For the record, I haven't made a DPxDC AU featuring a half-ghost Two-Face (even though it'd be quite obvious for me to) because it's a thought that just doesn't inspire me. I feel like turning Mr. Half and Half into a half-ghost is an obvious choice... And that obviousness just does not inspire for me!

I feel like the idea of "Let's take X DC character and make them half-ghost!" is a bit of an obvious and perhaps cliche idea in the Danny Phantom fan community, and I have yet to find an angle for it doing it with Harvey that I personally find interesting or that couldn't possibly come off as ableist against systems. (Which is obviously something that I do NOT want to do!) Like... I think that it could look cool aesthetically, but that's about all I've got. Like... The acid turned him half-ghost...? Instead of the acid, he got half ghost portal zapped...? A ghost attacked him so bad that he got half-ghosted...? The angle of the backstory just doesn't feel right to me... And once he has ghost powers, then what? Harvey doesn't need superpowers to be a capable and interesting foe against Batman! Harvey has no reason to want or even use something like superpowers, so once he has them, what would he do with them? Honestly, I don't know! That's another way that Bruce and Harvey parallel one another. Neither are interested in having superpowers, and would probably outright refuse to take them if offered. They both prefer to use their skills, wits, and minds to accomplish what they want, and powers are an extra complication they have no interest in having! Harvey would be good at giving people with powers orders because he's a gang leader. But as for powers for himself...? I just don't think that he'd be interested! Also how would the powers work between Harvey and Twofie? Ghost powers seem to be temperamental even to people who are well-practiced at using them. But now you've got two (minimum) people fighting for the front and control over the body & powers! If anything, this might make their compulsions even worse! Not to mention what a headache decision making could become for them when "blast a hole in the wall with a ghost beam" is ALWAYS an option!

So basically, I can't really come up with a reason for why Harvey would become a half-ghost, and even if he did, what he would do with such powers once he has them. I just can't think of an interesting plot or angle or conflict to tackle such an idea from. And so I'd rather someone else try to tackle the idea instead of me. Because it just isn't an idea that sparks interest or joy for me personally. And if someone is going to make it, it should be someone for whom the idea DOES spark interest and joy! Put a gun to my head and I could probably come up with SOMETHING, but that's no way to go about trying to make such an AU or idea like this in general.

Basically half-ghost Two-Face? I've got nothing. This does not inspire. But half-ghost Victor and Nora Fries (Mr. Freeze and his frozen wife)!!!?????!?!?!?!?!?!!! Oh... OH! OH FUCK YEAHHHHH! Now there is some JUICE and SAUCE to that idea! I could go off with that idea! AND it's not obvious nor chiche! THAT'S an idea that slaps and inspires! I would do more with this AU! PLEASE PLAY WITH THIS IDEA!!! Gimmie gimmie GIMMIE!!!!!

Imagine if Junko met Flowey.

Junko and Flowey would get along pretty well, I think, but they're more parallels ish if you take Ryoko and Asriel into consideration.

I honestly think Junko would just. adopt Chara. Little murder child without a soul. Who definitely had the right plan about how to break the barrier + killed themself to do it (and corrupted someone else into helping them who CHANGED THEIR MIND LAST MINUTE (looking at you Remnants)) + was gonna start another war between the monsters and the humans (like Junko inciting riots from the Reserve Course).

Junko's more of a Sans troll than Chara is, but. she and Chara are a LOT alike!

(And if you compare Mikan with Asriel in terms of personality, there's some overlap there, too. And Flowey as Remnant!Mikan? Flowey as a parallel to all of the Remnants? I have thoughts.)

She stood with her hands clenched in front of her, gazing nervously everywhere. Her Gengar suddenly appeared silently behind her and made a noise that made her yelp and jump...right into someone.

Just gotta say... It's kinda wonderful to see DC proving just how incredibly WRONG the Harley Quinn Show was with their assessment of the Scarecrow- Killed off in season 1 for being "too one-note." Like, Jon has lots of fans for a long time for good reason! But it kinda feels like it's only been more recently when he's actually been more living up to his potential!

Funny enough, I think that Jon may be one of the few characters out there that can actually benefit from a bit of Tumblr sexymanning! It adds nuance and silliness where many writers couldn't be bothered to put it in! And honestly, no one does Scarecrow better than the fans. u.u (Points to the Scarecrow Sexyman Tournament where the iteration from the fan podcast won. :p ) And honestly, you Scarecrow fans are so incredibly valid for loving your strange little freak of a man! I absolutely love that for you all! And honestly, it really does feel like you guys are getting some GREAT stuff lately! Jeff Goldblum Jon in Echos? That story from "I Know What You Did Last Crisis" where Jon basically hooks a couple up through the use of Fear!?? Now if only you silly little freaks could get more Audio Adventures Jon!!! I really do hope that you Scarecrow peeps are having fun lately! ^.^

Like, I'm a Two-Face fan through and through. And Harvey is only now FINALLY at long last being able to get to live up to his potential as a character! And personally I hope that Scarecrow fans are next on the docket to get their due! :V

A few weeks after Jules meeting up with someone she had been texting on this app, she realized that the person who hooked up with her was married and had two children with their wife, Jules knew that that had to end before she got herself into some serious shit. But she met someone else, someone who was named Tyler - they’ve never met but as the time went on and they both talked as often as they could considering that they were both in school still, Jules felt her world light up after meeting this mysterious guy on the other side of the phone. 

What she didn’t know was that it was Nate Jacobs who was pretending to be Tyler, and once she finds out - she’d probably never speak to him again (not like she ever did anyway) but that’s besides the point of the present. Jules was busy, looking into her locker when her phone pinged to which she thought was Tyler but ended up being Rue just telling Jules that she will be a bit late today because something came up.

Jules knew deep down that it was about another drug test she would have to do but instead for Lexi to do the sample because there was at least one person who would never touch drugs in the friend group that the three of them formed and that person was obviously Cassie’s younger sister - Lexi Howard. 

Closing her locker, Jules decided to be the one to text Tyler first for once because most of the time it was Tyler texting Jules first and never the other way around - so that’s exactly what the girl done, she would always smile at the messages between Tyler and her even though some of it was more confidential due to Jules being able to open up around him, considering that she never met Tyler, she felt he understood what she went through. 

Jules didn’t really expect Tyler to reply to her because she knew he already started school, which was the same time that she would usually start - providing that she never skipped homeroom but it just wasn’t something she fancied most of the time when it was the literal definition of hell. 

But to her surprise, Tyler responded and they hit off another conversation - by this time Rue had returned from wherever she was with Lexi as soon as the bell went, “guys… I know that you both have just walked through the door but I’ve got something to say” Jules said excitedly for the first time in a while. Rue and Lexi gave each other the odd look as if they thought that Jules was messing about with them because it was something that Jules made them used to. 

She was known as the joker of the group so whenever she had something, both Rue and Lexi never knew when Jules was being serious with what she was saying, “okay - so what’s the news? And please don’t joke around because you genuinely seem really happy” Jules heard Lexi say while Rue looked like she had seen a ghost.

“So, I’ve been talking to someone else since I’ve told you about what happened with that other fucker who was sick and needed someone else to suit his pleasure but then I found out that he was married and he even had children!” Jules hoped that both of the other girls got who she was on about because Jules went to them about anything on her mind - well tell a little white lie - except for self harming herself and when her usage of drugs got out of control sometimes. 

“But anyway-“ as she continued once explaining about DominantDaddy and the shit she got herself into with him to which were about hooking up but she would never tell anyone about, “I’ve met a guy called Tyler and no we’ve never met but I feel like there’s some mad chemistry going on between us over texts, like - I’ve told him stuff that I would never be able to say in person to people. Overall, he just makes me happy and I’m grateful for that”
