more than I was used to paying I was able to push through the fear and discomfort of ‘who am I to live there’, ‘this is too expensive’ because I had REHEARSED living in my new apartment so much. I knew what it felt like to walk my dog along the beach every morning. This lifestyle was NORMAL for me in my mind, so when the 3D caught up, I knew it was destiny. It felt right, it flowed, because I was FAMILIAR with my vision.
You need to actually look at your day to day and see where you are not optimising your life to move yourself forward. For example, you don’t have time for the gym in the mornings but waste 30mins scrolling in bed. That is time that can be optimised! You don’t have time to cook healthy lunches so end up buying junk food and feel gross, meal-prep is how you optimise your time! You don’t have time to meditate, but have to walk your dog every morning…Walking meditation with the dog is how you optimise. Make time work for you. Make your day, align with your future self, with the elevated you, not the lazy you, unproductive you.
You need to start speaking life into yourself with gratitude and praise. This looks like those mornings driving where you usually overthink and work yourself into a mental hell hole, you start speaking life into yourself. You go on a rampage, you remind yourself how good things always happen to you, how badass you truly are. It’s just you, in your car, let loose and make this a habit. You’re in the mirror, you pro-actively speak loving words into yourself, you go out of your way throughout the day to remind yourself how lucky you are that xxx, how wonderful it is xxxx, how grateful you are xxxx..What this does is mentally programme your mind into higher vibrational thoughts. You’ll naturally start thinking better, negative thoughts won’t be able to make a home inside of you because you will have a deposit of good energy, of self love from speaking life into yourself throughout the day.
