Lucas and Steve both being into basketball is fucking wasted in the show. Like who do you think taught him??? To the point of getting onto the varsity team as a freshman??? It would be so cute to see them practicing together!

Especially since Dustin was moving more towards Eddie and Lucas was moving away from dnd. Like it makes sense that Steve would be hanging out with Lucas the most.

Lucas and Steve friendship is so underrated!!! I love them so much!! I need more fanfics of these two being closer. It always Max or Dustin. But my boy Lucas is right there taking part in something that Steve loves, they have the most in common.

The unknown but still very real possibility that the FDA helped pull the rug out from under Lucas Fontina's coup because even small meaningful change for the people in the Islands was not useful to a cause of perpetual war and that the FDA is a reason everyone turned on him in the eleventh hour is HORRIFIC, for many reasons including that it would mean that there is absolutely no aspect of Colin's life these people have not touched.

It would mean that they had a hand in every event that directly shaped Colin as a person, even those that occurred decades before he was born.

It'd be a poignant note on Colin spending the rest of his days hunting them down.

I have this potential headcanon (Idk what it's called) for which I might get bashed for. So, I'm rewatching stranger things for the 100th time and I've said this before, this is the first time I'm feeling sorry for Billy, so basically this is the first time I got to actually understand him.

I think if he did survive the battle of starcourt, he would've become a better person, I hope we all agree on this, Max would, I mean he did sacrifice his life to save everyone at the end, right? And he had a traumatic childhood which made him like this, not excused but understandable.

Anyway, if he actually did become a nicer person, and did become friends with all of them I think there's another nicer thing he'd do which is ofc he'd apologize to all, especially Lucas because ofc Billy was racist, it's implied, and he did beat up Lucas for no apparent reason, canon.

After they all came to good terms though, the "potential headcanon" I might get bashed for is that, I think Billy would play basketball with Lucas, teach him, or be more like his personal trainer basically. Actually, not only Billy, Steve too, I mean doesn't Steve already play basketball with Lucas? Well to me he does.

So yeah just basically picture me this: Steve and Billy playing basketball with Lucas and being hella proud and going with him to a concert or any other place he enjoys afterwards as a treat when he scored despite being on the bench!

Thinking about Lucas after the championship game right now. I know we can see Steve cheering him on like all hell in the background (which i fucking love) + Robin & Nancy are also there, so I imagine at least Robin and Steve meet up after the game,

Steve tells the girl who he's on a date with to wait up for him or something, and he runs to find Robin after the game, since she's in band.

He sees Robin, and starts excitedly ranting about the shot Lucas got. Robin basically just nods, not really knowing what he's saying at all, but yk, jock bestfriend stuff. They both laugh at the fact Tammy Thompson was there too.

Lucas walks out and Steve cheers at him, waving him down, Robin laughing, shaking her head at his excitement, yet happy, she never really gets to see Steve like this, since all of their friends are nerds, besides Lucas. Lucas smiles at them, just happy that at least some of his friends came to his game, even if it's basically his baby sitter and said babysitter's quirky coworker.

Steve hugs Lucas and goes on another rant about the shot, this time having someone who actually understands what happened also nodding along. Lucas is overjoyed about it, given the fact he'd been stopping by Steve's house at ungodly hours (steve is usually awake when he comes anyway) to ask for basketball tips.

Jason or someone else from the team calls out to him, saying they're gonna have an after party. Lucas say's he'll be right there to join them. Steve's face kinda drops a little, and he puts a hand on Lucas's shoulder. Lucas winces, expecting a full on 'you're not going anywhere young man!' talk from him.

"Be careful, alright? Don't take anything suspicious and keep an eye on any drinks you have, don't take any drinks that people give you either. Also, know your limits. Got it, Sinclair?" Steve says, instead.

Lucas kind of blinks at him for a second, a bit stunned.

"Oh uh, got it." He answers, giving Steve a thumbs up. Steve smiles and hugs him again.

"Have fun!" Steve calls out as Lucas leaves. Steve sighs, his hands on his hips as the kid walks away.

It's crazy to think Lucas is a freshman now, he's trying to loosen up a bit more. But, obviously he's trying not to turn Lucas into another King Steve. No keg stands, for the love. But Steve remembers going to his first Highschool party after a big game, it was memorable, and important.

"Don't you have someone waiting for you, Dingus?" Robin says, snapping Steve out of his thoughts.

"Shit- you're right."

As Amelie carefully inspected the portrait, Frank’s casual observation cut through the stillness of the room. “You know,” he began with a hint of lightness in his tone, “there’s an uncanny resemblance between Miss Stacy and the late Queen Tatiana.”

Amelie’s eyes narrowed, her fingers delicately tracing the contours of the portrait. “Frank, I’d advise you to choose your words very carefully in the next few seconds.”

Ever unyielding, Frank continued, “I did not mean disrespect, Amelie. It’s just an observation. The eyes, especially. There’s a certain depth that echoes the grace of the late queen.”

Amelie’s reaction was swift, a stern warning issued with the grace of a woman accustomed to preserving secrets. “Frank, you have precisely five seconds to retract that statement.”

Frank, undeterred by Amelie’s warning, replied, “Truth be told, Amelie, it’s unsettling how much they resemble each other. It’s like a reflection through time.”

Amelie sighed, acknowledging the complex dance between past and present. “It’s the eyes,” she admitted softly, almost confessing a guarded secret. “Eyes that hold stories, echoes of the past, and perhaps a legacy that transcends generations. Let’s just hope history doesn’t repeat itself again.”

DM Mike pt2

More of my thoughts of DM mike!!

he is actually the one that got Erica into DnD. Even if she tried to deny the fact that she likes it and thought it was cool, she found herself captivated by the way Mike DM’d.

She ended up asking him (basically stealing him during one of the hangouts that they were having at Lucas’s house) about DND, and he helped her create Lady AppleJack.

She, through all her powers of a younger sibling/general erica-ness ended up finding her own party. Then she asked (bribed/threatened) Mike to be their dm. 

He made a few campaigns for them to try, first a one-shot to test out if they actually like it, and then other small ones once they did indeed find out that they like it. 

Because Mike was usually DM’ing for his own party, Erica found another DM but occasionally she would kidnap Mike and demand for him to DM a session. (These sessions are a favorite of the group)

Through all of this none of the other party members (Lucas, Will, Dustin, etc) know that Mike is the reason she became a DND nerd. When Dustin found out it blew his mind.
