Have you seen Rook sleepwear!! The freckles! He still have them!! We all were right he do sleep in what we imagined and that hat too lol I can't it's so funny and cute ahahaha!

LMAO I was right about the long sleeves and the night cap 😭 and all the memes were right too… Rook’s dressed in grandpa-ass pajamas just like Scrooge (so is Vil’s card about to be him dressed in a luxuriously fluffy nightgown??)

bcjdbdiwnxksks Rook in this outfit makes me think of the wolf in granny clothes… lying in bed, pretending to be the woman he just swallowed whole to deceive Little Red Riding Hood 😭 which is ironic, since he’s supposed to be the huntsman (and is depicted as that in my Little Red Riding Hood Twst retelling). His large hands don’t help, they make me feel a little nervous 💦 Really makes me think of “What big eyes you have, what large teeth you have,” etc.

No frizzy hair though! Did he have it permanently straightened, maybe…? But it makes sense that his freckles remained! I’ve heard that some kinds of freckles can fade away with time or with continuous sun protection, but either there hasn’t been enough time passed for Rook or he has the permanent type of freckles. Either way, it’s cute. This might imply that Rook typically covers the freckles up with makeup though. I’m sure he’s wearing sunscreen too—gotta protect that skin!

More media leaks and believe it or not the original plans for Ducktales 2017. Yes, the original plan was for Ducktales to be based more on the Carl Barks and Don Rosa comics, with Donald Duck and Scrooge McDuck as the main characters. Especially the last poster by Joe Pitt, who was also one of the animators for Gravity Falls, Wander Over Yonder and Mickey Mouse Cartoons. These are designs from other animators, but there are more links to the OG Ducktales and the comics than to Ducktales 2017. Yes, Disney later rejected the ideas from Joe Pitt and then gave them to other people.

What do you think about all this? These are the original designs for Donald, Scrooge, Huey, Dewey and Louie, Webby, Miss Quackfaster, Gyro and Gizmoduck.

Still as a fan of the Donald Duck comics, I regret that they didn't adopt the original ideas for the Ducktales reboot to be more close to the comic book material, but again this is just my opinion.

As it's been ages since I last published any of my drawings on this site, I decided to put all the pictures I've drawn in the last... many months... in one post. These were supposed to be part of much longer series, where I would draw ALL my favourite Disney Comic's characters (starting with ducks and then advansing to mouse verse), but I'm not sure if I'm going to continue that project anymore. Currently my fics (3 Hazbin Hotel wips & 2 PKNA translations) are keeping me too busy to take time to sit down drawing (not to mention that the busiest time in a year is just around the corner).

In case I decide to continue this work one day, I'll just reblog this with new parts added.

I have always seen that in your drawings Goldie is always the jealous one but what happens if Goldie flirts with someone (obviously to obtain something valuable) and Scrooge is nearby and the person responds with a flirtation that crosses the limits, how would Scrooge react?

in adaptations it is often depicted that Tiny Tim has a bit of a soft spot for Scrooge. He usually tells the family to give him a toast, or is the first one to accept his redemption.

This choice is made for reasonable reasons. After all, Scrooge is noted to have a special bond with the kid. At the end he becomes 'a second father'.

But here's the funny thing:

Scrooge cares a lot about Tim during the ghost scenes. But Tim?

Tim does not give a single fuck about him.

“I’ll drink his health for your sake and the Day’s,” said Mrs. Cratchit, “not for his. Long life to him! A merry Christmas and a happy new year! He’ll be very merry and very happy, I have no doubt!” The children drank the toast after her. It was the first of their proceedings which had no heartiness. Tiny Tim drank it last of all, but he didn’t care twopence for it. Scrooge was the Ogre of the family. The mention of his name cast a dark shadow on the party, which was not dispelled for full five minutes.

Tim's a good kid but he has no reason to care about Scrooge. Scrooge mean! Scrooge cruel! Scrooge scary! Scrooge starts to care a lot about this little guy but Tim? Tim does not care at all.
