The good and old fashioned "my love". He probably uses anything he can say it's his, and "my love" is the perfect way to refer to you. You're his, and you're his love after all.

"Mouse" 💀 He's standing on the tethering line of being super sweet and mildly threatening lol A tiny little thing he loves and wants to protect but that's also very very squishable...

"Angel". You're giving him the time of the day and being in a relationship with him, so he immediately worships you like you're some holy being. You're 100% his angel.

I don't really see Luca using petnames, but if he did, he'd probably call you "dear". And it'd come out very naturally! He'd be asking you for something and accidentally call you dear while doing it. Or maybe one day he said "good morning dear" and it just stuck.

Alan most probably doesn't use petnames in the beginning, but after he's comfortable in the relationship, he might call you "bug" <3 something a little old-fashioned like that fits him, I think!

What would you say are your more controversial opinions about the hp characters?

ohhhh okayyy. i feel like my opinions on a lot of the characters aren’t controversial because i dont feel super strongly towards anyone in any negative light but here are some i could think of at the top of my head:

i’m glad the malfoys faced more extreme backlash after the second wizarding war. a lot of people in the fandom seem to be very sympathetic towards draco and scorpius for getting dogpiled with the brunt of it (which yeah, it sucks, especially for scorpius) but the prejudice makes complete make sense to me. if i was someone who didn’t know scorpius’ character, and had someone from my family get killed in the second war due to death eaters or something— seeing the malfoys still be wealthy and walk around freely without any jailtime, i would be bitter too. they’re hated on but they’re still one of the richest families ever, so they’ll live LOL

another anon has asked about this and i haven’t responded to them yet but when i do i will link it here for my reasons. basically: the best character in the cursed child is harry potter. i think the way they wrote his character and ptsd carried the play. it was def his story, not albus’.

i do think dumbledore has some aspects of him that may be considered morally gray, but mostly i dont think he is. he does everything for the good of the world, and his complete selflessness leads him to sacrifice anything for it— even himself and the people he loves, when necessary. i completely understand why people wouldn’t agree with his methods though.

james potter isn’t a sunshine character he’s a dickhead. fans of him made him a golden retriever character to be more palatable for modern times. i like him the way he is: an asshole and then less of an asshole 👍 this is what true stanning looks like

pansy parkinson is racist and out of all the female side characters, developing HER is so questionable from fandom

harry had questionable descriptions about a lot of male characters to make people think he could be a little 🏳️‍🌈 there was bill, there was sirius, there was cedric. but draco is not a part of that list. harry was not feeling draco whatsoever throughout the series but drarry shippers cling to that one ‘obsessed’ line

furthermore, harry rejecting draco’s offer of friendship wasn’t a sad or a ‘what if’ scene. draco was being a classist piece of shit and harry didnt want to fuck with that, there isnt any way in any timeline he wouldve accepted draco’s friendship.

slytherin sucks just generally lol. people want so bad to pluck anti-heroes out of a series that was written specifically with the mind to make all the characters suck.

I think we're all aware that Elliott isn't just going to walk right back to Closeknit with just two unempowered humans (he definitely learned his lesson last time) and I see people hoping that it's going to be sweetheart (and Milo) and as much as I hoped for that too I don't think it's likely. The balance plotline is currently like literally a day after the inversion while the rest of the series such as freelancer, the shaw pack ect is a little more than a year after the inversion (long time). If sweetheart (and Milo) learned that an ancient evil god is threatening to break out of its prison and wage war on humanity and demon kind you'd think we'd hear it from them.

You have to think of storylines are happening around the same time in the storyline in the series. The first that comes to mind is Sovreign state (Avior's storyline) because with the latest video we learn that they escape the day of the inversion (which also brings the question of how Blake (if we're assuming it's Blake) had time to go and attack Avior while dealing with Elliott and Sunshine) and Avior and Starlight also learn that a Sovreign is trying to escape and that they need to help stop it. Although if this is the case I don't know how they're gonna meet, like, I doubt they're just going to go to the first demon they see in the street and have Eli go "hey a cult stole my partner and the earth is going to end, wanna help?". If we're talking about characters that are going to join the party I'm also thinking of Vega and Warden. I know that sounds unlikely but listen. Vega and Warden's storyline also is around the time of the Balance series, the last episode happened a couple months before the inversion, and Vega also has the same motive (to fistfight the Sovreign) and people have pointed out that in one of the descriptions of the Sovreign state's final it simply says "reign over me" which is the same thing that's written in the description for Carpe Deus (Vega's storyline) so I feel like that's obviously a hint. I don't think Vega's gonna walk in there and go help Sunshine himself but he's definitely going to have something to do with it.

Whatever's coming it's going to be a long time since, like I said, in the other storylines it's been a year since the inversion and people still haven't heard any news of ancient god escapees coming the end humanity (and there's still more development that needs to happen in these stories before they hear the news of their doom) so either they are going to be breaking Sunshine out of there for almost a year (very unlikely, if I'm right and they are going to join forces I feel like Avior can turn the place inside out in a second without Scorpius having to lift a finger) or there's something that's going to be stopping them from going to the press and yelling Armageddon

#1 Elliot literally creates defensive dream designs for important ass people. It’s literally his job to make minds hard to get into, he gets paid to do that. So I don’t think they’re gonna have a walk in the park trying to modify his memory. Unless this Scorpius deamon or deamons in general are just that much more powerful. Nahhh I’m calling it, something is gonna go horribly wrong when they try to modify his memory, idk which party tho

#2 Also, if they manage to modify Eliot’s memory isn’t he gonna have to report his breakup to the department?? So won’t there be someone looking into sunshine because of their knowledge of the empowered world while being unempowered? With the whole breach of covert thing?? Cause isn’t it at an all time high rn??

#3 What does a deamon have to gain with closeknit?? I’m surprised closeknit is even working with a deamon in the first place

#4 I can’t tell if Blake is worried about his listener or someone else because it legit sounds like he’s just trying to get his listener for their powers but maybe it is them that’s gonna die??

#5 With that I think there is a seer involved in here somewhere. I thought I heard somewhere that Blake’s listener was a freelancer?? But I think they might be a seer OR Blake is a seer who’s covering as a dreamwalker because how else would he know they’re dying. Or simply there is just a seer in closeknit who told him.

E750, you funky looking Frankenstein monster thing I love you. Doctor Wu literally could create any hybrid he wanted and he made the wackiest looking one yet. It goes to show that its “ugly design” makes it more monstrous. The thing gave so many jump scares and the way it climbed trees holy shit! Scorpius Rex is my second favorite after Indo Rex. Indoraptor wasn’t used to his full potential and came across as more goofy than terrifying (his design was freaky but compare it to Scorpius Rex and its rather lackluster). So this hybrid is considered the first, no wonder it looks off because Wu was in early experimenting phrase. Also, the human dna was strong in this thing. The way it stood in a few scenes looked human and that’s what made it extra freaky. I honestly believe more human DNA was used in this experiment than the later hybrid projects.

The actions scenes were way more intense than Season 2 and the character interactions were explored more besides the common Darius and Ben/Brooklyn, Yaz and Sammy/Kenji, and Ben with Kenji/Darius. It was nice seeing Yaz and Brooklyn trying to form a friendship along with Sammy and Kenji goofing off like the class clown best buds. Out of everyone I think Darius is a ray of sunshine in S3 and Kenji lightened the mood so much in the darker scenes. I love that the girls’ relationships were explored more. Out of everyone, I think Ben is going to have the hardest time adjusting back to regular society. All the characters are strong and have lots of PTSD but Ben seems to have the hardest time facing the possibility of “returning to reality” without dealing with killer dinos.

(this is straight up fifty shades of late, but when inspiration strikes...) following their graduation, theodore and althea moved to romania in pursuit of althea's dragonology tutelage under charlie weasley. theodore, during that time, was working on the recreation of the time turner for ministry use. upon their return to london, they proceeded to have three children, each about a year apart in age.

name: Christopher "Kit" Joseph Nott

significance: Kit was given the name "Joseph" after Althea's father, Joseph Abbott

gender: male

general appearance: Kit was originally born blond, but his hair grew darker over time. During his years at Hogwarts, he sported an overall polished, dark look, his now black hair perfectly complimenting pale skin and tailored black suits (the spitting image of his father). He has his father's blue eyes, and overall bone structure. However, once graduated, and Kit began his pursuit of his blossoming Quidditch career – resulting in much time spent in the sun – his hair grew lighter, and the palor of his skin was replaced with a golden bronze. He would never admit to it, but he had also heard that his crush at the time, Freya Fawley, had a "thing" for blond guys. It took the whole summer to correct the damage done by the second-rate potion he had half-heartedly brewed in secret under his bunk in the dorms.

personality: Kit is very enigmatic and outspoken, charming as ever, a real smooth-talker. He is constantly the centre of attention, whether he wants to be or not. He is, by all definitions, the "cool guy." He was extremely popular at Hogwarts, with a near spotless record — the only time he ever got in trouble was when he was getting his younger brother out of it. His flaws, however, fall within elitism: never blood or money based, but rather based off of Slytherin pride. who they take after more: When Kit first arrived, everyone assumed he'd take after his father, given the spitting image he portrayed. It didn't take long for them to realise it was his mother he took after more; it was the smile that betrayed him. So often did Theodore Nott wear a subtly mocking smile that warned everyone to stay away, that when he had cracked a genuine one, people found themselves stumbling in shock. Not Kit; no, every smile was genuine and quick, and had a warm presence about them.

name: Sabine Bedelia Nott

significance: Bedelia was Theo's mother's name, of whom he was incredibly fond, prior to her untimely death.

gender: female

general appearance: Sabine has the same impish face and wide firebrand eyes of her mother. She has long tresses of chocolate brown, although also briefly dabbled in being blonde upon discovering photographs of Bedelia, with whom she bore little resemblance in everything but passions — in that, they were perfectly matched. She is shorter than both her brothers, much to her chagrin. She has a slender, dancer's build, and is quite strong and athletically capable.

personality: Sabine is extremely aware of boundaries, and tends to respect them to the point of coming off as aloof or cold. In actuality, she is incredibly warm and kind, although she has been known to be quite teasing. She has whip-crack wit, and is the funniest out of her siblings. As the middle child, she sometimes falls to the wayside while Kit basks in all the glory, but she is never bothered by this. She prefers her small friendship groups to the larger crowds her older brother attracts.

house: Sabine, like Bedelia Nott (neé Delacour) before her, attended Beauxbatons. It was her own decision to make, but she will never forget the silent joy and pride that swam in her father's eyes when she had told him her choice at the age of ten. However, if she were to go to Hogwarts, she would've been a Gryffindor.

special talents: Sabine, like Bedelia, is a performer. She learned ballet from a young age, and even managed to persuade Kit into helping her. She is incredibly persuasive when she needs to be, and more often than not gets her way. She can speak four different languages fluently, of which French is one.

who they like better: Sabine is totally a daddy's girl. She adores Theodore, and the feeling is very mutual. She of course loves her mother too, and they get along perfectly amicably, but Theo is Sabine's favourite.

who they take after more: Sabine takes after Bedelia most, but given that is her grandmother through Theodore, I will simply say Theodore.

personal head canon: Sabine attended Beauxbatons the same time as Dominique Weasley. She and Dominique grew close, being second cousins. Their friendship group was made of four, the other two being Thomasin Dumont and Henri Allaire.

name: Wendell Lorence Nott

significance: "Lorence" had been in reference to Lorelei Abbott, Althea's muggleborn mother, who had passed during the Second Wizarding War. Wendell is of German origin, meaning "wanderer."

gender: male

general appearance: Where Kit preferred to keep his hair neatly groomed and often cropped short, Wendell kept his honey blond hair long and unkempt. He is perpetually tired, and perpetually in a state of disarray. He, too, has the same eye colour as his father, although it is on the lighter side; more of a baby blue. Wendell is quite a slender, reedy boy, and is not much of an athlete, but rather an academic. He either wears a look of total boredom or pleasant surprise; Sabine likes to say those are his only two emotions.

personality: Wendell is quite shy and soft spoken, preferring to keep to himself. He is quite difficult to get out of his shell. He never looks for trouble, although trouble often finds him, much to the annoyance of Kit, who often has to put his own neck on the line to get Wendell out of it. The only time he's ever loud is if he's discussing his passions, or if he's lying – which is always his biggest tell.

house: Hufflepuff

special talents: Wendell's best subject is Defence Against the Dark Arts, and he is so incredibly talented, he's been likened to a young Rathin Patil. He is also great at singing, not that he'd ever tell anyone. He also has a photographic memory.

who they like better: Wendell prefers the quiet company of his father, simply for the comfortable silence they can sit in for an entire afternoon, without either one feeling the need to break it.

who they take after more: Appearance wise, he follows quite closely to the sunshine that is his mother. However, the withdrawn and loneresque aura he exudes screams "angsty Hogwarts years Theodore."

personal head canon: His closest friends are Piper Macmillan and Calliope Corner. Of the Delacour-Weasleys, he and Louis are the closest.

Voldemort and his army of death swarming the castle. Fred. Remus. Tonks. Harry, dead. Harry, not dead. Bellatrix. And then Voldemort and Harry, facing each other in the Great Hall, where Ginny had eaten every meal during the school year with her friends. Voldemort falling. They’d won. The war was over.

Of all the things Lavender could have been crying over, Ginny had not expected this. Granted, she knew Ron wanted to end things with Lavender just as much as she’d wanted to end things with Dean. But, she supposed she was a bit preoccupied with her own public break-up to notice Ron’s first romance imploding a mere few feet away. She briefly wondered if Lavender was just as oblivious to her relationship ending as Ginny was to her’s.

As soon as they found Dumbledore’s body, some unconscious part of Ginny knew that their relationship would have to end. She knew Harry, who’d lost so many people, couldn’t bear to put her in danger. She understood his reasoning, in fact, if she were in the same position, she might even do the same. But, it wasn’t fair. Why couldn’t she go with them and help take down Voldemort. She after all, was the closest link to Tom after Harry, having spent a year entwined with his teenage self.

Summoning the courage of thousands of Gryffindors before him, James sank to his right knee and pulled the unassuming black velvet box from his pocket. The room around them faded into warm shapes and colours. James didn’t know if Sirius had paused the music or if he’d gone temporarily deaf. It was only the two of them, James thrusting his mum’s ring out towards Lily and Lily looking at James with a bemused sort of grin.

After several long moments, or maybe a half an hour, or possibly several days, Lily spoke.

“James, let’s - we should talk.”

It was supposed to be perfect.

5. Do you respond to comments, why or why not?

I do sometimes ! Truly it depends on if you’ve caught me in a responsive mood or not.  I’m usually more likely to respond if there’s a question or the comment is particularly long, versus a one or two word comment.

6. What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

Oh without a doubt champagne problems .

This fic came about because I listed to evermore on repeat in my car for months and months and then a story that first started as a james potter II story morphed into a jily story and here we are. I’ve outlined most of it, so excited to update this one fairly regularly (I think).

7. What’s the fic you’ve written with the happiest ending?

I think probably love it if we made it just because the war is over ginny and harry get together, all that fun stuff. but, if you’re a scorose person, spontaneous & romantic is also very happy. I also wrote that one back in high school, so tread lightly lol.

8. Do you write crossovers? If so what is the craziest one you’ve written?

I’ve never written a crossover, I don’t think...I’ve got a few fics that have been lost to the internet from high school, but I don’t think any of them were crossovers either.  I’m firmly in the HP fanfiction camp.  I guess you could argue I also do Shakespeare fanfiction...but I feel like since that’s in the public domain it doesn’t count lol.

9. Have you ever received hate on a fic?

I don’t think so ? I don’t think I’m a popular enough writer to get enough eyeballs to get hate.  I noticed on champagne problems, that one person really thought Lily was unlikable, but I think at this point we are supposed to hate her a bit and she does need to grow as a person.  But, I think that’s the closest ?

10. Do you write smut? If so what kind?

Currently, no. Do I need to for the folklorevermore project? Yes. So it’s coming, and I’m terrified to write it.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

No thankfully !

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

No, but very open to it if anyone so chooses to translate :)

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

No, but again, very open to it.  I studied screenwriting and fiction in college and one of my favorite things about screenwriting is the collaborative writing process, so my inbox is open :)

14. What’s your all time favorite ship?

Oof, making me choose children - currently, probably Jily.

15. What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?

I will finish hope is a dangerous thing if it kills me, I swear!

16. What are your writing strengths?

Err... dialogue maybe?  I also feel like I have a really good grasp of who my versions of James and Lily are.  And also a good cannon sense of Harry and Ginny because growing up literally all I did was read Harry Potter.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

The ability to finish things / update in a timely manner lol.  I’m sorry!  Know I hate myself more than you hate me for my slow updates !

18. What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

I think i’d be comfortable writing French or Italian in a fic (haven’t had the moment to yet, but maybe!) but any other language I haven’t studied I probably would be a bit timid to try, just because I wouldn’t want to mistranslate anything.

19. What was the first fandom you wrote for?

Harry Potter (Next Gen) - I know wild right?  There’s a bunch of Next Gen fics of mine out there under a different name.

20. What’s your favourite fic you’ve written?

I’m actually really proud of champagne problems and where it’s going (this is my plug for people to go read it lol)

Hugo Weasley headcanons

Hugo is a proud Hufflepuff

He has ADHD and dyslexia, but he doesn’t let it stop him from reading and writing

He loves to play football when he’s a kid and continues during his summers off from Hogwarts

He is one of the oldest in his year

He’s the same age as Louis and Lily, with Lily being the baby and Hugo the oldest

The three of them are close despite being sorted into different houses

But Hugo has never been happier than when he’s with Lyla

Her parents hate him, but they can tell that their stuck with him

He doesn’t get along with all of his cousins, but that’s because of the way they treated him because of Lyla

I went to this cafe across my workplace for lunch today. The menu was limited, mostly a lot of cakes, Shibuya toast and they only had lagsana and mac & cheese but BUT THEY HAVE A MINI LIBRARY THERE where you can read books as you sip coffee, and I found a copy of The Cursed Child! I plowed through several acts before I had to leave to get back to work and if I wasn’t working, I’d spent the entire afternoon there reading asdhjsjsfjkf.
