I don't really know the lore for my Kinito group, I just like drawing them hanging out with the user. There is hints of ideas of story, like the idea of virus attacks and the user being in the web world, but other than that, nothing much. If anyone got ideas, im open to hear them.

6. What's something you have in common with this character?

WELL... I suppose i can answer this having my perception of Tim in mind.

He has trauma, Jack involved one, but here's the thing. Tim isnt the one to confront it, sure he aknowledges it a little, but to reflect and grow from it fully? He is, in my mind, a person who keeps all his feelings deeeeep inside of him, bottling it all up, disregarding it to the extreme. He has a vague sense of self, dissociating constantly, living in some kind of auto pilot mode. And Jack stuff, he let this all happen willingly, out of self sabotage and or not caring at all (he really doesnt care, not about jack not even about his damn self). So yeah! We kinda share that 😭

7. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you like?

I really like when people dive deeep into his character, trying to paint him humane, flawed, deeply broken. As he is, actually, but it saddens me that i get to see it rarely. Once i do find something like that, its the purest joy

8. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you despise?

Ohhh ohoho well!!! I cant say i "despise" smth but im not digging all soft and cutesy portrais of him. Sure, he is silly and whimsical in some sence but ID LOVE TO see more. The ugliness of it all, his darkest most sinister side, that all people, esp. in borderlands universe have. Those slimey, nasty, deeply thoubling intrusive thoughts he must have. His hatered, immense guilt, shame!

Timothy has SUCH great potential to explore. And ofc its all MY personal tastes and takes, if people see him differently and porstray as such i have nothing against, yall do you boos ❤️

Charlie Morningstar - Daughter of the principal, Lucas Morningstar. Homeschooled most of her life until her dad got this job offer, so she’s socially unaware.

Vicky Rivera - Gifted athlete, Coach Adam’s (2nd) favorite student. Generally an outcast due to her standoffish demeanor and interesting fashion choices. She has a personal history with nearly every student listed— almost all are negative.

Anthony (Angel) Ragno - Theatre kid! Generally speaks his mind and one of Vickys only friends because of this. Has been dating Valentino for 2 years.

Harry Petrova - Gifted violinist and fluent in Russian. He keeps to himself and knows to keep away from the crazier students— even though he’s Alastors closest (whatever that means to him) friend.

Alastor Guidry- Top of his class at the academy. Tries to keep close ties with every authority figure he knows— yet he’s frustrated that Charlie gets special treatment. He’s mysterious and weird to most of the students. Most.

Virgil Parr - Alastors’ academic rival. President of the school council and son of two relatively well known actors, he’s spiteful and short tempered, but uses blackmail to get out of any trouble.

Vicky says he could be smarter than Alastor if he wasn’t so emotional.

Oscar Valentino - A major bitch. He cuts class and talks back to authority figures, but his dad is the owner of a major, very bougie fashion company. Thinks very highly of himself and disapproves of Anthony’s friends. He continues to string him along, despite not being all that into him anymore.

Velvette Williams - Self proclaimed queen bee, and best friends with both Virgil and Valentino. She keeps every secret the two share with her, though she may use those secrets against them some day. Also a major bitch.

Before Carmin becoming a servant from the Dark, she was just a simple, mortal woman trying to survive in a small village in the 1700s. Unfortunately for living by herself and being from a different culture would make Carmin a target of a accusation of witchcraft, due to some infected crops that has been causing epilepsy in some families.

Days before the accusation, a faceless man met up with her in the woods, trying to convince her join him and save her from her tragic fate. Carmin did not believed, she had friends, a home, how could she be accused of witchcraft? All sounded nonsense to her.

However during trial nobody stand up for her, nobody defended her, in the end she was by herself, alone, condemned to hangment at the next morning. An hour before the sun raised, the faceless man showed up one last time, offering her help however with a price: she would gave up of her mortality, part of what made her a human, and she would become a servant from an ancient entity, that demanded hungrily for knowledge. Carmin's only desire was to survive, she did not cared how.

After the painful ritual was completed, Carmin became immortal and with the faceless man's help was able to escape her chains. Leaving behind not only that village but also her past and who she was.

CN News: Path to Nowhere Devs' Future plans

1) Coquelic

They are finally able to say with certainty that Coquelic will be returning. They are already working on adjusting Coquelic's base art. Coquelic will have a rate-up banner in July. Rain Burst + Floral Unfurl will rerun at that same time.

After mid-June, Coquelic will rejoin the standard, routine, event, etc off-rate pool for CN.

In Global she was never removed.

Coquelic will also be receiving a 2* Attire, available for a limited time. It will be obtainable for free from the Supply Office.

As an apology for not commenting about the situation sooner, when the event reruns they will be giving out 10 pulls for free.

2) BFL

- A recommended lineup feature and increased Sunday attempts, so you can reference who to use and also more freely choose when you want to play.

When designing BFL, they wanted a place where Chiefs could prove their teams' strength and see the progress of their Sinners. However, long-term, the cyclical nature and high difficulty of it created too much pressure for players. In June, they will be changing BFL:

- Implement points and attempts retention within each season. If you beat a boss and earn enough points, you will be able to claim the rewards next week without needing to rechallenge it.

- New mode where you can get rewards for 160k (single boss)/500k (all three total) by simply spending attempts rather than it being based on score.

3) Surveillance Order

They received feedback that the SO cap was too high and could not be reached. They plan to make the following improvements in July when the next new SO releases:

- Players that purchase Advanced/In-Depth will receive additional Surveillance Emblems

- Lower the upper limit level of SO to lv 100. After this adjustment, players that purchase Advanced SO will be able to fully complete it.

4) New Content

In the recent questionnaire, they received a lot of feedback expectant about new content. Rest assured that the production team has been working and planning on that.

A completely new limited gamemode will be launching in August, and will be futher optimised based on peoples' feedback.

They are also working on new main story content.

relationship chart for my version of Romeo and my OC Delaney! The canon characters chosen here are the ones who have the most involvement into my post-story Romeo adventure..

I know some of the text is difficult to read, so I’ve put each characters descriptions below!!

Jack -> Romeo: Will never forgive, but at least tries being civil and gives fatherly advice (it’s just extremely awkward and painful)

Jack -> Delaney: hates. For years, Del has been trying to upstage him and furious with Del for moving into BT (BeaconTown)

Xara -> Romeo: Will never forgive, but acknowledges him trying to change and wants nothing but for him to get better. Just.. miles away from her.

Xara -> Delaney: She thinks Del is a horrible influence on Romeo and that they’re too unpredictable.

Petra -> Romeo: doesn’t forgive him but is sympathetic to him and surprisingly spends a lot of time with him when she’s in BeaconTown.

Petra -> Delaney: loves listening to their stories, sees them in private so Jack doesn’t get jealous.

Marco Setaccioli, an Italian pro-Ukraine activist and writer I follow and admire, is currently in Kyiv and I want to share this post he wrote this morning on Twitter (in Italian):

"The night that just passed was a very complicated one. Shortly after 1:00 AM, the Air Alert app (essential for security here in Ukraine), which is programmed to bypass the phone's volume settings, started to ring deafeningly, and for the first time we heard the air raid siren echoing throughout Kyiv.

Finding yourself leaning out of a window while the sound of sirens, which in your life you have only heard in war movies, echoes on streets made deserted by the curfew is something you discover you are unprepared for only when it happens and that makes you wonder whether the decision to leave for Ukraine is courage or recklessness.

A Telegram channel reports that a dozen shahed drones had taken off from Russian territory headed for various oblasts, including the capital. The alarm is called off within minutes, because the aircraft are all shot down long before reaching their destination. But two and a half years of war reporting teach anyone who has followed this criminal operation that for Vladimir Putin terror is a weapon like many others and that therefore those drones are just an appetizer, as well as a way to test the reaction of Ukrainian air defenses.

Two hours later (3:10 am) a new alarm and the sirens again. The intuition was right. Minutes of waiting follow, which in a mind unaccustomed to war are equivalent to hours. Then two anti-aircraft shots in the distance. The alarm is called off.

Shortly after 7, the fourth alarm in 6 hours. I am already (again) in Maidan Square to watch the wives and children of fallen soldiers bring a greeting or a flower to their heroes, in this improvised memorial that has sprung up in the center of downtown Kyiv. how does one use the pendants you made for artfight this year

Okay! I've seen a lot of people wondering how to use these on ArtFight, so I'm gonna do a quick tutorial for putting them in your profile bio!

So you go to your profile settings in ArtFight, down to where you'd put text and stuff in your bio. Have your text cursor where you want the image to go in your bio! In the text editor, there should be this little icon of a photo, and if you click it a little prompt box will pop up.

You can right click the banner images on tumblr, whatever one you wanna use, and click "Copy Image Link" in the dropdown that pops up. That is what you are gonna paste in the URL box above! My banners are a little large, so if you want to make them smaller you can put in whatever width or height you want (and if you only fill one in, it will scale the image proportionally so you wont end up with a really squished or stretched version haha).

If you want a nicer version of the banners, my Ko-Fi has the actual pngs and gifs of the banners available to download for free, so you can slap them into Imgur and get their image link that way (I've found using Imgur fixes how the gifs look on mobile, theyre a bit broken if you take them from tumblr for some reason).

Why has no one put a fursuit in a contemporary art museum? It would be bold, fresh, unique, and attract the youths!

Getting more serious now, fursuiting IS performance arts. Sure the fursuit itself and the character design are also art but it's just not the same thing if the fursuit is just on a display or mannequin.

We've grown too accustomed to devaluing art that isn't successful, so much so that we started calling it just "content". It's like calling home cooking "slop".

Sure, I'd love to share more stuffs about MFW! (Though I'm not exactly sure what to share haha.) This is an AU that focuses more on relationships between individual characters and world building but I'm still developing the storyline inside my head. I made this AU like 9-7 years ago (Kinda abandoned it after I left fandom ) and I've only picked it up seriously last last month. Of course everything I say here is like subject to change. Now that i think about it, at the beginning MFW kinda focuses more on Gaster, Asgore, and Toriel's relationship and their relationship with Gaster's creations and children and vice versa. (this might not makes sense right now lol.) ALSO ALSO, this is an AU not an alternate timeline (Though I will try to keep it as close to canon as I can) = *A long long time ago, humans and monsters lived in relative peace, the current ruler, King Gorgaroth did not think this peace would last so in preparation for a war he felt was inevitable he ordered the newly appointed royal scientist, W.D Gaster to make a weapon that would never tire, never weaken and be compromised by morals, a weapon who could withstand the persisting nature of human kind. *W.D Gaster in response had toiled in his lab day by day to create a weapon befitting the king's description, it was tantamount that he complete his first royal appointed task as royal scientist lest he prove himself incompetent. He had the blueprints and dreams, but it seems he did not have the skill to bring his creations to life, all of them just husks of what he invisioned. *On a day not particularly of note, W.D Gaster was graced with the presence of Prince Asgore, a rising star in the kingdom of monsters, handsome as he was skilled and kind. Prince Asgore offered to help W.D Gaster with his assigment. = *Turns out Prince Asgore was a godsend, W.D Gaster did not have the deep knowledge of the art of war and fighting like he had. It was quite enlightening as his prototypes had finally started moving on their own, thought they still lacked something. *A soul... or atleast a container of magic, afterall if his creation was going to be the symbol of monster kind in the battlefield, an unstoppable force, then his creation would have to be able to act like one. = Anywho sorry it took so long for me to reply lol, I was trying to figure out what I could say without revealing too much. ARC 1 (Conceptualization) -*Monsters and Humans living in relative peace* Gorgaroth: How about no? -Gaster makes a non-biological monster -Gaster and Asgore's relationship -Asgore and Toriel's relationship -Gaster and Toriel's relationship -Tyrant King Gorgaroth/ He became paranoid and obsessed with the implications of the DELTARUNE Myth. -Try not to add poly subtext (Fail) -Dehumanization/demonsterization(?) of a robot(?) It looks like a monster, holds magic like one, can even learn to feel (Debatable) without a soul. basically a monster but not actually. -Dawn of the first Human-Monster war (Monsters started instigating first). -Self fulfilling prophecy. -Profit(?) -One scene with Gaster giving Toriel and Asgore horn rings, making them promise to come back to him

ARC 2

-One scene with Asgore taking a hit for his not biological monster child(? does it count as a child when it was premade to be adult even though it has only existed for maybe 4-5 years?) even though said non-biological monster adult child has way tougher defenses and it technically deathless as long as they don't run out of magic or get hit with a death ray.

-He has a cool scar now!

-Toriel-Asgore badass battle couple with their strange highly capable and dangerous adult(?) robot/monster(?) child(?) -One scene with Toriel getting a scar as well, "We match now." smooth moves from Toriel.

-Monsters win the first Human-Monster War! yeyeyeyeyyee! -Gorgaroth is kinda humanphobic(?) -Gaster makes more non-biological monsters at the order of the king (He makes two).

-Smaller this time, his first creation was good as a AOE attacker and a tanker but this coming war requires subtlety -What Happened to the skeleton monsters? ( :( )

-You won't like the answer to that

-Cue Asgore coup d 'etat-ing his father. That's all I'll reveal for now.

i have already talked about ffxiv / homestuck crossovers here but idk if I’ve discussed a lot of the parallels i see between the two. there’s A TON of them but one I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is between PM and Venat.

I’m not great with words/phrasing, and also it’s been a bit since I’ve read their respective lore, so I’m sorry in advance about inaccuracies.

I don’t feel like explaining them in great length so I’ll just say this: shoutout to girls with a bright white color scheme who lose everything to take on an insane amount of power and travel to the ends of the universe for the ultimate goal of a better world (and giving up that power in the end.)

this is an older drawing, but I think if they ever met they would be reminded of someone in their respective lives (PM sees WQ, Venat sees Azem/WoL).

In short, I think they could be the best of moirails. They make me very happy <:,)

This has been sitting on my drafts since July 11 but I cant bring myself to finish the other endpoint or use my keyboard [my office is too hot] so I'm terribly sorry for the half baked post.

The eye is the brightest part of the body. You could argue that Lines have two eyes because of the division that allows them to breathe.. but it doesnt disrupt the brightness so meh. One eye.

I suppose that suction to the eye [through the respiratory hole sucking air in] could be another way for them to grab things, for as long as they can hold their breath.

Talking about holding their breath, they don't need air to perform their peace cry or to speak. Flatlanders have a tymbal-like organ, like an insect. So they can speak while eating etc. Some sounds do need air, but theyre mostly related to emotion and are used in conjugation to their tymbal chirps.

Around the Line's tymbal, above the lung, lays the occipital lobe and receptors. The receptors of the eye of a Flatlander are sensitive to light [Sight] and also extremely sensitive to touch [Feeling] – the occipital lobe's primary visual cortex right under the eye handles the information it receives and directs the tymbal.

The primary visual cortex's transmitters send and receive information and directions from the eye+vocal through the space that separates them [the lung] from the main brain. The other half of the occipital connects to the rest of the brain.

Under the brain, which extends for the vast majority of the Line's body, is the centroid/heart, which isnt actually situated at the center of the Line. [Still not 100% sure whether they have hearts, but I like the geometry reference—]

Under that is the digestive system. The "throat" from stomach to mouth is off to the side. On the other side is the reproductive system/womb. At last there's the mouth/beak, which unlike the eyepoint is much sharper. You can still die if you're stabbed by the frontpoint. Don't get cocky.
