definitely walk around a lot and enjoy all the lights - the christmas spirit is real! regent street is very pretty and also south bank by the river around tower bridge - millenium bridge. there's also a (small-ish) christmas market at leicester square and ofc winter wonderland which I would say is more of a theme park than strictly christmassy. honestly I think just walking around is the best, like you could do covent garden - leicester sq - carnaby st - oxford st - hyde park and see plenty of cool things on the way

and if you have some spare time (or are just cold lol) then there are some amazing museums - depends on your interests but natural history is awesome or v&a
