Mark (Works too much): i feel like this one was a given…this boy is always doing something. But he wouldn't want a FWB relationship because he likes having a connection with someone. He would apologize constantly even though you told him it was okay. Basically moved all his stuff to your apartment so when he gets home he can see you even just for a little bit. Definitely expect a lot of love songs written about you.

Chenle (Relationship where one is always childish): but in a good way, he feels comfortable around you. Most of the time you guys have a playful relationship; playing video games, board games, forces you to play basketball, and watch the games. But he also has a serious side to him. If you are having a bad day he will try to make you laugh but when you don't even crack a smile, he knows it's serious and will spoil you with what every you need.

Jeno (Strictly business arranged relationship): I feel like either him or Jaemin would be asked to be in an arranged relationship for the public eye but Jaemin would be against it. Jeno wouldn't really care. But he didn't know just how much time you two had to spend together because this boy is gonna fall...and he's gonna fall HARD. • First impression

Oh, he's emo. The emo voice. Saw him first with Paranoid in Wraith. Looks like the type to be easily misunderstood because he just sounds like that. Hot voice though, er well, cold voice. 7/10

• Impression now

THE BLORBO. PERIOD. One of the faves. He's actually so silly? Also he's got a lot of depth to him that goes under the radar because it's so easy to assign him as a typical "villain" since he doesn't show any remorse in killing the Princess and sucks at emotions uh, I mean, is emotionless. The rare moments of him showing anything than boredom makes me salivate and feral because my boi you are fucking lying to yourself about not feeling anything at all.

• Favorite moment

He has so many great moments actually: his Razor's entrance, the sheer difference of attitude when it came to his presence in The Greys and his entire show in Spectre. But my top favorite has got to be Moment of Clarity, especially after getting to know him a lot after replaying the game. There's just something absolutely heart-wrenching hearing him continually dismiss the other voices and insisting that he's the only special one here, trying to appeal to LQ that he only needs him alone.

• Idea for a story

Every idea I had about Cold gets sucked into the black hole that is Ouroboros Well, I do have that one story idea where it's a post A New Unending Dawn and Everyone Hates You where all the voices tore themselves out of The Long Quiet and got separated from one another because of how messy they got out their progenitor. They became something close to Catastrophes because of how violent their ascensions were and they bring disasters to wherever they go. And because I need more tragedy, all of them try to seek one another but find out they keep missing each other due to fate fucking with them. Also this is a fic where Cold is a vampire. And Smitten's there too, I guess.

Well, there's also my Swap AU. Gravedigger Cold still lives rent free in my head alongside his bestie, The Revenant.

He really should be elevated to Tumblr Sexyman status. He's got the qualifications for it even!

• Favorite relationship

I am Burned Bridges truther, mainly because of you Dicey. I have become ill for their dynamic and despite how rocky and nigh impossible reconciliation is with them, I do think they can be good friends under the right circumstances. Also, I love how Cold makes Smitten worse, just saying. They need to get a room smh.

But before Burned Bridges, I do adore Cold's relationship with Hero and The Long Quiet. It's only by virtue of having Nightmare as my first route and The Moment of Clarity happening that Spectre falls short on my favorite chapters, ending in a nebulous second place.

• Favorite headcanon

I love Cold collecting knives! Yes, I love that headcanon very much! Also, he's afraid of The Damsel.

In the meanwhile, I've started Wang Hedi's new drama. Is the eunuch, not a eunuch thing new to dramaland? I know it is common in web novels. Part of me thinks 30 would make a great eunach-not-eunach but I just think his acting is superb and he keeps improving himself as does 88 so they can do anything and I will watch it.

On the Rumor (so likely to be false) of Dilraba in a "SIster-(Milk) Dog" Romance if Wu Lei were impossible match which would make this Bird Egg very sad: Of all the choices for a 姐狗 romance, I'd consider Wang Hedi the best choice if it were absolutely impossible to see 30 and 88 together in another drama anytime soon and this melon about an age-gap romance is true. I hope that 2023 will bring better tidings to 30 and 88 - I'm a bit worried about j@y#@)k tbh but worst-case scenario maybe Blizzard (which is partially under this studio) won't work out and it will force 88 and 30 to work together in a new modern drama -yeah let's ignore the reality of 88's essential slave contract to that studio. It would suck for 30 as I think he is already working on his billiards game, which those of us who have seen his vlog know needs a little work. Pure fantasy. I digress.

88, I hope you do Scenery of the Side this year. It would be so awesome to see you play a Uyghur woman again (I bet it would be an interesting journey going from Anarhan to this new character) even if there is a lot of boring stuff going on as usually happens with more serious dramas. I will watch anything but horror for you beauty.

30 - two new films, Nothing But You, and potentially a romance with a much younger leading ZJM who also has barely done kissing scenes. As much as 30 would benefit from being the teacher - we all know he is a bit domineering in a sweet way - I personally have some feelings about her age coupled with the novel being so very full of love scenes (keeping in mind the censors, it might be okay, but cringe - WL is so mature to me at 23 that the young ones seem too young but I still need to watch Reset this week). Add to that, I foresee half of C-Ent either salivating in glee over the match because they just love him with younger ladies or secretly hoping she drops out and their favorite childhood CP with WL can replace her. Hopefully the purple people will be calmer; Bird Eggs are loving on ZYT even though we (and even some Alices I know) really wanted it for WL and Dils.

Just not GX - the idea of them kissing gives me the shivers and I think they would agree - brother and sister who fight a lot? Yes! I can see this. Sworn enemies. Yup. Lovers? Ew I don't know if I could watch that. Maybe ex-spouses? That would be OK. I haven't watched all of the Shadow, but what I saw they were not on friendly terms. That one modern drama with them is still on my list, but I go second lead or friend vibes from the MV I saw. Honestly, WL really has the best energy with older women from Dils to YR to LQ and now ZYT - dang that boy is made for 小奶狗。I really, really hope he does a modern romance or action drama without birds with 88 and they don't even have to discuss age. She looks so young in modern romances to me and who cares - how many zillions of C-Dramas have been made with obvious age gaps and people don't say a word

OK I lied this IS 3088 CP-Related: The best drama from a web novel for Dils and WL would be Falling on a Spring Night; it would be amazing. If you haven't read that 3088 friendly novel - go read it now! Yes, it's crap but there are some golden moments such as how the younger man fell in love with the older woman. I just do not get anyone digging the 2nd lead in that book. He is an abusive F$^K seriously (Spoiler: he made the lead female eat hot chilis until she was hospitalized multiple times & I believe CW forced himself on her at one point) and I fear for humanity if we continue to be okay with abusers and like the idea of saving broken men. Yeah. No. The roles are literally made for Dils and WL - but some parts are tooo close to home, as in these characters were based on them for real. One plus - the age of the lead male is 20, so he could ratchet it up to a more palatable 23 now as he is that age. Yay! My step-dad was 22 when he started dating my mom, so I really have a soft spot for age-gap romances. He was very mature too. They married when he was 24 - Just saying.

Awfully specific Wangxian canonverse tropes that get me everytime

Outside perspective on Married Wangxian after they time travel back to Gusu days and everyone is just “??? you just met yesterday? You can’t marry someone you just met.... plz stop you’re embarrassing.”

“Whoops we got accidentally married but there’s no way that they like me. They’re too good for me” 🥺👉👈 + everyone else (a) knowing that they’re obviously in love and being oblivious that they are technically not together or (b) knowing that they’re pining over their literal spouse and having to deal with their pining as they stare off into the distance wondering how two people can be so dumb 🤦‍♂️

WWX doesn’t die (Yay! 🥳) but LWJ dies (aw 😢) + WWX pining/mourning + living in the burial mounds + WWX making his own sect 

Bonus points if.... JYL/JZX is still being alive

don’t kill me but.... LWJ being competent and a wonderful dad and just being an amazing mentor during those 13 years of mourning without mentioning WWX that much and just bonding with Lan juniors.

LWJ individual development overall (bonus points for him having friends... Or well as close as friends as one can be without being related to him or WWX really)

LWJ being a dad! (because somehow he's the best not-dead parent in the whole mdz universe and he deserves recognizion 😤)

WWX being pissed after someone threatens someone he loves and going full on Yiling Laozu mode + Juniors seeing him like that for the first time and being lowkey scared and being like ohhhh that’s the reason everyone is afraid of him

WWX and NHS being friends (or post-canon WWX being wary of him but still any interaction between the two is fine)

LWJ + JC interactions. They’re petty, dramatic and would rather not be in the same room but here we are. They also have (1) thing in common but their max effort just results in a passive aggressiveness (rip they tried ��)

JC just assuming that Wangxian is married post-canon when they aren’t

Actually JC assuming that Wangxian is already together pretty early on and thinking he’s a good bro for keeping it a secret because they’re obviously together? He’s not blind? And, why is WWX not telling him about this? Is he not trustworthy enough? Better do something about that 😠

Bonus points if WWX starts thinking that JC has a crush in LWJ instead because of how much he keeps mentioning him and not realizing why that makes him so upset 😥
