The Silver Master meets Lucien Dodge.

I’m glad to meet Lucien, who is the English voice actor for Yukio Hans Vorarlberna (Bleach) and Adolf K. Weismann / Silver King (K Project). I would have loved for him to sign something Yukio, but unfortunately, he didn’t have a Yukio print and I didn’t have anything Yukio. Understandably so since Bleach has been out for years. Hence, why I got him to sign the Adolf K. Weismann page of the art book from K: The Complete Series (Blu-ray & DVD) box set.

Fun Fact: I literally watched most of the episodes with Yukio in them (with 3 episodes remaining of Bleach) several days before Otafest. I had been binge watching Bleach since it’s one of first anime that I had seen as a teen, but I hadn’t been able to finish until now. After watching Bleach, I now have a comprehensive list of characters from each group type in Bleach that I want to cosplay as. Yukio is one of the Fullbringers that I want to cosplay as.

okay, im gonna start this off saying: no one will be able to replace billy as macaque. I only got into the show after he passed and it hurts so bad knowing we'll never hear him in anything anymore. i am NOT trying to be insensitive with this post whatsoever. thats the last thing i want.

First pick: Lucien Dodge I know him as Mahito in the JJK dub. He has macs vibe down to a T and think itd be a rlly good fit. thats pretty much all i have to say lmao

Second pick: Nicky Buell THIS DUDE IS THE REASON IM MAKING THIS POST Skittle (my fiance) showed his songs to me today and omfg. i didnt hear it at first, but it just clicked half way thru this song (which i see as hella shadowpeach. mac singing to wukong. its a spicy song btw so put in ur headphones). i have NO IDEA if Nicky would ever do voice acting, and i KNOW we wouldnt actually get him as mac, but holy shit. after listening to him for the past HOUR all i hear is macaque now

lowkey think it’s gonna be such an experience for nesta to watch Elain and Lucien get together bc Lucien’s just so… normal? like her sister’s mated to a lunatic who hates her guts and she’s mated to an asshole who doesn’t even like her all that much and then there’s Lucien. He’s not weird or creepy or a liar. He doesn’t tell Elain everyone hates her or force her to do things she doesn’t want to do or tell he feels shackled to her. He’s respectful and chivalrous and literally worships the ground Elain walks on. He’s probably fighting the urge to say I love you on the first date because he’s so smitten. He’s just so normal. Good. He almost makes the whole mates thing seem like the gift it’s supposed to be.
