i never understood how to play with toys growing up and frankly i don't remember how exactly i used to do it but now i have a growing collection of lps and all i do with them is arrange them by species or color and generally just look at them

A story around the wedding of Quincy goatee & Petunia Cloghoof : It all started when after some time our pet gang was apart, Trip and Quincy went fat away to see another city on their animal planet, and they reunited to catch up about what they all did.

In this other city on the other side of the planet lives Petunia Cloghoof, old love interest of Quincy we saw in one episode, we learn a lot about her and she happily spends time with Quincy again and surprisingly Trip suggests to his friend that he should propose to her despite every possible complications and it all ends well.

When they bring those news all of his friends are happy for the 2 but Edie von keet is the only one who's upset about this because she started to have a crush on Quincy after what happened in a joke telling episode, If you saw that.

I drew the place where the wedding is celebrated, a chapel that was a toy of Lps g1 with doves as organizers, the wedding outfits of the 2 goats and and how the guests are dressed.

I decided to give Petunia a bouquet made of the omonymous flowers and a tiara on her head.

At the reception is present Quincy's mother, designed after a toy, and the wedding cake is red velvet.

LPS Custom #3: Konpeito Spaniel  Konpeito are a really pretty candy so I just had to make a custom based off this sweet treat! For this one I had a lot of fun playing around with props in the photoshoot as well as adding the cute candy beads onto the custom itself as accessories!

a giant oc photoshoot with all my oc lps. I had a lot of fun taking these it was super nice out and it was the first thing I did when I came home from work. I am very proud of how these turned out!

"I Am Mortal" is a killer fucking album- it's so good that I can't even get past the first three songs, I just keep playing them over and over. (edit: I am officially past the first three tracks lmao)

For anyone wondering, it's got a nice oldschool punk Buck-Tick feel towards the front end with a touch of darker VK sound that flows into an almost Portishead-ish late 90s sort of deal but in Atsushi's own very distinct, specific flavor. Very cool, very nice, beautiful to realize for all the evolving Atsushi did, he never not had it in him to still pull off the old style no matter how much older he got.

Maybe he was feeling the itch to do that sort of thing again and that's why he did this project so as to not pidgeonhole anyone for his own spur of the moment cravings.

Anyway.....we lost a consummate Artist and I absolutely started crying the other day thinking about all this.

I bought the vinyl of this record and "Tenshi" is so insane on analogue. I went out of my way to get it after seeing Ken Sakaguchi playing the record on ig lmaoooo but he was so right???? This has been SO beautifully mixed for analogue, it's got the best sound I've heard yet out of the records I've gotten to play with so far. "Ai no Wakusei" was, to be frank, pretty badly mixed, so I'm glad Atsushi put his foot down this time and made sure his mixer/s had experience unlike before because it absolutely paid off.

Anyway, this is how I'm spending my christmas holiday. I'm also a little drunk so please forgive any typos in this post. Please listen to "I Am Mortal", and if you have a record player, you can still pick up the LP from cd japan (take advantage while the exchange is still good!). In Japan, I believe DiscUnion still has this LP through online order. 11/10 def recommend.

Also did I mention there's a touch of the late 90s....I dunno how to describe it...not triphop but triphop adjacent? Did you watch "La Femme Nikita" back in the day? This album would have fit in with that show's soundtrack perfectly. It's such a vibe, I feel like Atsushi has read me for filth ahahahaha 🤣🤣🤣

Edit: this album ends on a surprising but oddly natural late '60s folksy note, which I find very exciting considering his last promotional photoshoot for Izora featured a Mary Hopkin 7" at the top of his record pile, and I can hear that influence in this last track a great deal and it's driving me absolutely crazy. My god, Atsushi.....my god.....
