Malia’s smirk didn’t falter, though she tilted her head, eyes narrowing slightly as she caught the subtle change in Scott’s tone. There was a pause, her lips twitching as if she was biting back some sarcastic remark. Instead, she crossed her arms tighter & took a deliberate step closer, not aggressive, but enough to let him know she wasn’t buying the whole "calm & collected leader" act.

“ ‘Ease the tension’? Really, Scott? You think that’s what I am right now? ” Her voice was dry, tinged with humor that didn’t quite reach her eyes. “ If I was tense, you’d know. Trust me. Doors don’t survive my ‘tension.’ ” She stopped just in front of him, her gaze locking on his, reading his expression. The weight behind his words wasn’t lost on her, even if he was trying to downplay it. Scott was good at that— making it seem like he had it all under control even when the cracks were starting to show.

“ ‘Bad guy of the week,’ huh? ” she echoed, arching an eyebrow. “ Sure, because those are always easy to deal with. No one dies, no one loses their mind & we all get to go home & pretend everything’s normal. ” Her voice was laced with sarcasm, but there was something softer beneath it, almost like she was testing him, trying to see if he’d flinch.

She exhaled sharply, finally stepping back. “ Look, I get it. You’re trying to be all leader-y & optimistic. Good for you. ” She waved a hand vaguely in the air. “ But let’s not pretend this doesn’t suck. It’s okay to admit that. Just . . . don’t try to sell me some ‘we’ll all be fine’ speech like you’re some kind of motivational poster. It doesn’t work on me. ”

hands rise in surrender, a small grin dies trying to peak behind golden skin. " woah, hey. " a calm demeanor changes the pitch. coming out quieter than he intended. " just trying to ease the tension here, yeah? " hindering his further responses relied on his own personal experience learning from deaton. from years of talks, nights of attending under his care, at the clinic.

" we're going to be okay yeah? " he asks to further her from anger, to let her use her mind on something other than rage. " it's just the bad guy of the week. it's not the end of the world. " he nods as if trying to believe it himself, the weight of fighting constantly weighs him down easily. long gone is the boyhood he thought he'd know forever. here he stands, a few inches taller and a little bit wiser, for the sake of it.

Their last name kanji is dream (夢) and river (川) but i think they are more to set up the 'yume kawaii' pun.

The first name it's based on amber (琥) and tiger (寅) which is just like a really tiger-looking-tiger. I think this name is suppoused to be "manly" to contrast with their girly exterior.

noooooouhhh . Verily not so . I didn’t do a good job at it but the body is also supposed to be algebalized altho . Eucerin’s current asset is so simple it doesn’t make him look too different .

it is my base idea that fusing is rewriting the regular object’s form with the outline of an algebralien but to BE that object and have your body basically reconstructed around you as a different organism . While alive and conscious is like . Not great . I assume . It might not be healthy
