X'm pretty sure Simon is the one who X draw the most, the silly yellow alien is iconic :] although X'm more inclined to draw his horror design more than anything cause X love it so much lol. As for writing, it may not seem like so but X actually put some thought into how Simon acts in general. Just this grown ass man who will never seem to grow up because friendship and fun's all he has. He's kinda like mx ngl...

Black is absolutely a classic for mx cause he's supposedly the main character of pre-corruption arc SM, and hehe funny grumpy shadow shapeshifter <33 a little fact about him- he curses a lot cause everyone around him is too kiddie and happy and it drives him NUTS so to balance it out he swears like a sailor. X also am eager to reveal his lore soon but ya'll have to WAIT for it unfortunately cause it takes a long time to get there. Keep in mind the fact that he was a father. That'll return soon. But don't force it

Brud is someone who X felt needed some nuance so X gave him nuance. It's not explicit as of now and X won't go into details here but if you look closely you can see hints of what he's really like. X already had an idea for his backstory and X plan on doing an arc with him but X need to figure out what it entails

Ciqu's whole lore...it's something X really enjoyed coming up with. And by enjoyed X mean X kinda cried and tweaked about it banging mx head on the wall lol (/silly) some of mx most fleshed out OCs have existential shit involved in their arcs and X fw that so hard. Not to mention his Pinocchio complex. X love him (/p)

Saves' whole arc is something X'm REALLY hyped about and X enjoy seeing ya'll speculate his fate as well as the nature of "The Entity" (ya'll even gave it a name which is cute! it has a canon name but x'm not spoiling) trust mx guys when X say that X'm cooking with Saves rn. Backstory:

Soulaa, Upria is where I was raised but Brooklyn NY was where I was born to my wealthy mother Julia Anya Martin who owns one of the top 5 flower stores in New York and my father James Sean Martin who is a Science Tech At NASA ( Instrument Design) . While living Soulaa, Upria it taught me so many things about my culture that has shaped me into the person I am culturally at a very young age. My childhood was filled with happiness and laughter and I was very spoiled, it came with being the youngest out of my two sisters Yasmine and Sapphire. It was the best thing ever because I got literally everything I wanted until my younger sister Xyla and brother Tymir was born. My love for kpop came in very young because my mom loved T-ARA and Girls Generation so the obsession was bound to come. But what really inspired me was the day I watched the “y si fuera ella” cover by jonghyun and I never looked back. I did Volleyball, Majorette and Gymnastics until I was about 14 years old so I have a lot of trophies so I had a lot of dance practice ever since i was little and it’s where i get my flexibility. Singing and Dancing was something I always had a passion for and was always very good at it but I have stage fright and when I get nervous I mess up. I got into my training under “StarLight Ent” when I was 16 by sending my audition tape of me singing Bruno Mars’s “Talking To The Moon” and was a trainee for a year until i was selected by the big 3 “JYP,SM, HYBE” i then sent my audition tape to me singing “I’m Yours” By Jason Mraz and dancing a hip-hop choreography to “Exchange” by Bryson Tiller to JYP ENT which was accepted so when my celebration was over we took a flight straight to South Korea. On the flight there my dad was teaching me some Korean so I can get familiar with the language then he said he would get the best Korean tutor that money can by and also enrolled me into school which is where I met Hyunjin, I.N and Eric for the first time. I still wasn’t 100% confident in using Korean so while I was a trainee I didn’t really talk to people because I didn’t really understand them and I couldn’t really speak it fluently. While I was a trainee I did stay in the jyp dorms a lot and I roomed with Yuna and Yeji from ITZY and we got very close very fast and created so many fun and funny tis also where I met majority of my idol friends and mentors (from jyp). Three years later on November 12 2018 day I was chilling eating my food and watching YouTube with Hyunjin at his house and I had got a call from Chan saying that he wanted both me and Hyunjin to be apart of his group which Hyunjin had accepted at first but I was a bit hesitant because I still wanted to take my gymnastics seriously but I ended up saying yes and became the third and only girl member of skz.

That being said, she’s mainly pissed at Edward and not Mia. She warmed up to Mia significantly after Edward told her Mia used her face as inspo for a fantasy race of devastatingly beautiful Heavenly warriors.

Emmett: Finds this whole thing hilarious. Keeps bugging Edward to see if Mia has used him as inspiration for any characters of hers.

(She has— all the Cullens, flawless and captivating by design, are fantastic sources of visual inspiration to imagine angels, demons, fairies, elves, and pretty much every fantasy race out there. Sardonically, Edward notes that she’s never once used them as inspiration for an ordinary human).

Jasper: Alternately annoyed and impressed at her emotional range.

(Edward can’t help but wonder why Mia keeps referring to Jasper as “the Southerner” in her thoughts. Like sure it’s a part of his backstory they’ve provided but not a prominent one.

Little does he know Mia’s expending significant mental effort not to refer to Jasper as “Jasper-the-Confederate” every time she sees him).

Alice: The only one with a legitimate reason to interact with Mia. They share an art class together and at first, Mia was going to do her level best to avoid the hell out of her (yes, yes, she’s always imagined what it would be like to meet characters from the books she’s read, the Cullens included— that being said, she’s since discovered she would much prefer to only meet them in her imagination, not in reality).

Then they got assigned to do an art project together. Alice suggested something to do with fashion, which Mia readily agreed to. Somehow, the conversation shifted to a discussion over, hypothetically, the differences in fashion that would exist between deep sea mermaids vs shallow water/reef mermaids, in the event that mermaids existed.

Alice somehow manages to wrangle a promise out of Mia to come over to the Cullen house (“Oh, this’ll be so much fun! What a fantastic idea! We’ll play mermaids— or design mermaid clothes, at any rate. Don’t worry about the materials, I’ll have everything arranged”). Mia, so caught up in their discussion that she temporarily forgot the whole vampire thing, agreed without thinking.

(Edward is not jealous. He’s not).

Esme: Honestly just loves that Edward is interested in something again (he’s been idly composing soundtracks for his favorite scenes).

Mia, who was always kind of pissed that Esme’s (who had a pretty interesting backstory, all things considered— SM was always decent at coming up with those) entire character had been basically reduced to “wife and mother”, decides that since she’s stuck going to the Cullen House anyway, that by God she’s gonna find out what this woman’s passions are outside of devoting her entire life to her husband and kids. Otherwise the whole thing offends her character development sensibilities.

By the end of the visit, Esme is bemusedly shopping for a car alongside a delighted Alice and a fuming Mia because “What do you mean you’re the only one in the family without a vehicle?!”

(She ends up rather fond of Mia).

Carlisle: Confused but supportive. Mia, side eyeing him, keeps dropping hints about how much she loves sleeping and eating and animals and going out in the sun, just in case he starts getting any funny ideas.

Hey guys, so if you know Baldur's Gate 3 this is an AU for that with Hardenshipping but it's really fucked up. I will explain why it's fucked up below the cut.

I'm going to tell you this now... this gets really fucking crazy and honest to god I know I'm going to have a hard time explaining this. It WILL be quite long and I WILL be yapping.

This AU is really just something we did on impulse and it's really fun to mess around with, so I'm hoping you all will enjoy the concept as well :)

I'll try to explain it simply as I can. I thank you in advance to all who sit here and read this ily sm if you read it all <3333

Anyways, okay so imagine how one could do a bg3 AU for these two fuckers...

And throw it right out the window because you'll never guess how me and my friend have done it.

The Backstory:

This all started when my friend decided to play BG3 for the first time, and he jokingly said to me "Should I make Maxie our main character??" and I replied "I you want, but I won't force you" and thus BG3 Maxie was created, and his misadventures began.

Now your probably wondering (if you've played the game) what about the guardian?? Who did we make the guardian?? Well, we made Archie the guardian. However, I did not know just how wild this idea would get within the next few days.

So, eventually we realized how crazy the BG3 lore actually is (it's a like fucking DnD campaign idk how we didn't realize this beforehand), and so, we jokingly started our own "AU Lore" that ties in with the BG3 Lore.

If you really want to know, I have an entire note in my notes app dedicated to keeping track of what happens. It is very long.

The Parasite:

Now, if you've played the game or know anything about it, you know about the Mindflayer parasites. Well, one fateful day, me and my friend joked that the Parasite in Maxie's head was this little freak who looks like Archie.

The two have no correlation other than looks, its completely coincidence and it's not a mimic situation. The Parasite "Archie" does nothing but talk nonsense to Maxie all the time, and initially the bit was that he only talked about Fortnite. All because I made the joke that the dream realm in game looked like a fortnite update. By now, that bit has fallen off (thank god), replaced by just general nonsense and lies.

Also he fucking looks like this:

Weird little freak. This is just one of his talk sprites I have, this is just his neutral expression.

So basically it's:

- Maxie was supposed to be on a Geology research trip, but instead he got dragged into the Parasite issue with the rest of the companions. He really just wants to get home to Archie.

I am the one who handles everything for Maxie in this AU, I do his voice, I handle his lore, etc.

- Parasite Archie is this 1 foot tall, neco arc-esque version of Archie that sits on Maxie's shoulder and tells him nonsensical things. He also says Maxie's name wrong, he says Maxie's full first name and pronounces it as "Maximilliam" instead of the "N" at the end. For Maxie it's like handling a toddler but the toddler fights back, doesn't shut up, and threatens your life. He also has a ton of his own lore that my friend continously adds on to, so I can make another post with just the parasite's part of things.

My friend handles everything with the Parasite himself, comes up with the lore, does the voice, etc. I simply keep track of it.

- The "dream visitor" version of Archie is not real either. It's linked to the Parasite in ways that if I get into it, I will spoil a good chunk of the game. Sorry. Just know you can consider this and Parasite Archie kind of as one in the same almost.

- The REAL Archie is still at home, completely unaware of what's happening, while Maxie is fighting for his life. He does miss him, though, and hopes he gets home soon. He and Maxie are only boyfriends, they haven't gotten married yet. (They also haven't been through their rivalry yet, as this all takes place before that happens.)

Sorry for the convoluted yap sesh, I just have more art planned for this stupid AU and- God I cannot possibly just post this shit with no context. Like, I'd have to explain it eventually so I might as well do it now beforehand yk 😭😭

I might do separate posts with our HCs and some silly conversations that have happened between Parasite Archie and Maxie if you guys would want that :)

Uhhhhh okay so basically “The Event” was when aliens and humans met, at first relations were good, but then it was found a disease the aliens carried over was incredibly fatal to humans, a couple years later and ~95% of earth’s population is dead and the remains ~5% have immunity, but most are left with physical damage/disabilities.

Midge (who at this point is still just “Meng Guo”) is infected and barely survives, and when they wake up from a coma to find the earth completely different, he takes this as a chance to run away from his past and become a new person basically, taking on the name Midge and acting completely different.

Okay anon so im gonna say there are 2 main reasons why i find it so hard to enjoy r*lativity f*lls fan work even tho i LOVE the premise of the au. one of them is incredibly petty and the other i think is more reasonable

reason 1 and the really really petty one... i really, really do not fucking like how popular fiddleford is as a character IN GENERAL

which isnt to say he doesnt deserve it, god knows out of the important side characters (him, gideon, pacifica and robbie) he's by far the best written of the bunch and has so many funny as hell gags. and i do absolutely really like his character!! hes really interesting and funny and his backstory is tragic and fuck i love his character!!

i absolutely despise the fandom obsession with him LMFAO i hate "m*stery trio" ideas so god damn much (ik this exists with the younger twins + pacifica too but this isnt about that and i give this more leeway because mabel and dipper arent highly codependent like the stan twins are) because there ISNT a m*stery trio. theres a reason why soos says "so youre like mystery twins." why dipper said "mystery twins?" mabel: "i thought you hated that" dipper: "its growing on me". why the cryptogram at the end of Not What He Seems emphasizes that stan and ford are the ORIGINAL mystery twins.

i cannot stress enough how much it annoys me when people try to shove another person into stan and ford's dynamic (anyone who isnt bill who serves as an antagonistic force), as both someone who loves both the platonic and the incestious interpretations of their relationships— and 99% of the time its going to be fiddleford. when i talk about soostanwich or rickstanwich i mostly keep it in the bounds of it being a sex thing or an ot3 where theres a very clear divide between the twins and their 3rd, some kind of awareness that dissappears wheni look at anything involving fiddleford instead

and this extends to SO many aus. believe it or not r*lativity f*lls fiddleford is probably the least offensive for me, hes mostly just a friend of the twins, and is essentially like wendy and pacifica combined in one (ford has a crush on him, anyone who actually respects stan as a character will at least portray him as being kind of antagonistic towards him like that one art i reblogged). r*lativity f*lls is on the better end of their use of him. you do NOT want me ranting about other ford centered aus ive seen where i see fiddleford utilized WAY more than STAN is— stan who is fords brother!!! and the person ford loves the most!!! the character who ford was literally created for!!

like im sorry i feel bad for being so petty because its completely harmless and its not like people are wrong for liking his character and wanting him involved especially since most ship him w either ford or stan, but sometimes i just feel like theres a certain kind of irony in how in a show that emphasizes that theres no one stan and ford need other than each other, theres just this guy being crammed in. and ive mentioned sm times before i love f*ddauth*r and cant stand the popular interpretation of f*ddlest*n but thats kinda irrelevant to my feelings on this imo

i dont think people really know what to do these characters when it comes to this au 😭

and i have to clarify: thats fine!! this is mostly for fun, and if people just want to draw older D and M and younger stans, then you know! go hog wild. that being said, i feel like theres just SO MUCH missed potential in this au and i feel like the most common interpretations can be fun, they only really utilize just very few characters. and swap aus are supposed to be entirely designed around the swapped around cast (one of the best swap aus imo is undersw*p, an undertle swap au that flips around its main cast perfectly). RF, since its more of a community au, has sm different versions that also unfortunately feel kinda the samey?

like i mentioned earlier, outside of the pines twins, the most common swap youre gonna see is of pacifica and fiddleford. and i actually kinda like that— put fiddleford as someone who is in close proximity to the twins then literally who else than the girl dipper and mabel are both frequently shipped with, make tate be a bad dad to him. and pacifica, despite being a beach blonde valley girl stereotype, isnt ever implied to be stupid and is said by dipper (lost legends) that shes smart. if you wanna push the idea that a rich girl like her can be super smart, be an inventor, i say go for it. shes got the genes of an inventor in her anyway (TBOB) and like, yeah i like that.

and the other most common swap is... absolutely none. that is literally it💀 does anyone know where soos is?? wendy??? gideon?? like should i even ask where robbie is, because all ik is he got NOTHING here (and mind you i dont even care about him THAT much, i include him because hes in the zodiac which is my base for the cast). you can tell me to look hard for them, but thats emblematic of one of the reasons its hard to enjoy the most common interpretations of the au then imo

i feel bad for saying this but i think the main reason why sm RF fails is because its not about swapping characters who you see fit to swap, its about filling certain roles in the plot and in fandom cultute. you see sm of the F and P swap not because anyone actually thinks this is an interesting way of putting them in each others positions, but because fiddleford and pacifica are the most commonly shipped with the stan twins and d/m twins respectively. and hey im a sucker for d*pcif*ca as f*ddauth*r, being cute nerds together fucking slaps and i love them, but i think people just resort to these cus its EASY. and i feel like it sucks that soos, someone who is SO important to the Pines family gets kinda erased in the narrative from what ive seen. wendy, well she was already done dirty in canon so i cant blame the fandom for not gaf about her, but yeah you hardly see her too. gideon was the MAIN ANTAGONIST of s1 man, youd think he would have some kind of noteworthy role in a swap AU where he gets to be an adult. but ig its kind of the price of him not being a blurbo like fiddleford and pacifica. mind you i love pacifica to pieces and im happy she gets sm love but yeah its kinda odd i think

i think the best RF pacificas ive seen is her being swapped w lazy susan actually, considering her actual conclusion is her working in the greasy diner after all (plus dipper being a deadbeat dbdudhdu). GIGANTIC fan of that, because its not about her having to be involved in portal work the way fiddleford was but still clearly involved in some kind of personal drama w the twins.

anyway at the end it doesnt actually matter that i feel this way. most people who are doing these aus are doing it for themselves and their own satisfaction and thats great. im not satisfied because im not them and im not th e target audience, the people who make the art/fic are their own audience and i respect it. i just personally cant enjoy it much, hence why its hard to enjoy popular interpretations of the au for me. i think im just HELLA picky when it comes to this (and sm aus... god knows r*verse p*rtal aus also kinda peeve me off on how ford is characterized), and maybe one day ill just draw/write my own RF version thats all catered exactly for me <3

also if anyone is asking who soos should be swapped with jts obviously fiddleford. like mcgucket is an inventor and soos is the handyman, i think this is actually incredibly obvious shbsusbshs

This time I've drawn my fave siblings!! (i have more drawings on the way 😸)

Using this post to explain a bit of Raven & Charles! 😼

Just like in FC, when they both where kids, Charles found Raven & she was formally adopted by the xavier fam! Unluckyly for them the xavier fam where still really bad 😿. They where not really into keeping pokemon as pets (& viewed them as just means to an end) too. They still secretely kept their companion pokemons (Abra and Ditto + a pair of eevees) throughout their childhood. Both Charles and Raven where 2 years advanced in their highschool so they got to get out early - Charles at 18 and Raven at 16.

Once they got out, Charles studied genetics & based his thesis on the evolution of mutants but in the world of pokemon & reasarched the general evolution of pokemon (not lvl up evo, like theory of evolution stuff). Raven studied fashion & like designing clothes stuff

Eventually, Raven would change her last name to Darkholme (to fully remove herself from her adopted fam except Charles) and open a butique, named 'Mistique'. Charles couldn't bear to change his last name, so he kept it. He started teaching in Naranja/Uva academy (thinking of having both & them just being like diff sections of the academy) in Paldea.

Sometime around here they would obtain the pokemon they have to honour eachother. Charles would rescue a shiny Ralts from an evil organisation or smth (still working on the backstory) and it would remind him sm abt his sister he named her Raven. Raven would be gifted a Natu by Irene Adler 😻 and also just be so reminded of her brother that she named the Natu Charles. These two eventually would evolve into a shiny Gardevoir & a Xatu.

FINALLY I'VE FINISHED MY FIRST BATMAN CHARACTER REF SHEET!!!!!!! Ignore the fact that Gentleman Ghost didn't even originate as a Batman character okay I just had the clearest idea of what I wanted this one to look like- either way, now that I actually have the format for these set up, it should be a lot easier to make the rest! I'll probably post them as I finish, maybe saving a couple so I can post them alongside other relavent characters Idk.

Main inspirations + HC voice under the cut:

Alright, getting this out of the way now, some of my inspos are gonna be kinda weird pulls. GG doesn't have the WEIRDEST ones, but I do feel like at least the Scooby Doo one is kinda random- anyways here are some explanations :)

Batman the Brave & the Bold(Cartoon): I love everything about this version of him omfg- I don't have my versions backstory completely worked out yet, but I know I really wanna take the deal with a demon for immortality aspect from this version. It's a really cool idea that I think I could def do smthn fun with. I also really like his overall demeanor in this version! He truly lives up to the Gentleman part of his name, which I know is definitely true for other versions of the character, but the way he's written and voiced in this show gets that politeness across in such a fun way. Also I love the way his cape is animated it's so fun-

Hawkman(1986): Okay, so I'm not really a Hawkman fan? I thought he was pretty fun in DC Superhero Girls, but that and the Harley Quinn Show are kinda the only things with him in them I've interacted with in a meaningful way. That being said though, I saw a bunch of panels from this specific run in the GG tag, and decided I might as well read the parts with GG at the very least since they seemed pretty fun, and MAN I love how he's written in those comics sm- he's so sassy lmao. Sassy Gentleman Ghost my beloved. He's also just overall really funny and has a great presence. I definitely wanna integrate some aspects of his personality in this into my version, and if I were to ever expand my silly little take on the Batman mythos to include other DC heroes, I would def wanna give him a similar dynamic with the Hawks to what they have going on in these comics.

Batman the Brave and the Bold(comic, 2023): He's only in like, one story in one issue, but omfg I love that story so much- I just love the idea that he would go out of his way to protect his descendants the way he does in that story. Also his design is so cool- I love that they actually made him look like a ghost in this comic, what with the blue lineart and the constant unearthly glow. One of my biggest pet peeves with how a lot of people draw him is that he doesn't usually look like an actual ghost, but I think this comic does a really good job with that.

Scooby Doo, Where Are You?(1969): I just love the idea of him coming across like an old Scooby Doo villain. In the hypothetical show I've been writing in my brain(because I'm insane), his introduction would be a full on homage to the long history Batman and Scooby Doo have had together, with the whole thing being set up like an old episode of Scooby Doo and Gentleman Ghost being basically an old Scooby Doo villain along the lines of the Phantom or the Ghost of Elias Kingston. That kinda cheesy but genuinely spooky energy, a filter over his voice to make it sound like he's straight out of Where Are You, all that good stuff. Make this guy Scooby Doo coded.

His backstory(which I will not be sharing) is also inspired by the broad strokes of his comic ones, but not really any specific version of it.

Headcannon voice: Anthony Warlow(Jekyll & Hyde: the Gothic Musical Thriller) or Alex Rochon(the Amazing Digital Circus). I don't really have an explanation for either of these I just think the vibes fit-
