X-Men! I just love drawing lineups it's so fun and relaxing This is for my AU/Timeline I've put together. at this point it is 1975, but the X-Men don't have their first mission until 1976. I'm planning on drawing the other members of the X-Men and other designs for these guys as they grow and change.

I can’t get over how stories from the male perspective—like Lolita, Looking for Alaska, The Virgin Suicides, and 500 Days of Summer—perfectly capture how men only view women as a sub genre of them or reduce women to objects of their desire or mere accessories to their lives—without fully seeing them as autonomous individuals with their own dreams, needs, and desires beyond the male gaze.

A little Scooby Doo “fanart” thing heavily based off the following pic of Alaska y los pegamoides (a New Wave group from the early 80’s in Spain 😁😁😁). Retrospectively the staring at the camera reminded me of the intro shot in the original scooby doo where Velma is reading a book and is at the centre. :-)

I do have inner ear problems (like I can shift my jaw and my ears will pop, I've had fluid in them since I was 9 that's never fully released) so flying is a nightmare in that regard but I do really miss being on planes. We used to go on trips a lot when I was little but it's been like 8 years now 😭
