Ultimate Spider-Man #12, the issue that came out in December so close to the end of the year you could consider it a last minute Christmas present, is in the top FIFTY best selling comics of last year!

It came out with less than a two weeks left of the year and STILL name it to the tip 50

Also, ALL 12 ISSUES of Ultimate Spider-Man are in the top 50!

With issues 1-10 being in the top half of the list!

Figarland Shamrock

I know we have no official connection between him and Shanks yet, but given what is said in Movie Red and how Shamrock looks, it's pretty clear in which direction it goes.

I will NOT acknowledge their connection for my portrayal of Shanks at all. They are not related in any way for my personal canon.

I will joke about this now and then and if we're close mutuals we can discuss a thread where the connection is acknowledge, but this requires heavy plotting. Random commentary is okay, but will not be treated seriously obviously

That being said:

Figarland Shamrock becomes a request muse on this blog.

Mostly because I am absolutely in love with his design.

Plotting is required for any interaction with him. Unless you're one of my mains/exclusives or if I gave you the go ahead via Discord.

Also: My beloved other Shanks writers are welcome to bother him for their muse if they accept him for their own canon.

my TF2 hot take is that Mediscout / Quickfix / Blunt Trauma isn't even problematic, everyone just jumped to hate onto that ship bc of the shippers that made problematic content of them. Literally no other Scout ship has this issue (not talking abt THAT one) nor this amount of people hating on it because of that reason, even though many of the other mercs are much older than Scout.

Also Pyro is a grown ass person, shipping em isn't problematic at all and it is in fact kinda ableist to treat them like a child. Not sexualizing them and being uncomfortable with it is fine but, c'mon. If they were under 18 they wouldn't even be working in the Gravel Wars.

Crisis on Infinite Mirths - PPG Creator, Craig McCracken asked development team if the original Bubbles could beat up the "New One"

At the recent San Diego Comic Con showing of the new Jellystone special, one of the writers spoke to fans. Saying that they often communicated with the original creators of the series they used for the crossover, including Powerpuff Girl Creator, Craig McCracken.

On stage he said that in a note given to them by Craig, "Can you please have the original Bubbles beating up the new Bubbles somewhere?" To which they cheerfully agreed. In a chaotic fight scene, in the background they hid a part where 1998 Bubbles whacks 2016 Bubbles on the head.

Since the CN Latin America commercial, this is the 2nd time the 2016 series has been depicted in a negative light by official CN content. This time specifically requested by the series creator himself. It's understandable, a large part of why 2016 was the way it was, was because Cartoon Network didn't want to wait for Craig's contract with Disney over Wander Over Yonder to end. Going ahead without him. Craig didn't make 2016, and it's reasonable to believe that he may harbor some sour feelings for how CN handled his brainchild.

Unfortunately no clip of the scene is available online at the moment, as the only clips we have right now come from the Comic Con showing. We will likely have to wait until Jellystone: Crisis on Infinite Mirths releases on tv and streaming services to get a clip of the scene.

After all said and done I really hope they don't just kill Nexus off. I mean, he's clearly under the influence of something, be that the shards or virus or anything that was triggered by his grief

I may hate how his family handled this whole situation all I want, but deep down I know that they did what they could. They aren't perfect, no one is in this show (except Solar). They went to Nexus, because he was Moon and they were used that the Moons always fixed things. This sucks, but that's honestly what real people do in situations like that, they try to seek familiarity, something that they know and something that could bring them comfort.

Was it fair for Nexus? Hell nah. Can I see why they did that? Yeah.

They tried to take some pressure off him later, sure, but the damage had already been done.

Nexus loved his family. He didn't want to disappoint them, he didn't want to be a failure. He was a Moon and he had to find a way to fix everything.

And then the influence of something comes around and everything goes to shit and Nexus becomes this caricature of a villain, who does bad things just for fun.

Guys, we're talking about the same character that cured cancer, bought his brother a house, so he could have a quiet place to relax, and made his sister a new body, because she was feeling insecure. Are we sure he's not being influenced by something??

I hope, I really hope that they realize that this messed up lil guy isn't who he really is and figure out how to help him. Not kill him off how they like to do with villains in this show.

Nexus is an extreme example of a kid who was born into a family with high expectations for him and who snapped under the pressure

So I have an idea for possibly adding V-Tuber muses for a while and did an old poll.

And I now some people are a bit awkward because of how V-Tubing blurs the line between fictional character, actor and the real person in which a way

Therefore, I have had a thought.

If I do add V-Tuber Muses, they would be lore accurate representations. As they are people and performers, all V-Tubers kinda forget/ignore their actual lore and just start making shit up or blur the line further by using the lore as a coat of paint for their real life.

So if I add them, I'd be adding them specifically as characters. Like adding Black Widow from the Marvel Movies, not Scarlet Johanson, even though she obviously puts some of her own quirks onto the character.

What do you all think?
