"Hey, it stopped crying," Vali remarked, a curious lilt in his voice as he gently peeled back the blanket. "She's not an it. She is your sister," Loki stated firmly.

"Ehh, she's all red and wrinkly," Narvi exclaimed, clearly taken aback. Loki gently pulled Narvi back, so as not to disturb the sleeping babe. "She looks just like her brothers when they were born," he whispered, his voice tender and filled with affection. Narvi seemed to be in disbelief, "No way." Loki smiled, shushed him, and lovingly patted his head.

"She's so tiny," Vali remarked, looking down at the peacefully sleeping newborn, "I thought she'd be bigger since Mama's stomach got so big." Loki chuckled and advised him not to mention that to their mother.

Loki guided Vali back towards the rest of the family, his heart filled with pride and a touch of solemnity. He knelt down, gathering his sons into his arms, and spoke to them in a gentle yet serious tone. "My sons, you are both big brothers now," he said, his voice carrying the weight of his words. "And I want you to help guide and protect your sister as she journeys through this world." he continued.

Vali and Narvi exchanged glances, their expressions a mix of uncertainty and wonder, their eyes drifting toward their peacefully sleeping sister.

Vali expressed concern, noting her tiny size that would require extra protection, while Narvi, inquisitive as ever, asked her name. "Sylene," Loki declared with quiet confidence. "That's a funny name," Vali remarked. "Your mother chose it. She's named her after a dear friend" Loki told his sons. "It's a pretty name in its own unique way," Narvi remarked.

Narvi and Vali reached for Loki's hands, clasping them tightly as a vow to honor their father's wish to protect their new sister, Sylene and to be her guides through life.

I can’t stop thinking about how weirdly intimate this deleted scene is. Loki’s like, ‘ugh, the cream is weird’ and Mobius is like, ‘lol, shaving cream’ and it’s just this quiet little moment of domesticity in the middle of cosmic bureaucracy. Loki looks so comfortable and dare I say… happy? Like they’re in their own little pie-filled world.

And theres something so ridiculously soft about Mobius throwing out the dumb shaving cream joke and Loki, a literal god, just giggling like an idiot. Like, Mobius could’ve said ANYTHING, and Loki would’ve been like ‘hehe, you’re so funny.’ Bro was smitten over pie and banter.

Loki never thought he could be any happier after being with you but to his utter surprise everything changed when you gave birth to the bundle of joy.

He caressed the soft chubby cheek of his baby girl, she was curiously watching him with her big green eyes, a trait he was very proud of passing off but still very pleased that everything else came from your side.

She had just woken up from her nap, not hungry and her diaper just changed, enjoying the attention her daddy was giving her.

"Aren’t you the most gorgeous being I have ever seen" he kissed her forehead and walked out to the area where everyone was waiting to meet the new little princess.

Wanda hurried to be the first to hold her and squealed happily at the awaken baby "Oh great heavens she looks beautiful, the most precious little thing"

The other surrounded Wanda to take a look at the little girl, Loki felt a heave pang of pride as he heard everyone complement his baby.

The baby girl cooed at the many people staring at her adoringly, clearly enjoying all the attention and being the center of everyone’s conversation.

"And this right here is all you Loki, attention seeker" Natasha chuckled.

Loki grinned mischievously "And doing it with the most adorable little face, what can I say? She’s her daddy’s girl"

"Oh my god let’s hope you don’t inherit your daddy’s mischief behavior now" Wanda booped the baby’s nose.

The baby girl smiled softly, showing her little dimples, everyone awed at the sight before handing her back to Loki.

He looked adoringly down at her "I’m so happy you are finally here my little princess, my dove did a wonderful job of taking care of you inside her, I’m so proud and I hope you know, you will be loved to bits just like your dear mother" he whispered to his baby, unknowingly to him that you were standing near the doorway, hearing everyone word and clenching your chest in pure bliss with the stupidest grin on your face.

And maybe just maybe when time is right you’ll let him live the same feeling again, but for now, he can enjoying showing off your baby and dotting on you till you get sick of it.

I have seen a few DCxMarvel dimension travel fics, and quite a few of them are of them are Peter Parker post-blip. Which gives me a crack fic idea: everyone who got snapped ended up in the DC universe. Yes, all of them.

The current world population is around eight billion, so half of that would be 4 billion... Yeah that would cause so so so many problems. But the DC universe is used to crazy shit.

Obviously there would be a sudden influx of "new" heroes and villains but with absolutely no context it is hard to figure out who is who.

Batman immediately trying to make contingency plans for all these new heroes and villains as well as figure out their civilian identities but this is very difficult because literally no records exist yet.

Magic users from both worlds team up, but I think they were still unable to fix it, the infinity stones were just too powerful. Also I think Dr. Strange and Constantine can't stand each other.

While I am at it, Wonder Woman and Loki would probably hate each other too. DC is more Greek but it has had their own version of Norse mythology, so maybe they are the same and have beef?

They would struggle to feed and house that many new people, but getting them jobs and integrating them into society would be hard too. And good luck proving anything anyone says. "You swear you have a law degree from Harvard? Okay I guess."

Do doubles exist? Yeah a lot of people probably don't have an alternate universe double, but it stands to reason some do. How do you deal with having a new kind-of twin? Or a dead friend or relative coming back, but different? Or even someone you never knew/doesn't exist in this world insisting they are family.

Some au double ideas I have seen people toss around are: Dick Grayson as Richard Parker, Kara Danvers as Carol Danvers, Steve Trevor as Steve Rogers, and Slade Wilson as/being somehow related to Wade Wilson, but I am sure there are other fun ideas out there too.

The snap didn't just affect humans/earth! So other planets are having the same problems.

Then randomly, five years later, just when people were getting used to the change, they all disappear again without warning. This causes as many problems as the original appearance did.

“I can’t, I—” you tried to excuse “I’ll call you okay” you rushed out, turning around before heading out of the restaurant and hailing a taxi.

“She’s sleeping now” Loki spoke, opening the door as you stepped inside.

“So why did you call me?” You huffed as you entered, Loki closing the door behind you as you breathed in through your nose smelling that familiar aftershave.

“I was unsure if she’d settle without your presence. Besides, I didn’t know it’d take you so long to arrive” Loki added almost bitterly as he took you in.

“I was on the other side of the city” you shrugged “I was on a date” you admitted, surprising even yourself at the confession.

“Oh, I see” Loki spoke, almost dejectedly as he looked away from you. “How was it?” He decided to ask, looking back up at you.

“Short” you stated, ignoring the pang of what could only be stupidly described as guilt that evaded you.

“My apologies” Loki replied, glancing away before his eyes met yours again. “You look” he paused “good”

“Thank y—” you began.

“You always look good” he seemingly huffed to himself at the thoughtless compliment. “You look beautiful y/n” he interrupted.

“Thank you” you smiled chastely as a conspicuous pause filled the space between you both. Doting eyes boared into yours as you swallowed thickly, unable to tear your gaze away from Loki’s. His stare was primal, lustful, almost charged as you took a sharp breath, trying to forget the fact that you hadn’t been laid in almost a year and that Loki had that familiar aftershave on.

“Don’t look at me like that” you finally broke the silence.
