You already know Lloyd hasn’t had a good day at work when you hear the front door to your shared penthouse slam shut. Your heart rate instantly spiking upon his entrance.
You hated when he was angry, he always seemed to take out his stress and aggression on you, which you didn’t mind at first of course, but after a while being punished for something you didn’t do began to take a toll.
Lloyd would protect you from everything the world had to offer, except himself. As you sat on the couch you heard him slam his keys down against the bench and storm towards the living room.
He rounded the corner, his expensive white pants drew your attention in an instant making his thick muscular thighs look incredible. His black tight polo showed off his bulging muscles and broad shoulders, his hair was slicked back as always , his 90s porn stache making your knees feel weak. You stood up slowly and spoke softly
“Hey baby, how was your da-“
Your words cut off as Lloyd stormed towards you, holding your throat in a tight grip while he bent you over the couch. Before you could even respond he pulled your soaked panties down to your thighs, his fingers roughly running back and forth in between your pussy lips before taking his cock out of his boxers, rubbing his thick swollen tip against your entrance.
His hand travelled from your throat to hold your mouth shut, silencing you as he roughly pushed his fat cock inside of you, bottoming out in one thrust. You screamed out behind his hand, your pussy clenching around his thick shaft. He groaned in your ear mumbling a low “Shut your mouth.”
His hips pounding against your ass, sure to leave bruises. His heavy balls slapping your clit while his hands moved to grip your waist, holding you still while he fucks his cock deeper into your tight hole. “F-fuck Lloyd.. Oh god i can’t take it, i can’t take it, Your so big.” you moaned writhing on his dick.
“Fuckin’ whore actin’ like you don’t love this fat cock tearing your pussy apart.” he roared.
He pulled out spinning you around and forcing you onto your knees “m’ gonna cum in your mouth, want you t’ swallow my fuckin’ kids you fuckin’ whore.” he growled as he jerked his dick off over your face.
“Be a good girl and open wide.” he snarled while he grabbed the back of your head, tilting your face upwards ensuring you stared into his cold blues.
Your lips parted as he shoved his cock down your throat, you gagged and sputtered around his length as he groaned, his cum spurting in thick ropes down your throat.
The taste of his salty pleasure running down into your belly as you swallowed his load yet he kept his member warm in your throat, not wanting to pull out just yet. His cock grew flaccid in your mouth as he wiped your tears with his thumb.
You knew Lloyd wasn’t the right man for you, too aggressive, volatile, savage
but god did you wish he was. You knew you would need to find a way to leave him one day, this life wasn’t made for you. You’d be lying if you said it’d be easy. You knew it would only be a matter of time.
That man would cross hell, heaven and earth before he gave up on you.

Omg. We need Lloyd feeding his love fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate đŸ˜© make it happen please đŸ‘‰đŸ»đŸ‘ˆđŸ»đŸ„șđŸ„șđŸ„ș
Sweet Love
dad!Lloyd Hansen x pregnant!reader
summary: above
warnings: fluff, pregnancy
a/n: English is not my first language, meaning you will probably find a lot of misspelling etc.
Main Masterlist Daddy Sociopath Masterlist
Tumblr media
“So, how about a dark blue nursery?” Lloyd feeds you another strawberry. “I mean it would suit the floor, and it’s the typical boy color”
You shack your head, moving a bit to get into a more comfortable position on the bed and swallowing the strawberry before saying, “That’s too basic and we don’t even know if it’s going to be a boy”. It’s no secret that Lloyd wants a boy, not because he has something against having a baby girl, but because he wants to give his son all the love, he never got from his dad. Lloyd desperately wants to experience a good father-son relationship.
“I’m pretty sure it’s a boy, isn’t that so, Champ?” Lloyd says, while putting his hand on your belly. “I know that the Hansen sperms created a boy” he says, giving you smirk.
You slap his hand “Lloyd, just because you got me pregnant doesn’t mean that out of me will come a little mustache man”, you say, smiling at him, “also I reed that if you crave sweet food during your pregnancy, it’s most likely going to be a girl”
“Well, Mrs Hansen”, he goes, feeding you another strawberry, “you forgot that it’s salty chocolate that is covering those strawberries, and you forgot that you also swallowed my-“
“Lloyd, don’t say that while they are listening”, ever since you found out you’re pregnant you take language pretty seriously, “You know what you have to do”.
Lloyd sighs, but he knows better than to fight a pregnant woman, his pregnant woman. “Yeah, yeah, I know”, he pulls out a hundred-dollar bill, “here, sunshine”
You smile as he puts the hundred-dollar bill in the swear jar on your beside table, “thanks, moonlight”, you blow him a kiss.
“Can daddy get a real kiss?” Lloyd asks, giving you his famous cocky smirk. He can’t help but lick his lips when he thinks about you giving him a good old smooch. He’s a desperate, clingy husband.
“Only if you give me another strawberry”
You can’t even register what’s happening. All you know is that two hands grab your face and pull you into a passionate kiss. Lloyd can taste the sweet and salty flavors as you meet.
When you pull away, you see your husband chasing after you, clearly not done with you.
“Now give me another strawberry”
He gives you a pout before feeding you another. A smile forms on his lips again as you let out a loud moan, eyes rolling in the back of your head when the flavor explodes in your mouth. He’s happy that he can make you feel good in more ways than one. Taking care of you and protecting you is his number one priority. Nothing else competes with you. Well, baby Hansen will have to share the place with you.
“What if we paint the nursery beige?” Lloyd asks, “it’s not a boy color or a girl color”
“I’m not a big fan of beige”
Lloyd nods, thinking what else is there before realizing something, “the house is beige”
“I know-“, you get cut off.
“You said you like my sweatshirt and you said you loved my ass in those beige pants!” Lloyd is hurt that you never told him that.
“Lloyd”, you put your hand on his, “I love those things because I love you. I love the place we live in, and your ass obviously looks incredible in those pants” hormones are kicking in, “and something else looks good in them”
The sociopath starts laughing, “I knew you liked the big boy in those pants”, he grabs his crotch and looks down at it, “you heard that, jr.? Sunshine, thinks you look good in beige”
Some days you really think that you married a child. No matter if he’s talking to his dick, throwing a tantrum because he can’t find his chapstick or making fun of the person he’s torturing. If you look past that, you will see Lloyd’s other sides; the obvious sociopath side, the asshole side, and his soft side.
“How about you paint something on it”, Lloyd suggests, trying his best to calm the other one down because it’s not the right time for that fun.
“Huh?”
“The wall, so it’s not that boring. We could paint it beige and then paint something on it”, Lloyd answers.
Lloyd almost wants to curse you out when you suddenly jump up with a huge smile, showing your teeth, which you normally only give him when he gets you some CrĂȘpes. “Yes, I like that”
“Good”, happy that you both came to a decision, “already any ideas?”
You don’t even need to think for a second, “yes”, and smile at him.
“care to share?”, he sits down next to you on the bed and pulls you into his side. You lean in his touch, sinking into his body heat. Nothing is better than feeling your husbands warm skin against yours. Ok, there are a few things that are equally good.
“Well”, you begin, “I think a ven Google vibe would be nice”
The expression on your husband’s face tells you he likes it. Painting the room in the man’s style that lead to you getting together, that lead to you getting married and that lead to you being parents in a few weeks. There were some ups and downs, especially downs, but in the end, you got together. All because of a weird named artist.
“Sounds like a Plan, Sunshine”

incompete drabble from the we're all dead here au that will probably never be finished. I was going to add a lot more but lost motivation and my wip list is kinda full right now so :/
~
Lloyd was a strange child. That was a fact of life. Nobody was quite sure how exactly he was strange, but he simply was. The sky was blue, the ocean was salty, Lloyd was a strange child.
Lloyd himself knew this as well. He did not enjoy talking to his peers at school, instead wandering around on his own during recess and looking at things that caught his interest, such as a particularly large beetle, or a bright red maple leaf, or the little ants that marched along the pavement. The teachers would look at him and tell him to go make some friends, to which he would say “no thanks,”and walk away.
On this day, a lovely August afternoon, Lloyd was running through the park away from his cousin Morro, who had been given the task of watching him for a few hours.
“You’ll never catch me!” Lloyd yelled. He ran past an old lady walking her dog, nearly knocking her over in the process, and slammed into a bench.
“Whoah, kid, you okay?” A voice asked. Oops, Lloyd thought. He must have bumped into some innocent person who’d been sitting on the bench.
“Sorry, sir,” Lloyd said. His head was still spinning from his fall.
Silence, and then some strangled noises. “You can see me?”
“Huh?” Lloyd looked up at the person. He was older than Lloyd, at least high school age, with spiky brown hair and freckled skin. There were large, angry red marks on his face that resembled burns. And he was transparent and glowing. That was strange.
“Why are you glowing?” Lloyd blurted. Then he regretted it. It was probably rude to ask that sort of question — what if it was a sensitive topic?
The boy laughed. “Because I do,” he said mischievously.
“Are you a ghost?”
“Yes.”
Lloyd’s eyes widened. “Really?”
“What else would be bright green and glowy?”
“A glow stick?”
The boy hummed. “I’m not sure what a glow stick is, but sure.”
“They’re sticks,” Lloyd told him seriously. “You crack them and then they glow. They come in lots of different colours too.”
“Sounds interesting,” the boy said.
“What’s your name?” Lloyd extended a hand. “Mine is Lloyd.”
The boy smirked. “Kai,” he said.
“Your name is Kai?”
“Yes.”
“That’s a cool name,” Lloyd declared. He had never heard that name before, but it suited this boy.
“LLOYD!” Morro came barrelling up to the two. It had taken him a surprisingly long amount of time to catch up. “You can’t just run off like that.”
“But I wanted to play tag,” Lloyd pouted. “And I made a friend! This is Kai,” he gestured to the older boy.
Morro frowned and looked at Lloyd. “There’s no one there.”
“No, he’s right there!”
Morro looked over at the bench again. He could not see anything there. But children were known for having active imaginations, so he nodded and said, “well, say goodbye to Kai, then. We have to go home.”
“But I don’t wanna!” Lloyd exclaimed. When else was he going to meet another real, live ghost? Well, perhaps not live, exactly, but still a ghost.
“Listen to your brother, kid,” Kai said.
“He’s not my brother, he’s my cousin,” Lloyd told him.
“Cousin, then. Listen to your cousin, okay?”
“Can I see you again, though?” Lloyd looked at Kai hopefully.
“Sure.”
“Okay,” Lloyd said defeatedly. He grabbed Morro’s hand. “We can go, but only if we come back tomorrow.”
Morro sighed. “Fine.”
“Bye! See you tomorrow!” Lloyd waved at Kai.
Kai waved back, and the next time Lloyd turned around he was gone.

Welcome To The Dollhouse, Fall From Grace
Word Count: 1.3k
Warnings: noncon/dubcon relationship, coercion, manipulation, unprotected sex, rough oral (M receiving)/rough sex, threats, purposefully talking down/mistreatment of women
Tumblr media
“I’m just saying, Angel, you’re about to lose your room
” Bucky said gruffly as he looked at the young woman, “Hansen stopped paying for it after your little rendezvous with the cocky trust fund brat.”
“Ther-there’s got to be something that I can do,” she mumbled as she bit her lip, “h-have you tried my sister’s sponsor?  I’m sure I could talk to-“
“Kemp just picked up the tab on the girl who’s willing to sell her flesh to him,” he reminded Angel, “and I doubt that your sister’s cannibal is looking for more flesh to satisfy his appetites.”
Angel felt her stomach turn, “I-I can’t do shows on the floor, Bucky!”
“There is one guy who’s had an interest in you
” Bucky said slowly, “But from the way some of you girls talk
that might be worse than doing shows on the floor every night.”
“I-I’ll do anything
I just can’t lose my room!”
She regretted the words as the conversation echoed in her mind.
The creepy assassin who used the children’s magician gimmick as a cover was possibly the cringiest man in the entire dollhouse.
But he was the only one who had been jumping at the opportunity to be with her.
Everyone knew that Lloyd Hansen, while extremely stubborn, and even more pissed off that Angel had slept with Drysdale, also knew that if he’d decided he suddenly wasn’t mad at her, and came back, then the new guy would have hell to pay.
She was always going to be Lloyd’s naughty little angel.
And every man knew that.
But Terry the terrific didn’t seem to care as he pounded into Angel from behind.
Hell, she wouldn’t have cared either, had he not insisted on wearing his face paint.
He stopped her hands as she held the makeup remover wipe close, “don’t.”
“I-I just want to see you.”
“And I don’t want you to know my real identity!” he growled, gripping her wrists a little tighter, “and I’m the one paying for your lifestyle right now
so what I say goes
”
“Can-can you at least lose the cape?” The growl rose in his throat yet again and she felt nervous about having asked the question in the first place.  Her fingers relaxed and she dropped the makeup wipe to the ground, “w-what would you like me to do then?”
“I just had a job,” he admitted, “and right now
I need release.  So strip down and face the wall on your hands and knees.”
“You want to fuck me from behind!”
“Strip down and get on the bed facing the wall!” he repeated.
Angel nodded as he let go of her, and she nervously reached for her robe.  When it fell away he groaned appreciatively.  One hand went down to his pants, while the other reached for her again, this time grabbing her by the base of her skull, his fingers tangling in her hair.  She whimpered as he pulled her forward into a searing kiss.
It wasn’t good.  He was practically trying to shove his tongue down her throat, and she could taste the chalkiness of his white stage makeup.
She tried to ignore the pain from him pulling at her hair, by letting her hands slide up his chest and under his vest.
Her stomach turned as she felt the movement against her thigh; a clear indicator that he’d reached into his dress pants and was stroking himself underneath the fabric.
“I want you to suck my cock!” he growled as he pulled away from her.
His hand came out of his pants and he reached towards her, stroking her cheek.  He smirked as his fingers danced over her lips, and she held back the bile in her throat as she could smell the distinct smell of sweat and his salty tinge of manhood on his hands.  When he removed his hand from her mouth she noticed the black lip stain that had obviously smeared to her face on his fingertips.
She could vaguely make out the tan skin that lay beneath the makeup as he pushed her head down, forcing her to her knees.
They hit the floor with a heavy thud and he released her hair long enough to unzip his pants and push them and his briefs over his thighs.
His cock sprang to life, hitting her chin before bobbing up and thudding against the vest.  He chuckled yet again and gripped the girthy length.
Angel’s eyes watered.
Everything about the situation felt wrong.
Terry wasn’t Lloyd.
He wasn’t her sarcastic, possessive, jealous lover who had showered her with sinful praises as he used her any way he wanted.
The man in front of her was just some creepy magician with a fetish for makeup and a tendency not to shower from what she could sniff out.
“Well!” he growled, his free hand reaching out to grip her by the hair once more.  He tapped his thick length against her cheek until he was almost slapping her with it, “I’m paying for you, Angel
suck my cock!”
Her mouth opened and she tried to turn her head, but Terry jerked it away from his cock.  She whimpered, but tried again.  This time he pulled her hair even harder.
“Beg for it!” he demanded, slapping her with his cock even harder, “beg to suck my cock you greedy little slut!”
“Please
” she whimpered, the tears falling down her cheeks.  She didn’t want to beg for his cock, and if she could get through the night without doing so, she would.  Begging for it felt like she was truly cheating on Lloyd.
“BEG!”
“P-please, Terry!”
He slapped her again with his cock, this time, an imprint starting to form on her cheek, “AGAIN!”
“Pleas-“
He slapped his mushroom capped head against her cheek once more and chuckled, “I’ll show all those little whores what happens when they push me off until they can’t
.”
And without further explanation he shoved his cock into her mouth.  The musky, sweaty taste made her stomach turn, and her eyes watered as he plunged his cock so far into her mouth that his head hit the back of her throat.
Her hands reached out, bracing and scratching his thighs, in an attempt to tell him that she couldn’t take it, but he didn’t care.  He kept up a pace, plunging in and out of her mouth, slamming into the back of her throat, until she was drooling and sobbing.
His thighs were filled with scratches and blotchy from her nails digging into his flesh.
“That’s right, you little slut
take it!”
“That’s right, you little slut,” he growled as he pulled on her hair until she was looking back at him awkwardly, “you take every fucking thing that I give you.”
Her mouth opened in a silent scream.
Terry had fucked her throat raw, and she wasn’t able to do anything other than make a few worthless whimpers.
“Bet your little boyfriend never fucked you so good you couldn’t speak, did he?” he hissed in her ear as his brutalizing pace continued, “you’ll never go back to him, you know.  I’ll keep you stuffed full of me and be your new sponsor.  Fuck you every time I have a job
maybe I’ll even get tired of visiting and buy your contract out
move you into a real nice place my ma owns
quiet little town.  Big fucking place
oh GOD!  Fill it with tons of little brats!”
Angel couldn’t answer as Terry reached his high, talking about his own sick fantasies.
She felt sick as a warmth spread throughout her lower half, and he let go of her hair, collapsing onto her back.  She felt her stomach turn once again as she felt his cock spasming inside of her, ropes of himself filling her already stuffed cunt.
Her sobs, though silent, felt like they echoed through her very soul as the quiet tears slid down her cheeks.
She just wanted to be in Lloyd’s arms again.

i'll hold my breath a little bit longer
The last thing he wanted to hear was that all of it, everything that he was feeling, was somehow normal, that the pain in his chest, the blocks in his memory, the shivering in his bones and worst of all, knowing that Nya wasn’t coming back resulting in sticky tear stains rushing down his hot cheeks was normal or even expected.
“They came to rescue me and now they’re all gone. Everyone’s gone.”
“Well, I’m not. And you heard Lloyd, he saw beyond today. It had to be like this.”
“But now he’s going to come after you! When will it be enough? When will it end? I
I can’t stand losing any more.”
“I can’t stand losing either. But Lloyd saved us for a reason. Let’s just hope by the time we see Nadhakhan again, we figure out what that reason is.”
Ninjago City General Hospital felt cold to Jay.
It could have been the fever that was still plaguing his body accompanied by shaking that wouldn’t cease, maybe it was the plain white walls with the ocean landscape on the wall that someone had expertly painted to his left, or even the chill of the fresh air being pushed into his lungs via the oxygen mask that was strapped to his face.
Regardless of the reasoning that he felt as though he couldn’t get warm, the sterile environment mixed with the picture of the waves that he could clearly his yang being a part of now made him shiver harder as another cough started to make its way out of his lungs wrapped in phlegm.
He managed to sit up, pull the mask upwards so it rested on his forehead and grab the pink medical basin that had been brought into the room for this exact purpose before nearly vomiting into it from the strength of the coughing fit that erupted from his lungs.
But the glob of phlegm released itself from the back of his throat after a strong round of coughing and after taking a few wheezing breaths, Jay set the basin back down on the metal table that had been placed near his bed, not even looking inside to see what exactly he had coughed up.
Instead, he focused his tired eyes on the city view outside, his left eye closing from the strain of the sun shining in the window; his friends were out there, assisting wherever they could in the clean-up which is why he was currently sitting alone in the cold, dim hospital room unable to even stand on his own two feet, let alone actually help.
He heard footsteps approach the door to his room and slid the mask back over his face; he knew it was foolish to believe for just a second that it was her, but whoever it was walked right past, leaving him to wallow in the silence and the murky depths of his own memories.
Jay wasn’t surprised that his mind brought him back to the events involving Nadakhan; the djinn was like a disease that would never be fully expelled from his thoughts and just when he thought he would be over the hell he had been put through by him and his crew, it came rushing back harder and faster than ever before.
But this memory wasn’t like the others. It wasn’t the hours and hours of swabbing the deck only to become the victim of the scrap ‘n’ tap ring and it wasn’t Nya’s limp weight in his arms as salty tears streamed down his cheeks and into her bobbed, raven-black hair that usually kept him awake at night.
He knew that his ribs were busted; he didn’t know when it happened, but he had a feeling of how, given that he was still struggling to see out of his left eye for seemingly the same reason.
All he knew was that his chest felt tight and painful.
When they had arrived on the shores of Ninjago with the entirety of the police force on their side, the adrenaline that had been keeping Jay on his feet aboard Misfortune’s Keep finally ebbed away.
He would have fallen face first on the pavement if Nya hadn’t been there to put a gentle hand around his waist while pulling him back to his feet, even if his feet kept slipping out from under him and he was doing everything possible to keep himself from using her as a crutch.
“We’re gonna get you taken care of,” she assured him, her free hand brushing his curls that had appeared from a mix of salt water drying in his hair and the lack of styling, “you just stay awake for a bit longer.”
“W-we need to get you s-somewhere safe,” he stuttered around his dry mouth while trying to ignore his stinging, chapped lips, “he’s g-gonna come after you and-” he was cut off by a violent burst of pain exploding from his chest accompanied by rough, dry coughing and Nya swearing loudly as she struggled to hold him upright.
He had coughed up blood all down the front of his already stained gi, Nya had told him later.
The current feeling of tightness in his chest as his lungs struggled to expand fully was all too reminiscent of the feeling he had felt right before his broken rib had punctured his lung.
But Jay didn’t remember much else given that he had fallen unconscious from the sheer amount of blood loss he had endured on Misfortune’s Keep after his lung had punctured and he was pumped full of various medications to keep his wounds from getting infected in the brief period of time that he was in the small clinic next door to the police station before they went into hiding.
He had blocked out a lot of the events surrounding the pirates in the sky, resulting in large gaps in his memories that he couldn’t quite put the pieces into, but he didn’t want to put that puzzle together.
He didn’t want to remember what his brain had blocked out given just how horrendous the things that he could remember were from so many forced rounds of Scrap ‘n’ Tap to the Vengestone chain that never left his ankle, resulting in a permanent indent in the tender skin and he especially didn’t want to remember no longer being able to see nothing but shapes and colors on his left side.
And within all of that was Nya
he had been able to save her from Nadakhan, he had been able to save her from Unagami, but in the end, he hadn’t been able to save her from herself.
Before he could even think, the salty tears were running down his cheeks and dripping onto the thin blanket that covered his legs as he brain started to draw the similarities to the times he had failed.
“You have to make your last wish. You’re the only one who can stop him.”
“No. Not if that means losing you.”

“Look out!”
“Nya
no
I
I can’t do this alone. Don’t leave me. I love you.”

“I have to go now. I will remember you.”
“Remember? What are you talking about?” Her brother questioned but his ears were ringing and his chest hurt, his chest hurt so bad, “you’re not going anywhere.”
“Nya, stop! Wait, listen,” he rushed forward, his head pounding and his legs aching, “something is wrong with you, you have to concentrate, you have to focus, you have to turn back-” he gasped as the water phased through him, nearly making him choke and when he tried to grab her hand with a “no”, he went right through it, water soaking his glove, “don’t leave me.”
She turned back to him, holding his hand with a solid yet gentle grip before putting her other hand on his cheek for a brief moment before turning away again, towards the edge of the skyscraper.
He could hear Master Wu try to bargain with her, plead with her to stay with them, but all he could focus on was the pressure in his head and the water in his hand making him feel sick to his stomach. But her words would rattle in his mind over and over and over again.
“I am Nya. I am the sea. We are one.”
“Nya, I
” he forced himself to say it, he needed to say it, he needed her to know even though he had said it so many times before, “I love you.”
He forced himself out of reliving it. It hadn’t even been twelve hours and the last thing he wanted to do was vomit from the sheer pain of remembering everything that had transpired on the skyscraper but at the same time, he wanted to force himself to remember.
There was a lot that he couldn’t recall about Nadakhan before he made his wish but he had made the choice to keep it out, even if it was what caused the nightmares that always plagued him.
Jay couldn’t stand to forget about Nya, not after everything they had been through.
As if the sorrows in his heart weren’t enough, the physical pain was only growing worse despite the steady stream of oxygen that he was trying to pull into his lungs that didn’t want to expand fully and the fact that his fever was still making him shake harshly against the pillow he was laying on.
Jay remembered being told that there was a button somewhere near him that would send an alert to the nurse’s station if he needed anything in between the rounds that the doctors made periodically, but he couldn’t bring himself to click it.
After all, what was normal about losing your Yang? The one you loved so much that you weren’t sure you could even continue to live without them?
So, he did the only thing that made sense to him; press his hot face onto the now warm pillow, shut his eyes, and hope that when sleep finally overtook him, it was blissfully dark even though he knew deep down that something would resurface in his dream like always.

Cole hated hospitals.
It didn’t matter if he was the patient, if he was visiting someone or even helping out with the Grant-A-Wish Foundation, hospitals still made his skin prick up in goosebumps and his stomach turn with nausea.
But, he had a reason for being here; now that the ninja had done what they could to clean up the mess that Wojira had made of their city, Kai had gone off to The Monastery to more than likely isolate himself and after Lloyd had brought up where Kai had ended up after what had happened to Zane, the two of them had left to keep an eye on him.
Meanwhile, Wu and Misako had offered to help Ray and Maya gather up Nya’s belongings from The Bounty and The Monastery but Cole knew that the two of them would probably bury themselves in research on how to turn Nya back as soon as possible.
And even though he had called Jay’s parents and given them an explanation, they had told him that they wouldn’t be able to get to the hospital till the next morning after what the flood had done to the jalopy; Cole knew that he was the only one available to comfort his best friend who had just lost the love of his life, so he did what he was good at.
Pushing down anything that brought up the scary parts of his childhood and being the rock of the team; he could always process what had happened to Nya and the memories of his mother when he returned to the Monastery. His team needed him to be strong. Jay needed him to be strong.
Cole felt a sense of relief when he arrived at Jay's room to see that he was asleep, his chest moving in sync with the mask secured over his face and his face free of any lines of agony to the point where he looked at peace.
He sat down in the chair on Jay’s left side and gently grasped his IV free hand; he knew that his vision in his left eye wasn’t that good after the events that he didn’t remember and that he preferred to keep it closed whenever possible to avoid the strain, but he also wanted to make sure that when he woke up, he knew that he was safe.
After everything Jay had been through, he deserved safety.
He still remembered the day that Nya had told him everything that had happened to her and Jay, how Jay had nightmares nearly every single night because of it, how both of them had scars from events that had been erased like the yellowish one on Nya’s chest and how she had died in Jay’s arms.
Jay had tried to fill in gaps where Nya hadn’t been able to. The insane labor demands of the crew of Misfortune’s Keep relished in him being under their command so Nadakhan could break him in order to get him to wish it all away, not to mention the Scrap ‘n’ Tap ring.
He had only been told the details that Jay remembered once and that was enough for him to know that Nadakhan was lucky that Jay had wished no one ever found the Teapot of Tyran, or otherwise he very well would have killed the Dijin with his bare hands to ensure that he could never hurt Nya or Jay again.
But Jay had gaps where Nya didn’t. She said that Jay was on the ship for two weeks, but Jay could really only remember scattered snippets that amounted to two days.
It was called selective dissociative amnesia, where his best friend’s mind had to block out the most traumatic parts of what had happened to him in order to keep him safe, and it made Cole’s blood boil whenever he thought about it.
He had been with Jay when he had taken the questionnaire while on the hunt for Master Wu and fearful that his lack of memories were a result of Wu getting stuck in a time stream, he had been there when he was being tested and screened, and he had been the one to call Nya when he outright denied any sort of treatment plan except for a refill on his anxiety medication that he had been taking on and off since the timeline reversal.
He still vividly remembered walking out of that hospital right behind Jay, the pamphlet of therapists in the Ninjago City area in his hand as he followed him to the car.
“You could have at least taken the pamphlet.”
“I don’t want to remember not being able to see, Cole!” Jay took a second to take a shuddery breath before turning back to his phone, “besides, I just wanted to know why I was missing memories, not how to get them back. Anyway, Kai sent me a news article, about an old man with amnesia going to a monastery in the mountains.”
“Why didn’t you tell anyone we were back in the city?”
“Why didn’t you?”
“I called Nya. I told her where we were,” he put his hand on Jay’s shoulder as he scowled, “why didn’t you tell her you had gaps?”
“For the same reason I’m regretting telling you.”
Cole almost dozed off while still keeping a hold on Jay’s hand, he wasn’t sure when he had last slept and the rest of the team had more than likely already gone to bed or had lied and said they had gone to bed but were actually processing things in their rooms.
‘God, I hope someone has eyes on Kai’ Cole couldn’t help but think as he ran his thumb over Jay’s lightning-scarred knuckles.
He and Nya had tag-teamed taking care of her older brother after Zane as well as seeing if there was actually any chemistry there or if they were just exploring their options, but she would track his phone, he would bring him home and take care of him for the night and when he would leave in the morning for his job as a woodcutter, she would deal with the hangover.
And now, four years later, she was gone which left him to pick up the pieces of what had been broken.
The hitch in Jay’s breathing pulled him out of his grieving thoughts and brought his mind back to the current situation; any of the others having a hitch in their breath while they slept was normal, but not for Jay.
When Cole and Jay had worked together to try and find Master Wu, he quickly learned that a sudden change in Jay’s breathing meant the start of a nightmare, regardless of any injuries he had obtained.
So he let go of Jay’s left hand, immediately moving it up to his left shoulder and gently shook him; he didn’t want to make a fuss, he didn’t want any of the medical equipment to move or dislodge but he also knew that Jay would be embarrassed if the entirety of Ninjago City General woke up to his screams.
Sure enough, only a few gentle shakes and both of Jay’s eyes sprung open accompanied by harsh gasping as he sat up while blinking rapidly. ‘Shit.’
“Jay, hey, you have to breathe,” Cole stood up to get a gentle grip on both of Jay’s upper arms to hold him still so he didn’t hurt himself, “do you know where you are?” Jay tried to break out of his hold with a hiss of pain, he held on tighter, “don’t do that, stay still. Do you know where you are?”
Jay’s light brown and light blue eyes blinked at him for a few moments but the gasping started to slow down as his brain processed, “h-hospital.”
“Good, that’s good,” Cole assured him, loosening his grip slightly, “do you remember what happened?” He didn’t want his best friend to cry but based on how watery his eyes were, he knew that was inevitable regardless of whether or not he brought him back down to reality.
“Nya
” he trailed off as he started to lay down, rubbing at his left eye, “w-where is he?”
“Kalamarr?” Cole supplied, trying to understand just what Jay had been dreaming about in his medication infused haze.
“Nadakhan.”
‘Goddamnit.’
“Jay-”
“Where’s Nadakhan?” His breathing was growing more labored and he was starting to sit up again, pulling the oxygen mask up over his head, “Where is he?”
“Jay, he’s gone,” Cole insisted, squeezing a little harder than necessary on Jay’s upper arms and hoping that the pressure would bring Jay back to the present, “you’re safe. You’re safe with me. You reversed the timeline, he can’t hurt you ever again.”
“Oh yeah
” Jay’s eyes flickered with realization before letting out a series of hard, rapid coughs.
Cole pulled the oxygen mask back over Jay’s nose and mouth before firmly patting his back to help work out whatever was stuck in his lungs, wincing when he heard Jay mumble an “ow” in between coughs.
“I know it hurts,” Cole muttered when the coughs started to dissipate and he started to alternate between the firm patting and gently rubbing his upper back, “but you gotta cough that junk up or you’ll get worse.”
Jay lifted the mask up onto his forehead again but before Cole could protest or pull it back over his friend’s face, he watched as his best friend grabbed the pink basin off of the metal table and coughed into it with a retch.
“Don’t
look in that,” Jay spoke as he caught his breath while setting the pink basin down.
“Duly noted,” Cole nodded before gently pulling the mask back over the lower half of Jay’s face before gently pushing him back onto the pillows, feeling the heat radiate off of his skin, “but that needs to stay on as much as possible so we can get you home sooner. Why didn’t you tell me you were having nightmares again?”
The “you told me you were going to get help last time” that Jay had promised after the events in Prime Empire weren’t said and if he was being completely honest, he didn’t feel like now was a good time to bring that up; if there was one thing Cole had learned, it was that he couldn’t force Jay, or anyone, to get the help they needed.
“Nya was helping me.” Jay’s voice sounded shaky but whether it was from the coughing or his grief was to be determined, “are you mad at me?”
“What, no,” Cole stopped himself from sitting down to make sure that Jay’s brown right eye and light blue left were looking right at him, “Jay, I’m not mad at you. You’re my best friend and I want you safe from all of this bullshit. I wis-” Cole stopped, remembering to choose his words more carefully, “I’m mad that I couldn’t protect you from Nadakhan, that I couldn’t stop him from hurting you and Nya and I’m mad that I couldn’t stop Kalamarr from breaking apart my family.”
Cole made sure to grasp Jay’s hands as he assured him, even though the master of lightning was now looking at his blanket-covered knees, “I am not mad at you, Jay Walker. Okay? I can’t be mad at you, not again.”
He didn’t know what he expected him to say, but the room stayed quiet for a few beats longer then what made Cole comfortable until Jay finally looked up at Cole, the tears fully falling down his cheeks and onto the blankets as he muttered, “I’m so fucking tired, Cole.”
Cole gently pressed one of his cool palms to Jay’s feverish cheeks, trying to offer some sort of comfort to his best friend while wiping away the tear tracks with his thumb.
“I know you are, and I wish you weren’t.”
“Can you
” Jay stopped to swallow and wipe the tears from the other cheek on his bare arm, “can you stay?”
Cole couldn’t help but smile as he nodded before saying, “you can’t get rid of me, Bluebell.”

Anyways an idea that would've been so cool is if during the whole garmadon trying to get lloyd to use his oni powers thing, lloyd had had actually no trouble getting access to them, but every time he got close to using them he pushed them down inmediately.
The idea that he could have- no, he knew he had the same powers as garmadon scared him, because he associates them with evil and corruption, and he's dead set on not going down the same path his father did.
Also a painful callback to how thrilled he would've been if hed found this out back in early season 1, when he thought the world of his father
Aaand, to add to the angst, what if sparks of destruction had been happening for several seasons beforehand, in blink and you'll miss it moments, that could individually been brushed off, but combined formed a concerning picture. Like dark cloud far in the horizon, easy to dismiss but always there, and only coming closer...
His powers would make themselves most visible in times of emotional turmoil, only getting progressively worse since garmadon's resurrection...
AlĂĄs, canon didn't give us any of this and imma be salty abt it đŸ˜€

Tumblr media
That is one hell of a sudden timejump ^^' Like the game just started, but we have done NOTHING and yet, two freaking months have past.
Tumblr media
In case you don't know that yet or you have forgotten it, this very girl is Yun-Ka-Fais very own granddaughter.
Tumblr media
I love how games like these ALWAYS find a way to force some weird logic on you that makes you understand that you have no choice but to have a fresh start XD
Tumblr media
Oh... do we not have to walk there ourselfs? Nice!
Tumblr media
Oh! I totally forgot that stuff like this already existed in this game. That will be fun!
Tumblr media
This Prolouge is annoying me for some reason I can not fully explain. The dungeon sucked because of all the levers and now we get thrown into whatever fight awaits us outside, just after one full day of dungeon exploring. But I am probably just salty because that is exactly how the pacing will be for the most part of the game ^^'
Tumblr media
They put on quite the show to make it look real, didn't they? ^^' And even tho those two girls have noticed already that they have been training for this, they still didn't realize how awfully convenient all this is.
Tumblr media
I totally get that this was training and preparing them for what its to come. You know, real-life situations and all that... but I still think they've overdone it a bit here.
Also... damn was that boring. Even if I had to fight the monsters on the way, it would not have been really entertaining at all. This dungeon sucked even more than the last one, because it pretended to be hard, but it actually wasn't. Once again, the monster in a non-plus-game might have told a different story but the overall dungeon wasn't great at all and this did nothing to the plot even if you didn't find out or knew you were tricked from the start.
Tumblr media
Campanelle came with a small airplane. Whats wrong? No teleportation-skills just yet, Campi? XD
Tumblr media
Ouroboros is always so overstaffed XD Seriously. Four people plus the two currently talking. Six members of Ourobors. Anguises among them too. Geez!
Oh! I forgot to add the Faceless. Make it 7 members. Seriously Ourobors, that scared of us, or what? XD
Tumblr media
I forgot that we've been here before Cold Steel. And it remains a sad place with sad music.
It must have been hard for Joshua to come back here and face his past.
Tumblr media
I am pretty sure NO ONE saw this coming. I can not remember much from my first playthrough to be absolutely honest with you, but I can remember that Joshua working with the Capuas WAS quite a surprise. They seemed to be useless silly side characters in the first game. And now here they are... protecting Joshua and being his allies while he would be otherwise all alone.
And then later on you meet Josette back in Erebonia and you like: "W-Wait a minute!" XD
Tumblr media
I am kinda glad that this is over. But if Falcom never was good at something, that its been Prolouges ^^'
Tumblr media
After all those years and all those games I am kind of confused were the archaism really come from. Obviously, at this point Ouroboros is mass-producing them. But it didn't start out like that, didn't it? Wasn't it rather that they found them somewhere and just reproduced them, like they did with thing like the Auraleole?
But were did they find them first? Cavard, as Kevin words suggest?
Tumblr media
Well I mean we ARE running straight into "the end of the world" and I am not sure yet what Cassiuse did to try to prevent it XD
(I am very much aware that I am a bit unfair here. Thanks to our most beloved idiot police Detective Lloyd, most people do not even know the end of the world is coming, so its not like he COULD have done anything about it, given that he didn't have the necessary knowledge... Oh fun! I've just realized, if we fuck this up in Kai we can blame it on Lloyd. The guy who decided to not even be there, as it seems... *achem* moving on... uh... back to the past I mean ^^')
Tumblr media
Ouroboros is quite the... colorful bunch in every way possible. Some of them are really good at blending in too. So... uh... how exactly do you want to find someone "resembling" a secret society, Agate? ^^'
Tumblr media
I should not pick Agate again this time, as I picked him last time already. But I did have my reasons for choosing him and the reasons still apply. So... sorry Schera. But its the hothead again XD
Tumblr media
Yeah... I've got that wrong too ^^' I guess we have to get our heads out of the gutter.
I am two hours into the game and as expected, NOTHING worth of note actually happened. So I am glad to announce that I am taking a break now.

Note
idk if this meant a characters meet b characters but I’m assuming it didn’t so here’s my take:
-either akiren or akechi as the green ninja (as much as I dislike him, akechi fits the role of temporarily bad + fighting evil ‘father’)
-ryuji as the master of lighting (his specialty is electric attacks and he’s the loud, overconfident, talkative one, kinda like jay)
-yusuke as the master of ice (same type of reason as ryuji and he’s mostly kind of serious and misunderstands phrases and slang sometimes like Zane)
-Ann as the master of fire (same as the first two+ she’s often a hothead but she strongly defends what she believes in like Kai)
-futaba would be like pixal (she does most of the researching, usually doesn’t engage in battle, but sometimes provides support when needed)
-master of earth is kind of like ehh bc if akechi is the green ninja, I would say akiren is earth, since he’s kind of like the glue/rock of the team, and he often leads. But if akiren’s the green ninja, I’d say makoto. She’s not nearly as much of a rock as akiren, but she definitely is like a second command of sorts (if I remember right lol) and she knows when to be serious.
-TECHNICALLY. the master of wind is NOT in the main 6 BUT Morgana specializes in wind attacks so might as well yk. Ther really aren’t too many parallels between him and morro that I can think of though so I’m like not sure
-I have NO idea who to put for the master of water but if we neeed to fill the role I guess haru bc idk where else to put her 😭 also I guess you can say she’s flexible and adapts well, which are desired traits for a water ninja
—————
NOW THE OTHER WAY AROUND
-Lloyd is the wild card/ fool arcana
-SENSEI garmadon would have the emperor arcana (and maybe misako would have empress)
-wu as the hierophant
-Cole could be chariot or sun (phys + gun attacks)
-Zane as hermit perhaps (ice !!)
-I feel like harumi could be reverse death with the whole resurrection thing and how she was salty ab her parents (probably psy, curse)
-morro would be the devil. (psy and wind attacks FS.)
-Kai would either be tower (“destructive and creative force”, and his past obsession with being the green ninja) or, considering the parallels between him and morro, the reverse devil. BUT he could also be magician because of how much he helps Lloyd and his personality + his ‘need for fulfillment’ (fire attacks)
-I feel like nya could be moon bc of her whole thing with becoming the water ninja (she thought she couldn’t and didn’t want to but she knew she had to bc she had to save her brother(s) ) - maybe nuclear or bless?? idk
-yikes I did not know what to give Jay but I do think he could be the lovers arcana (electric attacks ‌)
-pixal’s their navigator
I think it would be a cool concept if they found Kai’s shadow one time, and later they came across morro who had a palace and Kai realizes how close he was to turning bad and hurting himself and all his friends like morro had done
GODDDD SEASON 5 URHGHGGHHHH
——————————————-
sorry for taking so long to respond it was being a bitch and not letting me respond 💔
anyways I haven’t played persona in foreverrrr so correct me or add on anything you think of teehee
i just. thought of something.
ninjago/persona crossover
OH MY GODTHAT WOULD BE SO COOL

Series Masterlist
Three Weeks Later
It was mid-afternoon, and life couldn’t get any better than this. The salty wind blew as Lloyd walked along the wet sandy beach. The sun was out, and three of the most precious things in his life were ahead of him. His five-month-old, his baby girl, and the woman he loves more than anything.
Lloyd was mad but realized you did it for the safety of his kids. He knew he had done wrong and regretted what he did to you. Words cannot explain why he hurt you, did vial things to you, and made you leave him in the first place.
**
“LLOYD!
His eyes opened slowly, blinking away the brightness of the lights in the room.
“LLOYD, YOU SHIT!”
Grinning, Lloyd knew that voice and let out a weak laugh.
“Oh, I guess you got to punch me in the dick. How does it feel, Suzanne?” Lloyd asked since he felt some lingering pain where his dick was. He tried to move but realized that he was tied up. He looked around to see that he was in a room. It smelt old and musty. The dĂ©cor came from the 1700s.
“It felt great, Lloyd. But your wife, on the other hand, tried to kill me when she found out that you weren’t dead.” He heard her say. His eyes lit up, and he let out a laugh.
“What about her? She always wanted you gone since the beginning of time,” Lloyd said, rolling his eyes. Suzanne sighed and strolled over to him, with her face close to his.
“Denny is dead-“
“Suzanne, he deserved it. Yes, he’s my friend, but since he tried to kill me, he deserved to have his head explode into bloody pudding. Also, many people wanted him dead for being a lying piece of shit who hides behind his desk,” Lloyd said, glaring at Suzanne, who rolled her eyes—taking it a step further when he spat in her face.
“Eww, you sick fuck!” Suzanne yelled in disgust, wiping her face with the nearest cloth she could find.
“Oh, Suzanne, haven’t you had a facial?” He mocked.
Suzanne groaned in anger and grabbed a knife from the table. She stood over Lloyd, and he gave her an amused look.
“Ooh, scary!” Lloyd said with a smile.
“You know, I’m going to get it out of you,” Suzanne said as she held the knife and aimed it towards his throat.
“I would like to see you try cupcake.”
Suzanne stared at him for a moment, then turned around and went towards the door.
“You know she’s coming, Suzanne,” Lloyd yelled as she closed the door behind her.
**
You yawned as you opened the door to your apartment, which a friend had provided. After a long flight from DC, you and Dani were hungry. She’d suggested getting some stuff from the market and had run out to get all you needed. You offered to go with her, but Dani told you to stay and rest, which you didn’t get much of on the plane. Setting your things down, you took a seat at the kitchen table.
With the stress of finding your husband, the last thing on your mind was eating.
After the little stunt you pulled off in Berlin, you and Dani went back to DC to plan the next step and to see your kids. It broke your heart when Lily asked about her father. All you could tell her was that he was still out working.
You took out the laptop you haven't opened since your last mission in Thailand. As you opened your computer, your heart swelled with joy.
These were the happier times when Lloyd wasn't being a complete asshole. He was awake before you whenever Lily would cry during the night. That was when she was only five weeks old, and you were having a tough night and running on 20 minutes of sleep daily.
Who would have thought that Lloyd Hansen, a private hit man and a complete asshole, would be a father, let alone a husband?
But he proved to you that he was, and he did. There were your ups and downs,  with you leaving with the kids and hiding from him. Lloyd hurt you for reasons you don’t understand. One day he came back from a mission, and he hit you. From there, it went downhill. You notice that it would start when he would have a drink of whiskey. It’s never around the girls, and the nightmare began when it was time for bed.
It was one word, something simple, and he would yell at you.
Unexpectedly, something changed. Lloyd was to leave for Prague. He became less aggressive towards you. You didn’t expect it, and you would flinch; at every touch he gave.
Nighttime rolled around, and you walked into the bathroom to see Lloyd. He was stepping out of the shower with a towel around his waist. You turned away when he looked at you. You were changing into pajamas a minute later when you felt his arms around your waist. His mustache tickled, and you let out a small moan.
Tears ran down your face as he continued to place soft, gentle kisses around your neck. Lloyd noticed the tears, and he spun you around. You expected what you feared. Your body started shaking, and your hands tried to push him away from you. Lloyd got the message and placed his hands on your face.
That night something in him just clicked, and he was back to the Lloyd you love. Besides the asshole he is, but the one you fell in love with many years ago.
The door opened to the apartment, leaving you out of your thoughts. You looked over to see Dani and a few bags in her hands. You sat up and went to help her unload the groceries.
“Hmm, looks like you are making sandwiches?” You asked. Dani looked at you and smiled.
“Yes, I am, and it’s your favorite,” Dani said as she took our last items.
“Please tell me it's Cubans?”
Dani winked and went to get the food started, and you took your place back onto the chair where your laptop was.
"The little thing you did back in Berlin is all over the news," Dani said. You knew that something was up.
"And?" You asked.
Dani sighed, "Denny and Suzanne-"
"Fuck, they did survive the blast?"
"Suzanne did. Denny didn't." Dani said with a smile.
"At least one asshole bit the dust." You said, sitting back down and going to the database.
"According to my guy in the office, Denny's head was blown off from the bomb you put on him, and Suzanne had gunshots to her legs and a few broken bones," Dani said, laughing, knowing that it was your signature trait.
"I could do worse, you know." You said, typing in Suzanne's profile. Dani shrugged in agreement.
“True, true.”
It only took two seconds to know that Dani wasn't lying. Looking at her medical reports, Suzanne Brewer had a few shots to her legs, the broken bones you gave her. You smiled at your handy work. You should have killed her as you did with most of your victims. You knew why she survived because you have something she wanted, and she had Lloyd hostage to get it.
Suzanne never liked you. You had a few classes at Harvard and trained together at the CIA. She always tried to make sure that your life was a living hell. She always wanted to outdo you; in everything you did. You were also almost kicked out by her, but you proved yourself.
Denny's was a different story. The moment his file appeared, you somehow let out a laugh. You didn't mean to, but it just came out. Denny has been the bane of your existence since you first met him. He was Lloyd's best friend.
Since you were recruited to the CIA and became a top agent with a HIGH kill percentage, Denny did everything in his power to bring you down.
He even killed a few people close to you to give you a scare, but that didn’t waiver you a bit. It just gave you more reasons to kill him.  At least now you don't have to worry about him anymore.
Now your primary concern is Suzanne Brewer. According to your information and her whereabouts, she's here in France and has your husband. She has no intel on you being in the same place as she was since you went underground.
And Suzanne is going to pay the ultimate price.
**
“Is that all you got, sweet cakes?” Lloyd said as he hissed at the blow to the stomach he got. Since their Harvard days, he and Suzanne always had beef. Suzanne stood in the background, rolling her eyes as she watched on and knowing that Suzanne was there.
“Now Lloyd, I know, you know something. Your stupid little wife tells you everything.” Suzanne said as she appeared from the shadows and in front of him. Lloyd looked at her for a moment and smiled.
“And Suzanne, I don’t know shit, okay?”
Suzanne again rolled her eyes and went to grab a sharp spire from the table, then bent down towards him.
“Don’t give me that shit, Lloyd. I know you know something, and I will keep stabbing you until I get something out of you.”
“And if you keep doing what you are doing now? Then I will die, you will never get what you want, and my wife will gut you to death.”
She lifted the spire and stabbed him straight into his hand, making Lloyd groan.
“You know you'll give in,” Suzanne said, yanking the spire out of his hand, letting the blood gush. Then she headed towards the door.
“I’m going to tell you one last time, Suzanne Brewer! You can torture me all you want, but I’m not going to tell you shit!” Lloyd yelled. Suzanne froze and turned back around, and stormed towards him. Grabbing a knife, Suzanne stabbed him in the shoulders and slashed both of his arms.
“And I will gladly kill you!”
Then a group of her men came and grabbed hold of her.
“Ma’am, the old man needs him alive,” one of them said, but it didn’t matter as Suzanne pushed herself away from them to throw the knife at Lloyd, barely missing him as it stabbed into the wooden wall behind him. That was good enough.
The door closed as Lloyd groaned in pain. “Which one of you kids wants to help a boy out and patch me up?”
One of the guys clears their throat. “I can’t help-“
“Well, the old man wants me alive, and that Suzanne girl did a number on me,” Lloyd said with a shrug.
The two men momentarily hesitated before grabbing the first aid kit.
“And let me give you a heads up, my wife will be coming soon, and all of you kids will be kissing the ground or more or less begging for mercy. She’s more ruthless compared to that Suzanne bitch”
And he meant that warning.

i see oceans in your eyes
So season 15 kinda broke me and I wrote this.
AO3 link WC: 1k
There were so many people here.
All of them were here for her.
For Nya.
Kai couldn’t really focus on anything past his own feet. The tingling numbing sensation that had been crawling it’s way through his limbs had long-past settled in his bones. It allowed cold - dreadful awful cold - to seep into his skin.
His eyes itched. They were dry. Too dry. He couldn’t bring himself to cry, a single tear would lead into a torrent of sorrow and he didn’t want to have to cry for his little sister.
Not when she wasn’t gone.
Gone, gone, one with the sea-
Not his baby sister.
Risking a glance at the crowd gathered through the courtyard hurt, it hurt because they were all mourning her too. When they shouldn’t have to, shouldn’t have to mourn for the amazing water ninja Kai was so, so proud to call his little sister-
The strings of people led down the stairs, out past the cherry blossom tree, dragging into the distance.
Some brought small gifts, other words and looks of sorrow and assurance for the ninja. He hadn’t really taken too much notice.
Kai didn’t understand how a crowd this large was so silent, solemn in a way that was unnatural. Even the youngest children didn’t dare look up from their toes. Like a terrible thing was in the air, maybe there was.
The bowl in hands shuddered, tremors coursed freely through his fingers, something in him rattled.
The water trickled it’s way to the bottom of the vase, echoing along the way.
Kai was.
He was.
What was he?
He knew he was still stuck in a state of shock, he knew deep-down he was terrified, scared, longing for Nya to just please come back.
There were so many things they hadn’t done together, so many adventures to still go on. Kai wasn’t ready for her to leave, the harsh reality of everything was weighing down his shoulders.
Something fierce flashed in him.
He was angry.
FSM, angry wasn’t enough, wasn’t the right word, the feeling inside him couldn’t be amounted to anything less than furious and enraged.
Countless times one of them had been thought dead, Zane and the overlord, Cole in the fall, Lloyd against the Oni.
Infinite situations where they’d all cried because one of them had been wounded, waiting outside the med room, waiting, waiting, for it to end. For it all to have been a fluke, a mistake, they all came out fine. They always came out fine.
That didn’t mean the grief wasn’t there, the nightmares afterward.
And they weren’t out of this one yet. That was the problem, it was a problem because Nya wasn’t here.
Not next to him, flicking his head with a grin for something stupid he’d said. Not rolling her eyes from across a room, not grinning as she managed to fix her invention.
There was a little voice in the back of his mind, telling him to look for her. Look because she’s there, I promise, she’s there over there and over there and you need to tell her something so say it, you idiot.
A breath caught in his breath and he choked.
His finger’s burned with heat, the cool static in him receding, making way for a fiery inferno. A storm to never go against, to sweep him away and off his feet.
Distract him, to take his thoughts off of her dimpled smile when she laughed.
Take the sounds of Jay’s cries, Lloyd’s sobs, Cole’s labored breaths, Zane and PIXAL’s sniffling away.
Take everything away. Take it all away.
On impulse, he turned on his heel and stormed out of there, the ceremony - not funeral, never a funeral - was over anyway.
His family stood a little ways off to the side, waiting for the remaining dregs of people to filter back down the steps.
Their eyes bore holes into his core, he didn’t turn around.
Lloyd followed him first, not even half an hour later.
His fingertips kept lighting on fire and he didn’t have to have patience right now to put them out, same for the smoke coming off of his skin.
It was raining outside by the time Lloyd sat next to him, a heavy downpour, it made him feel sick.
They’d all clung to each other on the roof, a desperate attempt to forget. Afterwards they’d all been too distressed to do anything else. It hadn’t been forgotten, it hadn’t been a nightmare, it was real.
Lloyd kneeled next to Kai and wrapped his arms around his neck, squishing his face against his shoulder. Kai pulled the younger boy tighter to his chest, a feeling of helplessness rising in him.
Their sobs were an added noise to the cacophony of crashing raindrops through the monastery.
Nya, Nya, Nya-
He’d promised to protect her, hadn’t he?
She was his to protect. He was her older brother, the one who was supposed to be there for her but couldn’t do anything but watch through blurry eyes as she walked through Jay.
Kai gripped Lloyd’s shoulders and cried.
There were rivers of tears and his nose was all snotty and his heart ached, he was fairly certain Lloyd wasn’t too different.
The others filtered in one-by-one, Skylor was there too. They were all obscured by the salty water filling his eyes and the agony that ripped through his head, a reminder of the day.
And there they all were there again, wrecked and barely held together as they cried into another’s gi. This had happened before, but it had been alright in the end.
Why couldn’t it be alright right now?
Why wasn’t Nya here?
No one spoke, letting raindrops and tears fill the deafening silence. The empty Nya-shaped hole in the room was fresh and searing, like an open wound that you couldn’t forget.
Strong and brave and smart and incredible was his little sister. But now she was no more than the great big ocean.

Whumptober 1
Yes it’s a day late, but Kat didn’t tick me off yesterday so bleh!
Prompt: Waking up Restrained
AU: Evil Hypno Lloyd
--
Kai’s head felt fuzzy. He wanted to sit up and look around, but his limbs were too heavy.
Wait
no, they were chained down.
He managed to get his eyes open and saw a cracked concrete ceiling. Where was he? What had happened?
“Kai!” Nya yelled from his left.
He looked over at her and saw a tired face smiling at him through tears. She looked too thin. She couldn’t have gotten that thin in just a few hours, or even a few days. How long was his memory lapse? What had happened to him? Why was he
wherever they were?
And why was he chained to a bed?
“Nya
.what
.why am I
” Kai mumbled, trying to make himself form a complete sentence while he tugged at the cuffs around his wrist.
He winced in pain.
“Don’t!” Nya said, leaping up to stop him.
“Nya, what happened?” Kai asked.
Now that he was more awake he felt how much he hurt. His lungs felt sore and he was pretty sure he was sporting a cracked rib. No to mention the giant bruise that covered him. His throat hurt too, like a salty cracking dryness in the back of his nose.
“Lloyd happened.” Nya said with distant.
“What!?” Kai asked.
Why did Nya look so angry at the mere mention of their brother’s name? And why did he feel like-
Drowning.
That was what he was feeling. The aftermath of nearly drowning. The sore lungs, the dry scratchy throat, all of it. Kai had felt it before a few times (each time cementing his fear more and more)
But how would Lloyd do that? Water was Nya’s element
.
Kai glanced to his arm and saw a bruise the perfectly matched his sister’s hand. His stomach dropped.
“Kai calm down! You’re ok!” Nya said, seeing his look of horror when he realized that she had been the one to hurt him so much.
“What did you do?” Kai asked in fear and panic.
There may’ve been a bit of anger in his tone, but his confusion and worry eclipsed it.
“I didn’t want to hurt you! But it was the only way to get you away!” Nya yelled.
“Away from what!?” Kai asked, lightly testing his restraints again.
Why had his sister felt the need to restrain him!? In vengestone too. Kai didn’t even have to try to summon his fire. He knew by the bone deep chill he couldn’t quite shake.
“AWAY FROM LLOYD!” Nya yelled.
“I don’t understand!” Kai yelled.
Nya seemed to realize that she’d gotten ahead of herself. She looked embarrassed and guilty as she sat back down.
“Lloyd
..Lloyd went evil Kai.” Nya said quietly, looking at the floor with interest.
“What? When!? Why?” Kai asked. “And why am I chained in vengestone?”
“It’s been about three months maybe? I don’t know. It’s been hard to keep track of the date.” Nya said, shifting in her seat.
“Why don’t I remember anything?” Kai asked, “And why am I chained!?”
He really wanted an answer for that last one.
“Because Lloyd used his oni hypnosis on you guys.” Nya said, still not looking at Kai’s face.
Kai’s face went pale as he realized why Nya had to hurt him so much to get him to come with her. Nya let the silence sit while she traced the seam on her pants.
“Ok.” Kai said slowly, trying to accept what a horrible thing had happened “Ok. Well I’m not hypnotized anymore. So you can unchain me, explain everything else, and we can think of a game plan together.”
“No.” Nya said quietly.
“What?” Kai asked.
Nya didn’t answer him.
“Nya what do you mean ‘No’?” he asked
“I mean I can’t unchain you. The vengestone is the only thing that’s keeping you from him.” Nya explained in a pinched tone, tears pricking her eyes again.
“What do you mean?” Kai asked.
“I used to be so mad and jealous that you guys were all a part of the green ninja prophecy and I wasn’t. I was just the bonus ninja. Fate didn’t choose me. I didn’t know that would be what saved me one day.” Nya mused sadly.
“Nya. Please tell me what you’re talking about.”
“It wasn’t just normal hypnosis he used on you guys. He’s been
pulling on your elemental connections. Normal oni hypnosis is strong, but it wears off fast if you get the person away.” Nya explained. “So Lloyd went deeper. He couldn’t do it with me because I’m not connected to him. I’m not an element of creation.”
Kai’s mouth went dry.
“You’ve been alone.” Kai whispered.
Nya nodded.
“If I take that vengestone off you, Lloyd will start pulling again.”
Kai stared past Nya in terror.
“Why would he do this?” Kai said, tears forming.
“I think the worst part is that he still loves us!” Nya whined in a tiny voice Kai hadn’t heard in years. “He doesn’t want us to get out of his way, he wants us to join him.”
“How did this happen? How could Lloyd just decide to
” Kai murmured sadly.
“The world’s hurt him. I think all the hurt finally broke him.” Nya said.
“What do we do?” Kai asked, glancing at his restraints.
The only thing keeping him free was being chained. The irony wasn’t lost on him.
“I don’t know.” Nya said, practically folding into herself.

I think...I might do this all in blursed AUs.

Tomato Soup
So I wrote this little thing that totally isn’t me projecting my issues with food onto a fictional character no way, so hopefully it’s not terrible because it’s not super proofread. TW: mentions of unspecified ED, hypoglycemia, noncon “repairs” done to Zane. Enjoy, I guess.
------------
Zane loved to eat, until his father decided that the budget couldn't quite feed a family of two. ... Zane used to love to eat.
Zane's earliest memory of food being an issue to him was when he was barely even a year old. His father sat at the table, hunched over brass and copper coins, occasionally glancing at his son with a slightly worried expression. Zane was busy sorting their books, the task having kept him busy for the better part of the last two hours while his father said he had some "grown-up things" to worry about. Eventually, his father called out to him.
"Zane?" His father asked, voice strained. "What food do you have cataloged in our pantry?"
"Three cans of tomato soup, two sleeves of crackers, various spices, and one box of penne pasta. Speaking of which, I am getting rather peckish, I think I will go have some of the-"
Zane went to stand to go towards the cupboard to grab a sleeve crackers when his father stopped him.
"No!"
The android froze, recoiling a little in surprise as his father stood as well.
"Father, is everything alright?"
Julien smiled wearily, gently tugging on Zane's arm to move him back towards the workshop.
"Of course, Zane. Everything is just fine."
"Then why are we going back into the workshop? You only bring me back for repairs if something is wrong," Zane stated before a different train of thought hit him and he jerked away. "D- Did I do something wrong? I'm sorry if I was not efficient enough when I was organizing the books, I'll do better, I promise!"
"Stop fussing, you don't need to worry," His father consoled him, but Zane still dug his heels in enough to make his hesitation known. "You will be fine, I promise."
Zane was still stammering as he was pushed down onto the workbench and was powered off, world fading away as his mind still panicked.
...
Zane blinked, his eyes adjusting to the light. He shot up straight, the memories of what happened right before his repairs making him quickly check his vitals for information.
Energy: 78%
Hydraulic Fluid: 89%
Vision: 100%
Audio: 100%
Hunger: -
Zane blinked, and tried again to access his hunger. Nothing. He looked over at his father, who looked slightly guilty but overall relieved.
"Why can't I access my hunger level?" Zane tried to ask with a level voice, but it ended up coming out choked. Julien shook his head.
"Don't worry about it, Zane."
And so he didn't. If his father wasn't concerned, then why should he be?
He tried to eat a cracker afterwards just to test what he believed his father had done to him, and he held back tears as what used to be a salty treat felt like cardboard melting in his mouth. He closed the sleeve, and set it back on the counter, resuming his task of organizing the library, but this time the actions felt a little more hollow.
So he watched as his father ate his soup and crackers, and just had to sit there and pretend to smile as he remembered how he used to enjoy the flavors dancing upon his tongue.
-----------------------------
Zane was relaxing on his own bunk in the Monastery reading a rather good book when Cole gently knocked at the door, Jay poking his head out from behind the taller's back. Sensei Wu had set out to find something or other, leaving the three behind to their own devices while he was gone.
"Uh, Zane? You doing ok?" Cole started, eyebrows furrowed in worry.
"Yes, why wouldn't I be?"
"Well, uh," Jay stuttered, and Zane merely blinked as his friend tried to figure out his words. "Cole and I were talking, and we both realized that we couldn't remember you actually ever eating in front of us. Or at all."
"We're not mad or anything!" Cole was quick to butt in before Zane could speak, hoping to prevent any misunderstandings. "We just want to make sure you're not starving yourself or anything, because that would be really bad."
Zane stared in confusion, wracking his brain for anything to respond with.
"Why would me not eating be bad?"
"You could die!" Jay sputtered, and Zane felt some sort of sick feeling start to brew in his gut. "Please, just tell us if something's wrong, you can trust us, right?"
"I do trust you," Zane answered, for that he knew for certain. Cole and Jay looked like they were about to cry, and Cole reached out to gently tug Zane off his bunk. He was sandwiched in a hug between the two, Jay clinging to his front while Cole mirrored him from the back.
"Please, just eat something," Jay pleaded quietly, and Zane was incredibly unsure of how to respond besides a simple nod and a gentle hand rubbing at his friend's back to soothe him. Cole buried his head in Zane's shoulder, which wasn't hard since he was slightly taller than the blonde.
"I would prefer not to..." Zane began, but trailed off as Cole squeezed him tighter.
"I don't know what's going through your head right now Zane, and I don't need to know, but we're here for you. You don't need to change for anyone, yeah? Besides, you need the energy to train anyway."
Zane nodded along despite not knowing that they were talking about, but he could infer that whatever it was was a very serious issue. So he held his friends as they dragged him to the kitchen for him to choke down a granola bar, which seemed to calm them down enough where they stopped clinging onto him, but not enough where they wanted to leave him alone.
-----------------------------
When Zane and his brothers sat pouring over their jar of coins to pay their rent, Zane felt a gross feeling return to his stomach. They had resorted to buying sandwiches from a shop a few blocks over because they never had enough money at one time to buy enough groceries to support them, so single servings seemed to be the most viable option.
Since discovering his android origins, Zane had discovered how to turn his taste back on, and had also figured out that eating did give him an energy boost, but never his hunger. So he ate mostly as an extra, something that was nice, but not necessary. So it was no surprise that when it came time to order dinner, Zane shook his head denied needing anything.
The ninja took his word for it, and weeks went by with Zane only eating by stealing scraps from the restaurant he worked at to keep his energy up as much as he could, but even he could feel his performance slipping as his body was forced to run on low amounts of power. More of his blood was staying in his core to run his heart, leaving him pale and shaky, and his eyelids felt perpetually heavy, like they were being held down by weights that kept increasing by the day.
The issue reached its apex, however, during a quick training session he had managed to sneak in with Lloyd between shifts. They were sparring, the android of course not using all of his skills on the child, but he could tell something was off. Zane was stumbling, his footing unsure and his blocks were sloppy. Before he knew it, he was on the floor, and Lloyd was shaking his shoulders out of fear before running out of the room to call Jay, the android's vision fading around the edges.
He tried to sit up, but doing so made his head spin and his gut curdle with nausea, so he curled up into a ball to ease the ache, eyes squeezed shut before he blacked out in the middle of the training room floor.
...
When he opened his eyes once more, Jay was worriedly peering down at him.
"You awake?"
Zane nodded slowly, and he felt something being nudged at the corner of his lips.
"Eat this."
Zane tried to look over the best he could, and to his morbid amusement, it was another one of the granola bars that Jay loved to force upon him.
"You just passed out from the robot equivalent of low blood sugar, you gotta eat something buddy. I'll grab you some fruit juice or something in a bit. It helps humans, so it's worth a shot on you."
Zane slowly sat up and backed against the wall for support, and methodically chewed the snack with measured bites, Jay texting something to someone quickly before putting his phone away to sit across from the Ice Ninja.
Once Zane was done eating, Jay decided to strike up the conversation that the two knew was coming.
"Zane, you gotta eat. I know the first time Cole and I thought something was up it was just because you didn't need to eat, but your body isn't used to this. You're hurting yourself."
"Just let me adjust to it, and I'll be fine."
"No, I'm not letting you do that. You're eating with the rest of us and that's final. Kai's dropping off a carton of apple juice in a bit, and we're getting food tonight. You're going to rest, because I'm not letting you pass out while training again. What if you had done that on a mission?"
Zane had no answer, and nodded his head meekly as a sign that he understood. Jay stood, and held out his hand, Zane accepting the invitation to stand, also very grateful that Jay didn't mention how he stumbled upon landing on his feet.
"Y'need to trust your body more, you're getting too caught up in your own head," Jay said softly as he sat Zane down on the couch, sitting down next to him with a slight bounce. "You're not a burden by needing to eat, buddy."
The android sighed, and rested his head on Jay's shoulder, his eyes still burning and his mind quickly following suit.
"Alright, you can use me as a pillow," The Lightning Ninja smirked, and wrapped an arm around Zane's waist. "I'm waking you up when Kai gets here, but then you can go back to bed, ok?"
Zane nodded sleepily before fully relaxing into his friend, exhaustion taking ahold of him with an iron grip as he fell asleep, Jay keeping him warm all the while.

i rank ninjago seasons because i said so:
SONS OF GARMADON (s8) I think this is probably my favorite season because it’s so much darker than the rest of them? Also, it’s the first really Lloyd centric season since s2 (I know Possession was kind of his season but it was Morro in his body so it wasn’t really him?). I absolutely love the vibe of this one as well and the angst is amazing too. Also it kind of starts a storyline that continues through to the next few seasons which is what I love about it.
POSSESSION (s5) I’m sure I’m not the only person who thinks this but I love this season so. freaking. much. I was never a fan of Nya before this season just because I felt like she was always reduced to this basic stereotype of “girl wants to fight but guys won’t let her but she’s actually a genius” and it kind of bothered me. But her being the Water Ninja was definitely a step up and I really started to like her after this season (although I’m still salty because I was the Water Ninja long before s5 came out but whatever). Also, another reason I love this season is because of the implications and the extra character building you can do behind the scenes, especially for Lloyd since he himself isn’t in the season as much.
LEGACY OF THE GREEN NINJA (s2) I don’t think it should surprise you that my top seasons are all Lloyd-centric but I’m biased towards him, obviously. I’m big on nostalgia so this season kind of just hits different for me (listen, hearing “way of the ninja” makes me cry so this is nothing). I know in terms of plot this season kind of sidelined the rest of the characters but I just... the final battle absolutely makes up for all of that. Also! Darreth. And the Garmadon + Lloyd relationship that I absolutely live for.
MASTER OF THE MOUNTAIN (s13) COLE CENTRIC SEASON COLE CENTRIC SEASON- other than this one being the first season Cole really got to himself it was just a beautiful season overall. It flowed really nicely plotwise and the ninjas, even though they were split up for a lot of the season the way they came together in the end was *chef’s kiss*. Anyway Cole Brookston-
TOURNAMENT OF ELEMENTS (s4) I love the vibe of this one. It’s such a light hearted season for the most part, unlike its successor, Possession. Also, Skylor and the rest of the Elemental Masters were amazing as well. And I kinda vibe with the whole “only one can remain” tournament thing. There are only I few times I actually cried in the whole series and the Corridor of Elders was one of those points (of course, when I rewatch I cry over every little thing).
HUNTED (s9) Hunted was a very good story plot-wise and continuation-wise, my only complaint was that the ninja were split up during most of it. But this season definitely let some of the background characters like Dareth and Skylor shine on the Ninjago side while introducing some more history on the Oni and the Dragon side. And young Wu! I love him. A lot. And the whole revolution-vibe was very well done.
RISE OF THE SNAKES (s1) I honestly can’t remember what this one was called but I think that was it. This one is only this high-up for nostalgia’s sake. I felt like it was a pretty decent season but it definitely wasn’t the best. The standout moments were definitely episodes 7-10 where they were unlocking their true potentials. (Those shaped my childhood LMAO).
PRIME EMPIRE (s12) I’m honestly not sure what the later seasons are called because Netflix doesn’t have the same names most of the time but I really vibe with this one. Also the idea of being in Prime Empire sounds appealing as fuck but whatever lol. I think this was a Jay-heavy season, as far as I can tell and it was pretty good. There could have been more Zane but that’s alright. Also bringing Harumi back was a solid 10/10 move.
SKYBOUND (s6) I know a lot of people like this season but I just cannot. It was probably the absence of the rest of the ninja for a lot of the season and having it be really Jay-centric, which of course I don’t mind at all, but still. The whole Nadakhan-sky-pirates thing I just did not like. But other than that it wasn’t the absolute WORST season. I did like the first three-ish episodes and the last one but I hated the ones where the ninja were disappearing I NEED THE GANG BACK TOGETHER.
MARCH OF THE ONI (s10) THIS SEASON HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL AND THE ONLY REASON IT’S DOWN HERE IS BECAUSE OF THE LENGTH. They only used four episodes to cover that huge plotline and I hated that. I did not cry when Cole fell because I watched it over the summer when I knew he got a season later on. (Yeah, when I stopped I had only watched till s7). Jay and Nya were pretty cute and so were Cole and Kai. Garmadon supremacy as usual.
REBOOTED (s3) I spent an hour arguing with my little brother last night on why this was one of the worst seasons and he just. Would not listen. There are so many problems with this season, the least of them being the digital Overlord bullshit they wrote in. (This is no hate to the writers as I understand they were pressed for time writing this one since the show was renewed). My main complaint is the JayxColexNya crap they wrote in and it completely ruined all three of their characters. Cole had never been remotely interested in Nya until this season and Jay was just. Upset? Over what a machine said? I’m 100% convinced the Overlord did that on purpose to divide their team. OH AND NYA WAS *LITERALLY* REDUCED TO AN OBJECT. BASICALLY. I didn’t even watch this season all the way through because it was so BAD. The only redeeming factor was the Titanium Ninja where Zane dies because I sobbed like a little bitch during it.
HANDS OF TIME (s7) There are so many things wrong with this season. I cannot think of single good episode. Honestly. They completely wrecked Lloyd’s character by making him sound like a whiny baby (I know he’s a kid but STILL). The ninja were just RUDE through the entire thing and maybe the only decent episode was Out of the Fire, Into the Boiling Sea. MAYBE. Lloyd not knowing how to make an energy dragon in midair? I thought he conquered his fear?? Yeah I just hate this season for so many reasons.
SECRETS OF THE FORBIDDEN SPINJITZU(?) (s11) I’m not sure what this season is called and I really don’t care enough to find out so we’re calling it this for now. I hated the Fire Chapter of this season with a *burning* passion (get it lol). Kai lost his powers, which is fine, but he was such a bitch about it. I hated it. Hated. It. In the past Kai has been known to be irrational but this was a whole different level? He wasn’t being irrational, he was just being straight up rude. Especially to Wu, who I know deserved it but it doesn’t sound like a very Kai think to do? And then the Never-Realm part was OKAY at BEST. The only good episodes were the first few, I don’t make the rules. (Also, LloydxAkita bothers me for many reasons. Akita’s probably like way older than him. And she just... reminds me of a furry. I don’t hate Akita I just don’t like them together.)
Okay yeah so that’s my ranking, it changes a lot but this is it for the most part. I don’t think anyone read all the way here but if you did thanks.

Ghost!Jay AKA Sin (or, i project all my salt in a version of Jay)
long story short, Jay dies to the spider widow, Nya wishes him back, he comes back as a ghost and is so salty that he jumps off the ship(don’t worry, the ship wasn’t above the ocean).
As for the salt i projected into Sin:
[Ok, so i am very salty about Jay’s relationship with Nya and Cole. It’s been a long time since i watched season 3 and i haven’t even watched season 6, all i know is from the internet, but Nya starts to doubt her relationship with Jay(that lasted an entire season and some) just because of a machine. And Cole never showed any interest towards her until then(the same could be said for Nya), not to mention that i find it hard for them to not know about Jay’s confidence issues at that point, so they either forgot or ignored them. Also Nya doesn’t even try to talk about it with Jay first, and in season 6 they literally send him alone to take venom from a very deadly spider. You could argue that Jay acted like a jerk in both seasons but i feel like it was mostly justified. The part where he keeps his wishes a secret i can also argue that, well, he just found out he’s adopted! Why the hell should he be forced to tell them? He could very well be still processing and simply did not want to talk about it! And Cole simply told everyone about it, and then send Jay to the very deadly spider(don’t even get me started in the “THEN LET HIM BITE YOU”. He literally told Jay to kill himself).
And as for Zane, he ignored Pixal, he already knew wishing yourself away just gave Nadakhan more power, and still did it instead of, i dunno, trying to bring Pixal back somehow, or even helping his family. That was dumb.
Kai, he’s the one who called paparazzi just to stroke his own ego. Don’t get me wrong, he’s one of my favorites, but that was selfish.
Lloyd? Spider widow, and beiNG AN ABSOLUTE HYPOCRITE WHEN IT CAME TO WISHING! I’M LOOKING AT YOU TWO TOO, COLE AND NYA!! DURING THE SPIDER WIDOW ISLAND EVERYONE IS LIKE “Jay! How could you make Nadakhan wishes! And then not tell us!” BUT THEN, DURING THAT FREAKING RESCUE THEY ALL GO “Hey! Let’s ignore Jay and start wishing ourselves out of this situation even tho we know Nadakhan is going to twist our wishes and possibly kill us all!” LIKE WHAT THE HELL--]
So, Sin realizes all of that(Sin doesn’t know about Pixal vanishing but knows Zane left them again. And he knows the others started wishing because how would he be there otherwise?) during his stay at the departed realm while trying to get over his shock over the fact he freaking died -was left for death- and is very salty now. When he comes back he just screams at Nya, Cole and Lloyd, flips everyone the bird and yeets himself off the ship so he doesn’t have to look at their faces anymore.
What happened to the others after that? Who knows, Sin doesn’t care.

Christmas gift for @incorrect-myinnerdemon-quotes, who requested I write something about Cole discovering her headcanon of his true potential form.
1879 Words
Honestly, Cole should have seen this coming.
And yet, it still made no sense. Yeah, his Earth Punch involved a bit of lava, but not to this extent. And lava was more of a fire thing anyway, right?
Maybe he should start from the beginning.
It hadn’t been an unusual morning, and certainly not one which Cole might expect would lead to this. He and the others had breakfast, went through their morning katas, and then broke off to do some individual training of their own choosing.
Cole had been working on basic form today, putting on some music to dance to. He didn’t particularly care if the others decided to watch; he was more than comfortable dancing in front of them. Besides, they were off doing their own things.
Cole would admit to having ulterior motives when he decided to dance that morning—but it was for good reason. He knew that “mastery of the sixth sense” was Zane’s thing, but this was different. Cole had been hearing this beat in his head for days now, an abstract rhythm he couldn’t place a name to. He’d been playing hundreds of songs trying to find the one it matched up to, but none of it did. So this morning, after trying and failing to match the beat to the songs he’d picked out, Cole figured he might as well just turn the music off entirely.
That, Cole decided, was when things started to get weird.
It wasn’t a hard beat to follow—unique as it was, Cole could pick out the basic pieces and how they fit together, one of the perks of being the son of a musician—but that wasn’t to say it wasn’t interesting. There was something primal about it, something almost instinctive in each movement Cole made; before he knew it he was humming along.
It was then that the familiar surge of power and heat from his Earth Punch made itself known, and Cole had to stop. Why his powers decided now would be a good time to act up was beyond Cole, but a quick shake got the buzz out. Satisfied, Cole resumed dancing.
It was after the third or fourth time—Cole wasn’t sure—that his powers activated without him calling upon them that Cole realized. It was an interesting discovery, that his powers and this song in his head were linked somehow.
Before Cole could really take the time to ponder that, the alarm went off. Joining the others on the bridge, Cole shoved the discovery to the back of his mind to ponder later.
“Another crime? Really?” Kai asked, towel around his shoulders. “Can’t the police handle it?”
“It’s a little more than that this time.” Nya replied, face drawn into a grim smile. “You know how there’s the charity run, today?”
The others nodded, perfectly aware. Nya continued, pulling up a map of the route.
“The police got an anonymous tip that there may be a terrorist attack at the event. So they’re taking extra precautions, ya’know?”
Everyone froze at that. Terrorists were always harder to deal with than the run-of-the-mill thieves and garden-variety murderers that the ninja usually went up against. Not quite at the level of threats like the Devourer or the Overlord, but there was an unpredictability in a terrorist’s fanaticism that made them harder to take down.
The briefing hadn’t lasted much longer after that, the information too sparse to go into detail and the prep time too short for more in-depth research. They got ready, placing a ninja at each key location along the route. They were as ready as they could possibly be.
Which, as was becoming the norm, was not ready enough.
Even being caught by surprise, the ninja were able to keep people safe, able to handle themselves fine. It was unusual, for the ninja to be caught so off guard and still do so well—but perhaps that was just the effect of being caught off guard so many times. Or they’d gotten lucky. Either way.
Cole was grappling with a particularly troublesome masked fiend, rolling around on the roof they’d ended up on. Without even noticing, Cole had begun to hum, the same abstract beat he’d been dancing to that morning.
And that, Cole knew, was when it started.
It had been almost unnoticeable at first, a simple rush of adrenaline. But it had quickly grown into that familiar surge of strength and warmth and life that Cole associated with his Earth Punch, quickly spreading outwards from his chest to his entire body. And it didn’t fade into the comfortable power Cole was so used to—if anything, it got more intense, until Cole was pressing an obsidian-coated hand to his chest with a short cry of pain.
As soon as the pain started, it ebbed away, leaving Cole standing above his opponent with an almost dizzying sense of strength coursing through his veins. His opponent, who had been staring for some reason Cole didn’t understand, yelped when Cole stepped forwards, quickly dashing away.
“Hey!” Cole stumbled forwards, his legs taking a moment to warm up for some odd reason, “Get back here!” With a short leap, Cole quickly caught up to the fleeing fiend, pinning them to the floor with a sudden ease that hadn’t been there before. Quickly, he brought out the cuffs he’d been provided and snapped them into place, setting his captive down on the pavement beside him.
It was then that Cole began to realize, began to properly take note of the obsidian coating his hand. Of the soft orange glow of lava spilling out from cracks in the obsidian, where his joints would be. Of the sudden energy buzzing in his limbs, the way he’d moved faster than he normally did. Of the sudden clarity with which what had been only a beat became a song in his head, the notes familiar and foreign. And it was then, as Cole was processing this, that he began to freak out a little.
His face burned as tears spilled from his eyes. But moving his hand up to brush them away revealed them to be lava, actual molten rock, instead of the salty water they were supposed to be. The pavement he’d been pressing his hand into had grown soft under him, and as he stood up he realized it wasn’t just his hands that had heated up; there were footprints in the pavement, indents where his knees had been.
Movement in the corner of his eye had Cole turning back to the terrorist, who was desperately trying to back away from Cole’s new form.
“Hey
” Cole said softly, still not fully processing whatever the hell was going on with his body. “Don’t run.” The snarl in his voice only made the guy yelp and back away faster.
Shit. Cole was at a loss. What to do? Could he grab the guy without hurting him? He had before, but looking back at the handprint in the pavement, maybe not.
“Cole!” Zane’s voice was a godsend, the automated lilt making Cole relax on reflex.
“Zane!” Cole whirled around, pointedly ignoring the way Zane flinched, surprise in his features. This was great, Zane was perfect for a situation like this. Calm and reserved, Cole was certain Zane would have some kind of advice or answer for Cole’s current predicament. And even if he didn’t, there was nobody who Cole trusted more to help with things like this.
“Cole
 are you okay?”
Cole rubbed at his arm, absently noting that his clothes remained unharmed despite the literal lava only centimeters away. “I think so
? Nothing feels wrong, if that’s what you’re asking.” He smiled sheepishly. “I have no idea what’s going on with,” Cole gestured to himself, “this, so some help might be appreciated.”
Zane nodded. “I see.” He moved over to the handcuffed criminal, lifting the small person up with ease. “Let’s get this suspect turned into the police, and you back to the Bounty.”
Cole nodded. “Sounds great.”

And that’s how Cole got to where he is now, sitting on the deck with everyone else staring at him. He still hadn’t returned to normal, even as the sun set and it got dark. Could he go back to normal? Or was he stuck this way forever, all stone and obsidian and lava?
“So you really don’t know what’s going on?” Lloyd asked.
Cole shook his head, careful not to get flecks of molten rock all over the deck again. “No clue whatsoever.” He’d tried humming the song, hoping it would maybe change him back, but that just made him even more energized. As a result, Cole genuinely had no idea how to change back.
“Perhaps Cole simply has to wait until it fades.” Zane suggested, eliciting a frustrated sound from Jay.
“And how long will that take?” Jay near-shrieked. His expression morphed into hysteria. “Or what if it never fades? What if Cole is stuck like this forever?”
“I highly doubt that.” Wu interjected, having been silent until now. “Clearly that form takes energy to maintain; it is only a matter of time before Cole cannot sustain it.” He stroked his beard thoughtfully. “The question now is how long that will take.”
There was an obvious question in the air, everyone clearly wanting to ask how exactly Wu was so certain about Cole needing energy to maintain whatever his body was doing, but everyone knew they wouldn’t get a straight answer out of their sensei either way.
“So I’m stuck like this until it wears off?” Cole asked, just to be sure he understood. At Wu’s nod, he flopped over onto his back dramatically. “Great! I’ll just lie here and try not to set the deck on fire, then.” While he wasn’t keen on lying out here in the dark, Cole didn’t want to do below deck and risk starting a fire. He’d already left burnt footprints in the deck; it was only Zane’s quick thinking and Nya’s mastery of water that gave Cole a space to sit without scorching a hole through the deck. So he’d wait, out here, in the night, until the lava and obsidian went away. Even as his eyes pricked at the thought of waiting out here, alone, while everyone else ate dinner.
Cole was startled from his musings by Kai’s hand on his shoulder, warm and alive and reassuring. “And we’ll be right here until it goes away.” He said, like it was so obvious that they’d wait out here with Cole.
And Cole smiled, shoving down the whiny voice in his head insisting they shouldn’t do that.
And so they sat there on the deck, talking about whatever came to mind as they waited for Cole to wind down. And as the others ended up falling asleep, as Cole chatted with Zane even as the gray light of dawn began to fill the sky, Cole smiled again.
This was nice. Maybe, after he changed back and things wound down, Cole should try humming the song, see if he could trigger this form again.
Eventually, as the sky turned pink and orange, Cole felt himself relax, the buzz in his limbs fading away. As the energy left, Cole realized just how exhausted he was, not even bothering to try and get up as he let the exhaustion overtake him.
