ok i haven’t watched season 6 yet, but what i’m gathering from skimming the hawkmetri tag while squinting until my eyes are nearly closed to avoid spoilers is— hawkmetri isn’t canon (yet) and i’m gonna sob. and taking a wild guess here, this’ll be another season feat. me trying to throw hands with a teenager through screen. is that accurate?

If we’re naming makeup sexual style, why don’t we go all the way? I want absolutely unhinged makeup names!

Allow me to make a few suggestions for certain colors:

Pink - “Impregnate Him” (or “Flushed Cheeks”)

Blue - “‘Till He Cries”

White - “On the Kitchen Counter”

Red - “Bite”

Black - “Latex” (or “Whips & Chains”)

what are your thoughts on processed cheese?

my thoughts are kind of complicated about it and i have a bit of a headache, so how about i ramble at you about it for way too long without thinking too hard about the details?

i grew up eating really cheap foods, and like, the default cheese in my house was white american (although at some point in middle school I went on a big mild provolone kick and that became my default cheese up through high school into college, and for portions of that I said I didn’t like American cheese, but my opinion fluctuated).

which means i find a lot of comfort in cheap foods like that, even though i have since learned to taste better (or as normal people say, developed a more complex palette)

but cheese in particular is interesting because the only processed cheese i really had a lot of was white american, and way less frequently yellow american, although I started getting that myself as an adult.

but then i got into cheese enough that i can taste the subtle differences in very similar cheeses, and around the same time did some mindful eating that opened my eyes to a lot of additional complexities of flavor in general

and when that happened, I stopped liking a lot of the cheaper foods I used to default to. so i’m actually pretty picky about cheese, whereas before I really enjoyed it all

i appreciate the meltiness of american cheese in particular, which is the point of it, and so there are definitely times when i’ll be craving the flavor of it in particular, but lately I’ve been disappointed in the end because it does lack that deeper complexity of flavor that “real” cheeses have, and at the end of the day I can get other cheese to melt, and if I want it to emulsify, I can add an emulsifier myself, so like why bother?

i definitely pretty much stopped eating american cheese when this change in my palette happened, but I also haven’t run out yet to decide whether I’m buying more. Actually, by chance I only have 1 slice left right now:

yeah, it’s just like… sweet and… tastes mildly like cheese? but like in a bad way? honestly it tastes more like what i remember velveeta tasting like, which i’ve never liked. i mean i haven’t like studied things to like have real words to describe flavor anyway, but, there’s not much to it, and it feels overall very surface-level and boring. And it’s a little grainy too, which I don’t remember. This may have gone a little bad…

yeah, idk i might be done with it tbh. i mean like i’m not going to avoid all foods containing it or anything, it’s fine, but like, i don’t think i’d ever not prefer something else, like a creamy havarti or monterey jack (mild cheddar is the obvious replacement but I’ve never been huge on cheddar).

yeah, i think i’d take those on pretty much anything over any processed cheese I’ve had. and these aren’t like super fancy, just one of the brands a tier above the store brand in terms of fanciness. Even these are a bit meh, since I haven’t been to the store with the good cheese selection in a while, but leagues better than the slice I had right before.

so yeah, like, I’m not snobbish about cheese, but like, I can appreciate the difference of fancier cheeses, and I can taste how boring the processed cheese I’ve had is, and how bad it can sometimes taste

Books is based on a mix Leon Kennedy, Zane Flynt (in style choices/occupation), and Marcus Fenix. Real hardass, bottles his emotions hardcore, generally a sweet guy and empathetic. Struggles to show that, though. maybe he's that "abused dog -> learns to trust again" trope. Guy's a golden retriever who hates hugs.

Jade Smartass is based (semi) on Duncan (total drama) and (HIGHLY) on Damon Baird. He's a fucking asshole who definitely goes a little too far, but has good intentions. He doesn't get social cues nor the appropriate time to make that morbid joke-. He hates the situation, he hates dealing with others, and he tries to make the most of it. Maybe he's the type to try to scare people off because he's just afraid of getting hurt...

Mostly based on the Marcus/Baird enemies to *brothers* but these two are just very much in love with each other in the gay way.
