I went to Disney World and had some AMAZING foods! Here’s my rankings (with photos!)

In no certain order; (Please remember I’m not a foodie by any means and these are only my opinions.

⭐️ Mickey’s Ghoulish Beignets (Halloween Exclusive) - 10/10 Warm cookies and cream donut style beignet goodness with a marshmallow drizzle. AMAZING! (My personal favorite!)

Mickey’s Beignets - 8/10 I didn’t try these but I have on good authority they are delightful and delicious.

Mickey Waffle - 4/10 don’t hate me for this, but overhyped. Iconic, sure but nothing unique. You could easily make something similiar at home.

Cheeseburger Spring Roll - 6.5/10 I was SO excited to try these, but they were a bit underwhelming. If you like cheeseburgers and spring rolls though, you’ll love these.

Pulled Pork Sandwich - 9/10 It was really good but it definitely needed some BBQ sauce as it was a bit on the drier side.

⭐️ Pulled Pork Baked Mac and Cheese - 100/10 Gooey, slightly tangy and absolutely amazing! With a drizzle of BBQ sauce on top, this dish had me singing praises to the Disney Pulled Pork Gods! (Personal Favorite!)

⭐️ Warm Pretzel with Cream Cheese Middle - 12/10 I really expected this to be too hot for the Florida humidity but it was surprisingly delightfully warm and gooey and was the perfect snack!

From the Fifty’s Sci-fi Diner,

Cornbread Skillet with Butter and Honey - 9/10 Warm cornbread, honey and butter. What could be better? I mean really.

Watermelon Refresher - 11/10 This boozey drink was the perfect sidekick to an “old school” fifties dinner/lunch. I’ve got it on that same good authority the salmon was delightful! (I’m not a salmon fan, so I don’t know personally)

I have not really analysed the Bia characters as much so that's why I only brought a few that I've made up my mind about. With the main trio, I've found that Bia is the ultimate straight ally <3 And with Chiara, well I've seen people talk around but for me, I just see her as straight too. I've liked the idea of Celeste coming out and Bia having known for a long while and Chiara being like ":o !!! What!!" Of course, these can change if I every go rewatch Bia. I have only seen the show once, while with the others I've seen them multiple times.

For Nina I've been all over the place and now I am just like "you know what? Straight".

Also I've been pro pan Luna for a long time but I have been considering panromantic ace Luna too. So we'll see what happens :)

A Moral Scapegoat for who?

All For One is a shit character, he is presented as a massive threat, but we never see him get a win, similar to the dissonance between the All Might we see and the context in universe.

And in the end, he becomes a moral scapegoat... for the heroes.

What is a moral scapegoat?

A moral scapegoat is (usually) a character used to excuse the actions of other characters or a system. Character A may have done XYZ but Character B was the one manipulating them and/ or is so much worse, so we can excuse A's actions. Or helping defeat B acts as pence for their past actions. Etc. And to a degree it makes sense, getting people to believe a character has changed and should now be considered good both by the characters and the audience is hard. So having some bigger bad to blame takes the pressure off the desired character(s).

While the term is typically only brought up negatively, like the use of Mary&Gary Sues, there are good ones. Commander Zhao in Avatar of the Last Airbender is an early moral scapegoat, used to say yeah Prince Zuko may suck, but there are a lot worse out there. My Little Pony Friendship is Magic has a moral scapegoat, right in the pilot, Nightmare Moon for Princess Luna, sure Nightmare came from Luna but it is presented as a curse, something that was cured, fixed. The Hobbit uses Dragon Sickness as a way to both corrupt and excuse King Thorin's actions when they have retaken the mountain; he is not in his right mind, and shouldn't be considered solely responsible for his actions

In certain ways, Pink Diamond (due to the audience learning her arc in reverse, when it has such an effect on the plot of Steven Universe) is a scapegoat for the remaining Diamonds, even though it makes a lot less sense for her to be the scapegoat when considering the actual sequence of events in universe. And while most people don't think Pink/Rose's actions excuse the Diamonds (especially White), she does work with Spinel. Another rocky moral scapegoat is Horad Prime from She-ra & The Princesses of Power, he is the big bad of the show and is meant to be a scapegoat primarily for Horadak who was the previous big bad, and mildly a scapegoat for Catra. The big problems with his sacrificial slaughter is that there isn't enough time to really settle in that this is the true big bad, and both Horadak and Catra's issues were both way more on screen and show up well before we ever hear of Hoard Prime, with them operating separately.

And All For One is a worst example of all of them (that I mentioned)

For starters the more we saw of him the less ultimate intimidating evil he portrayed, nor did we get a satisfying he was actually pretty pathetic. Really trying to have your cake and eat it too. Looking back he's very cartoonishly evil, but lacks the presence, he's boring. I've seen many good portrayals of him in the fandom, but canon is just boring. His background of miscellaneous evil deeds, don't really go into how they were evil, just that Yoichi (& AFO) clearly believes them to be, both come across as very childish to me, seeing the world as black & white.

He lacks the moral complexity of complex villains (like Magneto), meant to be an ambitiously evil man, whose evil for the sack of being evil. But he lacks the presence found in Classic evil Disney characters like Jafar, Clayton, and Ursala. In a way he's like King Magnifico (from Wish, the only recent hated animated Disney movie, that I agree deserves to be shat on), trying to have both but failing to capture either

In the present, he has little involvement on screen, and once he's out of the picture, Shigaraki (& the League) really bloom as villains and characters. The story could have had a slow realization (for Shigaraki, the League and the audience) that he was holding the League back, and that meant either he was nowhere near as competent as he was portrayed, or he wasn't actually helping Shigaraki, setting up for the body suit plan

But my biggest issue is who he's the sacrificial goat for.

And who is he the scapegoat for? The fucking Heroes and their shit-ass society, including the H PSC crap.

The ending reveal that he was behind everything that happened to Tenko, from him being born, his name, the kids he chose to play with, the issues with his quirk, and only having him; fails. It doesn't work! Mainly because of what that scene ignored the walk, and the complicity of the family. It ignored that the family were directly ignoring that Tenko was being abused, trying to placate him after the fact. It ignores that Kotaro Shimura chose to follow his friends advice, over his wife too. It ignores that even though AFO would have killed anyone who tried to help Tenko, no one tried. It also doesn't make sense either, normal kids are shit actors, not to mention Tenko was the one to reach out to them, not the other way around. And with the sheer amount of heroes, and cops, and regular citizens, how was it literally no one tried to help him, it's not AFO.

What else does it ignore, oh yeah, Tenko isn't truly unique in having a tragic backstory. Sure he was planning on taking advantage of the Endeavor's awful legacy plan, but we never see that AFO has done anything before kidnapping Touya. It's implied that he helped stroked Heteromorphic discrimination for his own gain, but that doesn't change that Spinner had pesticides thrown in his face, by 'innocent' civilians, that Shoji was mutilated as a child, for saving a child, by 'innocent' civilians, that the Ordinary Lady was attacked and denied shelter in the middle of an active warzone, by 'innocent' civilians. Himiko's abuse was enabled and furthered by quirk counselling, we don't even get a he was secretly to blame all along for this one. The commission has assassins, ignore. The homeless have to resort to villainy to survive, ignore. Once someone is considered out they are abused by this society until they have to lash out, ignore. The big bad was taken down, so nothing has to be done about these systemic issues, cause the heroes say so

There's a pattern, he was only able to do this, because the society he was in was already doing it.

And AFO being a moral scapegoat could of worked.

IF the Hero Public Safety Commission was similarly a scapegoat.

To begin, AFO should have been the scapegoat for the League, and the villains as a whole. The heroes would instead have the HPSC as their scapegoat.

Hawks should not have been made president of the totally different PSC, not only is he a known murderer, he doesn't regret it, he has never criticized the Commission's (or any other hero's) actions. If he's not going to see the issues, and hypocrisy right in front of him, he shouldn't have any role at all in it, and a very small one if he does recognize them. Giving this to Hawks screams nothing is actually going to be fixed, any changes are going to be for the worse.

Going into the final Deku vs Shigaraki battle, as well as the dreamscape crap, I had hope in this series. I thought that Deku would finally be forced to have the long over reality check of the Villains are right, what are you going to do about it. So instead of hyper-focusing on one tiny moment that with any and I do mean any additional context would show that it's not just this tiny shit moment. Rather than murdering Tomura for not abandoning the League (the same reason Hawks murdered Twice), have Deku convince Tomura that they can make a better society. That Deku's peaceful(ish) method is what's better for the League we have seen he loves.

From there they could have come up with a deal where either (these are simplified) everyone is held accountable for their past actions (as in the villains, Endeavor, Hawks, the Commission, everyone responsible for the sky coffin, etc). Or the clock is restarted, and everyone is hence forth held to the same standard. The villains are around to make sure the actual issues to their problems are dealt with, hint; Himiko's problem wasn't lack of access to quirk counselling. Happy satisfying ending for everyone

It started when she was a child.

She was at a family gathering on the fourth of July, where fireworks were very popular for. She’d be front row for when the adults in her life would go on and light up the fireworks and firecrackers.

It was on this particular Fourth of July that had started it. Starting off usual with the kids getting situated up at the front, a good feet away from the fireworks and the adults setting those fireworks up. An adult supervising the children and making sure none of them got to close.

“Ready?” Y/f/n says to everyone as he holds up a lighter.

All the children and her had shouted out and watched as her father lit up the fireworks. Oo’s and Ah’s were all said in unison as they watched the fireworks pop up in the sky.

But of course…of course there was one that just had to malfunction wrongly.

“This one ain’t lighting up…y/n go get your tio.”

Young y/n stood up and went to turn around to get her uncle only to pause and turn away quickly when she heard a shout from her father. She watches as he throws himself to the ground and shouts in agony as the firework starts going crazy around the ground.

“Ay y/f/n!” She heard her mother scream as she rushes over to where her father would soon have a scar that represents her fear

Not in present day, her fear never outgrew. She steered clear away from fireworks and if they were doing them, headphones were her best friend.

Unfortunately for her, her headphones are no longer her best friend.

Rhea walks into her shared home with Luna after the walk. The minute Rhea had started hearing the fireworks, she had rushed all the way home knowing the fear Y/n had of them.

“Y/n love?” Rhea calls as she takes Luna off her leash before rushing upstairs to look for her girlfriend.

Y/n lets out a small whimper as she visibly jumps from the sound of the firework sounding off outside. She gripped the blanket closer towards her and tried to push herself more into herself.

“Y/n?”

Y/n eyes snap open when she hears her name get called. She jumps up from the bed and rushes over to Rhea who already has her arms open for her to run into.

Rhea wraps her arms around her and grips her close, feeling her visibly shake against her.

“Dem…” Y/n says shakily as she pushes her face as much as she can into Rhea’s chest.

“I know I know…” Rhea hums as she lifts Y/n up, instinctively making her wrap her legs around Rhea. “I’m here, it’s ok.”

Y/n shoves her face in her neck, feeling Rhea walk around the room doing god knows what. She refused to pull her head away. Afraid about what will come when she does.

“Want to watch a movie together?” Rhea hums, “with headphones?”

“H…how will that work?” Y/n voice is muffled as Rhea grabs her headphones and her laptop, setting it down on the bed.

“It just will,” Rhea slowly sets y/n down on the bed and quickly puts the headphones on her. “What would you like to watch?”

Y/n keeps her eyes on Rhea who opens her laptop and pulls Disney plus. Y/n looks away and at the laptop, point at DareDevil, making Rhea nod and press on an episode.

Y/n hears the show full blast in her ears and she visibly calms down as she crawls up deeper into the bed with Rhea who gets in and pulls the blanket over them. Y/n lays herself against Rhea who wraps an arm around her and gives her head a kiss.

“I’m here darling, i’m here.” Rhea whispers , feeling her girlfriend relax slowly as they dive deeper into the show. The fireworks the only thing Rhea can hear.

Hello so I wanna ask about Hinny and Drarry, since Ginny does everything she can so Harry will like her not showing him her vulnerable/emotional/crying side and girly/feminine since these are what Harry doesn't like, and even did Quidditch just for him, how come these would work with Drarry/Draco? But not with Hinny, if Ginny ever did those, Like I've read that Draco is femme coded and well Harry saw Draco being emotional and crying and the moment Draco didn't do Quidditch anymore, Harry, who supposedly love this because that's why Ginny even does this, suddenly lost interest but in a way Drarry still makes more sense and will actually work

And another weird thing is Harry has a sense of justice right? And hates Draco acting like a bully but the thing with Ginny being good at hex and does it to Smith, isn't that considered bullying?

I think it depends on your personal tastes since drarry is not canon but, to me, it reads differently from hinny because JKR is bad at writing romance: what she intends to come across one way often reads in a completely different manner to her audience.

JKR is a misogynist so in her mind a successful female love interest cannot be too girly: Ginny is boyish because jkr sees femininity in a negative light which means that Harry, her creation, also sees femininity in a negative light. If us readers don't have the same fucked up worldview we can see the inherent sexism in Ginny's "not like other girls" depiction and we can see that Ginny's character is constructed rather cynically in order to fulfil JKR's ideal.

JKR wrote Ginny being aggressive and malicious towards Zacharias Smith because she wants us to enjoy seeing a character we're supposed to like (Ginny) dress down one we're supposed to dislike (Smith). To her, a Good Guy's actions are inherently good on account of their goodness so this is not bullying. It's a somewhat circular logic: Ginny's actions can't be ill-natured because Ginny is meant to be one of our heroes so whatever she does (wether it be cursing Zach Smith or laughing behind Luna's back) is good by default. This is not a very nice or coherent belief system: someone's intent and actions are what determines the quality of someone's character, we don't excuse horrible behaviour just because it comes from a well liked/respected person (or at least we shouldn't).

JKR intended for Ginny to come across as funny and tough but she wrote her according to her own ideals so Ginny's humor ends up reading like malice and her tomboy persona end up feeling fabricated in order to appeal to the male gaze. Conversely, JKR intended for Draco to come across as mean and weak but did not realize that, by showing us his flaws, she gave Draco's character more depth and nuance than she ever does to Ginny. Thus Draco, who's meant to be pretty one-note as a character, ends up reading as complex and sympathetic and we find ourselves wanting to understand his thoughts and motivations.

When writing the books, JKR wanted to make Draco's status as a minor villain blindingly obvious and she did so by femme coding him. We have been trained to associate gender non-conformity and general deviation from the norm with villainy by the media we watch (Disney villains being a very notable example); this is called queer coding, here's a very coincise explanation:

This trope is so omnipresent in the media we watch that we don't even notice it, that's how successfully the concept has been assimilated into our culture.

JKR tried doing something similar to that with Draco's femme coding. She's a misogynist to the highest order so this is meant to help make him unlikeable but this doesn't work if you don't hold the same worldview as her. JKR shows us Draco crying because to her crying is the ultimate act of weakness, we aren't meant to sympathize with him, we're meant to be somewhat scornful.

Here I come back to the gap between what JKR wants us to read and what we read. If you don't have the same exact opinions as JKR, you end up reading a completely different story from what she intended which is why to many the hinny romance falls flat. As to why many people are drawn to drarry, it's a matter of personal taste.

Personally I enjoy reading about relationships in which the people within are equals and have a profound understanding of each-other; stories about not meaning what you say and not saying what you mean and about the thin line between love and hate are interesting to me and drarry checks out all these boxes for me (i watched too many moonlighting reruns as a kid and i became a lifelong lover of enemies to lovers storylines).

Ultimately, all that matters is wether a certain ship has a dynamic you enjoy reading about and you can interpret canon to suit your needs accordingly. It doesn't matter what JKR intended, it stopped mattering the moment she finished writing the books and sent them to her publisher. We read for entertainment value and we are free to derive entertainment however we see fit.

From the Ashes: Marvel Infinity #13

For those who don’t know, Marvel has a subscription service where you can read back issues of comics digitally. This service is called Marvel Unlimited. I really enjoy it. I’s nice to read comics without handling my comics or comics that I have not yet gotten ahold of.

Another part of unlimited is their infinity comics. These are short weekly comics that are online only. They tend to be silly short stories or they explain some missing back story from a main comic book. This week’s issue focuses on Magneto and is meant (I think) to fill in some back story on how Magneto went to young and powerful after being resurrected and fighting Orchis to now old and wheelchair bound.

I know not everyone has access to this so I thought that I would write up a summary about it.

There’s not going to be a lot of screenshots because the comic is meant to be read on a tablet where you scroll down through the story. It makes it so that it’s hard to capture a whole scene. But I’ll try to add some good ones. Plus, I don’t want Disney coming for me. I'm not going beat by beat but I do the major points. Anyways, I talk too much…

We start with this image:

Only to see Max scream “no” as he wakes up. He was having a nightmare. He looks over to the hover chair that he has been using in the new X-Men series. The helmet sits on the chair and seems to be daring him to wear it. “But he is Magneto… …he dares.”

Next scene, Max is hovering around in the chair as Hank is bouncing around him, asking Max if he plans to going Merle. Max confirms, “not that it’s any of your business, but yes”. That’s when Hank asks him if he could not go wearing his helmet and floating chair.

Max has a good response:

Honestly, I just love that Max calls his helmet gaudy. Hank responses that the helmet sends a signal that might be distressing given Max's "checkered" history. “At least try to put our new neighbors at ease.”

Next scene is Max in town in a normal wheelchair sans helmet. He compares the townspeople of Merle who worked or ignored the sentinel factory to the “neighbors” who willingly ignore the concentration camps outside their towns or the trains that passed through during the Holocaust. Honestly, a pretty fair comparison. “And so he will never trust a “neighbor” again.”

At this point someone bumps into Max causing him to drop what he was holding. The person is saying sorry but Max is calling him an idiot. A random girl picks up what Max dropped and gives it to him. Girl: “Here you go Mister Magnet. You dropped your pretty hat.” The art makes the girl look preteen but the dialogue makes her seem younger.

Max responds like this:

The girl’s dad says to her, “Don’t worry about it Anna. That old man’s probably just having a bad day.” Anna responds, “*sniff* he seems so sad, Daddy”. None of that seemed sad to me. Just angry and cranky. Maybe justifiably cranky given how things have changed for both him and mutant kind and he is stuck in a town where people worked towards the eradication of mutants. And it's cold. And someone bumped into him.

Maybe the writer was trying to reference that scene in Son of M where Luna says that Max is not a bad man, just sad.

But look at this face! It just makes me laugh.

Why does Max have a kippah? He’s going to a temple. Maybe the dream made him decide to go to temple.

Once inside, there’s a person who approaches him, “I was wondering when you’d drop by”. Max says he's been busy and that Merle was the last place he expected to find a temple.

The person is Rabbi Rachel Sagan and she offers Max a cup of coffee and to listen to him. She calls him "Mr. Eisenhardt", which I didn't know Max's real name was public knowledge or not. I guess it is now.

Max takes her up on it and over coffee he lists all the various places that he's seen destroyed: "Asteroid M. Utopia. Avalon. Genosha... Oy, Genosha. And now Krakoa."

So Rabbi Sagan asks how this brings Max back to temple.

It's really understandable why he would feel this way and everything he's been through.

"When Genosha fell, I looked out over the ruins and I knew we only had one or two chances left to marshal our factions together in the pursuit of a common dream. That chance will never come again."

Rabbi Sagan compares Max to Moses, leading his tribe though the wilderness. Max states, that was Charles. "The bald schmuck with the eyebrows? No, he never saw himself as an instrument. You can tell. It's you. It's always been you. But there's a problem..."

The show Rabbi Sagan put her hand on Max's, "Moishe was a humble man, Max. Are you?"

Pfft! No! He's the Master of Magnetism!

Max responds. "I... have been humbled. Over and over."

Rabbi Sagan says that's not what was asked, and prompts him to remember his Torah; how Moshe was was commanded to climb and was told him he would not live to cross the River Jordan.

Max: "What are you insinuating, Rabbi?"

Rabbi Sagan: "I'm suggesting that your fear is a consequence of your pride. Do you really fear that there is no promised land for your people, or do you fear that they will not be able to reach it without you?"

Max doesn't respond well to this.

Everyone has probably seen the scene where Max is then zooming out on his wheelchair while stating, "This was a mistake. I should never have come." so I'm not going to include it here.

The next scene is him outside in the street. He's angry about what the Rabbi said. A caption box says, "The Gall! Why if he was still himself, he'd..." . When suddenly, a truck sliding at full speed in the snow with a loud "Skreeeeee". Someone yells, "Billy, get outta the road! It can't stop!" and Max is surprised.

Bam! The truck hits him throwing him from his wheelchair before hitting a telephone pole and bursting into flames.

Bryce

It was 4:35 in the morning, and both Lunes and I were still awake. Trying to put the twins to bed. 

I sighed. 

How‘d my life come to this? Don’t get me wrong. I love our girls more than anyone I could ever love, but getting them to sleep is a real struggle. 

We put them to bed hours ago and put them on the mobile, letting pretty stars and moons go by, but their sleep didn’t last long. 

They woke up two hours ago and won’t fall asleep.

What happened to peace and quiet? One week prior, everything was great. They didn’t mention this quick transition in the pregnancy books I read. Maybe I read the wrong books? 

Well, I guess they covered other stuff, but not what to do when your kids wake you up at 4 a.m.

Luna suddenly sits up with Kehlani and walks her around the room. With Alaia in my arms, I go and get the bunnies they got from Ethan, their godfather, hoping that’ll soothe them into sleep. 

They hang onto the bunnies for a few seconds, but they’re still fussy. It didn’t work. Alaia's little face was still red from crying. 

So maybe plans c or d could work? Damn, we could really use Keiki’s help, but she’s on a field trip with her study group. 

Luna’s voice brings me back into the moment. 

”They’re not hungry, right? We changed them, and now what?“ Luna asks while I’m holding Alaia close to my chest. As I place kisses on top of her head, her soft blonde hair smells of lavender shampoo. 

I read somewhere that babies like skin-to-skin contact. So that’s why Lunes and I are basically standing in the middle of the room in our underwear. 

”I don’t know. Honestly, I’m close to crying with them. Then it’ll be a duet.“ Luna says it with a sigh. 

I exhale a long breath I’ve been holding in because I’m frustrated too. God, I‘ve never appreciated sleep more than I do now.

”What if we show them a video with marine animals? They seemed to love that last time.“ I suggested it, and I could see Luna’s shoulder droop in relief.

”Let’s give it a try.“ Luna adds, and we walk downstairs and sit down with the twins as I turn on Disney+ and select a nature documentary about marine animals, one that’ll last for at least two and a half hours. 

Soon, both twins' eyes are glued to the screen. 

We didn’t want to start them too early on screen time, but sometimes you have to in order to function as a human being and get some rest. 

After 30 minutes or so into the documentary, I saw both their eyes drooping, and they fell asleep.

”You’re a genius.“ Luna whispers, scared to wake them up.

"Well, this genius is too scared to move.“ I say frozen in place.

Luna sighs.

”Is now a bad time to have to pee?“ She says it with a guilt tinge in her voice.

I close my eyes. 

"Oh, come on, Lunes. Couldn’t you have peed before they fell asleep? What if we wake them up? Look how long it took before they fell asleep.“ 

Luna softly moves around.

”I’ll be quick, I promise.“ She says this and gently places Kehlani on the couch. As soon as her feet hit the floor, Lani stirs and starts to cry. Rosie isn’t far behind. 

”I hope your pee is worth waking the twins over.“ I'm trying to massage their little backs, hoping it’ll soothe them. 

Twins are funny in that regard. They have a special bond, especially if they’re identical twins, like our girls. 

But the downside is that as soon as one is ill or cries, the other does as well. 

They’re creepily in sync. Hopefully, it won’t stay like this forever—the crying, I mean. I know Kehlani and Alaia will turn out wonderful.

I turn to my wonderful girls.

”Why don’t you stop crying? Daddy would really like to get some sleep. So I can wake up pretty.“ 

They look up at my words and then continue crying. 

That’s when it hits me amidst the crying. I remember when Keiki and I were little, my mom used to sing to us »Love Me Tender« by Elvis Presley; it always calmed us down. Maybe we can try it with the twins. 

As soon as Luna is back from her bathroom break, I gently take the twins into my arms.

”I think I have an idea.“ I say the idea for the song is taking root. 

We walk upstairs, and Luna eyes me skeptically. 

”You know how to brew a potion that will make them sleep for seven hours straight?“ She asks excitedly. 

I gave her a sideways look. 

"Yeah, that was a little bit unrealistic.“ She shrugs, and I laugh softly. 

”Let’s try singing »Love Me Tender« by Elvis Presley.“

”Why that song?“ She asks as we reach the twin's bedroom. 

I breathed out, and as I laid the twins in their beds, I turned towards Luna, who never looked more beautiful. 

With wild hair, just in her underwear, illuminated by the light from the hallway. 

I put a strand of her hair behind her ear, and she smiled tenderly at me. It’s these moments I treasure the most, even with the twins crying. 

I pulled her closer as I told her about the idea I had. I want to reveal a bit more about myself and my childhood, which I don’t talk about nearly enough, but I should, because whether it was good or bad, memories are important to talk about. 

”My mom used to sing that song to me and Keiki all the time. Whenever we were sick, or when we were sad and had a hard time, it just always made things a bit easier.“ I explained.

Luna‘s smile reached her tired eyes, and she cupped my cheek to give me a soft kiss. 

”Let’s give it a try. I think I’ve still got my ukulele somewhere. Let me go grab it, and we’ll try singing that song. To be honest, it’s one of my favorite songs by Elvis. He was such a hot guy and so sweet. And what a voice, my god! They just don’t make them like that anymore.“

"Hey, I’m trying to save the world, and you’re calling another man hot? Shame on you, Lunes.“

”You didn’t let me finish. They don’t make them like that anymore, but you are the exception.“ She grinned. 

”You were always my favorite.“ I smiled and slapped her butt, making her laugh out loud as she went to look for her ukulele. Her laughter was still echoing from the walls, making me grin too. 

After a minute or so, Luna came back with her pink ukulele, adorned with flowers, hearts, and moons. She sat down in front of the twin beds and played the first tunes.

”I had no idea you played the ukulele.“ I was surprised to see her play the ukulele like a pro.

”I learned it along with Hula dancing.“

“Can I get this as a late birthday present?“ I imagined her in a hula get-up. The best image ever. 

Luna sighed.

"Really, that’s where your mind went to?“ She chastised me.

”Don‘t blame me. I’m tired and horny. And I’m not sorry.“

She shook her head, grinning. Soon the first tunes of the ukulele joined with her soft voice, and the twins stopped their crying. Too fascinated by what’s going on to keep crying. 

Yes, I pump my fist in the air; it looks as if the plan worked. Luna and I fist-bumped each other because our plan turned out better than expected. 

As the last note echoed in their bedroom, they soon fell asleep, and it looked as if we could go and catch some sleep too. 

”Thank God for our parents, who had good ideas.“

Luna nodded. 

We put on the mobile with the moon and stars spinning around softly and didn’t close the door entirely as we went to our bedroom. 

When we were lying down in bed, Luna turned to me, and I put an arm around her to pull her closer to me. 

”Let me guess you have a million questions.“ I said, and she elbowed me in the side. I laughed and kissed her on top of her head. 

”You miss her, don’t you?“

I don’t even try to act as if I don‘t know who she’s referring to.

"Yeah, I do, more than I care to admit.“ I turn around, so we’re lying face-to-face. 

”Maybe you need some love me tender too.“ Luna says this as she’s leaning into me. 

”That would be nice.“ I smiled against her lips.

Two days later...

Luna

We’re both leaning on the kitchen counter, bleary-eyed, and with our eyes half closed. 

”This is the second time in a row we haven’t slept.“ I mumbled. 

Bryce doesn't even look up from his coffee. 

”I mean, we knew this was going in, but it still stinks sometimes.“ 

I nodded and almost missed my mug in front of me.

”Damn. I never appreciated coffee as much as I do now. I love our kids, but I’d give my left kidney for two hours of sleep. Not even night shifts are this bad.“ 

”Come on, we'll get through this.“ I tried to sound more cheerful but just ended up sounding tired. But from the smile tugging at Bryce’s lips, I could still make him smile, which is a win in my book.

I’m about to take another sip from my juice since I‘m nursing when our doorbell rings, and I just grumble. 

”I’ll go get it.“ I said, and Bryce just mumbled incoherent words. 

I opened the front door, seeing my cousin Skyler, or Sky for short, stand in front of me.

”Good morning, sunshine.“ He looked well rested, with no dark circles under his smooth tan skin. His piercing dark blue eyes shone as if he sprang from the youth fountain. It’s so unfair how good he looked compared to my tired self. 

I groaned again and shielded my eyes from the glaring sun coming inside our house.

I stepped aside, and Sky walked in. 

”Is it a good morning? Huh. It’s already morning, and the sun is shining. Gosh, I’ve lost all feeling for what time it actually is or what day.“

Sky turned my way and only raised his eyebrows.

”You’re being weird.“

I sighed and joined Bryce in the kitchen. I grinned as Bryce held on to his steaming coffee mug, half asleep. 

”I came to the rescue. I thought I’d have to send a search party after your radio silence.“ 

”Please make him stop saying words.“ Bryce groaned.

”Come on, I’m good with kids, and I’m offering to help.“ Sky grinned. 

”So they sent you?“

”B!“ I exclaimed.

”Look, man. I’m really sorry. I’m just so fucking tired.“ Bryce sighed.

”Me too.“ I joined in while taking a sip of my mango and pineapple juice. 

"Yeah, Luna too.“ Bryce said while smiling tiredly. 

”No hard feelings. It’s all good. You‘ll get a free pass. This once. I know mom and dad struggled with us; you know, we're triplets, so I thought I’d help you out.“ Sky explained. 

Bryce’s eyes were tired from being up all night helping me change the twins and trying to make them fall asleep. 

We’re exhausted, and it’s only been four months since we brought the twins home. 

Sky looked from me to Bryce.

”You guys look as if you’ve partied all night. And it was a weird theme party.“ He teased. 

"Yeah, if you count changing, breastfeeding, and getting the twins to sleep, and it takes almost all night? Yeah, then we partied real hard.“ I sighed.

And then I added. 

"Damn, breastfeeding really hurts. Who knew? I really hope the pain lessens a bit.“

”I’m even too tired to make a dirty joke about breasts and make you feel better.“ Bryce sighed and smiled softly but tiredly.

”I don’t need to know about your…uhh…anatomy. Or your female body parts.“ Sky winced. 

”Who’s being weird now?“ I smirked.

”Fair.“

We were all startled when we heard the baby monitor on the kitchen counter squeak. 

Both Bryce and I groaned.

Sky smiled.

”You know what? Why don’t I check up on the little angels? While you guys do whatever it is you do, make out or something.“

”We’re way too tired to make out.“ Bryce and I said it at the same time. 

The fog in my brain lifted, and it hit me. 

”Wait, are you here to babysit?“ 

Sky shrugged. 

"Yeah, why not? I have the next two days off, so I thought I’d take over, and you can go and do whatever it is you’re doing.“

”You’re an angel, and I love you.“ I smiled and hugged him tight. Sky grinned and hugged me back. 

Yep, he’s my favorite cousin. At least right now. 

”She doesn’t mean it.“ Bryce commented with a mischievous glint in his eyes. I grinned, so that’s where Lani and Rosie got it from. 

”Stop being mean.“ I said this to Bryce without any real heat behind my words. 

”Sorry. If you’re true to your word, I’ll go take a nap.“

I stopped hugging Sky for a minute to give B a look.

”Not even showering?“

”I love my bed more than my shower right now.“

"Well, I don’t. So let’s hit the shower.“ 

Sky looked from me to Bryce.

”You are weirding me out. I’ll go look after the twins.“ 

”Thanks Sky.“

”You got it.“ He yelled. 

Bryce and I walked outside to our shower while Bryce mumbled and was grumpy until the water hit his face. 

When we came back from our shower and were settled in our bed, Bryce checked the baby monitor, but the monitor was quiet. It looks as if Sky is a wizard when it comes to calming down kids. 

”It’s so quiet.“ I turned to Bryce.

”What did we do before we had kids? Look at me, sounding pathetic.“

”You don’t sound, and you aren’t pathetic. It’s a new routine for us. And I guess we just have to find our balance.“

We both nodded.

Bryce drew circles on my skin, and I curled up into him, and seconds later we were already asleep while holding hands. 

Life is good when you’re with the people you love. Whether you’re blood-related or not, cherish those moments.

Rick would be sooooooo excited and want to do things for Mia (chores, errands, paperwork) and also spoil the kiddos. Bruce, Natasha, Hill and others want her to listen to the doctors advice too.

She doesn’t always listen to them and regrets it later, knocking out cold on the couch.

Miss Mia will never admitted it fully but she’s emotional and has her moments insecurity across the board. In response she is often used humor to cope with any kind of worries she got. But sometimes she brings up the thoughts she has.

“Will be a good mom like mine is? I hope so.”

She knows that Nikolai wonders if he will be a good father. Of course she will find him and talk it out, how they’re both feeling about everything going on.

“We’ll be alright and this kid is gonna have a great village to raise them.”

Sometimes Mia is found on the couch or sitting at her desk doodling thing too, it’s a great mental break to relax. Relive herself of any kind of tension and sometimes she ends up with a good laugh.

Sometimes she is just embarrassed and emotional for no reason and honestly it’s cute

“What was the meeting about?” Cole asked

“Saving and investing in Panda bears for cute press releases..” She admitted

Cole snickered, “Oh you poor thing you’ve gone soft.”

Luna gasped, “She got a point!”

Mia tends to go a little overboard with things especially when she starts nesting too early in the season

SHE JUST WANTS THE PLACE TO LOOK COMFY AND COZY! That’s all she ask 😌

She tends to be a bit dramatic and silly too, often when she’s in a mood.

“Why are you looking at me like that? Am I forgetting something? Oh god, did I say something wrong? Don’t laugh!”

She will eventually get over it and go back to normal

She gets excited over the littlest things too!

Mia is often a tad bit clumsy and lack the energy to do things around the house at times. She adopts a lazy era 💅🏻

But everyone loves her all the same in the end!

Wait- like really? They've confirmed a new series? Is it already known if all the original actors will appear? Oh my god what's happening

"Oh my god what's happening" EXACTLY MY FEELINGS

So, Karol Sevilla, the actress who played Luna, went to an interview at Radio Disney Mexico and that's where she broke the news.

The audio it's in spanish, obviously, but here's the translation for everyone:

K: "In 2025... We're going to do Soy Luna 4."

Interviewer: *gaps* "NO WAY"

K: "And we're all very excited... because it was a great time for all of us... I think it left a mark in the lives of many, and my own as well, so we'll be getting back into our Luna personas next year."

I: "YOU HEARD IT HERE IN EXCLUSIVE! WE'RE GOING TO SWIPE THE DUST OFF THE ROLLERSKATES, Y'ALL!"

K: *laughs* "Yeah, to be honest, not even I was expecting it-- I'm so gonna get scolded for this, obviously-- but I'm extremely happy, for real. I think Soy Luna 4 is going to be something epic for everyone."

So, yeah, that's all we know for now. There hasn't been an official announcement from Disney Channel Latinoamerica to know if all the original cast is returning or not. I'm 99% sure Michael is returning tho because I follow him on social media and his WhatsApp channel and about a month ago he said something like "I can't say anything yet, but there's a very high chance that something you've all been asking for for a very long time it's going to happen. So wait for it."

Back then the first thing I thought of was "Is he going to act with Valentina in some new project?" But I quickly dismissed it because Michael is known for trying to create hype for everything he does, even if it's small projects that only mexicans will see sjfks. I thought maybe he was refering to his album, which he was supposedly going to launch at some point but it got paused because of covid. But now that Karol said this... 👀 Well, it would make sense if he was refering to that.

I'll be updating you all in case any new information comes out. I know Valentina's new project was the spin off of "El Marginal" which was announced some months ago, but by 2025, all of it should be filmed, so, unless she has some other projects I know nothing about, she should be free next year.

I'm not sure Valentina would want to return to a childish role tho. She's been trying to shed her Disney skin by playing more adult roles (*cough* the sex fest that was Elite *cough*) so the only reason I can find for her to return would be if the money is very fucking good 😂😂 Which, it should be! I mean, it's Disney Channel 😂

Personally, I only care about those two, the rest of the cast could not return and I wouldn't care. Then again, if they make them return only to ruin Simbar, I will sue for emotional damage. You know the *amount* of fix-it fics I'll have to write if they dare to do anything to my babies? I'll die, y'all. My hands will cramp. They can not do this to me, I have enough wips already.

If Michel was a girl named Michelle

So going realistically, Disney Channel I don't know if they'd be able to pull that off. It was 2018, Andi Mack existed, but like... I'm still doubting.

So now I'm just gonna go from a perspective of "the same thing essentially happens but Michel is now a girl named Michelle like they first thought he was", and ignoring if it realistically would air or not

So Michelle is welcomed with much more open arms, because she was who they expected would arrive lmao

Just like Michel in canon, Michelle would quickly show that she knows super much about Luna, having watched videos online of her. Luna is like "woaw!! that's so fun!!"

The guys all think Michelle is nice, but Matteo feels this odd... jealousy towards her. And he cannot figure out why. "She's just a girl, why do I feel jealous that she gets along with Luna?"

As Michelle starts to act distracted like Luna, her friends instead of being like "he's definitely crushing on you!" instead are like "wow! She's like your twin!"

But they do pick up some vibes soon too. Yam does the most. She discusses with Nina and Jim about it. "Hey I'm wondering if something is going on with Michelle... she seems to... like Luna in a certain way..." and the other two agree. But due to it being a girl they're like "haha but maybe she just really wants to be her friend!"

The thing is that Jim and Yam are raging lesbians but they still live in such a heteronormative world that they have this idea that "everyone else surely is straight". And Nina could not even figure out her mother was a lesbian... so all three just sit there with terrible gaydar. But they are wondering. Though, they're not as pushy as they are when it's a boy.

This just made me kinda wanna know what went down at Blake in S3. Imagine all the little school moments. Like, the drama class in S1? Do they still take it?

At one point, the boys hang out with Michelle at home, and maybe they talk about girls they find pretty. Pedro talks about Delfi, maybe they tease Simón about Ámbar, and then they ask "Hey Michelle, anyone you like?". Michelle smiles and is like "Ok, can I be honest? Don't tell anyone, but... I think Luna is kinda cute."

They boys are a bit caught off guard, but let out some chuckles.

Michelle then is like "But... I don't even know if she's... you know, if she likes girls like that? Or if she likes me... do you know?"

Matteo gets defensive and immediately is like "NO! SHE LIKES BOYS. RIGHT? RIGHT, GUYS?!"

Ámbar, who has been eavesdropping, casually walks into the room and decides to stir up drama for shits and giggles, and is like "Have you asked her that, Matteo?"

Matteo is like "no..." to which Ámbar asks how he then knows so certainly. He looks at Simón, and says "Uh, maybe you have heard something?" but Simón does not know.

So now "Operation: Try to figure out Luna's sexuality without explicitly asking her" has begun.

And it's very hard to figure it out, because Luna gives off all kinds of vibes. She doesn't really like to discuss romance when it's about herself, and often changes the subject. But since the boys can't figure it out, they start to ask Nina, Jim and Yam. They realize "oh shit we don't really know either now when we think about it", and suddenly it's everyone at Roller's business' to figure it out.

AND WE NEVER REALLY FIGURE IT OUT, IT'S LEFT VERY AMBIGUOUS. But, people start to pay close attention to who she seems to be interested in.

Luna herself feels something when Michelle talks to her, because she notices Michelle isn't acting the same with her like her other female friends. But she's just as oblivious/in denial as she is when boys are interested in her.

Their almost-kiss in 1x40 makes Luna SO confused. And I don't know if she's even gonna mention this to her friend. Or she does, and they turn the discussion if she's into girls and Luna says something like "Who cares if it's a girl or boy it still happened didn't it?"

And then Michelle confesses her feelings. And Luna reacts just like she did in canon, all stunned. Michelle assures her though, that she doesn't wanna ruin their friendship, and it's all ok. Maybe they should just forget it.

When Luna tells her friends, it's an extra layer as she's a girl, especially for Jim and Yam who are like "Ok but Luna do you think you like girls in general do you think you might be interested in girls, too? :) :) :) :)" and Luna is like "I don't know I am confused when boys are in love with me too everyone's in love with me because I'm the main character but I don't know what I want :("

Then everything that happens with Michel in canon happens, Michelle kisses her after the ice cream incident and she acts just like in canon.

And in the end, Michelle leaves like Michel left in canon, everyone's on good terms. Lutteo is still endgame or whatever.

I could imagine, if this happened, the fandom would have discussions like "Luna is actually straight and Michelle just forced her to feel stuff she didn't", "No actually Luna is a repressed lesbian", "Luna could be bi/pan actually??", "Maybe she didn't like Michelle specifically but it doesn't mean she doesn't like girls", "This was bad LGBTQ+ rep because Michelle is toxic", "I hate Michelle not because I hate gays but because it was heartbreaking seeing Matteo suffer so much :(", "Guys hear me out Luna is ace she's just not interested in romance period"

Of course, it could be a lot more to add, I'm just writing from the top of my head. And Michel being a girl named Michelle could also make a completely different story, with different events. It could that because she's a girl she's a new love interest for Matteo instead. Or they still have her be in love with Luna but they do it completely differently than what canon did with Michel.

AN: Hey guys, so I’ve been posting less because I just started fall classes and you know how those can go so I’m gonna try to do holiday chapters for my blog. And one of those is a birthday party so enjoy, reblog, let me know what you think.

Summary: Andrew and Amber celebrate their daughter Lucy’s first birthday with a small party attended by their family and friends.

“Tanti auguri a te.” Andrew DeLuca sings as he walks towards his daughter carrying a plate of pancakes with whipped cream topped with a lit single birthday candle.

His now 1 year old daughter is inside her highchair looking at her birthday breakfast with a wide smile. Meanwhile his wife and mother of his child, Amber DeLuca nee Karev, is by the chair filming everything on her phone with a smile for the birthday girl.

“Tanti auguri a te, tanti auguri a Lucia, tanti auguri a te!” He finishes the Italian song and places the plate in front of Lucy who looks at the candle mesmerized.

Amber chuckles while still filming, “And in case you were wondering your daddy was singing Happy Birthday in Italian even though you don’t speak it yet.”

“Oh but she shall.” Andrew says with confidence before leaning down smiling at their daughter who is staring at the pancakes, “Si, lo farai. You shall.”

Amber shakes her head amused before turning her attention to their daughter, “Make a wish sweetheart.”

Andrew helps Lucy blow out the candle on top of the pancakes causing Amber to yay before putting her phone down. Lucy scoops up whipped cream on top with her hands before putting it in her mouth to eat. Amber and Andrew smile at the sight overcome with love for their little girl who is growing up before their eyes.

“How did a year go by so fast? It feels like only yesterday I was holding her in my arms after the 8 hours of labor and pain.”

Andrew grins knowing the feeling as well, “I think the crying and diaper changing sped up time somehow. You’re a year old now bambina how does it feel?”

Lucy is too busy eating the whipped cream to give her dad the time of day to her mom’s amusement who cuts up the pancakes so her one-year-old can safely eat them.

“And there’s plenty more to come tonight at your birthday party yay!”

“Yay! You get to see everyone, your uncles, your aunts, your cousins and you get to eat cake, aren’t you excited?”

Amber smiles helping Lucy feed herself, “I think she’s more excited about all the toys she’s gonna get from doctors who don’t have a budget. I know we are.”

“Amen bella.” Andrew kisses the top of his daughter’s brunette head happy to celebrate this momentous occasion with his family.

That Night

Kiddie music plays throughout Andrew and Amber’s house that is decorated with a fairy tale theme. There are streamers, balloons and plates with Disney princesses on them and colorful sweets that the guests enjoy as they wait downstairs for the party girl to come with her parents. Alex and Jo are talking to Maya and Carina on the couch while their kids, Liam and Luna play with each other by their feet.

The sound of stairs descending snaps the guests’ attention as they watch the happy parents bring the birthday girl down to her party. Amber DeLuca smiles at their friends and family wearing a white dress while Andrew has a beige suit with a while shirt under. In Andrew’s arms is their daughter who is looking especially pretty with her short wavy brown hair pulled back with a pink headband that matches her pink silk mesh dress.

Andrew and Amber approach their respective siblings on the couch where they each give Lucy a birthday hug and kiss. Lucy giggles and waves her little chubby hands around as she’s passed around by her uncle and aunts. Maya gives a painful chuckle as her baby niece pulls her long hair down making Carina laugh before gently extracting Lucy’s grip. Alex makes a playful fart noise against his niece’s cheek causing her to giggle. Jo does the same unable to resist before giving her a big fat kiss on her chubby little cheek and handing her back to her parents who smile at the attention their daughter is getting so far.

They carry Lucy from person to person who all greet the small and happy girl with smiles and happy birthdays. All of their friends and colleagues from the hospital are at this party mingling and celebrating this milestone of Lucy DeLuca’s. The only people absent are Jackson Avery and April Kepner who more than made up for it with a mini ball pit that arrived yesterday along with a check for 5000 dollars for the college fund that Amber and Andrew started for Lucy.

After posing with Lucy for the cake and watching her scoop it up and shove it in her face, Amber picks up the 1-year-old from the highchair allowing the guests to mingle again. She approaches Andrew with a very happy, cake faced baby in her arms who ruins her moms expensive dress with pink frosting. Amber doesn’t care as the only thing that matters right now is ending her daughter’s birthday with the father of her child who also made sure this party would go off without a hitch.

Andrew chuckles at his messy daughter who smiles at her daddy and leans in to give him a big hug. He grins warmheartedly at the sight before wrapping his arm around his wife’s waist and pulling her closer. Amber smiles up at him thankful her daughter has a father who loves her and wants to give her the happy childhood neither of their fathers gave them.

“We love you.” Amber says softly, “Thank you for today.”

Andrew kisses the top of her head pulling back with a grin, “I love my girls.”

Lucy stretches her arms out to her dad wanting him to hold her which of course he can’t resist. Amber helps her daughter giving her to her daddy who opens his arms ready to take the bundle of joy. Lucy wraps her chubby arms around his neck and leans her cheek against his, which melts her parents’ hearts. They hold their daughter happy to give her a perfect first birthday.

This will be a departure from my usual ramblings but I need to talk to literally anyone about this.

One thing to know about me is that I like Spanish children’s television shows that are basically like telenovelas. And a lot of that comes in the form of things like Violetta or Soy Luna or Bia and other shows like that, so even as like elder Gen Z, I still do watch these shows because they are interesting, fun, and cheekily dramatic.

Anyway to the point..I just recently started watching Ayla y Los Mirrors and it’s cheesy in the classic Disney channel fashion.

It’s fine but I just need to talk literally anybody about it because I need to know if I’m the only one who believes that Ayla should be with Kako instead of the two ML that they have vying for her attention. Because I don’t care about either boy but I see genuine chemistry between her and Kako. She sees the real him and accepts his goofy self without demeaning him and he accepts her uptight posh nature but also lets her be down to earth and just normal with him. They would be kinda like a mini-Dair.

Another thing to talk about is that we have too many silly characters. Between the glasses girl, the Aunt’s henchman and the guy from the group home, it’s to much comedic relief that doesn’t really land. I would actually love to see development for the dude who is at the group home. I would like to see him become a father figure to Ayla and become sorta a serious guy who can be lighthearted but can also be counted upon when dealing with the heavier topics, like genuine person with development that way. Although I don’t think they will actually ever do that since these shows tend make characters like that pretty one-dimensions but I hope they would.

Anyway tl;dr, Does anyone else ship this because I do wish they could subvert expectations for this type of show and making the this third option canon instead rather going the typical love triangle route with the two plain MLs.

I love them so much. They are freaky and weird respectively. Xeno explores what goes beyond the limits of biology while Pandora explores the intricacies within. I like to think they are very different but also very similar. Like Pandora is who Xeno would've been if he had company outside of indulging adults and Disney princess-esque relationships with animals around his home and Xeno is who Pandora would've been without Evan and the experiments she conducts. But deep down they are similar at their core as they both reflect life. Their romance encapsulates the vibes of Romantic Lover by Eyedress, this vhs camcorder quality type of romance, preserved as a memory.

Pandora is not beating the mother in a coming-of-age movie allegation. IM SORRY

Anyways, they created their own family with a textbook on biology and blunt in their hands (literally) <3

They meet at a party and hate each other for a bit. Which I just got reminded of a draft I have about their beginning:

I imagine Xenodora not getting along at first, in the beginning, they are both fighting over existing and nonexistent biology. Pandora is arguing intensely that the existence of a Blibbering Humdinger and Crumple-Horned Snorkack do not make sense and contradict magic. At the same time, Xeno is firmly against her words and goes on a long intricate rampage about how their existence in fact does make sense. Pandora is clutching her pearls in horror because she did not just spend her entire childhood studying the intricacies of the living and magic just for this pretty idiotic person to barge in and spout nonsense. She is so baffled that her mind is like "I must get closer to them to study their brain wave" or something like that, she is fully convinced that Xeno is mocking her (because how tf does one come to such a conclusion about insects?) but nope! They really are just like this due to years of their outlandish theories being fed by their mother and extended family members who found them funny. They stand with full confidence that they are right and eventually, Pandora starts to find it somewhat endearing because Xeno's rants are oddly nice to hear, and their voice is very smooth. Plus they're funny as hell, their thoughts are so outlandishly wrong that if she squints, she can see what they are talking about.

She realizes she likes them and has to sit there for a good minute with her lips firmly pressed together to gather herself. When Xeno realizes they like Pandora, they immediately start giving her interesting gifts (Ex: bones, jars of bugs, a roll of pretty lace they thought she would like, a pair of pretty scissors Xeno engraved her name on, doodles, preserved butterflies, worn novels, a dress here and there). They are very proud of themselves as Pandora examines each and every gift very closely with a smile.

However, this isn't to say that Pandora is this rule-abiding person! I certainly see her being a sort of whimsy type, but it's purposeful in the way that Xeno isn't. Pandora loves being this eccentric woman sending chills down people's spines with her words, but she'll always be watching. She'll always be aware, that's why she loves being eccentric. Reactions entertain her, and she loves being entertained! She loves being unpredictable to see the shock plastered over a stranger/passerby. Xeno is eccentric because it's who he is. He's blind to the world around him, perfectly content in his maze of overgrown weeds. Pandora allows a view outside of the maze from time to time, but when she dies, Xeno holds their daughter closer and ventures deeper.

I like to think that over time, he overcomes grief. But he will always be subconsciously seeking Pandora out in every situation, crowd, and time while also hiding from everyone with Luna close to his chest. He raises Luna away from everyone to preserve Pandora's memory.

I really like their canon relationship so I'd like to keep it. Esp when Xeno ceases all support of Harry in the books just to keep her alive.
