Dropping a headcannon

I believe post promised day Edward uses a cane for mobility purposes after years of having automail impact his bones and shit there is NO WAY he is pain free or even comfortable so I believe he uses a cane most of the time to get around and if anyone says anything he disagrees with he smacks the cane against their shins while acting innocent.

god etsy is such an on fire trash can but it has a bunch of shipping presets that are difficult to migrate so i guess we'll do it this way

so anyways there's a glitch where sometimes it forces you to buy a shipping label in order to close out DIGITAL purchases which is fucking insane to me.

So I've pulled the only other cross stitch pattern off of it and made it a pay-what-you-want on kofi

I've also uploaded the other MASSIVE pattern onto ko-fi bc why not

It's a fairly obscure monster road trip reference but I'll be real it holds it's own perfectly fine as a fun pattern to have around the house for your average weirdo

both of these are basically free since ko-fi allows you a pay what you like option

If they had canada post shipping label pre-sets and a robust dms-to-custom-commission-listing system I would migrate in a heartbeat but ALAS

so in the past month-ish there have been two separate instances where a friend of mine has had reason to show me that the fandoms I enjoy (namely star trek and a niche book series I'm obsessed with) have thriving fanfiction communities (context: While I did already know this about Star Trek, I have never read fanfiction or dove into that corner of the internet b/c I find it a little intimidating lol)

Anyways I've been thinking about Star Trek Voyager a little too much, specifically the ending and how unsatisfying it is.

There's a little voice in the back of my head telling me to spend what little free time I have writing something from the perspective of various crewmembers like a month after the Voyager gets back to Earth. It would inevitably be bad and I know this but like what iffffff?????????

#Like I could have all these scenes where the crew deals with the little shit of normal life after literally 7 years of being on high alert #Especially Janeway #And obviously I'd throw in some Janeway/Chakotay fluff because cannon can go jump in a lake #And OOOUUUGHHH!!! 7 of 9 dealing with being in a fucking society all of a suddennnnnnnn #But like beyond that. I feel like there was so much story to tell about these people that the show just didn't address #They get back to Earth and it just fades to black. That's lame #I'm just such a perfectionist when it comes to my own writing so IDK if working with pre-existing characters would help or make it worse #Who knows. #OUghh... I've been really sick the past few days like not able to keep food down and had to go to the hospital #to get iv fluids and etc. to stay hydrated lol...#perhaps some sort of stomach virus or something. but still very grrrr for it to happen in the middle of the evil summer of #course #when everything is hot and uncomfortable anyway.. I really wanted to get a sims video and costume pictures finished this week and keep #up writing like 1000 ish words a day for my game. but.. alas... the universe was like... I Think Not #I at least have been able to have some tea and juice and applesauce and like 4 saltine crackers today so #I always think it's funny when you're ill what sort of little things count as successes #like on any normal day eating a few crackers would just be something you don't even give a second thought #to . But when you're really sick it's like .. WOW.. I ate TWO crackers.. amazing.. huzzah... I should get an award certainly #call the press and alert them. I should be in the newspaper headlines for this harrowing feat. etc. lol #I still feel very shaky and weak though.. but am like... hhhhh... when can I work on my projects again...#Also I literaly never leave the house or have contact with anyone so maybe it's not a virus and was more food poisioning or something #since I'm not sure where I'd get a virus even but... regardless... stinky #just complaining since I suppose that is what personal blogs are for lol. I'm a private person in the sense of wanting to proect my identi #ty and like..
