Lockwood & Co. 1.08
"Yes, I killed him. Shot him with my father's pistol, sealed him with iron, buried him deep. Yet I still see him when I close my eyes, swathed in his velvet cloak, performing his rituals. I shall claim an act of self-defense. His cunning servant trapped me. The doctor held the glass before me. One glimpse and I felt my sanity shake loose."

At long last! We have Michael! Lucifer's twin even tho they're the farthest apart in age uwu
Michael is the leader of the archangels and is the Protector. It's his job to protect Heaven from outside threats, like the Ars Goetia and any primordial gods/creatures that may or may not exist (still debating on that last one). Essentially, if Hell truly had an uprising with all the sins and all the other demonic royalty, Michael would be at the front lines. Unfortunately, he takes his job as Protector a little too seriously: he purposely hid the missive El left that said to keep communication with Hell and to maintain the population via redemption. Instead, he offered exterminations as a solution.
This is a HUGE no-no, one that he dragged Sera and even Adam into (and by extension, the exorcists). Because he's expressed true remorse, he wasn't harshly punished except for strong words and a directive to focus on his job and to cooperate—for now.
Fun fact: Michael is the oldest and was used as a template for Lucifer! That's why they look so similar uwu Like Sariel, Luci didn't have a specific purpose aside from ✨creativity✨ and Michael was probably the least receptive to his ideas

Okay so.
Ricky was most likely probably a racist. But. He atchually touched grass unlike the rest of naziville. So he probably would of been open to non racist ideas but he was never exposed to them and he died too soon for us to know. So I think he wasn't really Lucy *Lindy "segregation is okay atchually" levels of racist and more "oh you don't know every black person to ever exist ever?" Racist.
So like he wasn't the perfect woke white boy like we think. But he wasn't Lucy *lindy pepper-bean levels of bad

“Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds” recording session, 1967; photos by Henry Grossman.
“I liked ‘Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds’ a lot. John always had a way of having an edge to his songs. I particularly liked the sounds on it where I managed to superimpose some Indian instruments onto the Western music, Thgere were specific things that I had written, like ‘Within You Without You,’ to try to feature the Indian instruments, but under normal circumstances that wouldn’t work on a Western song like ‘Lucy’ which had chord changes and modulations (whereas tamboura and sitars stay in the same key forever). I liked the way the drone of the tamboura could be fitted in there.” - George Harrison, The Beatles Anthology (2000)
“[I]f you listen to ‘Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds,’ you’ll hear me try and play the melody on guitar with John’s voice, which is what the instrumentalist does in Hindustani vocal music.” - George Harrison, Guitar World, 1992
Q: “The song [‘I Want To Tell You’] marked a turning point in your playing, and in the history of rock music writing. There’s a weird, jarring chord at the end of every line that mirrors the disturbed feeling of the song. Everybody does that today, but that was the first time we'd heard that in a rock song.” George Harrison: “I’m really pleased that you noticed that. That’s an E7th with an F on the top, played on the piano. I’m really proud of that, because I literally invented that chord. The song was about the frustration we all feel about trying to communicate certain things with just words. I realized the chords I knew at the time just didn’t capture that feeling. So after I got the guitar riff, I experimented until I came up with this dissonant chord that really echoed that sense of frustration. John later borrowed it on Abbey Road. If you listen to ‘I Want You (She’s So Heavy)’ it’s right after John sings ‘it’s driving me mad!’ To my knowledge, there's only been one other song where somebody copped that chord — ‘Back on the Chain Gang’ by the Pretenders.” - Guitar World, 1992 (x)

making myself tear up thinking about "i'll have ruined the most important relationship in my life" and how angsty it would be if tim and lucy's first fight triggered lucy's fears of her single handedly ruining the best relationship she's ever had like she thought she would, and then voicing those fears to tim later that night when he comes over to apologize and smooth things over with her like, "maybe... maybe this isn't worth the risk after all." — cue tim immediately shushing her and cupping her face in his hands, desperately reassuring her that she's wrong. that they're worth the risk. "you're worth everything to me".

Hi Shane! So, Lucy (the farmer) dreamt about you being a successful gridball player and you were quite popular with the girls. This made her overthink if the circumstances were different, would you still choose her and live in the farm?
P.S. I hope you like the color purple because our purple chili peppers are ready to harvest. We’re giving you half of it for Valentine’s day :3
assuming you dreamt about some future with me as your spouse, i don't know why i'd ever want to leave that all behind.
Tumblr media
why would i ever leave the best thing that's ever happened to me? of course i would still choose her and live on the farm. i'd be a fool to choose anything else.

How would God react to finding out that Valentino licked Charlie's arm and offered her a job
Probably with deep breaths, counting to infinity, and a constant mantra of "nothing deserves nonexistence, nothing deserves nonexistence, nothing deserves nonexistence-"
Can't do much with souls in Hell tbh lmao

In April this year, I watched Lackadaisy's pilot episode and loved it so much! In addition, I've been reading the Peanuts comics, more specifically the 50's version, which by the way is my favorite version.
So I had the idea of making two fanarts of these 2 fantastic works, where I first drew the furry version of Peanuts characters (in which I used the same Lackadaisy art style) and the everyone's favorite cat trio. After I posted these two fanarts there on Twitter, Lackadaisy's own creator, Tracy J. Butler, saw my drawings and liked it. Anyway, I hope you enjoy ❤️
